국기원의 역할 및 위상 제고 방안

이 연구는 지난 30여 년간 태권도의 중앙도장으로서 중추적인 역할을 담당해온 국기원이 지금까지 견지해 온 역할과 위상을 다시 한 번 검토해 보고, 보다 바람직한 역할과 위상을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 국기원은 무엇보다도 태권도인과 태권도단체를 결집시키기 위해 설립된 통합기구이다. 통합기구가 갖추어야할 첫 번째 조건은 그 기구의 권위를 나타내 줄 수 있는 상징체계이다. 오늘날 국기원의 권위는 크게 실추되어 있다. 국기원은 적지 않은 이들에게 비리의 온상이며, 부패하고 무능한 자들의 집단으로 인식되고 있다. 국기원은 상징기구로서 이미지 쇄신을 위해 다양한 노력을 기울여야만 한다. 먼저 국기원내 건물과 시설을 깨끗하게 정비하여 국기원을 찾는 사람들로 하여금 좋은 이미지를 갖게 해야만 한다. 그리고 태권도의 총본산이라고 할 수 있는 국기원 근무자들의 윤리 및 행동 강령 제정도 절실하게 요구된다. 국기원 임직원들의 행동 하나하나가 태권도를 대변하기 때문이다. 실추된 단증의 권위를 되찾는 노력도 긴급하게 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 단과 단 간의 인격 및 기술적 차이를 심화할 수 있도록 심사 제도를 강화할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this research is to review the past of Kukkiwon and find out a desirable role and prestige of Kukkiwon as it has played a major role for the last 30 years. Most importantly, Kukkiwon is an integrated organization to combine Taekwondo players and related-organizations. First, the integrated organization should be a symbol to show its authority. Today, Kukkiwon has lost its prestige. It is also regarded as a hotbed of corruption and a group filled with corrupt and incompetent members. It is important for Kukkiwon to make efforts to improve its image as a representative symbol of all Taekwondo-related organizations. First of all, Kukkiwon should maintain buildings and facilities to give a good image to visitors. Moreover, it is essential to ask Kukkiwon officials, the core of Taekwondo, to establish a code of ethics and conduct because every behavior of the officials represents Taekwondo. It is also urgent to try to recover the damaged reputation of Taekwondo. For that, the screening system of Taekwondo should be intensified to ask for proper personality and skills for an each dan.

확장된 기술수용모델을 적용한국기원 홈페이지의 품질특성 및 이용의도의 관계

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate and verify a structural relationship between quality characteristics of Kukkiwon website that applied an extended technology acceptance model and use intention. Method A total of 29 questions, including personal characteristics, relationship norms, copartnership, communication, institutions image, attitude were analyzed 553 copies, excluding 47 responses, which lacked response contents through the Self-Administration Method. Analysis was performed using PASW/PC 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. Results First, of the quality characteristics of Kukkiwon website, service quality characteristic turned out to have a significant influence on the perceived usefulness. Second, quality characteristic of Kukkiwon website had a significant influence on the perceived easiness. Third, perceived easiness had a significant influence on the perceived usefulness. Fourth, perceived usefulness and perceived easiness had a significant influence on the use intention. Conclusion Accordingly, continuous efforts are considered necessary for raising the quality of information and interactive communication by recognizing that quality characteristics of extended technology acceptance model-applied Kukkiwon website are the precedence factor having a significant influence on users’ use intention. 목적: 본 연구는 확장된 기술수용모델을 적용하여 국기원 홈페이지의 품질특성과 이용의도의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 : 국기원 홈페이지를 사용한 경험이 있는 태권도인을 모집단으로 선정하여 유의적 표본추출법을 사용하여 600부를 배포하여 불성실하거나 이중 응답한 47부를 제외한 553부를 연구에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 PASW/PC 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관관계, 구조방정식모형을 분석하였다. 결과 : 첫째, 국기원 홈페이지의 서비스 품질특성은 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국기원 홈페이지의 시스템 품질특성과 정보 품질특성은 지각된 용이성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 국기원 홈페이지 사용자가 지각한 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 국기원 홈페이지 사용자가 지각한 유용성과 용이성은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 확장된 기술수용모델을 적용한 국기원 홈페이지의 품질특성이 사용자의 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 중요한 선행 요인임을 인지하여 국기원 홈페이지를 운영함에 있어 정보의 질을 높이고 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션이 이루어질 수 있도록 지속적인 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

