청소년 문화축제참여가 자아정체성과 사회공존지수에 미치는 영향

This study aims to examine the influence of the participation in the festivals on the development of the self identity and the influence of the emotional outlooks based on the participation in the festivals and the emotional outlooks produced by the interaction with others on the development of the self identity with the young people who participated in the 2004 Yeosu International Youth Festival as the subjects. Putting these findings together, it is shown that the participation of the adolescents in cultural festivals has a positive influence on the development of their self-identity, and, in particular, it is also shown that the emotional outlooks produced by the participation in cultural festivals and the emotional outlooks obtained through the interaction with others have a positive influence on the self-identity of the adolescents. Accordingly, it is necessary to study those programs producing no oppositions and the methods of participation for the development of the self-identity of the adolescents, and it is also necessary to develop natural programs and incentives to smooth the complex and diverse interactions among the participants.
미학과 사회적 이슈를 연계한 전시디스플레이 작품 연구 -저출산에 대한 인식 개선 프로젝트 "나쁜 엄마, 최고의 아빠"의 전시디자인 프로세스를 중심으로-

본 연구는 전시디스플레이 디자인 분야에 미학을 기반으로 예술적, 사회적, 디자인적 측면으로 다각적으로 접근하여 전시 디자인 분야의 색다른 코딩 프로세스를 체계화하고, 동시에 기존의 전시와는 차별화되는 새로운 전시 공간 프로세스를 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 2016년 9월-12월까지 15주간 숙명여자대학교 미술대학 환경디자인학과<전시디스플레이 디자인>교과목에서 진행된 프로젝트 중 일부이다. 본 연구의 과정은 총 3과정으로 이루어져 있으며, 미학적 개념과 사회적 문제, 전시관련 학문에 대한 이론적 고찰을 한 뒤 이를 전시디자인에 코딩하는 작업을 선행하였다. 두 번째로는 코딩한 작업을 바탕으로 전략적 모티브를 빛으로 선정하고, 전시디자인 전략게획을 진행하였다. 마지막으로 자료를 바탕으로 만든 스토리텔링을 기반으로 전시전개구성을 하고 이를 통해 스토리가 있는 차별화된 공간구성을 하였다. 로고디자인, 포스터디자인, 리플렛디자인, 영상 디자인 등 전시디자인 E.I작업을 통해 전시를 표현하였다. 끝으로 본 연구는 '미학 + 사회문제 + 전시디자인의 코딩'이라는새로운 창의적 전시 디자인 프로세스를 제안하였고, 이는 미학과 사회문제의 이론적 고찰을 반영한 전시디스플레이 프로세스 개발에 있어 향후 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
뚜렷한 입체 선택성을 갖는 알릴 디올의 고리 카보네이트와 아세토니드의 Wacker 산화 반응 연구

Palldium(Ⅱ) 촉매 하에서의 말단 알릴 디올의 고리 카보네이트와 아세토니드의 산화반응은 anti-Markovnikov hydation에 의해 알데히드 또는 α,β-불포화 알데히드 만이 생성되었다. 치환된 알릴 디올의 분자내 이중 결합의 반응으로는 (E)-알릴 디올의 경우에 β-케토 생성물을, 반면에 (Z)-알릴디올의 경우엔 α-케토 생성물을 얻을 수 있었다. 치환된 알릴 디올의 고리 카보네이트와 아세토니드에서는 각각 β-케토 화합물과 α,β-케토 화합물 들이 생성되었다. Palladium(Ⅱ)-Catalyzed oxidation of acetonides or cyclic carbonates of terminal allylic diols afforded aldehydes or α,β-unsaturated aldehydes as the sole products, resulting of anti-Markovnikov hydation. For the internal olefins of the substituted allylic diols, (E)-allylic diol provied β-keto-product, whereas (Z)-allylic diol affored α-keto-product. The acetonides and cyclic carbonates of the substituted allylic diols yielded β-keto-products and α,β-unsaturated ketones, respectively.
패션산업의 신속대응(Quick Response)시스템 도입현황 및 도입사례에 관한 연구

Environmental changes (e.g., threat of imports, rivalry among existing competitiors) have increased the difficulties in operating an apparel business. To manage the environmental changes, Quick Response System (QRS) has been proposed. QRS is defined as a business strategy to speed up the information and product between business partners for maximizing consumer satisfaction by information technologies(e.g., EDI, Bar code) and partnership (Ko, 96, VICS, 1989). The purpose of this study are to review the current development of QRS(i.e., background, concepts, benefits, adoption problems), to analyze two cases (in Japan and Korean), and to suggest the future directions for the new adopters of QRS. The information from this study can be used when apparel companies do strategic planning and evaluate the adoption of QRS. Informed decision are critical when companies do make a decision for the best choice.

The coupling reaction of iodobenzene with allylic diols in the presence of Pd(OAc)_2 and nBu_3P as catalysts using K_2CO_3 as base afforded the phenyl-substituted allylic diols. However, under the same reaction conditions with Et3N as base, phenyl-substituted α-hydroxy ketone was obtained.

People are getting more interested in their “quality of life” as they achieved certain level of economic development. Governments pay great attention on well-being and happiness of people as well and try to find the best way to improve citizens' quality of life. However, South Korea is still on 27th out of 39 OECD and G20 countries in quality of life index, which means that there are great needs to improve Koreans' quality of life. Moreover, it is expected that Korean women's quality of life might be worse than this in its patriarchal environments. In fact, there are few research regarding Korean women's quality of life and it is unknown what personal and social factors affect Korean women's quality of life and how we can improve it. This research attempts to find out factors related to Korean women's quality of life through the surveys of 536 Korean women. The results show that quality of life is most influenced by factors such as self-fulfillment, socio-economic independence, satisfaction with the residence, and satisfaction with cultural activities. In addition, happiness of Korean womem is greatly affected by various factors such as mental health, interpersonal relationship, self-respect, self-fulfillment, socio-economic independence, satisfaction with the residence, and satisfaction with cultural activities. Among various factors related to quality of life and happiness of Korean women, scores of self-respect, self-fulfillment, and interpersonal relationship are high, while scores regarding income are relatively low. The most common cause of bridge failure stems from floods. The scouring of bridge foundation is the most common cause of flood damsge to bridges. The need to minimize future flood damage to the nation's bridges requires that additional attention be devoted to developing and implementing improved procedures for designing and inspecting bridges for scour. Statistically, we can expect thousands of bridges to experience floods on the order of magnitude of 100-year flood or greater each year. Because it is not economically feasible to construct all bridges to resist all conceivable floods or to install scour countermeasures at all existing bridges to ensure absolute invulnerability from scour damage, some risks of failure may have to be accepted from future floods. However, every bridge over a stream, whether existing or under design, should be assessed as to its vulnerability to floods in order to determine the prudent measure to be taken. The added cost of making a bridge less vulnerable to scour is small when compared to the total cost of a failure which can easily be two or three times the cost of the bridge itself. Moreover, the need to ensure public safety and to minimize the adverse effects resulting from bridge closures requires our best efforts to improve the state-of-practice for designing and maintaining bridge foundation to resist the efforts of scour.
