        대형유통상업시설 개발을 위한 소비자 선택기준에 관한 연구 -용인/분당 지역 대형백화점을 기준으로-

        Today`s distribution market has many structures such as department stores, large discount stores, traditional markets, and internet shopping malls, and the choice variety of the consumers` purchase behavior increased. For this, this study conducted research about consumer choice criteria about department stores among many distribution market structures and consumer satisfaction in Yong-In and Bun-Dang area. The degree of importance about choice criteria for department stores in general was analyzed, and for the degree of importance items, degree of preference about the actual department stores in Yong-In and Bun-Dang area was additionally analyzed. The selection of factors for department store choice criteria was ultimately done by consulting with researchers of the previous studies and distribution specialists, and the survey was conducted from an outside survey institute, and the relative importance was evaluated by AHP method. Also, additional research was conducted on the actual consumer preference of department stores located in Bun-Dang and Yong-In area about each choice criteria item. From the analysis results, the factors that are considered in priority in choosing a department stores and actual preference of department stores were analyzed, and the consumer characteristics and new perception standard were identified.

        Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.

      • 4족 보행로봇의 지형-적응 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        보행로봇이 비평탄 지형에서도 자유로운 이동을 할 수 있기 위해서는 지형에 따라 적절한 알고리즘으로 변화시켜 보행하는 것이 중요하다. 지금까지 블라인드 로봇(blind robot)의 경우 각 다리의 착지점을 선택하는 방법에 초점을 맞추고 있으나 본 논문에서는 스트로크와 주기를 변화시켜 비평탄 지형에도 안정된 등속도 보행을 하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. Framix-DSP라고 하는 4족 로봇을 실험대상으로 하였고, 로봇은 물결-게 걸음새로 보행한다. One of the primary advantage of walking robots is their ability to walk in the irregular terrain. Adaptive algorithms that modify the gait according to the terrain must be provided to apply this advantage. Existing articles about adaptive gaits of blind robot are based on intelligent foothold selection. However, this article proposes a algorithm that is based on the variations of stroke and period to adapt the irregular terrain. If this adaptive algorism is used, robot can maintain periodic gait walking and constant speed using only force sensor even in the irregular terrain without external sophisticated sensor. Quadruped robot named FRAMIX-DSP is used as a working example and robot walks with the wave-crab gait.

        관찰자기준의 도심문화재주변 높이제한제도에 관한 연구

        This study suggests an improvement of building height regulation in urban area with a historic landmark, by an adoption of the observer-oriented building height regulation. A rigid-angle height regulation system that is current secures no pertinent perspective around the historic landmarks. Through a case study of 'Dong-dae Mun' with height calculations and 3D visual simulations, the observer-oriented building height regulation is proven to make more available space with less obstacles in the perspectives around historic landmark.

      • 지반반응 곡선을 이용한 터널 해석

        In general, the accurate analysis method of stress-strain behaviour of tunnel is not developed yet because of the following difficulties in (1) the estimation of loading conditions around tunnel, (2) the determination of ground-support system interaction. and (3) the selection of relative ground material properties. In NATM, these problem can be complemented by design modification during tunnel excavation. In this study, two FORTRAN programs based upon ground response curve are developed for the estimation of the tunnel crown deformation. And the results are compared with FLAC analysis results. As a results of the study, the ground response curve analysis method using FORTRAN programs are recommended for the simple circular tunnel in homogeneous ground.

        Acute torsion of the ovary and ovarian mass is a recognized surgical emergency, but rarely has the diagnosis been made preoperatively on the basis of imaging studies. The sonographic findings in 14 cases of surgically proven torsion of the ovary and ovarian mass are described. Mostly cystic ovarian mass, engorged vessel, dilated uterine tube, beak-like echo(torsion site), smooth mass wall thickening an free-fluid collection in cul-de-sac are described. More significant in terms of specificity were the demonstration in 6 cases(42.9%) of the smooth mass wall thickening and in 8 cases(57.1%) of a free fluid in the cul-de-sac. We report the sonographic findings of ovary and ovarian mass torsion that may suggest the preoperative diagnosis of this condition.

