The microdomain structures and crystallization behavior of the binary blends of poly(methyl methacrylate)- b-poly(pentafluorostyrene)-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA-PPFS-PMMA) triblock copolymer with a low molecular weight poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) were investigated by small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), small-angle light scattering (SALS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), optical microscopy, and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). A symmetric, PMMA-PPFS-PMMA triblock copolymer with a PPFS weight fraction of 33% was blended with PVDF in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc). In the wide range of PVDF concentration between 10.0 and 30.0 wt%, PVDF was completely incorporated within the PMMA microdomains of PMMAPPFS- PMMA without further phase separation on a micrometer scale. The addition of PVDF altered the phase morphology of PMMA-PPFS-PMMA from well-defined lamellar to disordered. The crystallization of PVDF significantly disturbed the domain structure of PMMA-PPFS-PMMA in the blends, resulting in a poorly-ordered morphology. PVDF displayed unique crystallization behavior as a result of the space constraints imposed by the domain structure of PMMA-PPFS-PMMA. The pre-existing microdomain structures restricted the lamellar orientation and favored a random arrangement of lamellar crystallites.

In this paper, we provided the communications module in the Telephone Network Access Subsystem( TNAS) of the Advanced Communications Processing System(ACPS). We defined communication tasks and related resources such as several queues which are executed in real-time operating systems, and we implemented the procedures for processing user information. Through traffic modeling and simulation, the performance of the Service Processing board Assembly(SPA) is evaluated in terms of system utilization and buffer size. The ACPS should accommodate various public networks such as public switched telephone network, packet switched data network, frame relay network, and ATM network. The communications module proposed in this paper could be used in the interface between the SPA and the High Speed Network (hsna) Adaptor of other network interface subsystems.

The management of children with intersex or micropenis is an ongoing challenge to clinicians. Topics including the recent surgical developments and controversies of management are reviewed. In feminizing genitoplasty, clitoroplasty is done as early as the first few months of life, however there are controversy in vaginal reconstruction for high vaginal confluence. In the patients with complete androgen insensitivity the testes are left intact until after puberty, so that hormone replacement therapy may be delayed. The sex assignment and surgical management of patients with intersex is very complex and should be made by the intersex team and family. Micropenis should be diagnosed by measuring stretched penile length and differentiated from buried penis which has basically normal penile size. In most boys with small penis, the size of penis reaches the normal range through a catch-up growth after puberty. Therefore close observation is a general rule in management of small penis. However low dose androgen treatment can be applied without complication in children with micropenis, especially who have severe psychological stress.

環東海圈 交流·協力을 위한 日本 地方政府들의 戰略과 江原道의 對應

환동해권의 지방간 교류·협력을 위한 강원도의 추진 방향을 모색하기 위해서는, 무엇보다도 상대측의 입장 및 역할을 이해할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 우선 환동해권의 지방간 교류·협력에 있어 가장 적극적인 일본 지방정부들의 전략과 현황을 분석하였다. 그리고 이를 강원도의 전략 및 추진성과와 비교 평가하여, 금후 강원도가 새로이 추진해 나아가야 방향 및 과제를 모색하였다. 강원도가 환동해권 교류의 거점 및 수도권의 동해측 관문의 역할을 하기 위해서는 교통로의 확충, 국제공항 항만의 개발과 항로의 개설 등, 교통 네트워크의 확충 정비가 필요하다. 또, 환동해권의 지방정부간 협력 및 역할 분담을 위해서는 물적 인프라뿐 아니라 지적 인프라의 확충 정비 및 정보 네트워크의 구축이 시급하다. In order to find out proper strategies for Kangwon-do to cooperate with other local governments in the East-Sea Rim, it is first of all necessary to understand other members' perspectives and roles. For this purpose, this study analyzes the current situations and strategies of Japanese local governments which are most actively involved in the East-Sea Rim cooperation. By comparing the Japanese cases with the Kangwondo's, it will provide some guidelines for Kangwon-do in terms of the principles and tasks for the future. It is suggested that Kwangwon-do has to expand transportation network, and develop international airport and harbor in order to be the center of the East-Sea Rim and the East gate of Seoul Metropolitan areas. It is also urgently required to improve material and intellectual infrastructure and build informational network for the cooperation and role division among local governments in the East-Sea Rim.
