공감은 어느 때보다 중요한 가치이자 윤리적 주제가 되었다. 그만큼 많은 갈등이 발생하고 구조화되거나 일상화되고 반복되고 있다는 뜻이기도 하다. 다양한 이름의 혐오와 차별, 배제의 폭력 속에서 많은 이들이 신음하고 있다. 공감과 혐오는 동전의 양면처럼 다른 얼굴을 하고 있지만 본질적으로 하나의 몸을 가지고 있다. 오늘 우리가 살펴볼 공감이란 마냥 따뜻하고 친절한 단어가 아니다. 인류는 공감 능력 덕분에 타인을 배려하고 집단을 형성하여 번성하는 데 성공했다. 하지만 이 공감 때문에 무리를 나누고, 서로를 혐오하여 수많은 갈등이 일어나기도 한다. 공감이란 무엇일까? 이 물음에 답하기 위하여, 이 글에서는 공감에 관한진화생물학과 신경과학의 연구 결과를 살피고자 한다. 먼저 공감의 정의와 유사 감정에 대해 정리하며 공감의 특성을 살필 것이다. 이어서 공감의 특징을 정서적 공감과 인지적 공감의 측면에서 비교하고 검토할 것이다. 마지막으로 정서적 공감을 보완하는 대안으로서 사회적 공감에 대해 살피고 이를 통해 종교의 역할에 대해 생각해 보고자 한다. Empathy has become more important than ever as a value and ethical topic. Without it so many conflicts have arisen, are structured, become commonplace, and are repeated. Many people are moaning in the violence of hate, discrimination, and exclusion by various names. Empathy and hate have different faces like both sides of a coin, but they essentially have one body. Empathy as we will see in this article is not just a warm and kind word. It is an ability that enables humanity to succeed by being considerate of others and forming groups to thrive. However, because of empathy, they divide up groups and hate each other, causing numerous conflicts. What is empathy? To answer this question, this article will examine the research results of evolutionary biology and neuroscience on empathy. First, we will examine the characteristics of empathy by organizing the definition of empathy and similar emotions. Next, we will compare and review the characteristics of empathy in terms of emotional empathy and cognitive empathy. Finally, as an alternative to complementing emotional empathy, I would like to examine social empathy and think about the role of religion through this.

입소스 조사에 따르면 한국 사회 갈등 지수는 전체 일곱 가지 항목 중에서 여섯 항목에서 모두 가장 높은 갈등 지수를 기록했다. 한병철은 우리 사회를 ‘피로사회’, ‘분노사회’ 등으로 풀어내고자 했다, 갈등을 넘어 초갈등 사회가 되어 버렸다. 타자에 대한 연민이나 공감, 환대가 아니라 혐오와 차별, 그리고 구체적인 폭력이나 고질적인 갈등으로 이어진다. 국제적으로도 러시아-우크라이나 전쟁과 이스라엘-팔레스타인 전쟁의 해결의 기미가 잘 보이지 않는다. 인간은 왜 이토록 갈등을 좋아하는가? 그것은 인간의 본성인가? 과연 인류의 미래에는 희망이 있는 것인지 되묻지 않을 수 없다. 이런 상황에서 종교의 역할은 무엇일까? 이런 질문에 답하는 것은 결코 쉬운 일이 아니지만, 이 글에서는 하나의 접근 방안으로서 감정에 주목하고자 한다. 이 글의 목적은 이성적이고 합리적인인간으로서의 근대적 인간 이해의 한계를 지적하고 인간의 감정에 주목한다. 특별히 감정에 관한 신경과학의 이론을 살핌으로써 감정이 가진 핵심 정서와 복잡한 정서로서 사회적 감정으로 분류될 수 있으며, 그에 따른 감정이 인류에게 미친 긍정적이고 부정적인 영향과 한계를 살핀다. 마지막으로 감정의 부정적 한계를 극복하기 위한 대안으로서 종교의 역할에 대해 제안해 볼 것이다. According to the Ipsos survey, the Korean social conflict index recorded the highest conflict index in six of the seven items. Han Byeong-cheol tried to diagnose our society with such concepts as a ‘fatigue society’ and an ‘anger society’. Beyond conflict, it became a super-conflict society. It has no room for compassion, empathy, or hospitality for others, but only hatred and discrimination, and it leads to specific kinds of violence or chronic conflict. Internationally, there are few signs of resolution of the Russia-Ukraine War and the Israel-Palestine War. Why do humans like conflict so much? Is it human nature? What is the role of religion in this situation? It is by no means easy to answer these questions, but in this article, I would like to pay attention to emotion as an approach. The aim of this article is to point out the limitations of modern human understanding of reason and faith in the rational human being and to focus on human emotions. In particular, by examining neuroscientific theories of emotions, we can classify social emotions into core emotions and complex emotions, and the positive and negative effects and limitations of emotions on humanity are examined. Finally, I will propose the role of religion as an alternative to overcoming the negative limitations of emotions.