브랜드 아이덴티티, 브랜드 에쿼티, 브랜드 신뢰 및 브랜드 컬트의 관계에 대한 다집단분석: 국기원과 중국태권도협회의 비교

Purpose The study examined the Multi-Group Factor Analysis among the brand identity, brand equity, brand trust, and brand cult of Kukkiwon-affiliated and CTA-affiliated Chinese taekwondo instructors to provide practical basic data for the continuous development of taekwondo organizations and practitioners. Method Chinese taekwondo instructors were recruited as research participants by non-probability, convenience sample method. Two hundred seven completed questionnaires were used for analysis. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, structural equation analysis, measurement invariance, multi-group analysis were conducted using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results First, the difference in the effect of the brand identity on the brand equity of groups affiliated with Kukkiwon and the CTA was not significant. Second, there was a significant difference in the effect of brand identity on brand trust between the groups affiliated with Kukkiwon and the CTA. Third, there was a significant difference in the effect of brand equity on brand cult between the groups affiliated with Kukkiwon and CTA. Fourth, there was a significant difference in the effect of brand trust on the brand cult path coefficients between the groups affiliated with Kukkiwon and the CTA. Conclusion Depending on the Taekwondo affiliated institution, it can be confirmed that there is a difference in reliability and loyalty to the institution. However, what is important is that if measures are taken to strengthen brand identity and brand equity, reliability and loyalty to Kukkiwon and CTA can be improved. 목적 중국태권도 지도자들이 소속되는 국기원과 중국태권도협회에 따른 브랜드 아이덴티티, 브랜드 에쿼티, 브랜드 신뢰 및 브랜드 컬트의 관계에 대한 다집단분석을 살펴보며 이를 통해 태권도 기관과 태권도 수련자들이 지속적으로 발전할 수 있는 실무적인 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 중국태권도 지도자를 모집단으로 선정하여 비확률표본추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 사용하였으며 설문조사를 통해 207부를 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS 26.0 및 AMOS 24.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 기술통계분석, 구조방정식분석, 측정동일성검증, 다집단분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 국기원과 중국태권도협회에 따른 브랜드 아이덴티티가 브랜드 에쿼티에 미치는 영향의 차이는 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국기원과 중국태권도협회에 따른 브랜드 아이덴티티가 브랜드 신뢰에 미치는 영향의 차이는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 국기원과 중국태권도협회에 따른 브랜드 에쿼티가 브랜드 컬트에 미치는 영향의 차이는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 국기원과 중국태권도협회에 따른 브랜드 신뢰가 브랜드 컬트에 미치는 영향의 차이는 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결론 태권도 소속 기관에 따라 기관에 대한 신뢰성과 충성도에는 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 그러나 중요한 것은 브랜드 아이덴티티와 브랜드 에쿼티를 강화하는 방안을 마련한다면 국기원과 중국태권도협회에 대한 신뢰성과 충성도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

