        주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 비매너 주차로 인한 충돌을 사전에 예방하기 위한 단속시스템이다. 주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 장애인, 전기차 전용 주차구역에 일반차량 주차, 2개 차선을 물고 주차하는 차량이 있다. 위와 같은 차량을 딥러닝 객체인식 기능을 통해 비매너 주차를 감지하여 알려준다. 비매너 주차 상황이 찍힌 사진이나 영상을 학습데이터로 사용하여 상황을 인식할 수 있도록 학습데이터를 제작하고 그 상황을 인식하여 비매너 주차 유무를 판단한다. 주차장의 환경을 좀 더 쾌적하게 함으로써 주차장 이용자간 충돌을 줄이는데 목적이 있다. It is a enforcement system to prevent collisions caused by unmanageable parking that may occur in parking lots. There are handicapped people who can get up in parking lots, general vehicles parked in electric vehicle parking areas, and vehicles parked in two lanes. The vehicle above is detected and notified through the deep learning object recognition function. By using a picture or video of an unmanageable parking situation as learning data, the learning data is produced so that the situation can be recognized, and the situation is recognized to determine the presence or absence of unmanageable parking. The purpose is to reduce collisions between parking lot users by making the environment of the parking lot more comfortable.

Analgesic Effect of Manual Acupuncture and Electroacupuncture combined with Twirling Method. Proceeding of International Symposium on East-West Medicine Seoul. 187-200, 1999.-Twirling the needle (TN) is one of several needing methods frequently used for acupuncture in the oriental medicine. The present study was conducted to see if TN enhanced the antinociceptive effect produced by plain-or electroacupuncture in the rat tail flick test. Rats (Sprague-Dawley, 200-300g)lightly anesthetized with thiopental sodium(40mg/kg, i.p.) were used in the tail-flick test. The basal reaction time for tail-flick was 2 sec. For "plain" acupuncture(PA), a needle was inserted for 20 min into a Chock-samni (ST36) acupuncture point which (is located at the anterior tibial muscle and about 10mm below the knee joint). For electroacupuncture(EA), train-pulses(3 Hz,0.3-ms pulse width, 0.2-0.3mA) were applied to the inserted needle for the period of insertion. For combining TN with either PA or EA, TN was performed during the each acupuncture period. Two methods for TN were used; twirling 3 times for 1 second persisted for 1 min in every 5 mins(long-duration and long-interval;LDLI) and twirling 3 times for 1 second persisted for 10 sec in every 1 min(short-duration and short-interval;SDSI). PA and EA produced an increase in tail flick latency (TFL); peak increases were 21.3±5.1% and 42.1±17.3% of the pre-acupunture control, respectively, and occurred immediately after cessation of 20min-acupuncture. Performing TN combined with PA increased TFL more than PA itself by showing a greater peak increase in TFL when performed with a SDSI-TN than with a LDLI-TN(60.6±12.5% and 42.7±22.7% of the pre-acupuncture control, respectively). Performing TN combined with EA also increased TFL more than EA itself and a greater peak increase in TFL was observed with a SDSI-TN as compared to a LDLI-TN(77.5±13.8% and 67.3±14.0% of the pre-acupuncture control, respectively). These results indicate that TN enhances both PA-and EA-produced antinociception where an greater enhanced antinociception than a LDLI-TN. It is suggested that performing a SDSI-TN combined with EA seems to be one of the most effective ways to produce analgesia.

        덕유산 국립공원 등산로의 환경훼손에 대한 이용영향

        The object of this study was to examine the user`s impacts on the environmental deteriorations of trail at Ticket Office - Paekryunsa (Temple) Hyangcho^kpong - Dongyupryung - Chilyun Fall area in To^kyusan National Park. Four trails were sampled in the study area according to the amount of users. Then the user`s impacts on trail were measured at each trail. The Ticket Office-Paekryunsa trail was the mo;;t used district and followed at Paekryunsa-Hyangcho^kpong trail, Hyangcho^kpong-Dongyupryung trail in descending order. Dongyupryung-Chilyun Fall trail is not used by people because of rest rotation system. The entire width of trail was greater at the more heavily used trail. Maximum depth, cross-sectional area loss, and surface texture and roughness of trail were the highest at Paekryunsa-Hyangcho^kpong trail. Soil hardness, soil acidity, soil moisture content, organic matter content, and exchange canon were influenced by trampling. Soil hardness, soil acidity and exchange canon increased in tramples soil, but content of soil moisture and organic matter decreased therein. Environmental deteriorations of trail were significantly influenced by the amount of users and the slope of trail. Bared lands about 2.000㎡ were appeared by trampling and camping around Hyangcho^kpong. Effects of carrying of rest rotation system for National Park were partly recognized at Dongyupryung-Chilyun Fall trail.

