Ammonia loss from urea significantly hinders efficient use of urea in agriculture. The level of nitrous oxide(N2O) a long-lived greenhouse gas in atmosphere has increased mainly due to anthropogenic source,especially application of nitrogen fertilizers. There are reports in the literature showing that the addition ofzeolite to N sources can improve the nitrogen use efficiency. This study was conducted to evaluate nitrousoxide (N2O) and ammonia (NH3) emission by mixed treatment of urea and zeolite in upland crop field. Ureafertilizer and zeolite were applied at different rates to study their effect on N2O emission during red peppercultivation in upland soils. The N2O gas was collected by static closed chamber method and measured by gaschromatography. Ammonia concentration was analyzed by closed-dynamic air flow system method. The totalN2O flux increased in proportion to the level of N application. Emission of N2O from the field increased fromthe plots applied with urea-zeolite mixture compared to urea alone. But urea-zeolite mixture treatment reducedabout 30% of NH3-N volatilization amounts. These results showed that the application of urea and zeolitemixture had a positive influence on reduction of NH3 volatilization, but led to the increase in N2O emission inupland soils.
고교학점제에서의 학교 운영 체제와 문화에 관한 모니터링 연구

본 연구는 고교학점제의 단계적 이행 시기(2022~2024학년도) 동안 학교 운영 체제와 문화에 관한 현황 및 학교 구성원의 인식과 경험을 모니터링한 연구이다. 이를 위해 연구 참여 학교 68개의 교사, 학생, 학부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문은 총 2가지로, 학교별 대표 교사를 대상으로 고교학점제의 운영 실태를 조사하는 설문과, 대상 학교의 교사 전체 및 학년별 1개(학교당 3개 학급) 학급 학생 및 학부모를 대상으로 고교학점제에 관한 구성원들의 인식과 경험을 조사하는 설문으로 실시되었다. 이를 통해 고교학점제에 관한 학교 운영 체제 및 문화에 관한 실태를 제시하였고, 고교학점제 운영의 개선 방안에 관한 시사점을 제시하였다. 시사점은 총 여섯 가지로, 첫째, 수업의 질 제고를 위해 복수 전공 및 부전공 자격 활용 비율을 높일 필요가 있다는 점, 둘째, 학교 전체의 협력 및 지원 체제가 강화되고 보완될 필요가 있다는 점, 셋째, 교육과정 이수 지도에 관한 학교의 노력이 학생과 학부모의 입장에서도 충분한지를 단위학교 차원에서 항시 살펴볼 필요가 있다는 점, 넷째, 교ㆍ강사 수급 및 배치에 관한 정책적 지원이 이루어질 필요가 있다는 점, 다섯째, 저경력 교사의 애로 사항이 무엇인지를 살펴보며 고교학점제를 운영할 필요가 있다는 점, 여섯째, 교원학습공동체를 통해 고교학점제 운영에 관한 교사 역량을 지속적으로 신장하는 것에 대한 동기 부여 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다는 점이 그것이다. This study monitored the current status of school operational systems and culture, as well as the perceptions and experiences of school members, during the phased implementation period (2022–2024 academic years) of the High School Credit System. To this end, surveys were conducted with teachers, students, and parents from 68 participating schools. Two types of surveys were administered: one targeted representative teachers from each school to assess the actual state of implementation, and the other targeted all teachers, one class per grade level (three classes per school), and the parents of those students to examine perceptions and experiences regarding the High School Credit System. Through this, the study presented the status of school operational systems and culture in relation to the credit system and offered implications for improving its implementation. The study proposed six key implications: (1)There is a need to increase the use of multiple major and minor qualifications to enhance the quality of instruction. (2)The school's overall system for collaboration and support needs to be strengthened and supplemented. (3)Schools should consistently assess whether their guidance on curriculum completion is sufficiently effective from the perspectives of students and parents. (4)Policy-level support is required for the recruitment and placement of teachers and instructors. (5)The challenges faced by early-career teachers should be identified and considered when operating the credit system. (6)There is a need to develop strategies to motivate teachers to continuously improve their competencies related to the High School Credit System through professional learning communities.

Sr-ferrite powders were synthesized by molten salt method. The process of powder formation was investigated by controlling the size and shape (sphere and acicular) of starting materials. The morphology of resulting ferrite was plate-like regardless of the shape of starting materials, Fe2O3 powders. As a result, the formation of Sr-ferrite in the molten salt was proceeded by solution-precipitation.

본 연구는 다양하게 재배되고 있는 강활의 육묘이식 재배방법 중 추대억제에 효과적이면서 고품질의 약재생산이가능한 육묘이식 방법을 구명하고자 수행하였다. 강활 재배에서 추대억제 및 고품질의 한약재 생산을 위하여 육묘이식 재배방법에 따른 수량 및 성분함량을 비교분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 지상부 생육은 야생종근이식과 노지육묘이식재배가 양호하였고 다음으로 트레이육묘이식, 직파재배 순이었으며, 추대는 직파와 트레이육묘 이식재배에서는 나타나지 않았고, 야생종근이식재배와 노지육묘이식재배가 각각 11.4%, 19.7%의 추대율이 나타났다. 수량은 트레이육묘 이식재배가 426 kg/10a로 가장 높았고, 직파재배가 187 kg/10a로 가장 낮았다. 강활근의 주요성분은 oxypeucedanin, bisabolangelone이었고, 처리별함량에서는 야생종근 이식재배가 전반적으로 다른 처리에비해 낮게 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the seedling cultivation methods of Ostericum praeteritum Kitag. The results are as follows ; Ostericum praeteritum transplanted from wild seedlings and seedling cultured in the open field grew quite well, but their bolting rate was higher than other seedlings resulting in low root production. Seedling cultured in tray pot of green house produced good quality root as 426 kg/10a indicating the most adequate seedling method for Ostericum praeteritum production. Main compounds of Ostericum praeteritum roots were found as oxypeucedanin and bisabolangelone, and contents of wild seedlings were lower than theirs of the other seedlings methods.
