        지역사회에서 형성된 사회적 지지와 근로자의 사회심리적 스트레스간의 관련성

        Objective: This study was performed to examine the relationship between community-based social support and psychosocial distress in workers. Methods: The study subjects were 596 workers recruited from 11 companies in Chungju city. A structured questionnaire was used to assess sociodemographics, health-related behaviors, job characteristics, job stress, work-based social support, community-based social support and level of psychosocial distress. Results: Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that workers with no chronic disease, exercise and sufficient sleep had a higher score of psychosocial distress than those with chronic disease, no exercise, and not enough sleep. Coworker's work-based social support and community-based social support were negatively associated with psychosocial distress. The R square value of total independent variables on psychosocial distress was 0.409, and that of community-based social support on psychosocial distress was 0.052. Conclusion: This study showed that community-based social support served as a protective factor against psychosocial distress in some workers. We recommend the establishment of a worksite stress reduction program in occupational level as well as community-based social support.

        2003년 국내 중증급성호흡기증후군 진료 현황 및 문제점 분석

        목적 : 2002년 말 중국에서 SARS가 발생한 이후 국내에서도 2003년 10월까지 총 3명의 추정환자, 17명의 의심환자가 보고되었다. 향후 추가적인 SARS의 유행이 우려되는 상황에서, 그간의 SARS 환자 진료에 있어서의 실질적인 준비사항, 진료 현황 등에 대한 조사를 통해 문제점을 파악하여, 향후 더 나은 대비가 될 수 있도록 개선점을 제시하고자 하였다. 재료 및 방법 : SARS로 의심되는 환자를 진료 경험이 있는 병원의료진을 대상으로 2003년 10월에 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문에는 SARS 환자 진료 시의 실질적인 조치, 진료 현황, 병실, 응급실 및 외래에서의 격리 시설과 준비사항, 보건당국의 관리와 지원에 관한 사항을 포함하였다. 결과 : 대상이 되는 22개 병원 중 17개(17/22, 77.2%) 병원이 설문에 응하였다. SARS 환자를 위한 격리실은 응급실, 외래, 일반병실 및 중환자실에서 각각 9개(9/17, 52.9%), 5개(5/17, 29.4%), 15개(15/16, 93.7%), 4개(4/16, 25%) 병원에서 음압처리가 되어있지 않은 일인실 혹은 다인실이 사용되었고, 1개(1/16, 6.3%) 병원에서만 일반병실에서 음압격리실이 운영되었다. 입원환자의 진찰 시 개인보호구의 착용은 거의 모든 의료기관에서 이루어졌다. 보건당국에서 SARS지정병원의 시설 등을 사전에 확인한 곳은 1곳(1/12, 8.3%)이였고, 14개 병원(14/15, 93.3%)에서는 보건당국에 의뢰한 검사결과를 통하 받지 못하였다. 결론 : 의료기관에서 SARS 환자용 격리실뿐만 아니라 기존의 격리실 설비 등이 미흡하였으며, 특히 중환자실 및 외래의 준비가 더욱 부족하였다. 보건당국의 의료기관에 대한 종합적인 지원이 부족하였고, 병원과의 원활한 연계가 잘 이루어지지 않았다. SARS 만이 아닌 격리를 필요로 하는 질환의 적절한 진료를 위해 향후 병원 시설의 정비와 정부차원에서의 보다 구체적이고 실질적인 대책마련이 필요하다. Background : There was an worldwide outbreak of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) originated from China in late 2002. During that period three cases of suspected SARS and 17 cases of probable SARS were reported in Korea. With the concerns about the reemergence of SARS-coV transmission, it is important to be prepared for any possibility. So, this study is aimed to analysis the past measures in managing SARS and propose the amendatory plans to improve the preparedness. Materials & Methods : Questionnaires were collected among clinicians with any experience in managing the probable or suspected SARS cases in Oct. 2003. 17 out of 22 hospitals responded to the questionnaire. The contents in the questionnaire were practical activities, personal equipments, response plans, isolation facilities in emergency centers, outpatient clinics, general wards and intensive care units, and relationship with the public health department. Results : The dedicated isolation rooms in emergency centers, outpatient clinics, general wards, and intensive care units were prepared in 9 (9/17, 52.9%), 5 (5/17, 29.4%), 15 (15/16, 93.7%), and 4 (4/16, 25.0%) hospitals, respectively. Except for one hospital that newly made negative pressure room for SARS, single or multi-bed rooms without airborne infection control were used in all the other hospitals. The personal precaution principles were kept quite well in general wards. Before the designation of SARS hospital by the public health department prior evalution to see if the hospital was suitable for managing SARS was conducted in only 1 (1/12, 8.3%) hospital. The results of laboratory diagnosis were reported back in 1 (1/15, 6.6%) hospital. Conclusions : The isolation facilities which can control airborne infection were almost deficient not only for SARS but also for other respiratory transmissible diseases. For the infection control of transmissible diseases including SARS, more investment is needed on medical facilities and comprehensive support from the public health department required.