국기원 교육과정 운영에 관한 개선방안

본 연구는 국기원의 교육현황 및 현장에서의 요구사항을 파악하고, 교육정책 수립과 교육과정개선을 통해 국기원 교육 만족도 및 교육의 질 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 예비사범 356명 대상 오프라인 조사와 현직 태권도 사범 392명 및 강사 30명 대상 온라인 조사를 통해 시설 및 환경, 연수원 교육과정, 교육대상자 선발, 강사 제도, 보수교육에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 연구절차는 조사연구 설계를 기반으로 문헌연구, 설문개발, 예비조사, 전문가 자문, 설문도구 제작, 정량조사, 보고서 작성의 순을 따랐다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 항목별 기초통계분석 및 주요 집단 간 비교 분석, 불만율과 만족율, 과목별 중요도 등을 고려하여 개선도 및 성취도를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 국기원 시설 및 환경, 교육과정 및 프로그램, 국기원 연수원 교육대상자 선발 제도의 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났고, 우수강사 확보 및 양성, 지도자 보수교육이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 개선방안으로 국기원 경기장, 강의실 및 부대시설 등 교육환경 개선, 교육과정 및 프로그램의 표준화 및 다양화, 다양한 방식의 교수학습방법 도입, 공개적인 선발과정과 선발 방식의 다변화를 통한 합리적인 교육대상자 선발및 현장실습 경험의 평가반영, 전임강사 제도를 통한 우수강사 확보 및 양성, 현장 요구 중심의 지방순회 교육 및 세미나와 보수교육의 개최, 연수에 따른 인센티브 제공을 통한 만족도 제고방안 등을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to provide quantitative data to improve the satisfaction and the quality of Kukkiwon’s education by identifying its status and requirements in the education field and by establishing educational policies to improve the curriculum. The subjects participated in the study were preliminary Taekwondo masters (N=356; offline survey), Taekwondo masters (N=392; online survey) and Kukkiwon instructors (N=30; online survey). The survey contained questions regarding facilities and the environment, training courses, procedure of trainee selection, instructors system, conservative education, The research design and processes followed to achieve the purpose are as follows; review of the literature, development of questionnaire, preliminary investigation, consultation from experts, questionnaire design, quantitative investigation, and report writing. The collected data were statically analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 for the degree of improvement and achievement including the basic statistical analysis, inter group comparison, dissatisfaction and the satisfaction ratio. The results showed that the facilities and the environment, training courses, procedure of training subject’s selection of the Kukkiwon institute needed improvement, and for ensuring excellent instructors and training, the conservative education were required. The proposed improvement measures are as follows; (i) improving the satisfaction of educational environment of Kukkiwon’s stadiums, classrooms and facilities, (ii) standardization and diversification of courses and programs, (iii) introduction of varied teaching and learning methods, (iv) reasonable trainee’s selection through an open selection process and diversification of selection methods, (v) the reflecting of rating of the-job training experience, (vi) ensuring excellent instructors and training through full time instructor system, (vii) providing provincial tour training, seminar and conservative education which are required in the field, and (viii) providing incentives in accordance with the training.

키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 「국기원 태권도연구」 연구동향 분석

목적 본 연구는 2019년까지 10년 동안 「국기원 태권도연구」에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 연구동향을 분석하고 향후 태권도연구의 발전방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 「국기원 태권도연구」에 게재된 논문의 키워드를 R-프로그램(Version 3.5.3)의 SNA 패키지로 네트워크 텍스트 분석(Network text analysis)을 실시하여 핵심 키워드를 이용한 연구주제 및 연구경향을 파악하였다. 결과 「국기원 태권도연구」의 결과는 질적연구, 양적연구로 구분하여 분석을 진행하였다. 질적연구는 총 111건, 키워드는 312개였으며, “taekwondo”가 41건으로 가장 높은 빈도로 나타났다. 또한 “virtue”, “spirit”, “taekwondo philosophy” 등 태권도 가치관, “subak”, “taekkyeon”, “karate”, “martial art” 등 역사, “taekwondo demonstration”, “poomsae”, “globaliazion” 등 기술체계, “taekwondo master”, “taekwondo study”, “dojang” 등 교육관련 키워드로 집약되었다. 양적연구는 총 159건, 키워드는 442개였으며, “taekwondo”의 빈도가 69건으로 가장 많았다. 또한 기술체계 및 교육관련 키워드 뿐만 아니라 “body composition”, “blood lipid” 등의 건강관련 키워드가 나타났다. 결론 「국기원 태권도연구」는 질적 및 양적 연구의 수가 꾸준히 증가였다. 질적연구는 대부분 ‘태권도 가치관’, ‘역사’, ‘기술체계’, ‘교육’에 대한 연구였으며, 양적연구에는 ‘태권도 기술’, ‘지도자’ 관련 연구, 그리고 ‘건강증진’에 대한 연구가 있었다. 하지만 ‘건강증진’ 분야의 연구빈도는 아직도 매우 부족한 수준이다. Purpose This study aims to analyze the research trend of the published “Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon” until 2019 and seeks further research on Taekwondo. Method We utilized the R-program SNA package (ver. 3.5.3) and conducted network text-analysis on keywords used in “Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon,” and identified research topics and the research trend using network text analysis based on critical keywords. Results The research trend analysis of the “Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon” was conducted by dividing it into qualitative and quantitative studies. The number of total qualitative studies was 111, and its total keyword number was 312. And the keyword frequency of the “taekwondo” was 41, and it showed the highest frequency. And mainly used keywords were related to the virtues of Taekwondo (“virtue,” “spirit,” and “taekwondo philosophy”), history (“subak,” “taekkyeon,” “karate,” and “martial art”), technical system (“taekwondo demonstration,” “poomsae,” and “globalization”), and education (“taekwondo master,” “taekwondo study,” and “dojang”). Meanwhile, the quantitative study's total number was 159, and its total keyword number was 442. The most used keyword was “taekwondo (69 times)”. Also, it showed that keywords related to health such as “body composition” and “blood lipid” along with keywords related to technology system and education. Conclusion In “Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon,” the number of qualitative and quantitative studies has widely increased. The area of most qualitative studies was “taekwondo values,” “history,” “technology system,” and “education.” Also, site of most quantitative researches was “taekwondo skills,” “leader,” “health promotion.” However, the frequency of research in the field of “health promotion” is still very insufficient.

