Copper Phthalocyanine 生成速度에 미치는 觸媒의 效果

Since a blue substance was discovered from a reaction of heating o-cyanobenzamide in 1907 extensive studies of phthalocyanine and it's metallic complexes have been undertaken by a number of research groups. In respect of synthesis there are generally three to routes lead phthalocyanine. Yet, none of mechanism of the formation has been investigated. Synthesis choosed in this study is Wyler's method using phthalic anhydride and urea as main starting meterials. The effect of catalysts on the reaction rate was examined. It is known, in general, that certain suitable catalysts accelerate the rate of ring formation of Cu-phthalocyanine, and the common ones for the purpose are ferric chloride, aluminium chloride, titanium tetrachloride and ammonium molybdate. The effectiveness of these catalysts for the formation of Cu-pc has investigated here by the kinetic method. The amount of titanium tetrachloride and ammonium molybdate used was one tenth as much as the others. And ammonium molybdate used was one tenth as much as the others. And ammonium molybdate is found to be the must effective among them all. Next the variation of optical density measured at definite intervals during Cu-pc formation from phthalic anhydride, urea and cupric chloride as starting and ammonium moybdate as a catalyst was substituted into the equation log(D∞-Do)/(D∞-Dt). The absorption maximum was at 440nm.
A Case of Disseminated Extranodal Interdigitating Dendritic Cell Sarcoma Arising from Parotid Gland

Interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma (IDCS) is an extremely rare tumor derived from professional antigen presenting cell and primarily found in lymph nodes, with rarer case report about extranodal presentation of IDCS. A 71-yr-old man was admitted with progressively enlarging and painless mass in the right parotid area for 2 months. Computed tomography of the neck and chest revealed enhancing mass in right parotid gland, multiple lymphadenopathies around neck and mediastinum, and an osteolytic metastasis at thoracic spine. Morphological and immunohistochemical analysis of an excisional biopsy specimen from parotid mass were consistent with a diagnosis of IDCS. Palliative chemotherapy with 6 cycles of CHOP (cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, vincristine, and prednisolone) regimen and 2 cycles of ABVD (adriamycin, bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine) regimen plus radiotherapy on parotid mass failed in tumor reduction. We describe a rare case of disseminated extranodal IDCS arising from parotid gland.
Activating needle coke to develop anode catalyst for direct methanol fuel cell

Physical and electrochemical qualities were analyzed after KOH activation of a direct methanol fuel cell using needle coke as anode supporter. The results of research on support loaded with platinum-ruthenium suggest that an activated KOH needle coke container has the lowest onset potential and the highest degree of catalyst activity among all commercial catalysts. Through an analysis of the CO stripping voltammetry, we found that KOH activated catalysis showed a 21% higher electrochemical active surface area (ECSA), with a value of 31.37 m2/g, than the ECSA of deactivated catalyst (25.82 m2/g). The latter figure was 15% higher than the value of one specific commercial catalyst (TEC86E86).

Solar still was fabricated m t h glazing titled angles of 15˚, 30˚. 45˚. 60˚ water bath and hose for the water feeding and drain All the data was analysed with weather condition and temperature of the day. In fine days the quantity of average condensed water was almost same between 15˚ and 30˚. which was larger than those of 45˚ and 60˚. The quantity of condensed water produced by those of 45˚ and 60˚ were very irregular compared with those of 15˚ and 30˚. In the rainy the quantity of condensation water was the largest for that of : 30˚ than those of other angles. In cloudy days and rain with sunny days the condensation quantity was the largest for those of 60˚.