        In conjunction with a vertical network, horizontal geodetic control points provide the basic framework for topographic mapping and legal survey. The design of such networks as well as the technical means for obtaining their coordinates have been changed in time, and therefore National Geographic Institute has planned and observed the precise geodetic network since 1975. The aim of this study is to investigate the systematic distortions of the precise primary geodetic net in Korea implementing by the simultaneous adjustment. Another aim is to study basic scheme for determination of official coordinates of geodetic control points.

        사용자 수술명과 수술분류 code(ICD-9-CM) 일치율 향상에 관한 연구 : 수술실 OCS program 사용 활성화를 통하여

        Background : The necessity of unify and standardize codes used at hospital has been emphasized since OCS (Order Communicating System) was adopted. Therefore, the purpose of this study were to standardize operation code by continuous training of the ICD-9-CM code that is used as standard code in OCS program at operating room. Method : In 400 operation data, operation code entered in OCS program at operating room was compared to operation name recorded in medical record. In addition, a matching rate between input data of operation code by medical record department and computing input data of operation code in 3,710 cases was compared for each department. User operation name and operation code were matched and major diagnosis by operation department and operation name were also matched. Results : User operation name was reflected in operation classification code in detail, and operation code entered on user was registered. Input rate and matching rate of operation code were gradually improved after improvement activity. In particular, a matching rate was high at ophthalmology where operation name is segmented. Plastic surgery and orthopedics with a lot of emergency operation and comprehensive operation name show low input rates. Conclusions : As the medical field makes progress in computerlization, awareness of information exchange and sharing becomes higher. Among codes to classified medical institution, codes related to surgical operation are all different by user of hospital and department. Computerlization and standardization is essential. And when efforts of standardization continue in alliance with individual hospital and institution, initiative of preparing medical policy data at a national level will be accelerated.

      • 基準點 間隔이 블럭調整의 精密度에 미치는 影響에 관한 硏究

        Up to now, analyses of the precision in A.T, have been dealt with hypothesis of error-free on ground control coordinates. In fact, it is not error-free but the precision of ground control surveying is higher than the precision of aerotriangulation. In this investigation, it has, therefore, given weight corresponding to precison of the ground control surveying, and it has analyzed the influence which the precision of ground control coordinates exerts upon the absolute error of check points with the change of the control spacing. Then, the results of this investigation can be concluded as follows: (1) In weight 10^1 case, it has known that ground control coordinates have been permitted error-free. (2) It is thought that it will be desirable to give the corresponding weight when the precision of ground control surveying is had. (3) The absolute error goes to bad with the change of control spacing from 2 models to 4 models. Therefore, it is known that the control spacing influences the absolute error.

        原料의 種類와 形態에 따른 Aspergillus oryzae 麴의 生理活性 및 酵素力

        CNU O4-5 isolated from conventional Meju, which is used as raw material for making a soybean fermentation food, identified as an Aspergillus oryzae. To make koji, Aspergillus oryzae CNU O4-5 was cultured for 3-4 days at 30℃ with various grain materials such as flour, soybean powder, flour+soybean powder(1:1), soaked soybean and rice. The koji was evaluated for analyze the angiotesin converting enzyne(ACE) inhibition, antioxidative activity, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, amylase and protease activity, α-amylase and glucoamylase activities of flour koji wee higher than those of the koji soybean powder. However neutral and alkaline protease activities of flour koji were lower than those of flour+soybean powder and soybean koji. Amylase and protease activities of kojies of soaked soybean and rice showed very low level. The range of the ACE inhibition rate by hot water fraction of the kojies, which are cultured with various gain materials, were from 45% to 54%. The antioxidative activity of ethanol-fraction of koji, which is made by using the soybean powder or soaked soybean, prolonged for 6 days in lard at 60℃. The SOD activity of grinded fraction of koji, which is made by using the flour or soybean powder, was same as 2,000 units per g of each koji.

        As the civilization evolves through different stages, the educational demand of the society chnages. Our society confronts various challenges from today's changing environment due to the globalization and the introduction of information technology. Higher education should be able to honor the social contract by delivering what the to survive wants. Universities are asked to produce better graduates at a lower cost. To meet the challenge and to survive the competition among domestic and foreign higher educational institutions, universities are going thourgh transformation. They are utilizing the principles of management techniques like reengineering and restructuring as businesses do. This article summarizes what universities are currently going through and what they have to do in order to survive in the coming Information Age from the information technology perspecive. Information technology is the driving force for the transformation. Every university is utilizing information technology to build an infrastructure through which high quality education and service can be provided to customers inside and outside of the institution. The core of this new student-centered campus is the computer network. Computer and telecommunications technology allows universities to privide new types of education such as distance learning, digital library, and multimedia education. Multimedia will become the primary means of delivering education. Educators maintain that the learning-oriented paradigm will work better with new generations of students. Multimedia is the means to provide the learner-centered environment. It is believed that multimedia will improve students' learning due to the richnees of information and its interactivity nature. More and more faculties are expeceted to develop multimedia course materials. This article gives a guideline for the development of multimedia course materials.