플랫폼 비즈니스 모델을 활용한 국기원의 사업 확대 전략

이 연구는 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델을 활용하여 국기원의 사업영역 확대를 규명하기 위하여 본 조사에서 심층면담과 IPA 분석 기법을 활용하였다. 이에 따른 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 플랫폼 비즈니스 적용 미래 예상 사업의 전략적 방향성은 첫째, 개방성의 확보, 둘째, 전문성의 확보, 셋째, 차별성의 확보, 넷째, 접근성의 확보이다. 다음으로 IPA 분석을 통하여 심층면담에서 규명된 플랫폼 비즈니스 적용을 기반으로한 미래 예상 사업영역들의 구체화 중요도 및 적용가능 성에 대하여 다음과 같이 정리한다. 첫째, 우선적으로 실행이 필요한 영역의 온라인 종합정보시스템 구축, 태권도 정보 포털사이트 개발 및 운영, 기존 사회연결망서비스(소셜네트워크서비스: SNS) 활용 확대, SNS 활용 일반인 또는 수련생 참여 온라인 이벤트 개최 등 4개의 항목을 확인하였다. 둘째, 국기원의 역량 재고를 통해 효과성을 높여야하는 영역의 IT기반의 콘텐츠 개발 전문 인력 고용 및 배치, 태권도 전문 사회연결망서비스(소셜네트워크서비스: SNS) 개발 등 2개의 항목을 확인하였다. 셋째, 사업내용의 간소화 또는 재검토가 필요한 영역의 온라인 지도자 보수 교육 프로그램 개발 및 확충, 온라인 수련 프로그램 개발 및 확충 등 2개의 항목을 확인하였다. 넷째, 사업성이 미흡한 영역의 증명서 발급의 전산화 및 간소화, 태권도 지도자 전문인력 정보 채널 운영, IT기반의 콘텐츠 관리 및 운용 전문인력 고용 및 배치 등 3개의 항목을 확인하였다. This research uses in-depth interview and IPA analysis method to investigate the development of Kukkiwon business realm using a platform business model. The result is the following. To strategically chanel the future business project applying platform business model, Kukkiwon should have openness, expertise, differentiation and accessibility. Next, this research is going to summarize how specific, important and easily applicable the future anticipated business realm would be based in the in-depth interview with IPA analysis method. First of all, this research identifies the following four items : the establishment of online information system in the sector that desperately needs to be implemented, the development and operation of Taekwondo information portal website, the expansion of the existing SNS system, and the hosting of online event for the public or the trainees. Secondly, it identifies two items; the employment and allocation of expert personnel for developing the contents based on IT if Kukkiwon were to improve its efficiency through enlarging its personnel and the SNS exclusively about Taekwondo. Thirdly, when it comes to the sector that needs to be reduced or re-investigated, Kukkiwon should develop and enlarge its online program for the leaders and online training program. Lastly, Kukkiwon should computerize and simplify issuing the certificate on less profitable sector, operate the channel about Taekwondo leader and personnel, and hire the personnel to manage and run the IT-based contents.

