Image processing field that is required the large number of data and a fast processing time is appling and developing to a various filed because of computer's development. But an object tracking is very difficult with a moving camera. In this paper we applied a difference frame method and HSI color model in this automatic tracking system for moving object.
Although, COP or EER was used as a performance evaluation parameter in refrigeration and air conditioning area, most of countries use the seasonal energy efficiency ratio(SEER) as it's energy efficiency performance. An integrated part load value(IPLV) is another parameter that is used in chiller system. The IPLV is a parameter which indicates a part load performance of the system that runs at ordinary operating conditions. In this article, the difference between the SEER and IPLV is discussed briefly and presented a IPLV calculation result in a multi-type air conditioning system.
Electrical equipments and systems must be grounded to be protect by surgy and lighting and not to cause electrical shock. The required grounding resistance to the respective electrical system is specified in the law. Many traffic electronic systems were established on the roads when ITS(intelligent transport system) was constructed at 2,002 year in the Cheju Island. The systems must be also grounded. In this paper, earth resistivities of the places which the traffic system were to be established, measured and analyzed. Grounding resistance and constructing method depend on earth resistivity of the place. As the altitude of the place is higher, the earth resistivity is shown to become larger. And there are the place, exceptionally, to have low earth resistivity though to be in the vicinity of a high earth resistivity
This paper reports the wear characteristics of two types of coating materials, which are Cr_(2)0_(3) and Zr0_(2), coated plasma thermal spray method. The wear test was carried out under air, grease, and bearing fluid conditions. The wear testing machine of a pin-on disk type were used to measure friction coefficients and the weight losses of the coating specimens on the various sliding velocity and loading condition. The wear surface of specimens were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) photographs.
Operation of wind turbines has impacts on the voltage quality at the connected electricity network. Increasing penetration of wind energy makes necessary to study the power quality regarding voltage variations(sag, swell, interruption) and presence of harmonics in the grid. This paper investigates the voltage quality of low voltage customers connected to wind generation system. To study the influences of wind power generation to low voltage power system, voltage data are collected in three house using PQM(Power Quality Monitoring) equipment during one month and analyzed regarding voltage variation and harmonics.

The calendar roulette game server of this research invention is to supply the calendar including the multimedia information for advertisement that can participate in the instants, an instant lottery, at the customers' request.
In this paper, time, studied about method that can analyze iris change to using differential image of iris image that put interval and films and utilize as patient's health examination according to iris change. Time, Differential image of iris image that put interval and films can be used usefully to search early diagnosis of disease and unfolding process etc.. of disease by showing definitely change by time. In the case of iris diagnostic system, iris outside area extracts iris area and uses Differential image of before filming image and image that film present to use canny edge detector as there is cay to extract iris area as do not help in diagnostic and change analyzed comparison.
In this paper, I extend RED to improve the overall performance under DiffServ architecture, especially with AF services. Various RED parameters are dynamically changed according to the prediction of network load and its variations, enabling the easy adaptation to environment variation. The status or the degree of network congestion is evaluated with some prediction and the parameters, are adjusted dynamically with this feedback to resolve and improve the drawbacks of the existing RED. The simulation results show this extension of RED is improving the various performance measures such as link utilization, packet loss rate and throughput for each class to some extent.
Recently, VoIP services are emerged as a serious alternative to the traditional telephony based on PSTN. This paper focus on implement of the call transfer using REFER method based on SIP for the VoIP supplementary service. First, when compared with the existed Also method and REFER method, REFER method has a short transfer delay. Also, we implement and verify the call transfer service using REFER method based on SIP.
A broadband, high gain and high power output low noise amplifier (LNA) is designed and fabricated for a down converter in a wireless local loop application. The LNA consists of 3 stages of amplifiers. The 1^(st) stage is designed to reduce the noise level, and the 2^(nd) stage is designed to have maximum gain. The 3^(rd) stage has characteristics of broadband and high power. The stability and the gain flatness of the LNA have been improved by using a matching circuit and a source feedback microstrip line at the first and second stages of the amplifiers. The gain of the LNA is (41±0.5dB) over the broadband (2.15GHz~2.45GHz). In the operating frequency range of a wireless local loop application (2.3GHz~2.33GHz), the measured power gain and VSWR of the LNA are 41.5±0.05dB and 1.36, and the noise figure of the LNA is lower than 0.85dB.