        Candida parapsilosis 돌연변이주에 의한 Xylitol 생산의 배지조건 최적화

        Candida parapsilosis ATCC 22019 돌연변이주를 사용하여 xylitol 생산에 영향을 주는 배지성분의 최적화를 수행하였다. Xylose 50 g/l 배지에서 여러 가지 질소원이 xylitol 생산에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 xylitol 생산에는 무기질소원으로는 (NH_4)_2SO_4가 좋았으며 유기질소원으로는 yeast extract가 가장 좋았다. 무기염으로 KH_2PO_4 ad MgSO_4·7H_2O를 선정하여 최적화를 수행하였고 그 결과 최적배지로 xylose of 50 g/l, yeast extract of 5 g/l, (NH_4)_2SO_4 of 5 g/l, KH_2PO_4 of 5 g/l, MgSO_4·7H_2O of 0.2 g/l로 결정하였다. 최적배지를 사용하여 발효조에서 64시간 배양하였을 때 xylose는 모두 소모되었으며 최종 균체농도와 xylitol 생산량은 각각 7.6 g/l와 37 g/l을 얻었다. 이때, xylose로 부터 xylitol의 전환수율 74%이었고, xylitol의 생산성은 0.58 g/l-hr이었다. 최적배지에서 총 첨가된 xylose에 대한 xylitol의 생산수율 80.7%에 해당되었고 xylitol의 생산성은 0.94g/l-hr에 해당되었다. Medium optimization for xylitol production from xylose by Candida parapsilosis ATCC 22019 mutant was performed. Effect of various nitrogen sources on xylitol production was investigatied. Of inorganic nitrogenous compounds, ammonium sulfate was effective for xylitol production and yeast extract was the most suitable orangic nitrogen nutrient for enhancement of xylitol production. Effect of inorganic salts such as KH_2PO_4 ad MgSO_4·7H_2O on xylitol production was also studied. Optimal medium was selected as xylose of 50 g/l, yeast extract of 5 g/l, (NH_4)_2SO_4 of 5 g/l, KH_2PO_4 of 5 g/l, MgSO_4·7H_2O of 0.2 g/l. In a fermentor by using the optimal medium, a final xylitol concentration of 37 g/l could be obtained from 50 g/l of xylose with a xylitol yield of 74% and a xylitol productivity of 0.58 g/l-hr. At 300 g/l xylose, fermentation was also carried out and then a final xylitol concentration of 242 g/l was obtained at 272 hours. It was corresponding to xylitol yield of 80.7% and xylitol productivity of 0.58 g/l-hr.

        μBGA 무연솔더 (Sn-3.5Ag-0.7Cu)와 전해 및 무전해 Ni 도금층 계면의 열적 안정성

        The morphology and thermal stability of the interfacial phases in the joints between lead free solder (Sn3.5AgO.7Cu) and electroless Ni-P (12 at%P) and electro Ni under bumper metallizations(UBM) were investigated as a function of thermal aging. Samples were prepared by reflowing at 250℃, N₂ atmosphere and aging in the range of 125 to 170℃ for up to 1000h. After reflow, in the electrolytic Ni/solder joint, the interfacial IMC was mostly Nirich (Ni,Cu)₃Sn4 with an addition of about 8 at% Cu while in electroless Ni-P/solder joint it showed both Cu-rich (Cu,Ni)_(6)Sny and Ni-rich (Ni,Cu)₃Sn4. After relatively short aging time, the interfacial IMC on electrolytic Ni layer has developed into the dual-layed structure of (Ni,Cu)₃Sn₄(bottom) and (Cu,Ni)_(6)Sny(top). But IMC on electroless Ni-P layer were (Cu,Ni)_(6)Sn_(6) and changed into the dual structure only after long aging time of 500h. The growth rate of IMC with aging was higher on electrolytic Ni layer than on electroless Ni-P. The different behavior of electroless Ni-P/SAC joint came from Ni₃P formation between IMC and electroless Ni-P layer which retards diffusion of Ni and Sn to the opposite direction. The thickness of Ni₃P layer was propositional to that of IMC. For longer aging time, NiSnP layer was found at the interface between IMC and Ni₃P layer. Interestingly, in spite of low consumption rate of electroless Ni-P than electrolytic Ni layer by suppressing IMC growth, the interface of Ni-P/IMC was locally hollowed by the accelerated reaction of the Ni-P layer through local thickness reduction of Ni₃P and NiSnP layers. This reduced the effective remaining thickness of Ni-P layer.

      • 한 종합병원 암등록환자에 대한 통계적 고찰

        This study was conducted with 1, 073 patients who registered at cancer registry of Chungnam National University Hospital for the year of 1981, 1983, 1985 and 1987 to fird out the general characteristics of cancer incidence according to sex, age, residential area and season for the important organs. The results were as follows: 1. The sex ratio of cancer was higher in male than female as 1.3 : 1. 2. The age group of over 40 years occupied 80% or more of total cases. 3. The cancer incidence of stomach, lung, larynx, lymph node were high in male and in female, the cancer of uterine cervix, stomach, breast, thyroid were high in that order. 4. The relative frequency by age group showed that the cancer of stomach, lymph node, thyroid, uterine cervix were high in less 29 years of age and the cancer cf stomach, lymphnode, thyroid, lung were high in 30-39 years of age and the cancer of stomach, lung, uterinecervix, larynx were high in over 50 years of age in that order. 5. There was no difference in cancer incidence by residential area and season. 6. The median survival time of cancers were 10.5 months in stomach cancer, 14.0 monthe in uterine cervix cancer, 7.0 months in lung cancer. 7. The 5 year survival rate of cancers were 76.9% in uterine cervix cancer, 52.8% in stomach cancer, 19.4% in lung cancer.
