        재무 시계열 자료 분석을 위한 로버스트 추정방법

        본 논문은 재무 시계열 자료에서 흔히 나타나는 이상치를 처리하기 위하여 이중 로버스트 추정함수를 제시하였다. 이중 로버스트 추정 방정식의 해인 로버스트 추정치를 이용하여 ARCH모형과 GARCH 모형 하에서 이상치를 처리하였다. 또한 실제 주가자료를 응용하여 기존의 최소제곱추정치보다 로버스트 추정치나 이중 로버스트 추정치의 성능이 우수함을 보였다. In this paper, we propose the double robust estimators which are the solutions of the double robust estimating equations to analyze and treat the outliers in the stock market data in Korea including the IMF period. The feasibility study shows that the proposed estimators work quitely better than the least squares estimators and the conventional robust estimators.

        動産擔保權의 統一化와 登錄에 의한 抵當權化로의 새로운 傾向

        Historically, security rights on movables have been developed very diverse and created by way of delivery of possession of them. Furthermore, registration of the security rights of movables has not been needed. Therefore, the security rights on movables, especially pledge on them, have been very inconvient for debtor to run a business, who has borrowd money with creation of security rights on his/her own movables. Because he/she could not use materials, machines and equipments for production owing to the delivery of possession of them, even though he/she would get money from creditor for operating them. In oder to overcome such an inconvience of security rights of movables, it been recently proposed that the security rights on movables should be registered instead of delivery of possession of them. Generally, such a proposal of the registration of security rights on movables has been mainly made by organizatons and institutes of international trade business, and international banks. At same time, unification of diverse security rights on movables into one kind of security interest on movables has been also proposed. The Uniform Commercial Code of the United States of America (UCC) has led such a trend of security rights on movables. Nowadays, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law(UNCITRAL) plays a leading role of such a trend. The International Institute for the Unification of Private Law(Unidroit), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development(EBRD) and the Organization of American States(OAS) have also supported for unification and registration of security rights on movables through elaboration of model acts on them. Even though such a trend of unification and registration of security rights on movables is a main stream in security law these days, Germany has not act positively about it. Because Germany had already developed more convenienter security rights on movables without registration of them through transfer of title for security on movables and retention of title of movables by vendor. Together with unification of international contract law through the United Nations Convention on the Contract for the International Sale of Goods(CISG), the unification and the registration of the security rights on movables is another symbolic development of globalization in private law. But each method is different: through the former method the sustantive law itself of international contract law has been unified on the basis of international treaty, through the latter method the unification and the registration of security rights on movables should be legislated according to the proposed model law or legislative guide etc.. Some countries have already legislated partially for registration of security rights on movables. Korea should also positively take into consideration for registration of security rights on important valuable movables along with the globalization of law of security rights on movables.

        단조산업에서의 철강제품의 열처리는 산업의 근간이 되며 제품경쟁력에 아주 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 열처리를 수행하는 열처리로에서의 버너제어는 연료인 LNG가스의 절감뿐만 아니라 균질한 열처리를 요구하는 제품 경쟁력에 막대한 영행을 준다. 본 연구는 열처리로에서의 버너제어를 비례제어를 이용하여 수행하고, 그 결과가 에너지 절감뿐만 아니라 열처리로의 성능을 향상시키는 것을 보여준다. The heat treatment of the steel is very important part on the forging industry. It is also effect to price competitiveness. The burner control system of the heat treating furnace is related LNG gas saving and fixed manufactured goods rate. This study show the burner control performance of the heat treating furnace. The result developed the performance of the heat treating furnace and show energy saving.

        Reliable Estimation of Lifetime Projection with Stress-Time-Dominated Hot Carrier Time Exponent

        This study examined the dependency of hot carrier degradation on the time exponent n, as a function of thestress time, as well as the influence of hot carrier degradation on lifetime projections by data interpolation andextrapolation, which are used to evaluate process qualification and reliability. The discrepancy in the n value given byextrapolative data analysis can result in erroneous hot carrier injection lifetime projections, despite the reliable andmature front-end-of-line process. Because the n value is dependent on the changes in the saturation drain current(IDSAT), interpolative data analysis gave more reliable lifetime projections than the extrapolative data analysis, withoutextending the stress time. Failure time obtained by interpolation was different from that by extrapolation becausethe time exponent, n, changes with the variation rate of IDSAT. The errors of the parameter, m, in the HCI model wereattributed to the difference in failure time, which in turn affected the lifetime projections. A modified method wassuggested to minimize the errors in lifetime projections with the conventional stress time frame. A lower rate ofchange of IDSAT, which allows interpolation, was applied as the failure criterion instead of the actual failure criterionof the device to extract a more accurate value for the parameter, m, with the results, because the parameter, m, isan important factor of a lifetime projection at a given level. The use of this lower variation rate of IDSAT as the failurecriterion eliminates the need to account for the changes in failure criteria. This method estimated lifetime projectionsmore reliably.

        Reflectivity Control at Substrate / Photoresist Interface by Inorganic Bottom Anti-Reflection Coating for Nanometerscaled Devices

        More accurate CD (Critical Dimension) control is required for the nanometer-scaled devices. However, since thereflectivity between substrate and PR (Photoresist) becomes higher, the CD (Critical Dimension) swing curve wasintensified. The higher reflectivity also causes PR notching due to the pattern of sub-layer. For this device requirement,it was optimized for the thickness, refractive index(n) and absorption coefficient(k) in the bottom anti-reflectivecoating(BARC; SiON) and photoresist with the minimum reflectivity. The computational simulated conditions, whichwere determined with the thickness of 33 nm, n of 1.89 and k of 0.369 as the optimum condition, were successfullyapplied to the experiments with no standing wave for the 0.13um-device. At this condition, the lowest reflectivitywas 0.44%. This optimum condition for BARC SiON film was applied to the process for 0.13um-device. The optimumSiON film as BARC to PR and sub-layer could be formed with the accurate CD control and no standing waver for thenanometer-scaled semiconductor manufacturing process.