세계화과정에서 나타난 태권도시범단의 발전사적 연구 -국군태권도시범단, 태권도친선사절단, 국기원시범단을 중심으로-

이 연구는 초창기 태권도의 역사와 함께 했던 ‘국군태권도시범단’과 ‘태권도친선사절단’, 그리고 ‘국기원시범단’의 시작과 발전배경 등의 전개과정을 살펴보고, 박정희 정부의 태권도 진흥정책과 당시 태권도계에서 주도적인 역할을 하였던 김운용의 외교.행정적 활동, 그리고 태권도와 관련한정치, 사회적 배경을 다각적인 관점에서 살펴본 후, 세계화되는 과정에 있어 나타난 태권도시범단의 발전사적 의미를 전개하였다. 이를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국군태권도시범단은 대한민국태권도사상 처음으로 베트남과 대만을 방문하여 시범을 보임으로써 한국 전통의 도수무예로 보급ㆍ발전되어 왔던 태권도를 해외에 알리는 교두보의 역할을 하였으며, 태권도의 세계화에 선도적인 역할을 한 것이다. 둘째, ‘태권도친선사절단’은 대한태권도협회 소속으로 시범단을 구성하였다는 점에서 역사적 의미가 크다. 또한 유럽을 비롯한 태권도 미개척 해외지역에 태권도가 한국의 무도임을 알리는 결정적인 홍보 역할을 하였으며, 태권도의 세계화에 디딤돌이 되었다. 셋째, 박정희정권은 태권도가 우리나라 고유의 전통무도로서 민족주의적 성격을 포함하고 있다는 점에서 지원을 아끼지 않았으며, 김운용은 태권도의 국기화와 세계화를 주창하며 태권도시범단을 적극적으로 활용하였다. 이 과정에서 태권도시범단의 활동은 태권도경기의 세계화에 결정적인 역할을 하였다. 넷째, 1974년을 시작으로 활동을 해왔던 국기원시범단은, 1981년 국기원 기술심의회에 시범위원회가 생기며 명문화된 시범단으로 거듭나게 되었으며, 태권도의 핵심과 정수를 전세계에 교육하고 전파하여 태권도 세계화에 중추적인 역할을 하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to explore the global diffusion of Taekwondo focusing on the process of beginning and development of Korea army Taekwon do demonstration team, Taekwondo Goodwill ambassadors and Kukkiwon Taekwondo demonstration team, possibly, through the study from different perspectives, it applied to political and social background associated with taekwondo. The results are as followed : First. Taekwondo became known internationally for the first time, while introducing Taiwan and Vietnam through Korea army taekwondo demonstration team. As a result, Korean taekwondo demonstration team is now the cornerstone of today``s Taekwondo globalization. Second, Taekwondo goodwill ambassadors for Taekwondo association as Taekwondo demonstration team representing Korea has a historical significance to announce Taekwondo as Korea martial arts in Europe and unexplored nations. Third, Park Chung-hee regime actively supports Taekwondo as a traditional martial art which has the nationalist``s characteristics. In addition, Kim, Un-Yong as president of Korea taekwondo association claims that Taekwondo demonstration team is utilized to promote the globalization of taekwondo. Taekwondo demonstration team activities were a decisive role in the globalization of Taekwondo. Fourth, Taekwondo demonstration has been played by Kukkiwon demonstration team since 1974. In addition, Kukkiwon Taekwondo demonstration team in 1981 was developed as official Taekwondo demonstration team by establishing board of demonstration in the technology committee. Kukkiwon Taekwondo demonstration team has a pivotal role in the globalization of taekwondo and spreads the spirit of taekwondo in the world.

