        자바리, Epinephelus bruneus의 난 발생과 부화에 미치는 수온의 영향

        This study examined temperature effect in egg development and hatching of longtooth grouper, Epinephelus bruneus. Fertilized embryos was not growth after morula stage at $15^{\circ}C$, at 18, 21, 24 and $27^{\circ}C$, the required time from fertilized embryos to hatching were 70 h. 30 min., 44 h. 10 min., 29 h. 10 min. and 24 h. 30 min., respectively. The hatching rates at $24^{\circ}C$ were higher than the other conditions and the hatching was not occurred at $15^{\circ}C$. These results suggest that the water temperature range of egg development and hatching was $18{\sim}27^{\circ}C$. 이 연구는 실내 사육수조에서 자연산란 후 수정된 난을 대상으로 수온에 따른 난 발생속도와 부화율을 조사하였다. 부화에 이르기까지 각 수온조건에서 소요된 시간은 $15^{\circ}C$에서 상실기 이후 발생이 진행되지 않았고, 18, 21, 24, $27^{\circ}C$에서 각각 70시간 30분, 44시간 10분, 29시간 10분 그리고 24시간 30분이 소요되었다. 부화율은 $15^{\circ}C$에서 0%였고, 18, 21, 24 그리고 $27^{\circ}C$에서 각각 $8.3{\pm}1.2%$, $18.0{\pm}6.2%$, $24.0{\pm}4.0%$ 그리고 $17.0{\pm}7.2%$로 뚜렷한 차이 없이 $24^{\circ}C$에서 다소 높았고 21와 $27^{\circ}C$에서 비슷한 경향이었으며 $18^{\circ}C$에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이러한 결과에서 자바리의 난발생 수온범위는 $18{\sim}27^{\circ}C$로 제안된다.

        태권도 돌려차기 시 기술 수준에 따른 몸통, 골반, 지지 다리의 운동학적 변인 비교

        이 연구의 목적은 태권도 돌려차기 시 기술 수준에 따른 몸통, 골반, 지지 다리의 운동학적 변인을 비교 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 블랙 벨트 소지자로서 기술 수준에 따라 중급자10명, 상급자 9명이 실험에 참여하였다. 3차원 동작 분석 시스템을 사용하여 골반, 몸통, 지지다리의 방향각을 산출하였다. Start, Toeoff, MKF, Max, Impact, Min에서 그룹 간의 평균 방향각을 비교하기 위하여 독립표본 t-검정을 하였다. MKF, Impact, Min에서 골반의 좌측 기울어짐 각도가 그룹 간의 유의한 차이가 나타났다. Start와 Max에서 지지 다리의 엉덩관절 굴곡 각도와 MKF에서 지지 다리의 엉덩관절 외전 각도 사이에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이상의 결과를 볼 때, 상급자들은 푸쉬단계에서 엉덩관절의 굴곡 각도가 증가 되었고, MKF에서는 외전 각도가 감소하였다. 또한, 스트라이크 단계에서 골반의 좌측 기울어짐 각도는 감소하였다. The study purpose was to investigate skill level differences on trunk, pelvis, and supporting leg kinematics in a Taekwondo roundhouse kick. 10 intermediate and nine expert male black-belt holders executed roundhouse kicks at a target. Orientation angles of the pelvis, trunk, and supporting -thigh, -shank, and -foot were obtained through a three-dimensional video motion analysis. Orientation angles at Start, Toeoff, Maximum Knee Flexion(MKF), Impact, Maximum angle(Max), and Minimum angle(Min) were compared between groups using independent t-tests(p<.05). Significant differences between groups were found in the pelvis left lateral tilted position at MKF, Impact, and Min; significant differences were also found in the supporting hip joint flexed position at Start and Max, and abducted position at MKF. It was concluded that higher performers increased the hip joint flexion angle in the Push phase, decreased abduction angle at MKF, and decreased the pelvis left tilted angle in the Strike phase.

