        It is a serious subject for energy conservation to prevent the energy loss caused by mixing of heated and cooled air jets in a building which two types of air-conditioning systems are adopted in the perimeter and interior zones. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the quantitative and qualitative mechanisms of the mixing loss and to propose preventive methods for it. In this paper, by using the dynamic heat calculation, heat extraction load of a typical office building is calculated. According to the result, numerical simulation based on the computational fluid dynamics were performed in order to measure the minting loss in physical size HVAC system. Then, the distribution of air temperature and velocity is analyzed in order to grasp the relations among factors influencing the mixing loss.

        지하역사 재난 상황에 대한 피난시뮬레이션 툴의 비교 검토

        Recently, underground spaces are developed to heighten the utilization rate of city. However, these spaces exist dangerous in fire situation. So it is necessary to study for evacuation safety design of the subway station. The purpose of this study is to compare on evacuation simulation tool of subway station disaster. The study carried out two different simulations on the subway station plan. The results were divided into two groups by using SIMULEX, EXODUS. According to result of (1) when SIMULEX and EXODUS were both in same condition, there wasn't really big difference. People used the shortest way to refuge. (2) Bottleneck effects occurred in same position in both programs and they were underground floor stairways and gates. Those are the positions where opening's width gets smaller. (3) In subway fire accidents, even though there are lots of people in the subway, people's reaction rate seems to not affect refuge rate much. It was all because of bottleneck effect. (4)EXODUS's Avoid Population Density function shows that simulation result is way more reliable than familiarity, wall proximity, reaction rate, loitering, incitement and variables. (5) Evacuation simulations are way more reliable when lots of different kinds of evacuation minds are used.

        주택용 환기시스템의 덕트설계를 위한 압력손실 실험과 T-Method의 적용타당성 검토

        The accurate distribution of flow rate has been a very important part to control the air change rate since introduction of housing ventilation system. An inappropriate selection of fan due to incorrect prediction of pressure loss in duct brings energy loss. This study is to measure a pressure loss of general spiral duct and to construct database for finding correct loss factors in fitting upper stream. And this study is to evaluate applicability of T-Method at housing ventilation system by comparing experiment with T-Method. The results of this study are as following. It is demanded to decide accurate size under duct design for housing ventilation system. Because the small amount of flow rate was considered at that time. The duct design under Equal Friction Loss Method was useful to decide on duct size but it has large error range. Flow rate predicted was 256CMH, and it is almost equal to the result of the experiment. Error range was 2.8%.

        환기량 변화에 따른 신축공동주택의 실내공기질 개선효과 검토

        The recent indoor air quality problem in a newly-built apartment house is resulted from the improvement of airtightness performance and the use of the building material contained harmful chemical substances. As a result, these cause indoor air quality gradually to become worse and the harmful effect on occupant health called Sick House Syndrome. The most effective solution to improve the indoor air quality is to encourage the use of green building material. However, if the house is built with general building material, ventilation with outdoor air is alternative to dilute the pollutant concentration. The purpose of this research is to find optimum ventilation time in a newly-built apartment house at which the ventilatoris installed. It is found that the HCHO and toluene concentrations are remarkably decreased with the elapse of ventilation time and the concentration reduction rate is increased with increment of air change rate after one hour after operating the ventilator.

      • 植物凝集素 Trichosanthes kirilowii와 赤血球에 의한 사람 唾液의 型分類에 關한 硏究

        In order to classify the human saliva, agglutination inhibition test was performed, using a phytagglutinin, Trichosanthes kirilowii and 268 human saliva specimens. The phytagglutinin, Trichosanthes kirilowii extracts, which were absorbed by the human saliva, reacted upon the human red blood cells as inhibitor or non-inhibitor of hemagglutinin.The newly classified saliva types(inhibitor and non-inhibitor) were compared with the established saliva secretion types, blood groups and serum types statistically. On the other hand, the agglutination inhibition tests were also carried out using the saliva stains in the same methods. The results obtained were summarized as follows : 1. Human saliva could be classified into two groups. One group was inhibited the agg-lutnation activities of trichosanthes kirilowii extract to human red blood cells and the other was not. The frequency of the former was 67% and the latter was 33% among the Investigated 268 human saliva. 2. The new saliva types, inhibitor and non-inhibitor, showed no constant relation with the known saliva types, secretor and non-secretor. 3. The classification and distribution of the saliva types showed no constant relation with those of the other known blood groups and serum types, such as ABO, MN, TKl-D and TKN-D, TKI-T and TKN-T, TKI-M and TKN-M, IPO and NPO and ICO and NCO res-pectively. 4. The classification and distribution of the new saliva types showed some relation with those Htr human blood types. 5. This new classification of human saliva type may be applicable for the classification of human saliva stains.

        저장 기간에 따른 산딸기 당 침지액의 품질특성 분석

        저장기간에 따른 산딸기 당 침지액의 일반성분, 항산화 활성, 관능평가 및 대사물질을 비교 분석하고 이들의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 저장기간의 증가에 따른 색의 변화는 주로 갈변반응 때문인 것으로 사료되며 이 과정에서 향기성분들도 새롭게생겨나는 것으로 확인되었다. 맛과의 상관성을 분석한 결과, 저장 초기에 sucrose가 완전히 fructose와 glucose로 분해되어 단맛이 급속히 감소되었으나 저장기간의 증가에 따른 차이는 없었으며 저장기간의 증가에 따라 succinic acid 함량 증가로 인해 신맛이 증가한 것으로 확인되었다. 휘발성 향기성분인 경우linalool과 hydroxybenzaldehyde을 제외한 대부분의 성분들이 저장기간이 증가할수록 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 특히 항산화물질로 알려진 citronellol, octanoic acid, hexanoic acid 등의 함량은 저장 10일에 가장 높은 함량을 보였으며 이때 항산화 활성도 가장 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 산딸기 당 침지액의 저장 중 미생물의 변화 및 갈변반응에 대한 연구를 수행하지 못하였지만 본 연구결과들은 산딸기 당 침지액의 품질이저장기간에 따라 크게 영향을 받는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며산딸기 당 침지액의 제품화 연구에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을것으로 사료된다.

      • Dupuytren 씨 구축- 1예 보고-

        Dupuytren's contracture is the condition characterized pathologically by hypertrophic hyperplasia of the palmar aponeurosis and it's deep fascia within the digits, producing fibrotic cords that gain attachments to surrounding structures, undergo contracture and result in flexion deformity of the palm and fingers. This disease was mentioned in 1832 for the first time by Dupuytren and is very rare in the orientals. The authors experienced one case of Dupuytren's contracture and treated with partial fasciectomy in the department of Orthopaedic Surgery of Soon Chun Hyang university hospital. The presence of the myofibroblast was identified by the electron microscope.
