        노래부르기 음악프로그램이 정신질환자의 자아존중감과 대인관계에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The objective of this study was to verify the effects of the Singing program for psychiatric patients on their self-esteem and interpersonal relationship, and to provide data for the nursing intervention that is necessary for making their life better. Method: The subjects were 10 in-patients with psychotic disorders at C university hospital in Seoul, from july 3 to September 18 im 2005, and the methodology was one group pre experimental- post experimantal design. The instrument for the measurement of self-esteem is Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale(1973), which was translated by Chun Byung Jae(1974) and the measurement of interpersoral relationship is Schleim & Guerney Relationship Change Scale(1971) which was translated by Mun Seok Mo(1980) and revised by Chun Seok Gyun(1994). SPSS program was used for the analysis of the collected data, which were analyzed by the paired t-test and one-way ANOVA. Result: Singing therapy had an effect on improvement of the self-esteem, and seemed to be more effective as the frequency of the program increased. Singing therapy had an effect on improvement of the interpersonal relatinship, and seemed to ne more effecive as the frequency of the program increased. Comclusion: Singing therapy is found out to be effective program affecting the improvement of both the self-esteem and interpersonal relationship of the psychiatric patients. Therefore the nurses can use the Singing therapy as the nursing intervention for imtrovement of the self-esteem and interpersonal relationship of the psychiatric patients in clinical practice.

        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

        Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.

        A field study of colloid transport in surface and subsurface flows

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Colloids have been recognized to enhance the migration of strongly-sorbing contaminants. However, few field investigations have examined combined colloid transport via surface runoff and subsurface flows. In a headwater catchment of the upper Yangtze River, a 6m (L) by 4m (W) sloping (6°) farmland plot was built by cement walls to form no-flow side boundaries. The plot was monitored in the summer of 2014 for the release and transport of natural colloids via surface runoff and subsurface flows (i.e., the interflow from the soil-mudrock interface and fracture flow from the mudrock-sandstone interface) in response to rain events. The water sources of the subsurface flows were apportioned to individual rain events using a two end-member model (i.e., mobile pre-event soil water extracted by a suction-cup sampler <I>vs</I>. rainwater (event water)) based on <I>δ</I> <SUP>18</SUP>O measurements. For rain events with high preceding soil moisture, mobile pre-event soil water was the main contributor (generally >60%) to the fracture flow. The colloid concentration in the surface runoff was 1–2 orders of magnitude higher than that in the subsurface flows. The lowest colloid concentration was found in the subsurface interflow, which was probably the result of pore-scale colloid straining mechanisms. The rainfall intensity and its temporal variation govern the dynamics of the colloid concentrations in both surface runoff and subsurface flows. The duration of the antecedent dry period affected not only the relative contributions of the rainwater and the mobile pre-event soil water to the subsurface flows but also the peak colloid concentration, particularly in the fracture flow. The <10μm fine colloid size fraction accounted for more than 80% of the total suspended particles in the surface runoff, while the colloid size distributions of both the interflow and the fracture flow shifted towards larger diameters. These results highlight the need to avoid the application of strongly-sorbing agrochemicals (e.g., pesticides, phosphorus fertilizers) immediately before rainfall following a long no-rain period because their transport in association with colloids may occur rapidly over long distances via both surface runoff and subsurface flows with rainfall.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Subsurface flow was apportioned into rainwater and mobile pre-event soil water. </LI> <LI> The duration of no-rain period affects peak colloid concentration. </LI> <LI> Rainfall intensity and its temporal variation govern colloid discharge dynamics. </LI> </UL> </P>

