        To examine the suitable condition for extended storage life of Pleurotus ostreatus, two atmospheric conditions were experimented both at 0℃ temperatures : (a) O₂2% + CO₂10% and (b) O₂2% + CO₂15%. Under the condition (a) the storage life of Pleurotus ostreatus was 6 weeks and under the condition (b) 4 weeks. The main quality deterioration of Pleurotus ostreatus were yellowing, off-flavor and mycelial growth under the both conditions. The weight loss during the 4∼6 week storage periods was less than 1% under the both atmospheric conditions, whereas untreated Pleurotus ostreatus yielded the weight loss of 8.4% in a week, The total nitrogen contents were in range of 3.75%∼3.92%(dry basis) for fresh mushrooms, 3.89∼4.07% for the sample after 4 weeks storage under condition (a) and 3.17%∼3.33% for the sample after 6 weeks storage under condition (b). Mineral contents such as P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, MN and Zn did not show significant differences between the two atmospheric conditions.

        1910-1930년대 활자본 고소설의 몇 가지 문법적 특징 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to examine the Gososeol of the 1910's-1930's in the hwalja-bon from the viewpoint of the historical meaning of the korean linguistics and study its grammatical characteristics. The grammatical characteristics is as follows: First, there are some phrases which show the literal translation from Chinese to Korean. Second, The universal change of the grammar is appeared in the Gososeol of the 1910's-1930's in the hwalja-bon. The change of the grammar have application to the principle of contraction in the grammaticalization. for example, verb which has object is turned into verb which has adverbials or main verb is turned into ancillary verb. Third, there is a particular change as opposed to the universal change. The use of a particular morpheme is reduced and the use of other morpheme is increased, the extension of '-ge' is a striking feature in the sentence structure and causation.

        Analgesic effect of ropivacaine with fentanyl in comparison with ropivacaine alone for continuous femoral nerve block after knee replacement arthroplasty: a prospective, randomized, double-blinded study

        Background: The analgesic effect of perineural opioid in clinical practice are still controversial. This randomized controlled trial compared analgesic effect of ropivacaine with fentanyl or ropivacaine alone for continuous femoral nerve block following unilateral total knee arthroplasty. Methods: Fourty patients of ASA PS I or II receiving total knee arthroplasty with spinal anesthesia were enlisted and randomly allocated into two groups. Group R; bolus injection of 0.375% ropivacaine, 30 ml and an infusion of 0.2% ropivacaine at 8 ml/h (n = 20). Group RF; 0.375% ropivacaine, 29 ml added with 50 μg of fentanyl as a bolus and an infusion of 0.2% ropivacaine mixed with 1 μg/ml of fentanyl at 8 ml/h (n = 20). Local anesthetic infusion via a femoral nerve catheter was started at the end of operation and continued for 48 h. Intravenous patient-controlled analgesia with hydromorphone (0.15 mg/ml, 0-1-10) were used for adjuvant analgesics. Position of catheter tip and contrast distribution, visual analogue scale of pain, hydromorphone consumption, side effects were recorded for 48 h after operation. Patient satisfaction for the pain control received were noted. Results: The pain visual analogue scale, incidences of side effects and satisfaction were not different between the two groups (P > 0.05), but the hydromorphone usage at 48 h after operation were lower in the Group RF than in the Group R (P = 0.047). Conclusions: The analgesic effect of ropivacaine with fentanyl for continuous femoral nerve block after knee replacement arthroplasty was not superior to that of the ropivacaine alone.

        버섯류를 이용한 가공식품 제품화 방안

        버섯은 균류 중에서 눈으로 식별할 수 있는 크기의 자실 체를 형성하는 무리를 총칭하는 것으로 표고버섯, 느타리버 섯, 양송이버섯, 송이버섯, 팽이버섯 등 우리가 식용으로 하 는 대부분의 버섯은 균류 중 담자균류에 속하며, 독특한 맛 과 질감, 향기 및 생리활성 효과를 지니고 있는 우수한 식품 이다. 본 연구에서는 버섯가공제품을 개발하기 위한 기초자 료로 버섯 선호도와 섭취빈도 등을 알아보고, 버섯가공식품 에 대한 소비자의 인식 등을 조사하였다. 총 조사 대상자는 1173명으로 성별로는 남자가 370명(31.5%), 여자가 803명 (68.5%)이었고, 조사대상자의 333명(28.5%)이 새송이 버 섯을 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 버섯 구입 시 가장 고 려해야할 사항으로 신선도·위생 상태를 응답하였으며, 버 섯가공식품을 구입해본 경험이 있는지에 대하여 조사한 결 과, 조사대상자의 55.5%가 먹기 위하여 구입해본 적 있다고 응답하였다. 버섯가공식품 구입 시 고려할 사항으로 맛의 향 상을 1위로 응답하였으며, 새로운 버섯가공식품을 개발할 경 우, 연령별 선호하는 제품을 조사한 결과 20대-60대 이상의 모든 연령층에서 스프와 죽을 가장 선호하는 것을 알 수 있었 다. 이 결과를 토대로 버섯을 첨가한 제품 5종; 쿠키, 젓갈, 다 목적 기능성 밀가루, 어묵, 햄버거 패티를 개발하였으며, 특 히 다목적 기능성 밀가루의 경우 많은 식품에 다양하게 응용 될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

