R&D 조직에서 지적자본이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This research analyzes empirically the structural relationship among intellectual capital components such as human capital, structural capital and relational capital, and organizational performance in public R&D organizations. The measurement indices were developed for intellectual capital and performance : they were 10 factors and 37 indicators for intellectual capital and 2 factors and 5 indicators for organizational performance. They were confirmed statistically reliable. From this survey research, using the structural equation model, it was found a cycling relationship among three components: human capital causes structuralcapital, structural capital causes relational capital, and relational capital causes human capital. And it was also found a causal relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance : human capital→ structural capital→ relational capital→ organizational performance. In the analysis of relative importance on organizational performance, the variables such as customer’s satisfaction, brand value creation activities, research planning activities, intellectual competence, interdependence, etc. were confirmed as an important variables affecting.

We measured the electron drift velocity, W, in 0.5% $SF_6-Ar$ mixture over the E/N range from 30 Td to 300 Td and gas pressure range from 0.1 to 0.5 Torr by the double shutter drift tube with a variable drift distance, and calculated over the same E/N and gas pressure range by using the two-term approximation of the Boltzmann equation. The measured and calculated values at different gas pressure at each E/N was appreciable dependence in the results on the gas pressure.
Adsorption of DCM and MTBE from Aqueous Phase on Granular Activated Carbons: A Comparative Study

The laboratory scale batch adsorption studies were conducted to investigate and compare the adsorption potential of granular activated carbons (GACs) for the removal of dichloromethane (DCM) and methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) from aqueous medium. The effect of various parameters such as solution pH, initial adsorbate concentration, contact time, dose of GACs, and temperature on the adsorption was studied. The optimum adsorption of DCM and MTBE on lignite granular activated carbon (LGAC) was observed at pH 7 while, optimum adsorption on bituminous granular activated carbon (BGAC) was observed in the pH between pH 6 and 8. The equilibrium data was fitted to Langmuir, Freundlich and Temkin models. Freundlich model best described the equilibrium adsorption. Contact time studies showed comparatively lower equilibration time for the adsorption of DCM on GACs. Kinetics modeling was done by applying pseudo-first-order,pseudo-second-order and Elovich models. Good agreement between experimental and theoretical adsorption capacity values along with higher regression coefficient values showed the validity of pseudo-second-order kinetics model. The thermodynamics studies showed endothermic and spontaneous process with randomness at the solid/solution interface. The adsorption of DCM and MTBE on GACs was interpreted to represent a physical adsorption.
전자군 방법에 의한 C<sub>3</sub>F<sub>8</sub>분자가스의 비탄성충돌단면적의 결정

The electron drift velocity W and the product of the longitudinal diffusion coefficient and the gas number density $ND_{L}$ in the $0.525\;\%$ and $5.05\;\%$ $C_{3}F_8-Ar$ mixtures were measured by using the double shutter drift tube with variable drift distance over the E/N range from 0.03 to 100 Td and gas pressure range from 1 to 915 torr. And we determined the electron collision cross sections set for the $C_{3}F_8$ molecule by STEP 1 of electron swarm method using a multi-term Boltzmann equation analysis. Our special attention in the present study was focused upon the vibrational excitation and new excitations cross sections of the $C_{3}F_8$ molecule.

The electron-atom collision studies have been essentially used for testing and developing suitable theories of the scattering and collision processes, and for providing a tool for obtaining detailed information on the structure of the target atoms and molecules and final collision products. And, the development of that has also been strongly motivated by the need for electron collision data in such fields as laser Physics and development, astrophysics, Plasma devices, upper atmospheric processes and radiation physics. The concept and the Principle of determination of the electron collision cross sections for atoms and molecules by using the present electron swarm method are explained.

중금속의 독성을 산화적 손상 측면에서 규명하며 동시에 중금속의 산화적 손상에 의한 한약추출물의 효과를 항산화적측면에서 조사하기 위하여 생쥐의 척수 감각신경절세포에 여러 농도의 FeSO₄를 처리한 후 이의 독성효과를 조사하였다. FeSO₄는 생쥐의 배양 척수 감각신경질세포에 처리한 농도와 시간에 비례하여 세포생존율을 유의하게 감소시켰으며, 15μM FeSO₄의 농도에서 척수 감각신경절세포를 4시간 동안 배양한 결과 MTT50 과 NR50 값을 나타냈으며 이는 고독성인 것으로 나타났다. [고독성; 100μM> MTT50, NR50]. 한편, 한약추출물인 원두충(EU)과 음양곽(EK) 및 감초(GC)는 FeSO₄에 의해서 유도된 신경독성에 대하여 세포생존율을 현저히 증가시킴으로서 유의한 방어효과를 보였다. 이상에서 FeSO₄는 생쥐의 배양 척수 감각신경절세포에 고독성으로 나타났으며, 또한 음양곽이나 익지인 및 감초와 같은 선택적인 한약추출물이 FeSO₄에 의해서 유도된 신경독성을 효과적으로 방어하였다. To clarify the mechanism between neurotoxity of metal and oxidative stress, toxic effect of FeSO₄was examined by MTT assay and NR assay in cultured spinal dorsal root ganglion(DRG) neurons from mouse. And also neuroprotective effects of antioxidant and several herb extracts on FeSO₄decreased cell viability in dose and time dependentry in cultured mouse spinal DRG neurons. MTT50 and NR50 values were determined at 15μM FeSO₄for 4 hours in these cultures, and this value was heighly toxic; MTT50, NR50 < 100μM). Glutathione markedly increasd cell viability after preincubation of DRG neros for 2 hours in the media containing cocentrations of 2-6mM glutathione. In neuroprotective of herb extracts, Eucommia lmoides Oliver(EU), Epimedium koreanum Nakai(EK) and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch(GC) were very effective in blocking the neurotoxicity induced by FeSO₄in cultured mouse spinal DRG neurons. These results suggested that FeSO₄was heighly toxic in cultured mouse spinal DRG neurons, and selective herb extracts such as Eucommia ulmoides Oliver(EU), Epimedium koreanum Nakai(EK) and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch(GC) were effective in blocking the FeSO₄-induced neurotoxicity in cultured mouse spinal DRG neurons.
桃紅四物湯이 Endotoxin으로 誘發된 血栓症에 미치는 影響

This study was performed to investigate the effect of Dohongsamooltang on the intravascular coagulation induced by endotoxin in rats. The intravascular coagulation was induced by injecting endotoxin in the caudal vein of rats. And these rats were treated with extract of Dohongsamooltang-1.0ml/200g (Group Ⅰ) and Dohongsamooltang-2.0ml/200g (Group Ⅱ), which were administered orally. Then the numbers of blood cells, concentration of fibrinogen and FDP(fibrin-fibrinogen degradation products) were measured. The following results were obtained; 1. The number of red blood cells decreased significantly in the trial group compared with the control group. 2. The number of white blood cells increased in the trial group compared with the control group, but it is not significant. 3. The number of platelets increased in the trial group, but it is not significant. 4. Prothrombin time was shortened significantly in the Group Ⅱ compared with the control group. 5. Concerning the concentration of fibrinogen, trial groups showed increases but it is not significant. 6. Concerning the degree of concentration of FDP, the trial groups revealed significant decreases. According to the above results, it is considered that Dohongsamooltang has the significant effects on the thrombosis. Therefore Dohongsamooltang seem to be applicable to the diseases related to the thrombosis.