        정신분열병에 대한 리스페리돈의 효과 및 안정성

        연구목적 : 본 시험의 목적은 임상시험 시작전에 연구자들을 대상으로 PANSS Workshop을 통하여 PANSS, ESRS에 대한 국내에서의 표준화 작업을 구축하고 새로운 정신병 치료제인 리스페리돈의 효과와 안정성을 재확인하여 리스페리돈 사용에 대한 적정화를 이루는데 있다. 연구방법 : 1996년 4월부터 1996년 9월까지 국내 39개 대학병원 정신과에 입원중인 혹은 증상이 악화되어 입원하는 정신분열병 환자 377명을 대상으로 다시설 개방 연구를 시행하였다. 1주일간의 약물 배설기간을 가진후, 리스페리돈을 8주간 투여하였고, 기준점, 1주, 2주, 4주, 그리고 8주후에 평가되었다. 용량은 제1일에는 리스페리돈 1mg씩 1일 2회, 제2일에는 2mg씩 1일 2회, 제3∼7일에는 3mg씩 1일 2회 투여하였다. 이후 환자의 임상상태에 따라 임의로 증량할 수 있으며, 최대 일일 16mg을 초과하지 않도록 하였다. 추체외로 증상을 조절하기 위한 투약을 허용하였다. 임상증상 및 부작용의 평가는 PANSS(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale), CGI(Clinical Global Impression) 그리고 ESRS(Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale)을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 377명중 343명(91%)이 8주간의 연구를 완결하였다. 치료 종결시점인 8주후 PANSS 총점수가 20% 이상 호전된 경우를 약물 반응군으로 정의할때, 약물반응군은 81.3%였다. 리스페리돈에 반응하는 예측인자로는 발병연령, 이전의 입원 횟수, 유병기간이 관련 있었다. 리스페리돈은 1주후부터 PANSS양성, 음성, 및 일반정신병리 점수상에 유의한 호전을 보여 효과가 빨랐다. CGI의 경우도 기준점에 비해 1주후부터 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. ESRS의 경우, 파킨슨 평가점수는 기준점과 비교해 투여 1주, 2주, 4주후 유의하게 증가되었다가 8주후 기준점과 차이가 없었다. Dystonia 평가점수는 1주후만 유의한 증가를 보였으며, dyskinesia 평가점수는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈압, 맥박수의 생명징후 및 일반 혈액학 검사, 생화학적 검사, 심전도 검사에서 유의한 변화는 없었다. 결 론 : 이상의 다시설 개방 임상 연구를 통해 리스페리돈은 정신분열병 환자에서 양성증상뿐만 아니라 음성증상 및 전반적인 증상에도 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. 보다 명확한 평가를 위해서는 다른 항정신병약물과의 이중맹검 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 또한 장기적 치료에 대한 평가도 함께 이루어져야 하겠다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of Korean schizophrenic patients. Method : This multicenter open study included 377 schizophrenic patients drawn from 39 university hospitals. After a wash-out period of 1 week, the schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone for 8 weeks and evaluated at 5 points ; at baseline, and 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment. The dose was increased from 2mg/day(1mg twice daily) to 6mg/day(3mg twice daily) during the first week and adjusted to a maximum of 16mg/day over the next 7 weeks according to the patient's clinical response. Medication to control extrapyramidal symptoms was permitted. The psychiatric and neurological status of the patients was assessed by PANSS, CGI, and ESRS scales. Results : 343(91%) of 377 patients completed the 8-week trial period. Clinical improvement, as defined by a 20% or more reduction in total PANSS score at end point, was shown by 81.3% of patients. The predictors of response to risperidone were associated older age, shorter duration of illness, fewer previous hospitalization. Risperidone had rapid onset of action ; a significant decrease of the total PANSS and three PANSS factor(positive, negative, general), and CGI was already noticed at the end of first week. For the ESRS, parkinsonism rating scores were significantly increased until week 4 comparing with baseline. Dystonia rating scores were significantly increased until week 1, and dyskinesia rating scores were not significantly changed during the study. Laboratory parameters including vital sign, EKG, hematological, and biochemical values showed no significant changes during the trial. Conclusions : This study suggests that risperidone is generally safe and effective against both the positive and negative symptoms in our group of patients.

