        야뇨증 환아들의 심리사회적 특성에 대한 다기관 연구 : 행동 및 정서 문제를 중심으로

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the behavioral and emotional problems associated with nocturnal enuresis in Korean children. Methods : Three hundred eighteen children with nocturnal enuresis, together with their parents, completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Disruptive Behavior Disorder Scale according to DSM-IV (DBDS), Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC), and Piers-Harris Children's Self-Concept Scale (PHCSC). Ninety-three normal students were selected as the control group. Results : Compared to the normal control group, the mean scores with regard to the withdrawn, social problems, attention problems, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior, externalizing problems and total problems profiles were significantly higher in the nocturnal enuresis group according to the CBCL results. The nocturnal enuresis group also scored significantly higher in the ADHD and ODD profiles of the DBDS. The nocturnal enuresis group was more depressed and anxious than the control group according to the results of the CDI and STAI. The mean score of the PHCSC was significantly lower in the nocturnal enuresis group when compared to the normal control group. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that children with nocturnal enuresis in Korea have clinically relevant behavioral and emotional problems. The findings support the link between nocturnal enuresis and psychopathology in Korean children.

      • 간섬유화를 유동한 랫드에서 동충하초(冬蟲夏草)의 효소 활성에 과한 연구

        Purpose: We study on the effects of Cordyceps sinensis (Dongchunghacho: DCHC) about activity of hepatic enzyme, which is presumed to be effective on the liver disease at Oriental Medicine. Methods: In the study, the antifibrotic effects of DCHC was investigated by oral applicalion on liver fibrosis induced in rats. Female Sprague Dawly rats were divided in 3 groups (control, liver fibrosis induced group, liver fibrosis induced and DCHC oral application group). For liver fibrosis induction, rats were i. p. injected in 11 weeks (0.125㎖/rat/day). Rats were treated for 10 weeks with DCHC extracts(0.16g/㎏/day). After application of DCHC, all group rats were sacrified. and collected blood and liver tissue. After centrifugation of blood, sera was used for the measurement of clinical biochemistry (ALT, AST, ALP, total bilirubin). The parameter of collagen deposition in liver tissue (hydroxyproline: HYP) was measured by a colorimetry. Results: In the result, jaundice was not observed in all groups, but was showed hepatomegaly in CCl4 treated group and CCl4/DCHC applicated group. The ratio of body liver weight of CCl4 treated rats was significantly higher than in DCHC treated rats (5.2±0.4%, 4.0±0.3%, p<0.01), but the weights of spleen and kidney in all group investigated were not changed significantly. The content of HYP was significantly lower in CCl4 with DCHC group than in CCl4 group (642.0±54.0, 688.0±30.5 ㎍/1g, p<0.05). In DCHC treated group, the values of AST, ALP, BUN, γ-GTP were very low compared with only CCl4 intoxificated group(p<0.01). This result represents that CCl4 injection induced liver fibrosis in 11 weeks. DCHC inhibited significantly the accumulation of collagen in the extracellular space and the activities of AST, ALT, ALP, γ-GTP in serum. Conclusion: It conclude that DCHC extracts is proven to protect against liver fibrosis in rat and to stimulate liver function.

      • 學習社會를 위한 餘假의 意義에 관한 연구 : linear型에서 Recarrent型의 time budget를 중심으로 Allocation of life time budget from linear pattern to recurrent pattern

        The average life-time in korea is becoming 80years old, and it is about 700,000 hours in the terms of life-time budget. Working hours of a year will be 2,000 hours in the near future. If a person works from 20 years old to 60 years old, working hours during 40 years will amount to 80,000 hours and this is about 10% of total life-time. On the other hand, free time will increase to 30% of total life-time. This structure of life-time budget causes the changes of people’s thoughts from that they live to work to that they work to live. According to the result of EPA research project, people who prefer the life pattern of ˝Child-Education-Work-Retire˝ will decease to 15%. On the other hand, people who prefer the life-pattern of ˝C→E→[W/Leisure/E]→E→L˝or ˝C→E→W→E/L→W→E/L˝will increase to 60%. Especially this patter is called recurrent life pattern. At current status, korea is behind in the area of reduction of work-time comparing with EC and U.S.A., bout we can survey carefully the states of theses advanced countries and analize their merit and demerit. Refering to the result, we should propose a method of allocation of life-time budget which is suitable to korea. Why carefully? Nowadays, in EC and U.S.A., the reduction of work-time is mainly for absorbing of unemployments and aiming at sharing work. But in case of korea, the quality of worker’s life should be investigated for the first time under a good economic environment. In those days of 50 years life-time, the National strategy was focused on the work-oriented industrial society, but in the era of 80 years life-time, the focus is moving toward how to be for good human’s life. Generally speaking, the moving from industrial society to post-industrial society has been argued by many sociologists. When this problem is reated with life-time budget, the change toward a learning society is becoming very important from the view points of social science, natural science and humanity. The autor’s scenario of method of allocation of life-time budget is based on the strategy change from a linear life pattern to recurrent life pattern.

