Modeling and Simulation(M&S) technology gets an attention from various parts such as industry and military. Especially, military uses the technology to cope with a different situation from the one in the Cold War and maximize the effect of training against the cost in the new environment. In order for the training based on M&S technology to be effective, the situations of a battlefield and a combat must be more realistically simulated. For this, a technique development on Computer-Generated Forces(CGF) which represents a unit's simulation logic and a human's simulated behaviors is focused. The CGF simulating a human's behaviors can be used in representing an enemy force, experimenting behaviors in a future war, and developing a new combat idea. This paper describes a methodology to accomplish Computer-Generated Forces' autonomous intelligence. It explains the process of applying a task behavior list based on the METT+T element onto CGFs. On the other hand, in the domain knowledge of military field manual, fuzzy facts such as "fast" and "sufficient" whose real values should be decided by domain experts can be easily found. In order to efficiently implement military simulation logics involved with such subjectivity, using a fuzzy inference methodology can be effective. In this study, a fuzzy inference methodology is also applied.

In case of unmanned aerial vehicles used in modern society, there has been a problem where a human operator should be still needed to control the UAV because of a lower level of autonomy. In this paper, genetic algorithm is selected as a methodology for the autonomy accomplishment and then we verify a possibility of UAV autonomy by applying the GA. The landing is one of the important classical tasks on aerial vehicle and the lunar Landing is one of the most historical events. Autonomy possibility of computer-simulated UAV is verified by landing autonomy method of a falling body equipped with a propulsion system similar to the lunar Lander. When applying the GA, the genom is encoded only with 4 actions (left-turn, right-turn, thrust, and free-fall) and applied onto the falling body, Then we applied the major operations of GA and achieved a success experiment. A major contribution is to construct a simulated UAV where an autonomy of UAV can be accomplished while minimizing the sensor dependency. Also we implemented a test-bed where the possibility of autonomy accomplishment by applying the GA can be verified.

To identify the histological site of synthesis of yolk protein precursor, vitellogenin, by immunocytochemical method in the freshwater crab Eriocheir japonicus, we purified the yolk protein, vitellin, from crude egg extracts, and prepared the anti-rabbit serum against vitellin. Then, the site of vitellogenin synthesis was demonstrated by immunocytochemical method with PAP(peroxidase-antiperoxidase) reaction using the rabbit antiserum against vitellin. Female specific serum protein was identified in female serum by immunoelectrophoresis and Ouchterlony's immunodiffusion test for mature male and female sera. Based on the immunoelectrophoresis and Ouchterlony's diffusion test for mature male and female sera and crude egg extracts using antiserum against vitellogenic female serum absorbed with male serum, the female specific serum protein was identified as vitellogenin, detected in female serum only. The major yolk protein, vitellin, was purified from the crude egg extracts by DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography, followed by sepharose CL-4B gel filteration chromatography. The molecular weight of vitellin was estimated to be about 245,000 dalton by sepharose CL-4B gel filteration chromatography. From the results of immunological analysis for vitellin, it was found that the vitellin antiserum contained the antibody against vitellogenin. In the results of immunocytochemical reaction by PAP method with the rabbit antiserum against vitellin, the vitellogenic oocytes and the hepatopancreas of mature female showed positive PAP reaction, but not in follicle cells and previtellogenic oocytes of ovary, muscle of female and mature male hepatopancreas. Therefore, it showed that the hepatopancreas of mature female is the site of vitellogenic synthesis.
A Multi-Attribute Group Decision Procedure Considering Preference Strength

This paper presents an interactive multi-attribute group decision procedure to aggregate each group member's preferences when each group member articulates his or her preference information incompletely A strength measure, an indicative for the preference strength between alternatives, is derived to support each decision maker to articulate preference information about alternatives. mathematical programing model is proposed that can establish when dominance relations preference information about utilities, attribute weights, and group member's importance weights are provided incompletely. Also, the preference relation between alternatives is to be considered in the model Considering the preference strength measure and mathematical model, we develop an interactive group decision support procedure.
징거미새우, Macrobrachium nipponense(De Haan)의 생식소성숙 제어에 미치는 광주기와 안병의 X-organ에 관한 연구

