This study was conducted to measure the relative efficiency of 124 junior colleges in Korea. Data for three years from 2020 to 2022 were provided on the university information disclosure website, and the relative efficiency and productivity changes of junior colleges were analyzed using DEA and Malmquist techniques. As a result of the DEA analysis, it was analyzed that the efficiency of 23 junior colleges in 2020, 34 in 2021, and 26 in 2022 is determined by scale. As a result of the analysis of the Malmquist productivity index, a total of 33 junior colleges have generated technological progress, and 91 junior colleges have generated technological regression, which is about three times higher than the occurrence of technological progress. The average value of MPI-based productivity was analyzed to have decreased by about 4.8% over three years, and it was found to be affected by changes in efficiency. It was analyzed that 108 junior colleges were affected by efficiency by scale, excluding 16 junior colleges that were analyzed to have pure technological efficiency greater than efficiency of scale.
우리나라 특성화고등학교의 상대적 효율성 분석-대학진학률과 취업률을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to measure and evaluate the relative efficiency of specializing high schools. The ㄱresearch subjects of this study were 302 technical high schools in south korea. The input and output variables for measuring relative efficiency were selected through previous research. The input variables are the number of students per teacher, number of classes per teacher per week, scholarship per student, education cost per student, the number of books per student, and the cost of purchasing books per student. Output variables are university and college enterance rate and employment rate. As a result of the study, 125 technical high schools showed high efficiency in the CCR model. and 178 technical high schools showed high efficiency in the BCC model. There was no significant difference in efficiency of school location, open recruit system for the principal, high school equalization policy. However, differences in the type of establishment were found to vary significantly depending on the size. however difference in the type of establishment, was found wary significantly. the average difference between the national and public high schools was higher than that of private schools. As a result of analyzing the differences according to the types of specialization, the relative efficiency of other type high schools(housework, fisheries, business, physical education)was analyzed to be higher than those of commercial and industrial sectors.

본 연구는 전문대학의 계열에 따른 상대적 효율성을 측정하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 측정된 효율성은 규모에 의한 영향을 받아 결정되는지, 기술적인 영향에 의해 결정되는지를 불변규모수익 CCR모형과 가변규모수익 BCC모형을 활용해 분석하였다. 분석을 위한 투입변수로는 학생정원대비 전임교원확보율, 학생 1인당 장학금 수혜액, 학생 1인당 등록금 총액, 전임교원 1인당 학생 수, 전임교원 강의담당비율 지표를 활용하였으며, 산출변수로는 정원 내 재학생 충원율률, 졸업생 진학률, 전임교원 국내학술지 실적, 정원 내 신입생 충원율, 학업지속률, 취업률지표를 활용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 전문대학의 전체 계열 중 52.8%는 효율성이 규모에 의한 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났는데, 이를 계열별로 분석한 결과 예·체능계열 40.6%, 공학계열 42.5%, 자연계열 46.6%, 인문사회계열 79.4%가 규모에 의한 영향으로 효율성이 결정되는 결과를 보였다. 둘째, 배경변인에 따른 전문대학 계열 효율성에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 광역시 이하지역에 소재한 예·체능 계열, 자연계열의 경우 기술적인 영향에 의해 효율성이 결정되는 것으로 나타났고, 수도권과 광역시에 소재한 인문사회 계열, 공학계열의 경우 규모의 영향을 받아 효율성이 결정되는 결과를 보였다.

This study is a comparison between sports massage group and static recovery group after playing Taekwondo. It is for a physiological effect verification of sports massage for faster tired recuperation than after playing Taekwondo. As it is furnished raw data in a playing ability and a several training program. It is researched a target of boy 10 persons major Taekwondo in H University. Five persons consist of a rest verification group after playing Taekwondo, the other consists of a sports massage verification group. It is showed Descriptive Analysis about each factor. About each measure factor, it takes effect the One-way ANOVA, and if it is a significant difference, it practices the Turkey. The comparison between each groups executes the Independent t-test. This result is the following. First, the lactic of rest recupeon group and sports massage recuperation group is a significant difference(p<.001) after palying, recuperation period 10 minutes, 20 minutes each. The comparison between groups is a significant difference(p<.05) in recuperation period 20 minutes. Second, the ammonia of rest recuperation group and sports massage recuperation group is a significant difference(p<.001) after palying, recuperation period 10 minutes, 20 minutes each. The comparison between groups is a significant difference(p<.01) in recuperation period 10 minutes. Third, the glocose of rest recuperation group and sports massage recuperation group is a significant difference(p<.001) after palying, recuperation period 10 minutes, 20 minutes each. The comparison between groups is a significant difference(p<.05) in recuperation period 10, 20 minutes.