      • 한국 종가와 아파트에 대한 지자기 분석

        종가에 양택론이 적용되었는지를 조사한 결과 문, 주는 정확히 적용되었으나 조는 그렇지 않음을 발견하였다. 문, 주, 조 3 곳의 지자기의 평균치가 수평생분 302-312 mGauss, 수직성분 380-391 mGauss, 총 계량 491-495 mGauss로 매우 표준연차가 작은 일정한 값을 유지하고 있으며 아파트의 경우는 문, 주, 조의 데이터 평규치는 평균치가 크게 차이가 났고 표준연차도 매우 커서 현재의 주거환경에 서의 지자기가 크게 교란되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 현대의 주거 시설에서도 자연 상태와 근접한 환경을 조성하기 위해서는 지자기가 자연 상태의 값을 갖도록 보완 조치를 하는 것이 시급하다고 하겠다. From the investigation of Ching-ga, We found that the Yang-tag theory was applied exactly to gate(dae moon) and room (ahnbang) except kitchen. The average value of magnetic field in Chong-ga(gate, main room and kitchen) are 302-312 mGauss(horizontal component), 380-391 mGauss(vertical component), and 491-495 mGauss(total field), which are very constant values and show small standard deviations But the data from apatment indicate the large difference of average values and large and deviations By these data, We found the large violation of magnetic field in apartment. We propose that urgent recipes are necessary to sustain similar magnetic field with nature at present apartment and building.

        加減茵蔯蒿湯 水鍼液이 膽道結紮로 유도된 肝損傷에 미치는 영향

        연구배경 : 肝癌 및 肝硬變은 韓國人의 疾病으로 인한 중요한 喪亡原因의 하나이며, 특히 우리나라 B型肝炎의 流行地域으로 急慢性 肝炎이나 肝經辨證, 肝癌의 發病率이 높다. 그리하여 肝硬變症을 寢具治療法중 水鍼을 이용하여 肝의 募穴인 期門穴에 投與하면 治療效果가 있는지에 대하여, 그리고 藥量에 따라 治療效果가 달라지는 지에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방법 : 加減茵蔯蒿湯 水鍼液을 膽道를 結紮한 白鼠에 26guage의 1ml 주사기를 이용하여 투여하였다. 經穴은 人體의 期門에 相應하는 左石部位와 腹部內의 任意의 部位를 設定하여 매일 1회 7주간 수침하였다. 결과 : 體重과 Total Bilirubin은 實驗群 A, C에서 有意性 있는 增加와 減少를 보였고, WBC·ALT·AST·ALT 및 Cholesterole은 全實驗群에서 有意性 있는 減少를, Albumin은 全實驗群에서 有意性 있는 增加를 각각 나타내었으며, 組織學的 觀察도 全實驗群에서 有意性을 나타내었다. 또한 Hydroxyproline도 實驗群 A, B에서 有意性있는 減少를 보였다. 결론 : 加減茵蔯蒿湯 水鍼液을 膽道를 結紮한 白鼠의 期門穴에 投與한 缺課 有意한 효과를 보였으나 水鍼量에 따라 有意性의 차이가 있어 敵意한 水鍼量을 투여하는 것이 治療시 重要하다고 思料되며, 또한 水鍼에 대한 安全性 問題에 대하여서도 더욱 硏究할 필요가 있다. In order to study the effects of the water extract of Gagaminjinhotang in the Meridian points Liv 14 on the liver damage indued by bile duct ligation during 7 weeks after the operation of bile duct ligation, blood was taken from the heart and body weight, WBC, RBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit, total bilirubin, ALT, AST, ALP, cholesterol, albumin and hydroxyproline were in each experimental apparatus. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Body weight of EXA, C were significantly increased by the water extract of Gagaminjinhotang. 2. WBC of EXA,B,C were significantly decreased by the water extract of Gagaminjinhotang. 3. RBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit of EXA,B,C were not significantly influenced by the water extract of Gagaminjinhotang. 4. Total bilirubin of EXA,C and direct bilirubin of EXA,B,C were significantly decreased by the water extract of Gagaminjinhotang. 5. ALT, AST,ALP of EXA,B,C were significantly decreased by the water extract of Gagaminjinhotang. 6. Cholesterol of EXA,B,C, were significantly decreased by the water extract of Gagaminjinhotang. 7. Albumin of EXA,B,C, were significantly increased by the water extract Gagaminjinhotang. 8. Hydroxyproline of EXA,B were significantly decreased by the water extract Gagaminjinhtang. 9. On the histological observation, the results of the experimental groups showed significant hepatoprotective effects compared with control group from 3 weeks after the administration of the water extract of Gagaminjinhotang. According to the above result, it is suggested that the water extract Gagaminjinhotang was significantly effective in WBC, bilirubin, ALT, AST, ALP, cholesterol, albumin and hydroxyproline level and then it seems to be applicable to the fibrosis or cirrhosis of liver.

