Actuellenient Seoul a le probleme de do congestion de transport at le Problemed'accident de transport, en plus le probleme d'environnement cause par le gazmis do la part des autiomobites, Le gaz polluant des automobiles comprend CO, HC, NOx. Pour reduire ce gaz polluant le gouvernement controle les constructeurs des automobiles et lesconducteurs do vehicule par legislation. Mais par rafport aux Etat Unis et au Japon, la normle de regulation de ce gaz do la Coree du Sud eat retardee en-viron 6-7 annees. Ce travail insiste 4 propositions pour 1'amfloration do la politiqu environnemental en co qui concerne le gaz polluant des automobiles. Premierement, la gestion effective de la demande des transport va redure le niveau de pollution. C'est parce que la congestion entraine le taux haut de stop et 1'accele ration et le ralentissement au sein de circulation du vehicule qui provoquent1'augmentation des gas emis, Deuxiemementr la reduction des gas polluants dependent au comportement des conducteurs. Troisiemement, le bon entretien duvehicule est un facteur important pour 1'efficacite du moteor et le taux bas d'e mission du gaz, Quatriernemeut, le choix do mude de transport est tres lie a lapolitlque d'environnement. Par exemple, le transport common est plus efficacieux que le transf)ort fndividuel pour redulre la pollution d'air. En conclusion, ta regulatiorl administrative et le contr?e stricte do la route est un travail a faire de la part du pouvoir public et 1'utilisation do transport commun est un travail a faire de la part du civil. Nous devrons fair tous les efforts pour 1'amfloration de la politlque d'environnement a travers des etudesnlult1disciplinaires .

방사성동위원소 심혈관촬영술을 이용한 우 - 좌단락의 정량화에 관한 연구

A noninvasive procedure for diagnosis and quantitation of right-to-ieft intracardiac shunts will enhance the management of patients with cyanotic congenital heart disease. This study describes an application of radionuclide (RN) angiocardiography for quantitation of right-to-left shunt amount. Gamma variate modei was fitted to radionuclide data recorded over the carotid artery. Data analysis was performed retrospectively in 35 patients who underwent cardiac catheterization within a week from the day of RN angiocardiography. Thirty one of the patient had right-to-left shunts and 4 of them had left-to-right shunts. Both the radionuclide and Fick measurements correlated well (r=0.93, 0.93, 0.89, p<0.01 in each measurements). Therefore, RN angiocardiography data may be used for accurate calculation of right-to-left shunts in cyanotic congenital heart disease patients.
초등 정보과학 영재 교육을 위한 스마트 앱 교수 학습 자료의 개발 및 효과성 분석

The movement of introducing smart education to the real class is rising in these days due to the proliferation of smart devices. However, several problems must be solved before applying it to the real world. One of them is to prove the effect of smart education as compared with the traditional class in which smart teaching-learning materials are used on smart devices. The objective of this research is to study the effect of smart education, and for that purpose we developed a smart app teaching-learning material for elementary IT-gifted students and used it in the real class. As a result, satisfaction research was conducted, and the differences between smart app education and traditional paper education were analyzed. 스마트 기기의 폭발적인 보급에 힘입어 이를 교실 현장에 적용하려는 스마트 교육 움직임이 크게 일어나고 있다. 그러나 이를 실제로 적용하기에는 몇 가지 선행되어야할 조건이 있다. 그 중 하나가 스마트 기기에 교육자료를 탑재하여 실제 교육에 적용하였을 경우 일반 수업에 비하여 얼마나 효과적이겠는가라는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 초등 정보과학 영재학생들을 위한 스마트 앱 교수학습 자료를 개발하고 스마트 교육 수업을 실시하였다. 그리고 그 결과로 수업 만족도를 측정하여 활동지를 사용하는 전통적 수업과의 차이를 분석하였다.