        중소기업 산업기술보호활동이 산업보안정책준수의지에 미치는 영향 - 보안인식의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 중소기업의 산업기술보호활동이 산업보안정책준수의지에 미치는 영 향과 보안인식의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 연구하였다. 먼저 중소기업의 산업기술보호활동과 산업보안정책준수의지, 보안인식에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 변수들의 특징적 관계를 파악할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 마련하고 변인들의 연구단위의 구성차원을 분석하여 측정도구를 개발함으로써 후속연구의 토대를 마련하였다. 또한 중소기업에 대한 변인들의 연구가 부족한 실정이기 때문에 변인들 간 영 향관계를 검증하여 이론을 축적하고 그 논리를 확대하였으며 연구를 통하여 변 인들의 인과관계를 증명하였다. 연구를 위해 연구대상자를 중소기업에 근무하는 보안담당자 또는 대표 및 임 직원을 표본대상으로 324명에 대한 설문결과를 STATA 14.0 프로그램을 통해 분 석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산업기술보호활동은 보안인식에 유의한 영향을 미치며 정(+)적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보안인식은 산업보안정책준수의지에 유의한 영향을 미치며 정(+)적인 영 향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 산업기술보호활동은 산업보안정책준수의지에 유의한 영향을 미치며 정 (+)적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 산업기술보호활동과 산업보안정책준수의지의 관계 속에서 보안인 식은 매개하는 것으로 나타났으며 정(+)적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 산업기술보호활동이 잘 이루어질수록 보안인식을 높여주고 산 업보안정책준수의지를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 중소기업에서도 보안 인식을 제고하기 위한 산업기술보호활동에 대한 교육을 강화하고 기술보호를 위 한 활동이 조직문화로 자리를 잡을 수 있도록 하는 노력과 방안이 필요하겠다. This study is designed to verify the impact of industrial technology protection activities on the industrial security policy compliance commitment and the media-effect of security awareness. First, based on the theoretical considerations on the industrial technology protection activities, industrial security policy compliance commitment, and the security awareness, the theoretical basis was established for the analysis of the variables and the variants were prepared. In addition, as the study by the variants of small and medium businesses was insufficient, the impact relationships between the variants were verified, the theory was accumulated, the logic was expanded, and the causes of the variants were demonstrated through the studies. The STATA 14.0 program analyzed the results of a survey of 324 people among security personnel or representatives and executives and employees who worked for small and medium sized businesses on the research subjects. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, Industrial technology protection activities are found to have a significant impact on the security awareness and have a positive impact on enforcement. Second, the security awareness is found to have a significant impact on the industrial security policy compliance commitment and has a positive impact on enforcement. Third, industrial technology protection activities have a significant impact on the industrial security policy compliance commitment and have a positive impact on the government. Finally, in the relationship between industrial technology protection activities and the industrial security policy compliance commitment, security awareness has been shown to be an intermediary and has had a positive impact on the organization. The results showed that a well-performed industrial technology protection activities increase security awareness and industrial security policy compliance commitment. So, it is necessary to strengthen education on industrial technology protection activities to enhance security awareness in small and medium sized enterprises, and to ensure that activities to protect technologies are established in the organizational culture.

      • 신선편이 식품화된 양상치의 품질보존

        Minimally processed lettuce packed with polyethylene film (60㎛) had a storage life of 6 and 11 days for untreated and 8 and 14 days for treated with potassium permanganate at 5℃ and 0℃, respectively. The addition of potassium permanganate resulted in a significant reduction in ethylene, thus extending the storage life of about 30% of minimally processed lettuce. To determine the quantitative relationship of ethylene concentration with quality, minimally processed lettuce was exposed to a range of ethylene levels from 0.005 to 10㎕/ℓ at 5℃. Reduced the ethylene level from 10 to 0.005㎕/ℓ at 5℃ showed a marked reduction in the rate of discoloration. Cutting method also affected quality of shredded lettuce. The use of a ceramic knife resulted in a significant discoloration reduction compared to other non-metal(plastic and tefron) and metal tools(stainless steel). Ascorbic acid did not showed to prevent discoloration of shredded lettuce effectively.

        Shiitake mushrooms (Lentinus edodes), Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) and Agaricus bisporus (Lange) sing - the three most favored mushrooms among Korean consumers - were investigated in terms of nutrition, storage, preparation, cooking methods and ideal seasons for harvest. This study also disseminate information about how to select, handle and maintain good quality mushrooms. All information contained in this study is very practical and useful not only for the consumers in general but also for mushroom growers and wholesale and retail distributors.