        The aim of this article is to improve human health and that of companion animals by improving the diagnosis and control of parasitic diseases. This is achieved by research into parasites of veterinary significance including zoonoses and the use of comparative systems to increase our understanding of some human parasitic diseases. We should promotes learning and teaching through knowledge and operates a diagnostic unit that offers a service to pet owner for indigenous and exotic parasitic diseases of companion animals. We must diagnose and treat them early. Zoonotic parasites are very important because many of animal parasites are zoonoses and give pain and death to human. Parasites are divided Protozoa, Helminthes and Arthropods. There are many protozoa, about 65,000 species. Arthropods are the vector of another diseases, such as virus, bacteria, protozoa and nematodes. Helminthes are composed of Trematoda, Cestoda, Nematoda and Acanthocephala. The target of Veterinary Parasitology is to recognize the characteristics of these parasites and subsequently diagnose, treat and control them. This article is intended to familiarize you with the essential facts and concepts of companion animal parasitology. Emphasis is placed on fecal sample techniques (comparison of fecal examination techniques; frequently found artifacts in fecal smears; direct Smear; zinc sulfate flotation; etc.) We recommend that the study be done to more references on animal parasites.

        한국인의 신뢰 수준 및 영향 요인 : 단체참여 및 개인의 사회,경제적 배경과 대인신뢰, 단체신뢰, 대중매체 신뢰

        본 연구는 한국인의 신뢰수준과 단체참여를 중심으로 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여, 이를 토대로 신뢰 증진을 위한 방안을 논의하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 대인신뢰, 단체신뢰, 대중매체신뢰와 관견된 23개 항목에 대한 신뢰를 Likert 5점 척도로 각각 질문하여 항목별 평균을 신뢰 측정치로 이용하였다. 각종 신뢰 변수와 단체참여 변수는 요인분석을 통하여 유형화 하였다. 본 연구의 측정을 위한 모집단은 우리나라 14개 광역 자치단체에 거주하는 20세 이상의 성인이다. 분석 결과 우리나라 국민들의 전반적인 신뢰수준은 유형별 큰 편차를 보였다. 즉 개인적 네트워크를 통해 이미 알고 있는 지인에 대한 사적신뢰는 매우 높은 반면 개인적인 친분이 없는 일반인 신뢰는 매우 낮게 나타났고, 사회단체에 대한 신뢰와 대중매체 신뢰는 비교적 높게 나타난 반면 공공기관에 대한 신뢰는 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 한편, 수평적 단체 및 수직적 단체 변수가 대인 및 단체 신뢰에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 대부분의 단체참여가 각종 신뢰에 영향을 미치고 있음을 나타내었다. 개인의 사회경제적 배경에 따라 긍정적 또는 부정적 형태로 다양한 영향을 나타내었다. 이는 우리나라가 아직 공동사회에 기초한 신뢰에 의존하고 있어 시민사회 및 2차사회 중심의 신뢰가 제대로 형성되지 못하고 있음을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 토대로 신뢰증진의 필요성에 관해 논의하였다. This study examines the trust levels of Korean people, and clarifies the factors to affect the Korean people's trust. For the purpose of this study, how the factors including horizontal association participation, hierarchical association participation and individuals' socio-economic status affect Korean people's trust is analyzed. More than 7,000 surveys are used for data in 14 provinces in Korea. The major findings of this study as followings : First, the degree of Korean people's trust has distinct difference according to the relationship with them and the subjects of the trust. Korean people show high levels of trust for their family members, friends and colleagues who they know already, while they hardly trust the general people. They show comparatively high levels of trust for civil association and mass media, while they show comparatively low levels of trust for public institutions. Second, hierarchical social association participation as well as the horizontal participation positively affect personal, associational, and meas medial trust. Third, according to the individuals' socio-economic status, the levels of trust shows strikingly contrast. Some variables of individuals' socio-economic status positively affect some kinds of trust, and others negatively affect other kinds of trust. This means that Korean peoples' trust is formed mainly by the gemeinschaft, not by the gesellschaft yet. Overall, this paper discusses how to improve various kinds of trust and suggests research implications for further research.