To clarify the relations between photoperiodism and x-organ of eyestalks to the control of gonadal maturation in a freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium nipponense, the present investigation was performed with following examinations: 1) the influence of water temperature and daylength on the control of gonadal maturation, 2) the effect of eyestalk ablation on the gonadal maturation, 3) the seasonal variation of histology of MEX-organ (medulla externa X-organ) in the eyestalk. In previtellogenesis period (December${\sim}$March) and vitellogenesis period (April${\sim}$May), gonadal maturation was considerablely influnced by water temperature. In these periods, GSI increased and gonads were matured with water temperature rising without regard to photoperiod conditions (12L/12D and 15L/9D). In spawning period (June${\sim}$August), however, gonadal maturation was influenced by photoperiod condition. While high value of GSI was kept at long photoperiod regime (15L/9D), GSI was decreased at short photoperiod regime (12L/12D). In resting period (September${\sim}$November), no rematuration was occurred at all the experimental regimes combinated with water temperatures ($16^{\circ}C,\;22^{\circ}C,\;28^{\circ}C$) and photoperiod (12L/12D, 15L/9D). Effect of X-organ which inhibite the gonadal maturation was stronger in resting period than that in previtellogenesis and ealy spawning periods by observations on the effectiveness of eyestalk ablation on the gonadal maturation. In MEX-organ of eyestalk, the number of neurosecretory cells of which size was over $20{\mu}m$ in diameter varied according to the reproductive cycle. The number of cells increased $77{\pm}12$ in resting period, and decreased $55{\pm}7$ in vitellogenesis period. Volume of Bellonci's organ, however, increased in vitellogenesis period in comparison with that in resting period.

본 연구는 사용자간 게임 아이템 현금거래의 개념과 현금거래의 거래방식, 가치사슬, 이해관계자 그리고 발생 가능한 이슈에 대해 분석하였다. 게임아이템 현금거래는 게임 자체의 비즈니스 모델뿐만 아니라 디지털 콘텐츠의 유통, 사행성 및 작업장 등 민감한 사회적 특성을 보이고 있다. 게임 시장의 지속적인 성장에 따라서 게임 아이템 현금거래의 거래방식과 가치사슬도 변화하고 있으며 기존의 거래방식 및 가시사슬과 다른 현재의 게임아이템의 새로운 개념에 대해 새롭게 분석하였다. 또한 게임아이템 현금거래와 관련하여 계정거래, 캐릭터 선물하기 서비스, 캐릭터 육성하기 서비스, 자금세탁, 아이템 자동 등록기 등의 대한 다양한 이슈를 분석하였다. 이 같은 분석 결과는 게임아이템 현금거래 관련 정책 및 각 이해관계자들의 전략 수립 등에 중요한 현황자료가 될 것이다. The concept, means, value chain, the persons concerned and possible issues of game item trading in cash are analyzed in this study. The trading is characterized by not only being performed with its own unique business model but also causing issues related to delicate social problems, such as digital contents distribution, work place and gambling. The way of game item trading in cash and its value chain have been changed with game market growth for the past years. I analyzed in this article the new concept of game item trading in cash that is different from the past. Also, analysis on several issues related to game item trading in cash is conducted.
컨버전스 환경하의 온라인 게임 환경 변화 시나리오 도출 및 산업 내 이슈 : IPTV 서비스 도입에 따른 변화를 중심으로

본 연구는 컨버전스 환경변화가 게임 산업에 미치는 영향에 대해 게임의 내용적인 변화와 플랫폼의 변화에 대한 고찰을 시작으로 게임 사용자, 게임 기업, 게임의 유통구조, 게임 산업 전반으로 관점을 확대해 가면서 향후 변화의 방향과 이슈에 대해 분석해 보았다. 보다 체계적인 변화 예측을 위해 시나리오 기법을 통해 IPTV환경 변화가 게임 산업에 미치는 영향 및 예상 변화에 대한 예측 시나리오를 도출하였다. 예측된 시나리오를 통해 게임의 내용적인 변화와 플랫폼의 변화에 대한 양상과 관련된 이슈들을 다각도에서 가시화할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 예측된 게임산업 변화에 대한 현황 진단과 이슈 분석을 바탕으로 컨버전스 환경변화에 따른 게임 기업차원의 전략적 대응방안 모색은 물론 정부 차원에서 인지하고 대비해야할 사항들에 대해서 파악해 볼 수 있는 기회와 관점을 제공하고자 하였다. In this research, we analyze change of directions and issues in future game industry. We start to analyze change of game contents and platform about impact of game industry under the digital convergence, and then we spread out a point of view about game user, game company, distribution of game industry over the length and breadth of game industry. In this paper, we analyze the future state of changing and the issues in online game industry under the digital convergence. For this research, we develop the on-line game industry's changing scenario. On the basis of the issue analysis about the future of the On-line game industry, we aim to provide some implications for business strategy of on-line game companies and policy of the government.