      • 토양에서 분리한 Toluene 분해 세균의 동정 및 일부 특성

        경상남도 양산천 일대의 토양시료로 부터 toluene을 유일한 탄소원 및 에너지원으로 생육하는 미생물들을 분리하였고, 그 중 toluene의 분해능이 가장 우수한 균주를 선별하여 공시균으로 선택하였다. 공시균의 형태학적, 배양적, 생화학적 및 화학분류학적 제반 특성들을 토대로 분류학적 위치를 검토한 결과 Rhodococcus 속으로 동정되어 편의상 Rhodococcus sp. EL-43P로 명명하였다. Rhodococcus sp. EL-43P는 phenol 및 다양한 phenol 유도체, benzene 등의 방향족화합물 기질에서 생육할 수 있었다. 특히 phenol 분해에 관련된 각종 환경조건을 최적화시키면 실제의 phenol 함유 폐수처리공정에서 충분히 적용가능성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. Rhodococcus sp. EL-43P는 catechol 1,2-dioxygenase의 활성을 가지고 있어 ortho pathway에 의하여 phenol을 분해함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 본 공시균은 toluene dioxygenase의 활성도 가지고 있었다. The microorganisms which degrade toluene as the sole and energy source were isolated from soil around Yangsan river. Among them, the strain EL-43P had the highest toluene degradability and identified as a Rhodococcus sp. according to morphological, cultural, biochemical and chemotaxonomical properties. Rhodococcus sp. EL-43P was able to grow at the various chlorinated phenols such as o-, p-chlorophenol, 2,3-,2,5-, 2,6- and 3,4-dichlorophenol, and benzene, respectively. If detailed phenol degradation conditions are established, the treatment of phenol wastewater using Rhodococcus sp. EL-43P would be possible. Rhodococcus sp. EL-43P had the catechol 1,2-dioxygenase which degrades Phenol derivatives by ortho pathway. This strain also had toluene dioxygenase.

        The Internet of Things, the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is growing by incorporating various technologies into various fields. Among them, smart home systems that apply IoT technology to home environments are being actively studied. The home hub market, a means of communication for smart homes, is also developing at the same time. As the home hub market develops, security threats are also increasing accordingly. In this paper, 'Smart Home Mirror' is implemented by combining mirror and IoT technologies so that users can use them to communicate with smart home applications and other devices. To meet security issues, users in it are recognized by using face recognition technology and AES between all data communications in it is applied. The proposed device’s usefulness is approved by implementing it in smart home environments.

      • Ferrite/Rubber Composite의 혼합비에 따른 전파흡수 특성

        In this paper, the permeability(??), dielectric constants(??) and absorption characteristics of Ferrite/Rubber composites were investigated. The composite specimens were prepared by molding and curing the mixtures of matrix rubber and Ni-Zu ferrite powders which were synthesized by wet-direct method. The permeability(??) of specimen was decreased from 2.58 to 0.7 in the range of 1∼7 (GHz) and kept constant O. .8 at higher than 7(GHz). The higher the frequency was, the less the values of μ, was from 1.57 to 0.03. The optimum thickness of microwave absorber(F/R=4), utilizing the Smith chart, was about 5(mm). The reflection loss was shown over than 20(dB) from 5.5(GHz) to 4.5(GHz) at 5(mm) thickness and relative band width(B/fm) was about 35(%).