        PP/MMT 나노복합재료의 열안정성 및 기계적 계면 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 몬모릴로나이트(Na^(-)-montmorillonite, MMT)를 dodecylammonium chloide로 유기적 개질하여 폴리프로필렌(PP) 나노복합재료의 열안정성과 기계적 계면 물성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 나노복합재료의 구조 및 표면 특성은 각각 XRD와 FT-IR을 통해 알아보았고, 열안정성은 TGA를 통해 알아보았으며, 주조된 시편의 기계적 계면 물성은 K_(IC)와 G_(IC)를 통해 알아보았다. 실험 결과, dodecylammonium chloide을 이용한 MMT의 유기적 개질(DA-MMT)은 약 7.3 Å의 실리케이트 층간을 증가시켰고, DA-MMT 내의 CH_(2) 기에 의해 2800~2900 ㎝^(-1)에서 새로운 피크가 나타났다. PP/DA-MMT 나노복합재료의 열안정성은 순수한 PP 수지에 비해 향상되었는데, 이는 DA-MMT 입자와 PP 사이의 분자간 상호작용에 의한 것으로 판단된다. 또한, PP/DA-MMT 나노복합재료가 높은 기계적 계면 물성을 나타냈는데, 이러한 결과는 층간이 증가된 실리케이트에 PP가 쉽게 삽입되기 때문으로 판단된다. In this work. the effect of organic modification of Na-montmorillonite (MMT) with dodecylammonium chloride on thermal stabilities and mechanical interfacial properties of PP nanocomposites was investigated. The structure and surface properties of the nanocomposites were determined by XRD and FT-IR, respectively. The thermal stabilities of the nanocomposites were studied using a TGA analysis. Also, the mechanical interfacial properties were confirmed by KIC and GIC of casting specimens. As a result, the organic modification of MMT by dodecylammonium chloride(DA-MMT) led to the increase of the silicate layers to about 7.3 A, and the new peaks at 2800∼2900 cm^(-1) hand were shown in the presence of the CH groups on the DA-MMT. The thermal stahilities of PP/DA-MMT nanocomposites were higher than that of pure PP resin, which can be attributed to the increase of intermolecular interaction between DA-MMT particles and PP matrix. Also, the PP/DA-MMT nanocomposites had higher mechanical interfacial properties than those of pristime nanocomposites. These results explained that the pp was easily inserted in the spacing of the silcate interlayers of which were increased.

        저독성 난연제를 첨가한 에폭시 수지의 경화 동력학 및 유변학적 특성

        본 실험에서는 2관능성 에폭시 수지(EP)에 저독성 난연제인 tris (chloroisopropyl) phosphate (TCPP) 를 100:0~100:40 phr의 비율로 첨가한 후 이에 따른 경화 동력학과 유변학적 특성을 고찰하였다. 2EP/TCPP 시스템의 경화 활성화 에너지(E_(a))와 진화량(α)은 동적 DSC를 통하여 알아 보았으며, 유변학적 특성은 레오미터를 이용하여 등온 조건하에서 고찰하였다. 또한, 난연성 test인 UL94를 통하여 TCPP 함량에 따른 난연성의 변화를 살펴보았다. 실험 결과, E_(a)는 에폭시 수지 내에 TCPP의 함량이 증가할수록 증가하는 반면, 전화량(α)과 전환속도(d/dt)는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 가교 활성화 에너지(E_(c)) 값은 구한 E_(a) 값과 유사한 경향을 나타내었으며, 이러한 결과는 TCPP의 증가로 인해 2EP 고유의 interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) 구조형성이 방해받기 때문이라 판단된다. 또한, TCPP의 함량이 30 phr 이상인 경우 난연성이 향상되었는데, 이는 TCPP 내의 난연성을 갖는 인과 염소의 영향으로 판단된다. In this work. the cure kinetics and rheological properties of difunctional epoxy (2EP) resins containing a low toxicity flame-retardant based on tris(chloroisopropyl) phosphate (TCPP) are investigated. The 2EP/TCPP content was varied within 100 : 0 ∼100 : 40 phr. The cure system are studied under the isothermal condition using a rheometer, Also, the flame resistance is determined by UL94 vertical test. From experimental results, the Ea of 2EP/TCPP system is higher than that of pure 2EP. While, the conversion (α1 and conversion rate (d/dt) are decreased with increasing of the TCPP content. The cross-linking activation energy (E_(e)) of the system is similar to (E_(a)). This is probably due to the increase of TCPP content. which obstructs the formation of interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) structure of the 2EP. Also, the improvement of flame resistance is achieved by addition of 30 phr TCPP in the 2EP/TCPP system. which can be attributed to the existence of incombustible phosphorous and chlorines in the TCPP.