국기원 태권도연구소의 도서출판 활성화를 통한 수익모델 연구

This study aims to provide a basis for the invigoration of publishing activity at Kukkiwon institute, the headquarter of world Taekwondo, as to contribute to its financial independence by looking into profit models for related activities at the facility. In order to meet the purpose of the study, we analyzed the book needs of Taekwondo instructors, college athletes and researchers/teachers/facility employees, who are actual consumers of Taekwondo books. Overall, the subjects showed higher needs for Taekwondo skill books compared to Taekwondo science. For Takewondo skill field, the necessity was in the order of Poomsae, performance, sparring, breaking, and basics. For Taekwondo science field, the necessity was in the order of Taekwondo management, psychology, education, history, dynamics, physiology, sociology, and mind&philosophy. As for the results of the cross-analysis of Taekwondo book necessity, the skill field showed ‘somewhat necessary’ for all topics while the science field showed ‘somewhat necessary’ highly for the education and management topic. Also, the difference analysis between occupation for the Taekwondo skill book necessity showed that researchers/teachers/facility employees and students were significantly higher than instructors for the basic topic, the Poomsae topic showed in the order of student, instructor, and researchers/ teachers/facility employees. For the Taekwondo Science necessity difference analysis, Taekwondo history and sociology were significantly higher for researchers/teachers/facility employees and students compared to instructors and Taekwondo education, physiology, and dynamics were significantly higher among researchers/teachers/facility employees compared to instructors and students. The result of difference analysis between Dan ranks for the Taekwondo skill book necessity showed that basic and sparring topic was significantly higher for 4 Dan than 5 Dan and above while Poosae was significantly higher for 1 to 3 Dan and 4 Dan than 5 Dan and above. Also, the performance and breaking topic were higher for 4 Dan and 5 Dan and above compared to 1 to 3 Dan. As for Taekwondo science necessity difference analysis between Dan ranks showed that history topic was significantly higher for 4 Dan than 5 Dan and above. Also, other than history, all other topics were significantly higher for 4 Dan and 5 Dan and above compared to 1 to 3 Dan. 본 연구는 국기원 태권도연구소의 도서출판 활성화를 위한 수익모델 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 태권도 도서의 실질적 소비자라 할 수 있는 태권도 지도자와 대학의 태권도 전공생들이 지각하는 태권도 교육과정 도서에 대한 필요성을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 향후 국기원 태권도연구소에서 재정의 책임성 제고와 재정자립에 이바지할 수 있는 방안으로서의 국기원 태권도연구소의 수익모델 개발에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 먼저 태권도 도서의 필요성 분석 결과, 태권도기술이 태권도과학보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 태권도기술영역은 품새, 시범, 겨루기, 격파, 기본영역 순으로 태권도과학영역의 경우 태권도경영학, 태권도심리학, 태권도교육학, 태권도역사, 태권도역학, 태권도생리학, 태권도사회학, 태권도정신·철학 순으로 나타났다. 태권도 도서의 필요성 교차분석 결과, 태권도기술영역은 모든 영역에서 조금 필요하다는 응답이 태권도과학영역의 경우 태권도 교육학, 태권도 경영학만 조금 필요하다는 응답이 가장 높은 수치로 나타났다. 또한, 직업에 따른 태권도기술 도서의 필요성 차이분석 결과, 기본영역에서 교·강사/연구자/기관종사자와 학생이 지도자보다 겨루기영역은 학생이 지도자보다 높게 차이 나타났으며, 품새영역의 경우 학생, 지도자, 교·강사/연구자/기관종사자 순으로 나타났고, 직업에 따른 필요성 차이 분석 결과, 태권도역사와 태권도사회학에서 교· 강사/연구자/기관종사자와 학생이 지도자 보다 태권도교육학, 태권도생리학, 태권도역학은교·강사/연구자/기관종사자가 지도자와 학생보다 높게 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 단 정도에 따른 태권도기술 도서의 필요성 차이 분석 결과, 기본영역과 겨루기영역은 4단이 5단 이상보다 품새영역은 1단∼3단과 4단이 5단 이상보다 시범과 격파영역에서는 4단과 5단 이상이 1단∼3단보다 더 높게 차이가 나타났다. 단 정도에 따른 태권도과학 도서의 필요성 차이 분석 결과, 태권도역사는 4단이 5단 이상보다 태권도 역사를 제외한 태권도정신·철학, 태권도사회학, 태권도심리학, 태권도교육학, 태권도경영학, 태권도생리학, 태권도역학 모든 영역에서 4단과 5단 이상이 1단∼3단보다 높게 차이가 나타났다.

