Sci-fi 영화에서, 도대체 새로운 종의 출현은 어떤 의미인가?: 일반체계이론을 중심으로

The disaster situations on Earth represented in sci-fi films since the 2000s are the result of the development of human scientific civilization, which is like the "law of causality" of physics. For example, putting aside climate change, viruses, resource depletion, energy shortages, and nuclear warfare, etc., the crisis situations that have occurred in space are also the result of human-related causes. Furthermore, contact with alien races is more for information exchange than for destructive purposes, as they are superior to humans. This is consistent with the idea that the exchange of information through contact with alien races is the only way to overcome the imminent and desperate crisis on Earth without the human race perishing. Humanity's advanced scientific and technological civilization is, after all, the underlying cause of the desperate crisis that has blown over all the earth, perhaps having now reached or already passed its critical point. After all, humanity has thus longed for an 'overman' beyond man as a solution to the extinction of species and the destruction of the Earth, and this has been represented in various ways in many sci-fi films since the 2000s. We call this 'overman' a 'new species' or 'new kind'. This paper attempts to clarify what is meant by this "new species".

하얼빈 국제빙설제의 사례로 본 겨울축제의 방문동기 및 시장 세분화 연구

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to derive sub-group of Chinese residents to Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival through market segmentation and to identify their characteristics of each group. Design/methodology/approach - The survey was conducted with a total of 405 Chinese residents, and empirical analysis was conducted using SPSS program. Findings - As a result of the analysis, four factors were derived. Based on the factors, four sub-markets were derived by conducting cluster analysis for market segmentation. Market strategies for each sub-group were discussed based on significant differences between clusters according to demographic characteristics. Research implications or Originality - The results of this study contribute to find out potential target market of Chinese residents, and to provide data for better positing of Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival.

음악가사와 오디오 특성 변수의 통합 분석 모델 구축에 관한 연구: 텍스트 마이닝과 기계학습을 중심으로

The objective of this study is to build a model that could predict the characteristics of music by extracting and integrating the lyrics and audio characteristics. The study presents an integrated model between two variables by implementing lyrics analysis using text mining and audio features provided by Spotify. In Study 1, variables were derived from lyrics using cluster analysis and sentiment analysis. In Study 2, correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between lyrics and audio features. And finally, in Study 3, musical genres are predicted using the input variables derived from Studies 1 and 2 as well as machine learning methodology. We confirmed that lyrical themes and sentiment variables could increase the accuracy of the estimation model in comparison to genre prediction that relied only on audio characteristics. Furthermore, we found that lyrical characteristics contribute more to genre estimation than audio characteristics when a specific genre has differentiation in its lyrical content. We believe that this study can be extended to predict music needed for specific applications, including in advertising. To increase the necessary practical utilization, efforts should be made in parallel to collect various music type and derive appropriate input variables.

논문은 현대 영화 내러티브 분석에 있어서 ‘디에게시스’와 ‘미메시스’의 이분법적 보다는 상호보완적 관계에서 이론적인 적용을 모색하고 있다. 즉 ‘미메시스’는 ‘디에게시스’를 전달하는 다양한 기법임과 동시에 이야기를 전달하는 ‘디에게시스’ 그 자체이기 때문에, 어떤 묘사된 이미지는 그 이미지에 의해 묘사되는 대상이 있고 결국 그 대상이 표현하고 싶은 서사라는 점에서 ‘미메시스’와 ‘디에게시스’는 상호보완적 관계가 성립된다는 의미이다. 이런 이론적 관점을 견지해서 홍상수 감독의 영화 <우리 선희>(2013)를 분석해 볼 것이다.

주지하듯 왕가위의 영화는 여러 독법으로 해석할 여지가 있다. 조홍선은 왕가위의 영화 《花樣年華》가 1997년 홍콩이 중국으로 반환되고 3년 뒤인 2000년, 정치적으로 민감한 시기 1960대 홍콩을 배경으로 제목을 ‘내 인생에서 가장 아름다운 시절’이라는 사전적 의미를 갖는 ‘花樣年華’로 설정한 것에 대하여 의구심을 가지고 《花樣年華》에 담긴 정치적 의미를 분석하였으며 영화에 등장하는 소재들을 정치적 요소로 보아 여러 가지 의문점을 견인 해내었다. 필자는 그가 분석한 연구 성과를 토대로 그가 제시하는 의문점에 대한 해답을 시탐해 보고자 한다. 이는 영화의 주제인 ‘두 사람의 사랑 이야기’라는 외표에 가려진 감독이 영화에 숨겨놓은 홍콩에 대한 메시지를 탐색하는 작업일 것이다. Wong Kar Wai’s films are open to multiple interpretations. Wong Kar Wai’s film “In the Mood for Love(花樣年華)” is set in Hong Kong in the 1960s, a politically sensitive time, in 2000, three years after the handover of Hong Kong to China in 1997. Cho Hong Sun questioned the choice of the title “In the Mood for Love(花樣年華)”, which has a dictionary meaning of “the most beautiful time of my life”. He analysed the political meaning of “In the Mood for Love(花樣年華)” and raised a number of questions about the political elements in the film. Based on his analysis, I am trying to answer the questions he raised. In doing so, I explore the message about Hong Kong that the director hides behind the surface of “a love story between two people”.

첨단자동차의 전자파 내성 실험 환경에 관한 연구: 레이더 센서를 중심으로

Recently, automobile industries have developed ADAS, smart cars, connected cars, automated driving systems, which use a variety of sensor systems - ultrasonics, cameras, lidars and radars - and communication systems. It is necessary to examine the electromagnetic immunity of vehicles equipped with those systems. The electromagnetic immunity tests are carried out in an electromagnetic semi anechoic chamber, which is cut off from the outside. It is difficult to create test environments in which the radar sensor systems of vehicles work properly in the test chamber. In this study, test jigs were designed and tested and as a result they are shown to be effective to create test environments for electromagnetic immunity tests of vehicles equipped with radar sensors. We also proposed additional safety standards for immunity tests of vehicles with radar systems that currently do not exist.