        소음 노출 남성 근로자에서의 청력저하와 혈청 마그네슘의 관련성

        목적 : 본 연구는 소음에 노출된 남자 근로자를 대상으로 장기간 소음 폭로가 혈청 마그네슘의 농도와 관련이 있는지를 검정하고 이러한 혈청 마그네슘의 농도가 또한 청력저하와 관련이 있는지를 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 방법 : 소음에 노출되는 178명의 연구대상자를 청력저하의 정도에 따라 세 그룹으로 분류하고, 구조화된 설문, 신체계측, 혈액검사 등으로 청력저하에 대한 감수성 요인과 혈청 마그네슘 등을 수집하고 측정하였으며, 대상자들의 청력 역치를 측정하기 위하여 청력검사를 실시하였다. 결과 : 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫재, 청력저하에 관련된 개인의 감수성 인자라고 알려진 변수인 흡연유무, 나이, 혈압, 헤마토크리트, 콜레스테롤, 혈당 중에서 나이, 이완기 혈압이 단순분석에서 세 그룹간에 차이가 있었고(p〈0.05), 혈청 마그네슘의 농도 또한 세 그룹간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p〈0.05) 청력저하가 심할수록 혈청 마그네슘 농도는 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 그룹간의 소음 노출력은 차이가 있었지만 (p〈0.05) 청력보호구 착용상태에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 셋째, 혈청 마그네슘 농도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 변수인 소음 노출 기간, 마그네슘 함량이 많은 음식의 섭취정도, 스트레스 수준 중에서 소음 노출기간이 혈청 마그네슘 농도와 유의한 상관관계를 보였고(p〈0.05) 노출기간이 길수록 마그네슘의 혈청농도는 낮아지는 경향을 나타내었다. 넷째, 주파수별로 청력저하와 관련된 감수성 요인들에 대한 다중회귀분석 결과 주파수 1,000 Hz에서는 연령이 좌,우측 귀 모두에서 유의한 변수로 채택되었으며 (p〈0.05), 연령이 증가할수록 청력저하가 심해지는 경향을 보였고, 주파수 4,000 Hz에서는 확장기 혈압, 소음 노출 기간, 혈청 마그네슘 등이 청력저하에 대한 감수성 요인으로 채택되었으며(p(0.05), 이완기 혈압이 높을수록, 소음노출 기간이 길수록, 혈청 마그네슘의 농도가 낮을수록 청력저하가 심해지는 것으로 나타났다. Objectivea : This study was conducted to investigate that the chronic noise exposure is associated with decreased serum magnesium concentrations and evaluate whether decreased serum magnesium is associated with noise induced hearing loss. Methods : One hundred seventy-eight male workers exposed to noise were selected and classified three groups by the degree of hearing loss. Hearing threshold levels were less than 30 dB at 1,000 Hz or less than 40 dB at 4,000 Hz In group I, more than 30 dB at 1,000 Hz or more than 40 dB at 4,000 Hz and 15 dB and less of pure tone average[PTA : (500 Hz+l,000 Hz+2,000 Hz)/3] in group II, more than 30 dB at 1,000 Hz or more than 40 dB at 4,000 Hz and over 15 dB of PTA in group III. Results : Serum magnesium concentrations were 2.42±0.26 mg/dl in group 1, 2.35±0.23 mg/dl in group n , 2.26±0.24 mg/dl in group II, respectively and significantly differ-ent between group I and group III (p〈0.01). It was negatively correlated with duration of the noise exposure as correlation coefficient (r) of -0.194 (p(0.05) . Analysis of the multipleregression on hearing threshold levels showed that serum magnesium, diastolic blood pres-sure, duration of the noise exposure were statistically significant at 4,000 Hz (p(0.05) . While only age was statistically significant at 7,000 Hz (p(0.05) . Conclusions : These results suggest that chronic noise exposure may induces decreasein serum magnesium concentrations and that its decreased concentration is related with noise induced hearing loss.

      • 연구로 1,2호기 해체 금속폐기물의 재활용에 따른 피폭방사선량 평가에 관한 연구

        The exposure dose of recycling and reuse on a large amount of the steel scrap from the KRR-1 & 2 decommissioning activities was evaluated. The maximum individual dose and collective dose were evaluated by using international technical criterion and recommendation for NUREG-1640 and IAEA Safety Series 111-P-1.1 and modifying internal dose conversion factor which was based on the concept of effective dose in ICRP 60, applied to the RESRAD-RECYCLE(Ver. 3.06) computing code as the assessment tool. The exposure does were ultimately determined by extracting the most conservative value from the results of the generic assessment and specific assessment methodologies. The result of assessment for individual dose and collective dose is 23.9 μ㏜ per year and 0.11 man ·㏜ per year respectively. The result of clearance level for radionuclides(Co^(60), Cs^(137)) is less than 0.167 Bq/g to comply with the clearance criterion provided for Korea Atomic Energy Act and relevant regulations.

        Critical role of bile acid (BA) in the cellular entry and permissiveness of Hepatitis B virus in vitro

        Background Lack of universal replication system for hepatitis B virus with narrow host range and organ tropism has hampered to uncover the pathogenesis of HBV. Previously, we reported the essentiality of humoral milieu and its components toward HBV and hepatitis C virus survival/viability in vitro. Of these components, the precise role of enterohepatic humoral milieu such as bile acid (BA) on HBV cultivation in vitro and in vivo is unknown. Objective We explored whether BA, specifically taurochenodeoxycholic acid (tCDCA) would directly regulate the viral DNA and surface antigen expression of HBV in vitro, consequently rendering HBV to enter into human or murine immortalized hepatocytes, and non-hepatocytes. Result We found that higher concentration of taurochenodeoxycholic acid (tCDCA) is able to preserve the genomic stability of HBV in cell-free DMEM, showing higher the surface antigenicity than taurocholic acid (tCA). In line, we found that in vitro cell culture condition (100 μmol/L of tCDCA coupled with 1 × 108 g e/mL HBV) would be optimal for HBV entry into target cells. Using this, human (HepG2, Huh7), and rodent (Hepa1c1c7, H4-II-E) hepatoma cell lines were infected by HBV, as evidenced by the presence of HBV biomarkers (HBsAg, and HBV DNA in culture supernatant, as well as HBcAg in cell). Further, cellular entry test revealed that HBV is able to infect 12 different non-hepatic cell lines regardless of species, and organ/tissue, consequently reproducing progeny as confirmed by HBV biomarkers. Last, reinfection test showed that the progenies of HBV from immortalized HepG2, and Hepa1c1c7 cells are able to enter into each or vice versa naïve HepG2, and Hepa1c1c7 cells with or without BA. Conclusion This study demonstrates that enterohepatic humoral milieu such as BA, specifically tCDCA would directly regulate HBV DNA and its surface antigen expression in vitro, consequently rendering HBV to enter into human or murine immortalized hepatocytes, and non-hepatocytes. This is the first note to render HBV permissive to human or rodent hepatic and non-hepatic cells via sole manipulation of humoral milieu, thus establishing the platform for in vitro robust replication system of HBV.