        전경대원에서 발생한 결핵의 임상 양상

        Background: The purpose of this study was to document the incidence and clinical characteristics of patients with tuberculosis (TB) in combat and auxiliary police, living in a group, in Korea where the incidence rate of active TB in a general population is higher than in Western countries. Materials and Methods:We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of all tuberculosis patients diagnosed at National Police Hospital from January 2002 through December 2004. Results:In 2002-2004, a total of 156 cases of tuberculosis were identified with the mean (Standard deviation) age of 20.6 (±1.0) years. Of these, 134 (85.9%) patients were registered as new cases, 11 (7.1%) as relapse, 2 (1.3%) as failure, 5 (3.1%) as treatment-after-default cases whereas 4 (2.6 %) patients were not included in any categories. Average annual new TB rate and smear-positive TB rate were 86.5/10^(5) and 17.4/10^(5) person-years, respectively. In 12 of 31 smear-positive cases, time from onset of symptoms to diagnosis was more than 30 days. Two multidrug-resistance TB cases were identified and two suspected outbreak episodes of TB had occurred during 3 years. Conclusion:There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of new cases of TB between the general population aged 20 to 29 years and combat and auxiliary police in Korea. 배경 : 국내 결핵의 발생은 감소 추세에 있으나 여전히 후진국형 발생양상을 보이고 있다. 특히 집단생활을 하는 젊은이들에서 발생하는 결핵의 유행이 간헐적으로 알려지고 있어 우려를 낳고 있다. 이에 저자들은 최근 전경대원의 결핵 발병 양상에 대해 알아보고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 2002년 1월부터 2004년 12월까지 3년간 경찰병원에서 결핵 진료를 받은 전경대원의 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하여 연도별 결핵 신환발생률, 도말양성결핵 신환율, 진단 지연, 집단발병, 다제내성결핵을 조사하였다. 결과 : 연도별 결핵 신환자 수(10만명당 발생추정치)는 2002년 50명(83.6명), 2003년 42명(83.7명), 2004년 42명(93.5명)이었고 도말양성 폐결핵 신환자 수는 2002년 10명(16.7명), 2003년 11명(21.9명), 2004년 6명(13.4명)이었다. 3년간 도말양성 폐결핵 환자는 31명이 있었고 그 중 12명은 호흡기 증상 발생 30일이 지나서 진단을 받았다. 다제내성 결핵은 2명이 있었으며 결핵의 집단발병이 의심되는 사례는 2차례 있었다. 결론 : 전경대원과 20-29세 연령군 일반인의 결핵 신환발생률, 도말양성 폐결핵 발생률의 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다.

        The purpose of this study is to provide practical guide for the situation of exterior color design in the urban street. The problems with exterior color of the buildings in Western Seashore Road as the subject did not form harmony between surrounding buildings and with natural environment of the region. And it was deficient in the recognition of color planning in a viewpoint of of organism. This study is survey and analysis of the street image which is made by building exterior color, through grasp color distribution of building dominant color. subdominant color and accent color. As a result, it is the value of this study to complement them and it is more desirable than the individual level to apply the results of this study in the public level through the systematic means of control.

      • 제주지역 아파트 옥외공간의 특성화에 대한 거주자 인지 조사분석

        This study was to evaluate residents environmental cognition, satisfaction and needs of distinctive outdoor space in Jeju apartment housing estates. Distinctive outdoor space of apartment housing estates throughout the country were investigated with pamphlet and newspaper. And the residents of 7 apartment estates were asked how they cognise distinctive outdoor space qualities, and what activities they prefer in apartment's outdoor space. Residents' satisfaction degree of distinctive outdoor space in sales apartments tended to increase higher than rental apartments. Tree shades, places with water, greenery with flowers, entrance of the estates, playlots and fitness places were evaluated high in the order named. And places full with greenery, places related to fitness and exercise, playlots were preferred by the residents.

        경화된 콘크리트의 상태에 따른 염화물 확산특성 비교

        Most reinforcements in concrete are constructed by steel. Corrosion of reinforcement is the main cause of damage and early failure of reinforced concrete structures. The corrosion is mainly progressed by the chloride ingress. In general, chloride in concrete can be discriminated by two components, total chloride and free chloride. This paper provides a testing method on the coefficient of chloride diffusion in concrete and the relationship between total chloride and free chloride in concrete for the composition of predicting model on diffusion rate of chloride. In order to complete this predicting model, this study will use chloride penetration characteristic, diffusion coefficient, and experiment of color change on silver nitrate solution. This predicting model is going to help that grasp special quality on salt content inclusion of concrete structure that is exposed in chloride environment. Accurate predicting model can be effectively used not only in selecting of repair time but also in preventing from various deteriorations.

        Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods : For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results : In 1997. 99 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 45(45.5%) were PPNG. Conclusion : The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 45.5% in 1997.

      • PHI기술을 이용한 신축공동주택 베이크아웃 실험 및 적용성 검토

        Building materials which are not properly verified their harmful chemical emission have been widely used in architecture. The fact has caused air pollution and become a big issue in Korea. As living environment for human body became a concern, many studies about reducing air pollution in living areas are going on nowadays. This study analyzed the resisting effect of HCHO and VOCs based on data obtained from experimentation on newly built apartments by PHI cell, which has been used in developed countries(like the usa), and by bake-out, also analyzed about energy expenditure of bake-out and PHI operation. The result of this experiment shows that PHI is more efficient than bake-out as considering the contaminate density reduction rate and energy expenditure. However, it doesn’t exactly coincide with the standard indoor air quality of Korea. For practical use of PHI system, we need to continue studying how to multiply the size of PHI cell and the fan adhered to unit.