      • 조각자나무의 部位 및 採取時期別 SAPONIN 含量 差異에 關한 硏究

        On the whole, it has been known that the common effect by the part of the Gleditschia is the discharge of phlegm, the push of pus and the removal of tumor, the main component of which is the Gleditschia-saponin. It has been reported that the component consisted in the Lehume and the Semin and did not exist in the Thorn. This study was designed in the fact that the component will be contained in the Thorn which has been often used for the treatment of the push of pus and the removal of tumor, and in the fact that we could expect the good remedical value in the clinical treatment by comparing the content by its collection times, as the difference of the main component content by its collection times would differ in the remidical value. Comparative study was made through analyzing Gleditshcia-saponin content by the MeOH extract and by the water extract according to various part and collection times of Gleditschia. The result s were as follows: 1. As the result of the saponin confirmation reaction. both of the constant saopninfiable reaction and the Libermann-Burchard reaction proved positive. 2. The result confirmed of the Thin layer chromatograms showed that the sorts of the Gleditschia-saponin was eight and the Rf value of the Gleditschia-saponin by its part was the same. 3. As the result of measuring the Gleditschia-saponin content by MeOH extract, the Legume was highest by its part and the things gathered in December were highest by the collection times. 4. The result by the water extract showed that the Lehume was highest according to its part and the things gathered in December were highest by the collection times. 5. The content by the MeOH extract was higher than that by the water extract. From the above results. The Gleditschia-saponin was contained not only in the Legume and the Semen but also in the Thorn. The content of Gleditschia-saponin was highest in December by the collection times.

        백서의 치아이동 시 피질골 천공이 치주조직의 OPG, RANK, RANKL의 발현에 미치는 영향

        치아이동 시 피질골 천공이 치조골 재형성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 생후 15주된 자성백서를 사용하여 피질골 천공 후 치아이동을 실시한 실험군(Tooth movement with cortical punching: TMC group, n = 16)과 교정적 치아이동만 실시한 대조군(Tooth movement only group: TM group, n = 16)의 치아주위조직을 면역조직화학염색을 통하여 관찰하였다. 실험군과 대조군의 실험동물에 20 gm의 힘으로 상악 전치부 사이를 이개시키는 치아이동을 시행하였으며 실험군에서는 상악 전치부 구개부위에 피질골 천공을 실시하였다. 치아이동 후 1, 4, 7, 14일째에 실험군과 대조군의 실험동물을 희생시켰다. 면역조직화학염색법으로 OPG, RANK, RANKL의 발현을 비교한 결과, OPG의 발현은 양 군 모두에서 미처치 대조군에 비하여 감소되었으나, 실험군에서의 발현이 대조군보다 컸으며, RANK, RANKL은 피질골 천공을 시행한 경우에 더 강한 발현을 보이는 것이 관찰되었다. 따라서 피질골 천공이 치주조직의 OPG, RANK, RANKL의 발현에 영향을 미치며 치조골의 재형성을 향상시키는 것을 알 수 있었다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether cortical punching could stimulate the expression of OPG, RANK, and RANKL during tooth movement by immunohistochemistry. Methods: 34 sprague-dawley rats (15 weeks old) were allocated into 3 groups: TMC group (experimental group; Tooth Movement with Corticotomy, n = 16), TM group (control group; Tooth Movement only group, n = 16), and non-treatment group (n = 2). 20 gm of orthodontic force was applied to rat incisors by inserting elastic bands. The duration of force application was 1, 4, 7 and 14 days. A microscrew (diameter 1.2 mm) was used for cortical punching of the palatal side of the upper incisors in the TMC group. Results: Distributions of OPG, RANK, and RANKL were evaluated by immunohistochemistry. OPG, RANK and RANKL were observed on experimental and control groups. On the compression side, the degree of the expression of OPG decreased in both groups. The expression of RANK was most prominent in the experimental group of day 4. The expression of RANKL was most intensive and extensive in the experimental group of day 7. However, the expression of OPG was decreased in the experimental and control groups compared to the non treatment group. The expression of OPG, RANK and RANKL after force application were decreased at day 14. Conclusions: These findings suggested that cortical punching might stimulate remodeling of alveolar bone during a 2 week period of tooth movement without any pathologic change.