      • 급성 심근 경색증과 혈장 Paraoxonase activity와의 관계

        연구배경: 혈장 파라옥소나제의 감소는 HDL-cholesterol의 항 산화작용의 중요한 요소로 알려져 있어 이의 감소는 항산화작용의 저하로 인해 동맥경화의 진행을 촉진시킬 수 있어 허혈성심장병의 주요 위험인자로 추정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 급성 심근 경색증 환자를 대상으로 혈장 파라옥소나제의 활성도를 측정하여 정상군과 비교하여 혈장 파라옥소나제 활성도의 감소가 급성 심근 경색증의 위험인자인지 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 급성 심근 경색증으로 입원한 39 명의 환자(남자 : 여자 = 19 : 20, 평균나이: 61±4.3세)와 정상 대조군 36명(남자 : 여자 = 17 : 19, 평균나이: 55±10세)을 대상으로 정맥혈을 채혈 후 파라옥소나제 활성도와 LDL-cholesterol, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol를 측정하였다. 두 군간의 비교는 Student T-test를 이용하였다. 결과: 건강 대조군과 급성 심근 경색 환자군 간에 측정치를 비교해본 결과 혈장 콜레스테롤 수치는 182.10± 12mg/dl, 194.87± 40mg/dl이고 HDL 콜레스테롤은 54±5.4mg/dl, 37.52± 13mg/dl 였다. LDL 콜레스테롤은 94.45±13mg/d1, 122±34mg/d1로 급성 심근 경색증 환자의 경우 통계학적으로 의미있는 차이를 보였다. (P<0.05). 그러나 혈장 파라옥소나제 활성도는 건강 대조군 112.35±15U/ml, 급성심근 경색증 환자군 96.10±43.50U/ml로 급성 심근 경색증 환자군이 건강 대조군에 비해 낮은 수치를 보이는 경향이 있었으나 통계학적으로 유의한 차이(P=0.071)는 보이지 않았다(Table 2참조). Background : Human plasma paraoxonase is a HDL-associated ester hydrolase that catalyzes the hydrolysis of organophosphates, aromatic carboxylic acid esters and carbamates. HDL has been implicated in the prevention of LDL lipid peroxidation. Low paraoxonase activity in the Plasma may have responsibility to the development of coronary artery disease partially because oxidized LDL has intimate relationship with atherosclerosis. We studied plasma paraoxonase activities in the plasma of acute myocardial infarction patients in order to evaluate the relationship between these enzyme activities and the acute myocardial infarction. Materials and Methods : plasma samples were obtained from 39 individuals with acute myocardial infarction(M: 19 cases, F: 20cases, mean age: 61(4.3 years) and 36 individuals of healthy control(M: 17 cases, F: 19cases, mean age: 55(10 years). We determined paraoxonase activities, total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol &DL-cholesterol levels in the plasma samples. Paraoxonase activities were measured spectrophoto metrically in 0.1M Tris-HCl buffer (pH=7.4) at 25℃ with paraoxon as substrate(5.5mM) at 405 nm. We used student T-test to compare the results of both groups. Results : Comparison of the results between myocardial infarction patients and normal control groups revealed that plasma total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol levels showed statistically significant differences between groups but plasma paraoxonase activity does not. Conclusion : Our study showed that there was no significant difference of plasma paraoxonase activity between acute myocardial infarction and normal population. So low plasma paraoxonase activity may not be a risk factor of acute myocardial infarction. but further prospective large scale study will be needed to conclude.

      • 빌트인 모터를 이용한 2축 제어 미세 가공기 개발

        This paper describes development of low cost precision machine that has combined the Build-in Motor with a vacuum chuck. This study mainly aims to find out a cutting condition for maintaining optimum surface condition and to examine cutting characteristics of the precision machine that is equipped by diamond bites. The cutting materials is Al alloy. Several experiments were carried out to find out the main factors that affect the surface roughness such as principal axis RPM(rotation per minute), feeding speed, and cutting depth. As a result, we obtain The optimum cutting condition of the developed precision machine.