휠체어 농구선수의 참여동기가 운동지속의지에 미치는 영향 : 자아효능감과 운동몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy and exercise commitment as the effect of participation motivation of disabled basketball players on exercise adherence intention. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on 170 wheelchair basketball players who are registered with the Korea Wheelchair Federation as of 2022 from October 2021 to March 2022. In order to analyze the collected data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS and AMOS program for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the participation motivation of wheelchair basketball players had a positive effect on self-efficacy, exercise commitment, and exercise adherence intention. Second, the self-efficacy of wheelchair basketball players had a positive effect on exercise commitment and exercise adherence intention. Third, the exercise commitment of wheelchair basketball players had a positive effect on exercise adherence. Fourth, self-efficacy and exercise commitment were found to be partial mediating effects in the relationship between participation motivation and exercise adherence intention of wheelchair basketball players. These results are expected to provide basic data to expand the performance and participation of wheelchair basketball players and to establish an environment where they can continue to exercise.

Purpose: This study aims to study the reinforcement of the connection between the ordering agency and the in-house supplier's disaster reduction activity management system. Method: The requirements for the supplier strategy specified in the enterprise disaster management standard were identified, the application cases of agency A and supplier B were reviewed, and procedures for reinforcing the linkage of the disaster reduction activity management system were derived. Result: In order to clearly define the supplier strategy, which is a requirement of the enterprise disaster management standard, and to reinforce the linkage, it was studied that the procedure applied by the ordering agency and the supplier, and a standardized procedure for sharing the results produced by the procedure were necessary. Conclusion: Among the procedures for establishing a disaster reduction activity management system for in-house suppliers, an improvement plan was proposed to reinforce the linkage of important procedures, and the proposed contents and procedures were suggested to be reflected in the enterprise disaster management standards and related norms.

재해경감활동계획 수립에 위험 시나리오 도출을 위한 STPA기법 도입

Purpose: This study intends to review the risk assessment procedures specified in the corporate disaster management standard. Method: The requirements for each stage of risk assessment stipulated in the corporate disaster management standard were identified, the case of application of the organization'A' and the partner companies were reviewed, and the risk assessment procedure in line with the requirements was reviewed. Result: It was reviewed that it was necessary to clearly define the method and procedure for deriving risk scenarios, which are the requirements of the corporate disaster management standard, and to introduce a standardized procedure for deriving risk scenarios. Conclusion: A method of deriving risk scenarios was implemented by applying the STPA technique based on the system theory for power generation fuel supply and demand, and it was suggested that the STPA technique be reflected in corporate disaster management standards as a risk scenario derivation technique for the establishment of a disaster reduction activity plan.

재난 예방활동 강화를 위한 재해경감활동관리체계 모델 제안

연구목적: 본 연구는 기업재난관리표준의 요구사항에 대한 재해경감활동계획 수립절차와 재해경감활 동관리체계를 검토하고자 한다. 연구방법: 기업재난관리표준의 적용범위에 규정된 재난관리 단계별 각 활동을 포함한 요구사항을 파악하고 'A'기관의 운용사례를 검토하였으며 요구사항에 맞는 업무연속계 획 대상을 검토하였다. 연구결과: 기업재난관리표준의 요구사항인 재난관리 단계별 내용과 절차를 명확 히 정의하고, 4단계별 활동에 대한 업무연속성계획 수립이 필요한 것으로 검토되었다. 결론: 기업재난관 리표준 요구사항에 대하여 재난관리활동 각 단계별 활동을 포함한 PDCA모델을 제시하였고, 재난의 예 방 및 대비계획을 포함하는 광의의 재난관리 개념의 재해경감활동관리체계 모델을 제안하였다. Purpose: This study intends to review the procedures for the establishment of the plan for disaster mitigation activities and the system for the management of disaster mitigation activities for the requirements of the enterprise disaster management standard. Method: The requirements, including the activities of each stage of disaster management defined within the scope of the corporate disaster management standard, were identified, the operational cases of 'A' institution were reviewed, and the targets of continuous planning were reviewed to meet the requirements. Result: It was reviewed that the contents and procedures of each phase of disaster management, which is a requirement of the enterprise disaster management standard, are clearly defined, and a task continuity plan is established for each stage of activity. Conclusion: Conclusion : The PDCA model including the activities of each stage of disaster management activities was presented for the requirements of the enterprise disaster management standard, and the disaster mitigation activity management system model of the broad concept of disaster management including prevention and preparedness plans for disasters was presented.
