Boron diffusion into silicon through poly\ulcorneri-SiO2 was carried out for the diffusion with low concentration using CVD-BN. The result of direct boron diffusion from BN into silicon and that of boron diffusion through SiO2 from BN into silicon was compared with the result of boron diffusion through poly-Si-SiO2 from BN into silicon. In the case of boron diffusion through poly Si-SiO2, the low concentration diffusion was obtained, that is the boron surface concentration in silicon Cs=10**16 Cm**-3, and the glassy compounds were not seen.

This study is compared and examined between the Gencon 1976 and Gencon 1994 voyage charterparty that shipowners undertake to put a named vessel at the disposal of a charterer for the carriage of a full cargo or part cargo for a single voyage within a specified range at freight rates and conditions agreed between the two during negotiations before the fixture. Characteristics of the Gencon 1994 can be summarized as follows; ① adoption of Free In and Out(FIO) ② newly establishing of clauses, such as Both-to-Blame Collision. New Jason, Law and Arbitration ③ investing each party with selecting authority of clauses for calculation of Payment of Freight, Laytime calculation, General Average and New Jason clause, Law and place of Arbitration. To update and clarify the charter, Preamble, Owner's Responsibility Clause, Payment of Freight, Loading/Discharging, Laytime, Demurrage, Lien Clause, Cancelling Clause, Bills of Lading, Brokerage, General Strike Clause, War Risks. General Ice Clause were revised. In spite of those amendments, Gencon 1994 has the problem of unbalance of party's obligation and part of clauses. If these are to be amended, the usefulness of Gencon 1994 will be much more increased.
하향유식 혐기성 고정상 생물반응기에서 유기성 폐수의 HRT변화에 따른 Biogas 생성 및 VSS 농도에 관한 연구

Characteristics of a downflow anaerobic packed bed reactor with raschig ring ceramics as a packing were measured and discussed for the basic evaluation of the process. A synthesized glucose substrate wastewater were used as a feed and process characteristics such as pH, biogas production, composition of produced gas, COD removal and VSS were measured with the hydraulic retention time (HRT) changing from 0.25 to 2 days. As a result, this type of reactor was applicable in continuous operation within the given HRT range and the transient period approaching the steady state was about 20 days. The content of methane in produced gas increase with HRT was always high above 50% enough to use as energy source. The COD removal efficiency increased gradually as HRT increased. The axial profile of VSS concentration in the reactor usually showed the maximum at the lower region and the minimum at the middle. The VSS concentration at the upper region and the exit appeared similarly. However, at 0.25 day of HRT, the VSS concentration of effluent became higher than that of the upper region. Therefore the optimum HRT of this reactor occurred about 0.5 day, at which the production of methane began to be just stabilized and loss of VSS and COD removal were resonable.

In this paper, we implement a digital holographic security card system that combines digital holographic memory using random phase encoded reference beams with electrical biometrics. Digitally encoded data including a document, a picture of face, and a fingerprint are recorded by multiplexing of holographic memory. A random phase mask encoding reference beams are used as a decoded key to protect illegal counterfeit. As a result, we can achieve a raw BER of 3.6×10-4 and shift selectivity of 4㎛ using the 2D random phase mask. Also, we develop a recording pattern and image processing which are suitable for a low cost reader without a position sensing photo-detector for real time data extraction and remove danger of fraud from unauthorized person by comparing the reconstructed holographic data with the live fingerprint data. 본 논문에서는 랜덤 위상 암호화된 기준빔을 이용한 광 보안 기술과 생체 인식기술을 접목시킨 새로운 디지털 홀로그래픽 보안 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 일반적인 광보안 시스템의 암호화된 아날로그 영상이 아닌 지문 및 얼굴사진, 문서 정보 등을 포함하는 디지털 정보가 홀로그래픽 메모리의 다중화 기술에 의해 저장되었다. 랜덤 위상 마스크는 기준빔을 암호화하여 불법 복제를 방지하는 복호화 키로 사용되었고, 64×64 크기를 갖는 2차원 위상 마스크를 통해 3.6×10-4의 Raw BER과 4㎛의 매우 높은 위치 선택도를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 실시간 정보 추출을 위해 위치 제어 센서가 필요 없는 저가의 판독기 구현에 적합한 기록패턴과 영상 신호처리를 개발 하였으며, 홀로그램 지문 정보와 사용자의 지문 정보를 비교 검증함으로서 타인에 의한 불법 도용의 위험성을 제거하였다.
