An investigation of an elite-sports policy in connection with Japan, Germany and Korea results in the following: 1) The purpose of enforcement policies for an elite-sports policy varies from country-to-country. 2) The governing body of an elite-sports policy varies from country-to-country. on the basis of the investigation result mentioned an the above, the desired direction for our country's elite-sports policy reflects the following: ① Government should bark up various conditions for competition improvement while each federation of atheletics should devise a pean to better competition. ② The training system of atheletics should move from the school level training small picked members to the public sector of an independent club. ③ The training system for betterment of competition abilities should be standardized in overall. ④ An establishment for athelete concentration is a must for supreme athletic achievement.

Sports 運動技術의 形態學的 考察

The purpose of this article is aimed to construct a base of the theory on technique in sport from the consideration in a phenomenological-morphological aspect. The term "technique" is generally used in the field of sport practice and sport science. in fact, however. there is a crevice between practice and science. Scientist's greatest interest is mainly in the improvement of physical performance and psychological problems. And in sport science the study of technique is base on biomechanics, which hat its origins in physics, anatomy and physiology. However these studies have not dealt full with practical problem in sport. As MEINEL. K. pointed out, technique in sport is products of practical exerience, and people know also from their own experience this fact. Therefore, it is necessary to shift view point from the above scientific approach to the practical, namely, penomonological-morphological approach. This shift enables us to understand sport technique as an problem on the sport. Phenomenological-morphological approach presents some important considerations. on the basis of this understanding, problems of the technique in sport can be summarized as follows: movement form(Bewegungsgestalt) is dominated by a movement purpose: technique in sport is teleological problem: technique in sport has "noesis-noema" structure: technique in sport is "morphe" technique. In this way, the technique in sport is caused by subjective factor. This result is important to construct the "practical theory" on technique in sport.

學習社會를 위한 餘假의 意義에 관한 연구 : linear型에서 Recarrent型의 time budget를 중심으로 Allocation of life time budget from linear pattern to recurrent pattern

The average life-time in korea is becoming 80years old, and it is about 700,000 hours in the terms of life-time budget. Working hours of a year will be 2,000 hours in the near future. If a person works from 20 years old to 60 years old, working hours during 40 years will amount to 80,000 hours and this is about 10% of total life-time. On the other hand, free time will increase to 30% of total life-time. This structure of life-time budget causes the changes of people’s thoughts from that they live to work to that they work to live. According to the result of EPA research project, people who prefer the life pattern of ˝Child-Education-Work-Retire˝ will decease to 15%. On the other hand, people who prefer the life-pattern of ˝C→E→[W/Leisure/E]→E→L˝or ˝C→E→W→E/L→W→E/L˝will increase to 60%. Especially this patter is called recurrent life pattern. At current status, korea is behind in the area of reduction of work-time comparing with EC and U.S.A., bout we can survey carefully the states of theses advanced countries and analize their merit and demerit. Refering to the result, we should propose a method of allocation of life-time budget which is suitable to korea. Why carefully? Nowadays, in EC and U.S.A., the reduction of work-time is mainly for absorbing of unemployments and aiming at sharing work. But in case of korea, the quality of worker’s life should be investigated for the first time under a good economic environment. In those days of 50 years life-time, the National strategy was focused on the work-oriented industrial society, but in the era of 80 years life-time, the focus is moving toward how to be for good human’s life. Generally speaking, the moving from industrial society to post-industrial society has been argued by many sociologists. When this problem is reated with life-time budget, the change toward a learning society is becoming very important from the view points of social science, natural science and humanity. The autor’s scenario of method of allocation of life-time budget is based on the strategy change from a linear life pattern to recurrent life pattern.

체육학 입장에서 본 高齡者의 삶의 質에 관한 연구

생협을 이용하는 조합원들의 창조성 도덕적 영역 행동에 따른 복지의식에 미치는 영향

Based on the values and philosophies of members who use life co-ops, this study aims to examine the effects of creative moral behavior on social welfare perspectives and attitudes. Through quantitative research, this research method surveyed 203 people who used cooperatives (union members using iCoup and Hansalim in Jeollabuk-do). The research results can be summarized as follows. First, in the analysis of differences in welfare consciousness according to demographic characteristics and moral domain behavior of creativity, there was a significant difference in total income of age, occupation, and households. Second, in the correlation between independent variables such as participation motivation and ethical consumption, and welfare consciousness according to moral domain behavior of cooperation image and creativity, ethical consumption, cooperation image, and selfish motivation showed a positive correlation. Third, multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate the effect of union members' creativity on welfare consciousness according to moral domain behavior. The regression model was found to have an explanatory power of 32.7%, and the variables that had the greatest influence on the welfare consciousness of members were ethical consumption, average monthly income of 40 to 5 million won, self-employed, and 40s. Suggestions based on these results are as follows. First, in the case of members who use cooperatives, educational programs should be developed so that they can have a sense of ethics according to the moral domain behavior of creativity toward food and the environment, away from simply purchasing food materials. Second, it is necessary to secure various programs that can expand the moral domain of creativity to increase welfare awareness.