      • 우유 및 유제품 수입이 국가경제에 미치는 영향 : 우유 및 유제품 수입자유화의 사업연관분석

        국가간의 유제품 교역에 있어서 예외없는 관세화가 이루어졌을 경우에 우리나라의 유가공 부문은 직접적으로 큰 타격을 입게 되며 또한 유가공 부문을 제외한 여타산업은 간접적으로 더 큰 피해를 보게 된다. 예를 들어 던켈 사무총장의 제안에 따라 1997년까지 관세 상당액의 36%가 감소되는 경우 유가공부문의 생산감소액은 1988년도 가격으로 571억원에 이르고 여타산업의 피해액은 767억원에 다다르게 된다. 571억원은 유가공부문 총산출의 4.31%에 해당되며 1,338억원(571억원+767억원)은 우리나라 전체경제 총산출의 0.05%에 해당하는 금액으로 이는 유가공부문의 수입개방이 국내총산출을 0.05% 낮춘다는 것을 의미한다. 간접적으로 가장 큰 피해를 입는 산업은 낙농부문으로 나타났으며, 배합사료 부문과 제당부문도 대체적으로 큰 피해를 입는 것으로 나타났다. 작물부문도 피해가 큰 편인데, 그 이유는 작물부문이 낙농부문과 배합사료에 투입물을 많이 제공하기 때문인 것으로 추측된다. 이상과 같이 공급함수와 개방모형의 산업연관분석으로 계측된 피해액은 모형의 성격상 다음의 관점을 고려하여 조심스럽게 해석하여야 한다. 1) 통상적인 개방모형의 산업연관모형에서는 각 부문에서 고용되고 있는 사람들의 생산감소에 따른 소득의 감소에서 생기는 영향을 계측의 대상 밖에 두고 있다. 이 같은 소득의 흐름을 통한 파급효과를 파악하기 위해서는 폐쇄모형의 산업연관분석이 유효한데 이 경우 피해액은 더욱 크게 나타날 것이다. 2) 관세상당액의 감축에 따라 국내가격이 경영비 이하로 하락할 경우에는 실제생산이 중지될 것이므로 수입개방시 피해액은 이보다 훨씬 커질 수 있다. 3) 본장에서는 또한 분석의 대상을 우유 전체에 대해서가 아니라 유제품에 한정하였다. 만일 저장 및 운반기술이 커다란 진보를 보여 시유의 수입이 가능해진다면 유가공 부문과 낙농부문을 포함한 여타산업의 피해액은 더욱 증가할 것이다. This paper is aimed to identify effects of import liberalization of dairy products not only on dairy industry but also on national economy overall. In order to achieve the goal, the extending influence on production under the alternative assumptions were measured using elasticity approach and input-output analysis tool. The effects on national economy were calculated using the input-output table issued by the Bank of Korea, While the dairy cattle sector and other livestock breeding sector were estimated by the MODOP-Method. This study is analysed under the assumption that the tariff equivalent of dairy products would decrease to 30%, 36% and 75% respectively by 1997. In the case of 36% assumption(scenario Ⅱ) the direct losses of the dairy industry would be 57 billion won at the constant price of 1988, and the indirect losses of the other related industries would be 77 billion won. Consequently, the direct and indirect damage of the Korean economy would amount to 134 billion won. After all, import liberalization of dairy products would bring about larger losses to the other industries than to the dairy industry. Especially the sector of the largest indirect losses would be occurred in the dairy cattle sector.

        Thermal expension of the ball screw in semi-closed loop type CNC lathe directly introduced positioning errors along the travel axis In this paper the thermal displacement of the ball screw is estimated by using macro variables. The estimated displacementes of the ball screw are given to the NC in the form of pitch error compensation data into time interval.The thermal behaviour of the ball screw of the CNC lathe under the constant driving conditions was measured to examine the effectiveness of this compensation method. The results showed that thermal displacements of the ball screw were the positioning accuracy could be maintained to better than 6μm which using this compensation.
