Aims: We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Daclatasvir (DAV) and Asunaprevir (ASV) in patients with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) and chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: 22 chronic hemodialysis patients with HCV infection at 12 medical centers have prospectively enrolled from Feb, 2016 to Feb, 2017 (NCT02580474). Of those, 9 patients who were followed 12 weeks after treatment ended were included. We evaluated the virological responses at each week 4, 12, 24 and the 12-week sustained virologic response (SVR12). The tolerability and safety of patients were also evaluated. Results: Of these 20 patients, there had no resistance-associated variant of NS5A (NS5A RAVs) and 2 patients showed indeterminate NS5A RAVs. 12 patients (54.5%) completed the 24 weeks treatment of DAV and ASV. 6 patients (27.2%) have continued, but 4 patients discontinued study prior to 12 weeks. Overall, all patients (n=9) achieved SVR12. Virologic response at week 4, 12 and 24 showed 94.4% (17/18), 93.3% (14/15), and 100% (12/12) respectively. DCV and ASV were well tolerated among the majority of patients and discontinuation of the treatment due to adverse events (hypertension, bradycardia, leukemia) was occurred in 3 patients. In two patients with indeterminate NS5A RAVs, one achieved SVR12 but the other showed viral breakthrough and discontinued treatment. Conclusions: In this study, DAV and ASV combination therapy for chronic hemodialysis patients with HCV infection achieved high sustained virological response with few adverse events. Close monitoring of safety and tolerability may be necessary when treating chronic hepatitis C patients with CRF receiving DCV and ASV.

We analyzed the chirp sound and behavior of Teleogryllus emma with observation system, which was consisted of computer, ccd-camera and microphone. Computational methods of wavelet transformation and Self-Organizing Maps (SOM) were utilized to characterized the chirp sound of insect species for automatic counting in this study. Wavelets were initially applied to feature extraction of the chirp sound. Wavelet coefficients were accordingly calculated based on the basis function (e.g., Morlet). The obtained coefficients were subsequently provided to count number of chirps in each song. Sound structure of insect specimens consisted with long chirp and short chirp and the patterns of song were grouped by frequency of long chirp and short chirp. The song patterns of insect specimens were divided by Self-Organizing Map (SOM) that was used number of chirp as input data. Application of computational methods to automatic detection of chirp sound was further discussed for obtaining objective assessment in behavior science.
제20대 대선 유튜브 선거캠페인 댓글연결망 분석 - 삼프로TV를 중심으로

이 연구는 제20대 대통령 선거의 소셜 미디어 선거 캠페인에 대한 대중들의 반응을 사회연결망분석을 이용해 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 유튜브 채널 ‘삼프로TV: 경제의 신과 함께’에 게시된 2022년 대통령 선거 후보자 토론 영상과 댓글을 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 댓글 이용자 연결망 구조를 확인하기 위한 사회연결망분석, 댓글 이용자의 어휘 다양성 파악과 핵심이슈 파악을 위한 의미연결망분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 이재명 후보의 연결망이 윤석열 후보에 비해 이용자들 간 밀집도가 더 높았다. 어휘 다양성에 있어서는 윤석열 후보 영상 댓글이 더 다양한 어휘를 구사하는 것으로 나타났다. 이로써 영상 댓글 이용자들 간 ‘관계’에 초점을 두었을 때는 이재명 후보자의 영상이 윤석열 후보에 비해 더 집합적(collective)이었으나, 어휘의 다양성 측면에서 보았을 때는 윤석열 후보가 더 결합적(connective)인 것을 알 수 있다. 핵심 이슈의 경우, 이재명 후보는 후보자 발언에 대한 이용자의 생각이 주로 나타났고, 윤석열 후보는 후보자에 대한 평가나 비판의 내용이 나타났다. 이 연구는 ‘말’보다 ‘행동’에서 비롯된 데이터의 중요성과 약한 유대의 힘 이론이 설명력을 지니고 있음을 시사한다. Using social network analysis, this study investigated people’s responses to Youtube-mediated debate during the 2022 presidential election in Korea. Videos and comments, that were uploaded on the YouTube channel “Sampro TV: With the God of Economy”, were collected using Webometric Analyst 2.0 software. Several network techniques was performed on the obtained data to uncover the structure of the comment user network, and a semantic network analysis was also performed to identify the linguistic diversity of comment users and to identify critical issues. As a result, candidate Lee Jae-Myung’s network had a greater user density than candidate Yoon Suk-Yeol’s network. Yoon Suk-Yeol’s video comments were found to employ more diversified terminology. As a consequence, when focused on the strength of relations between video comment users in a core group, Lee Jae-Myung’s video was more collective and communal than Yoon’s, although Yoon is more connective in terms of vocabulary diversity. In the case of major issues, Lee’s commenters mostly displayed their supporting thoughts on his discussions, whereas Yoon’s commenters displayed the contents of evaluation or critique. The findings of this study is discused from a perspective of the strength of weak ties in social networks.

Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.

The objective of this research was to study the chemical kinetics of the decompo-sition of glucose in the presence of acid catalyst and metal ion. In this experiment. the range of variables investigated was covered temperature from 160℃ to 180℃ and concentration of 4% to 11% (W/V) sulfuric acid and metal sulfate concentrations, 1.0×10^(-3) to 2.5×10^(-2) gmol/l. It is shown that glucose disappearance follows a first-order reaction mechanism and the glucose decomposition reaction is dependent on both the reaction temperature and the catalyst concentration. And the presence of chromic ion accelerates the decompo-sition reaction of glucose, but presence of ferric and nickel ion rarely influence the reaction.

In this paper, it is presented a new scheme of adaptive-neuro control system to implement real-time control of robot manipulator. Unlike the well-established theory for the adaptive control of linear systems, there exists relatively little general theory for the adaptive control of nonlinear systems. Adaptive control technique is essential for providing a stable and robust performance for application of robot control. The proposed neuro control algorithm is one of learning a model based error back-propagation scheme using Lyapunov stability analysis method. Through simulation, the proposed adaptive-neuro control scheme is proved to be a efficient control technique for real-time control of robot system using DSPs.

Lovastatin(LV), one of the potent cholesterol-lowering agents, is an inactive lactone prodrug which is metabolized to its active open acid (Lovastatin acid. LVA). In order to optimize the assay procedure of LVA by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). solid phase extraction(SPE) method and protein precipitation method were employed for the pretreatment of plasma sample containing LV and LVA, and plasma sample was hydrolyzed under alkaline condition to transform all LV to LVA. Following pretreatment of plasma sample. 100ul of sample was injected onto a reversed-phase C_18 column and eluted with a acetonitrile-pH 3.0 phosphate buffer mixture(45:55 v/v) at a flow rate of 2.0ml/min. Ultraviolet detection was carried out at 238nm. It has been shown that all of LV in plasma was converted to LVA in vitro under alkaline condition. On SPE method, elution with acetonitrile-methanol mixture(75:25 v/v) indicated the highest recovery of LVA, but acid treatment of plasma sample before loading on SPE cartridge revealed little effect on recovery of LVA. Compared with two different pretreatment of plasma sample, SPE indicated better sensitivity and recovery.
열처리에 따른 Cd₁-xZnxS/In 박막의 광학적 및 전기적 특성 분석

In this thesis, effects of the thickness of indium films and the annealing temperature on optical and electrical properties of chemically deposited CdZnS films for the efficiency of the Cd1-xZnxS/CdTesolar cells were investigated. To improve the electrical conductivity of Cd1-xZnxs films, thin indium films(10-4Onm thickness)were evaporated on the suface of Cd1-rZnxs films. Experimental parameters such as indium film thickness, Zn mole fraction, and the annealing temperature in terms of structural and electrical properties of Cd1-xZnxs films were investigated. The diffusion process was carried out by heating the sample in air at 150-550℃ for 20 minute As the indium film thickness is increased, the resistivity decreases and the lowest value(0.3 O -cm)is obtained for Cd1-xZnxs films annealed at 450℃ with 40nm of the thickness.
수증기 활성화법으로 제조된 영월 석탄계 활성탄의 특성 연구

Activated carbons were prepared from Youngwall coal by steam activation in this study. The feasibility of the Youngwall coal to commercial activated carbon was examined. The variation of pore structures and the development of porosity in activated carbons were investigated by changing activation conditions in batch type apparatus. The values of BET surface area and adsorption capacity of iodine and methylene blue of the resulting activated carbons were obtained as high as 1,000㎡/g, 900㎎/g, 150㎖/g, respectively. Youngwall activated carbon prepared in this study showed much higher pore volume in pore diameter over l0Å than that of commercial reference activated carbon(Ningxia Taihua ZJ-15C) produced from China anthracite.