국기원 태권도 지도자 교육과정의 개선 및 운영

국기원은 태권도의 올바른 가치를 발전시키고 새로운 가치를 발굴하여 태권도 지도자들에게 교육해야 할 책무가 있다. 하지만 국기원이 그러한 역할을 성공적으로 수행하고 있는지에 대한 비판이 끊이지 않고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 국기원 태권도 지도자 연수원 교육과정과 운영 실태를 태권도 교육 수혜자입장에서 분석하여 바람직한 교육과정의 운영방안을 제안할 목적으로서 수행하였다. 예비 태권도 지도자 182명과 태권도학과 교수 32명을 대상으로 개방형 설문자료를 수집하고, 태권도 교육소비자 및 그와 관련된 태권도 관계자 25명을 대상으로 반구조화 심층면담을 실시하였다. 개방형 면담 자료는 내용분석하고, 반구조화 심층면담 자료는 주로 Spradley(1979)가 제안한 영역분석과 분류분석 방법으로 분석하였으며, Straus & Corbin(1998)이 제안한 자료분석 방법을 추가 도입하여 분석을 보완하였다. 분석한 결과, 교육목표의 명료성 부족, 선발 기준의 미흡, 정체된 교육과정의 운영, 강사 위주의 교육, 평가기준의 미설정, 보수교육 부재 등의 문제점을 발견하였다. 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로 태권도 지도자의 급에 따른 역할 정립과 목표 설정, 타당하고 객관적인 선발 기준의 설정 및 적용, 태권도의 전통적 가치와 시대적 요구를 반영한 교육과정의 운영, 다양한 교육방법의 활용, 교수능력의 평가, 보수교육의 의무화 등을 제안하였다. Kukkiwon has an accountability for developing right values of Taekwond and excavating new values related to it to train promising Taekwondo instructors. Kukkiwon has recently been criticized for not playing such a role successfully. Thus, the purpose of this study was to analyze the realities of Kukkiwon's promising Taekwondo instructors' courses and propose desirable curricular for the better courses. To achieve the research purpose, open questionnaires were administered to 182 promising Taekwondo instructors and 32 college professors, and 25 research participants were interviewed. The collected data were analyzed by content analysis and domain analysis & taxonomic analysis suggested by Spradley (1979). As a result of analyzing the data, such problems as unclear objectives of the program, unsatisfying selection criteria, worn-out curricular, instructor-centered instruction, no criteria to evaluate the course, and no in-service education. To solve the problems, the following proposals were suggested: establishment of clear objectives, valid standards of selecting processes, development of balanced curricular, variety of teaching methods, evaluation of teaching ability, and obligation to in-service education.

데이컴(DACUM) 기법을 활용한 국기원의 태권도 사범 교육과정 개발

본 연구의 목적은 태권도 교육현장에서 요구하는 태권도에 대한 태권도 지도자의 지식과 기술을 겸비한 태권도 사범을 양성하기 위한 국기원의 태권도 사범 교육과정을 개발하는 것이었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 효과적인 직무분석방법이자 교육훈련 프로그램 개발 방법인DACUM(Developing a Curriculum)기법을 활용 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 분석에 따른 결과를 살펴보면, 태권도 사범 교육연수에서 5개의 책무와 25개의 과업을 각각 도출하였다. 이렇게 도출된 책무와 과업에 따라 과업필요도와 교육중요도를 분석하였고, 최종적으로 선정된 핵심과업을 중심으로 필요교과목을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 국기원의 태권도 사범 교육과 정개발이, 직무분석을 통한 현장기반의 방식으로 진행되었다는 점에서 찾을 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to develop an educational curriculum of enforcing speciality of Taekwondo master professional Taekwondo master with sufficient knowledge and skill of taekwondo master which Taekwondo education field . In order to accomplish desired result, DACUM job analysis utilized. DACUM technique is widely known as effective method of job analysis. For the job analysis based on the DACUM, the study organized a DACUM job committee and then conducted a survey to verify the job model drawn. The major results of this research can be summarzed as follows First, In research finding, the taekwondo master job was found to have 5 duties and 25 tasks. According to Duties and tasks which are found, We analyzed both the necessary degree of task and the importance degree of education. And then lastly we drew necessary subject with key-tasks as center-figure. This study is significant in the sense that developing an educational curriculum of enforcing speciality of taekwondo master Curriculum of kukkiwon was carried out through the job analysis.
