계기비행절차 설계 프로그램 국산화 개발의 예상 수입대체효과

계기비행절차를 운용하기 위해서는 국제 규정을 준수하는 비행절차를 설계하는 도구가 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 종래에는 전문가의 수기 계산에 의해 이루어졌으나, 최근에는 자동화된 설계 도구를 사용하고 있다. 현재까지 국내에서는 외산 계기비행절차 설계 프로그램을 도입하여 사용하고 있기 때문에 국제 규정의 변경 및 국내외 환경 변화에 따른 제품의 유지보수에는 적지 않은 비용이 소모되는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 개발 중인 계기비행절차 설계 프로그램에 대한 국내 수요에 대하여 조사하고, 개발 완료 후에 기존 외산제품을 대체할 경우에 예상 가능한 수입대체효과에 대하여 분석한 결과를 살펴보기로 한다. The design tool is required to operate Instrument Flight Procedure which is complying with the international regulations. Procedure design was executed by manual calculations and hand drawings by the experts in the past, however, automated design programs are being deployed in the procedure design nowadays. Maintenance of the automated design program is expensive by frequent amendments of the international regulations and the change of national circumstances since the design tool is foreign-made so far. In this paper, domestic demands for the developed procedure design program are described and also predicted import-substituting effect of the program is analyzed.

가스 클러스터 이온빔을 이용한 고체 표면 평탄화 및 식각에 대한 연구

A 150 kV gas cluster ion accelerator was constructed and the cluster sizes of $CO_2$ and $N_2O$ gases were measured using time-of-flight mast spectrometry. Through isolated cluster ion impact on a HOPG, hillock with 1 nm height and a few tenth m in diameter were found to be formed by an atomic force microscope. When monomer ion beams were irradiated on the hillocks existed on a ITO surface, they became sharper and the surface became rougher. But they changed into round-shaped ones by cluster ion irradiation and the surface became smooth after the irradiation of $5\times10^{-14}\textrm{cm}^2$ at 25 kV. As the cluster ion dose was varied, the change of surface morphology and roughness of Si was examined. At the lower dose, the density of hillocks and surface roughness were increased, called surface embossment process. And then after the critical dose at which the area of the formed hillocks equals to the unirradiated area, the sputtering from the hillocks was predominantly evolved, and dislocated atoms were diffused and filled among the valleys, called surface sputtering and smoothing process. At the higher ion dose, the surface consisting of loosely bounded atoms was effectively sputtered into the depth and etching phenomenon was happened, called surface etching process.
위 (胃) 이외 장기에 분포한 MALT 림프종의 임상상

Background : Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue(MALT) lymphoma has an indolent natural course. However, extra-gastric MALT lymphoma has been reported to have more frequent relapses and shorter time to progress than gastric MALT lymphoma. We performed this study to analyze clinical features of extra-gastric MALT lymphoma. Methods : We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of the patients who were diagnosed as extra-gastric MALT lymphoma at the Samsung Medical Center from March 1995 to January 1999. The survival was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method. Results : During the study period, extra-gastric MALT lymphoma was diagnosed in 50 patients. The median age was 51(28-87)yaers. The male to female ratio was 22:28. Commonly involved sites were conjunctiva (25/50, 50%), lung (6/50, 12%) and intestine(6/50, 12%). Histopathologically, low to high grade ratio of extra-gastric MALT lymphoma was 47:3. Among 41 patients who were staged, 32 patients(78%) had stage I or II and 9 patients(22%)had stage IV. B symptoms were seen in only 3 patients. Bone marrow involvement was observed in 4 patients. The duration of median follow up was 22 months. The 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 95.1% and 91.4% retrospectively. Conclusion : Majoity of our cases with extra-gastric MALT lymphoma had low grade, early stage, good treatement reponse and good prognosis.(Korean J Med 59:261-267, 2000)
항공기 간격 관리 개념 적용을 위한 성능지표에 대한 연구

본 논문에서는 자동항행감시시스템(Automatic Dependent Surveillance . Broadcast, ADS-B)을 활용한 항공기 간격 관리 (Interval Management, IM) 개념을 적용하기 위한 성능지표에 대한 연구 결과에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다. 항공기 간격 관리 시스템은 Ground based IM for Spacing (GIM-S)라 불리는 지상 기반의 절대적 간격확보(absolute spacing) 개념 및 Flight-deck based IM for Spacing (FIM-S)라 불리는 항공기 기반의 상대적 간격확보(relative spacing) 개념으로 나눌 수 있다. 두 가지 개념에 대한 성능평가를 위한 지표로서 공항 활주로에서의 항공기 처리량(throughput), 예정도착시간과 실제도착시간 사이의 차이를 의미하는 도착지연시간, 일련의 항공기 간의 평균 거리확보(average spacing) 등이 있다. 본 성능지표를 스케줄링 알고리즘에 적용하기 위한 방법을 간략하게 제시하였다. This paper is preliminary results for research on performance metrics for application of aircraft Interval Management (IM) concepts based on Automatic Dependent Surveillance . Broadcast (ADS-B). Aircraft IM systems consist of absolute spacing concepts such as Ground based IM for Spacing (GIM-S) and relative spacing concepts such as Flightdeck based IM for Spacing (FIM-S), respectively. Throughput at airport runway, time delay of arrival between the Scheduled Time of Arrival (STA) and Actual Time of Arrival (ATA), and average spacing for consecutive aircraft pair are introduced as metrics of performance evaluation for both concepts. A methodology to apply these performance metrics into the developed scheduling algorithm is briefly presented.