      • NNSS方式에 의한 測位觀測 및 韓國 測地系에 관한 硏究

        TRANSIT 人工衛星에 의한 도플러 測定技術은 NNSS 方式에서 GPS方式으로 發展的으로 移行되고 있는 段階이고 現在 그 技法은 大陸間의 測地網의 結合 및 落島의 位置決定 등에서는 가장 뛰어난 手段을 提供하고 있으나 우리나라에서는 아직 開發段階에 머물고 있어 새로운 技術의 導入活用이 時急한 實情인 점에 비추어 本硏究에서는 우리나라에 있어서의 NNSS 方式에 의한 測位觀測의 現況과 그 成果를 分析 評價함과 아울러 도플러 測定의 正確度 向上 및 測地利用의 多邊化를 위한 指標의 導出을 試圖하였다. 本硏究에서 提示한 指標는 다음과 같다. 1. 우리나라에 있어서의 NNSS方式에 의한 測位觀測成果는 從來의 三角測量方式에 의한 實用成果와 比較할 때에 誤差範圍內에 있는 것으로 評價되므로 落島의 位置決定등에의 NNSS方式에 의한 測位觀測의 活用促進 2. NNSS方式에서 GPS 方式으로의 移行을 위한 技術開發 및 調査硏究의 活性化 3. 韓國測地系와 世界的 測地系와의 相關關係의 定立을 위한 原點偏位量 觀測의 早期施行 The positioning technique by Doppler frequency shift measurement with combination of TRANSIT Satellite is increasingly being in transition from Navy Navigation Satellite System to Global Positioning System. This technology nowadays is worldwidely in usa for the geodetic fields for instance, checking the closing error discrepancy of geodetic control network between continents and positioning of isolated islands, on the other hand, it is just on the begining stage in Korea. This paper therefore, in first discuses the technical development of the geodetic positioning with use of Doppler effect measurement and the way of enhancing accuracy of surveying by means of .comparative analysis of the data acquired through a few channel and secondly proposes the way to widen geodetic applications of this technique focusing on the following items. (1) The accuracy of the results by the Doppler positioning measurement is tolerable compared to -that of the conventional triangulation method. It is recommendable that positioning method of the isolated Islands by NNSS may especially be more effective than that by triangulation. (2) Development and promotion of this technology must be accelerated in accordance with transition from NNSS to GPS. (3) Experiment must be carried out for defining the coordinate shift of local reference datums between Korean Geodetic System and World Geodetic System (WGS-72).

      • 우리나라의 測量制度 및 發展指標 定立에 관한 硏究

        오늘날의 측량의 내용은 우주측지기술의 실용화, 컴퓨터를 이용한 수치지도제작 및 인공위성에 의한 영상의 획득이 가능해짐에 따라 종래의 지상측량 및 지도제작의 범위를 뛰어넘어 크게 확대, 발전되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 측량학계는 이러한 시대적 변화를 능동적으로 주도해 가지 못하고 있으며, 내부적으로는 제도적, 기술적인 여러 가지 문제점을 안고 있고, 또한 측량업과 측량기술자의 위상은 사회적 공헌도에 비해 열악한 상태에 처해 있는 것이 오늘의 현실이다 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 측량의 현황과 문제점을 조사, 분석하고 측량기술의 발전과 측량업의 건전한 육성을 위한 여러 가지 방안을 연구, 검토하여 미래지향적인 발전지표를 제시하고자 하였다. Nowdays the scope and the contents of surveying are enlarged from a small area of the conventional surveying and mapping to a large area of the practical use of space geodesy technology, digital mapping using computers and the development of remote sensing. However, there are many structual, technological problems on the Korean surveying and mapping field, therefore they cannot actively lead the new tendency of current movement of surveying. The social status of survey engineers and the surveying and mapping industry is lower than it deserves for its social contribution. In this paper, the present status and problems of Korean surveying and mapping field are reviewed and analysed, and proper scheme for future development of the field with the prospect of surveying technology and the sound cultivation of surveying industry is proposed.

        인체 혈장에서 염산시프로플록사신(시프로플록사신으로서 250㎎) 정량을 위한 HPLC 분석법의 유효성검토

        A simple HPLC method with ultraviolet detection of ciprofloxacin in human plasma was developed and validated. After protein precipitation with trichloroacetic acid, chromatographic separation of ciprofloxacin in plasma was achieved at 50℃ with a C_18 column and methanol-phosphate mixture (pH 2.5), as mobile phase. Quantitative determination was performed by ultraviolet detection at 278 nm. The method was specific and validated with a limit of quantification of 100 ng/ml. The infra- and inter-day coefficients of variation were between 1.67% and 10.55% and accuracy between 92.01% and 106.09%. The method has been successfully applied in a bioavailability study of 250 ㎎ ciprofloxacin hydrochloride tablet.
