Objective : The purpose of this study is to identify the developmental characteristics of sensory integration according to age and sex distinction using COMPS for school-aged children and to provide the preparatory data for standardization appropriate for our social and cultural environment. Methods : The COMPS was administered to 40 normal children in the first grade of elementary school by 4 occupational therapists. Results : By comparison between age groups, 6 and 7 year olds performed similarly and statistically in all items. Between males and females, there was no significant difference in performance of all items Conclusion : Findings from the study suggested that the performance of the COMPS by children followed developmental trends. The COMPS is easy to administer to groups and beneficial to discriminate children with motor problems, and it should be standardized.

The coupling reaction of iodobenzene with allylic diols in the presence of Pd(OAc)_2 and nBu_3P as catalysts using K_2CO_3 as base afforded the phenyl-substituted allylic diols. However, under the same reaction conditions with Et3N as base, phenyl-substituted α-hydroxy ketone was obtained.

뚜렷한 입체 선택성을 갖는 알릴 디올의 고리 카보네이트와 아세토니드의 Wacker 산화 반응 연구

Palldium(Ⅱ) 촉매 하에서의 말단 알릴 디올의 고리 카보네이트와 아세토니드의 산화반응은 anti-Markovnikov hydation에 의해 알데히드 또는 α,β-불포화 알데히드 만이 생성되었다. 치환된 알릴 디올의 분자내 이중 결합의 반응으로는 (E)-알릴 디올의 경우에 β-케토 생성물을, 반면에 (Z)-알릴디올의 경우엔 α-케토 생성물을 얻을 수 있었다. 치환된 알릴 디올의 고리 카보네이트와 아세토니드에서는 각각 β-케토 화합물과 α,β-케토 화합물 들이 생성되었다. Palladium(Ⅱ)-Catalyzed oxidation of acetonides or cyclic carbonates of terminal allylic diols afforded aldehydes or α,β-unsaturated aldehydes as the sole products, resulting of anti-Markovnikov hydation. For the internal olefins of the substituted allylic diols, (E)-allylic diol provied β-keto-product, whereas (Z)-allylic diol affored α-keto-product. The acetonides and cyclic carbonates of the substituted allylic diols yielded β-keto-products and α,β-unsaturated ketones, respectively.

자폐스펙트럼장애 부모교육에 대한 전문가와 부모의 인식 및 요구

Parental education and training in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder have become important, because they prepare parents for the treatment plan, supplement insufficient treatment opportunities and help to generalize and maintain treatment effects. This study aimed to present the necessary elements of education and training models for parents of children with autism spectrum disorder, establish a system via which to maintain cooperation between parents and experts, and establish an operation plan for implementation in a public hospital. To this end, after a focused group interview with 4 experts, secondary written interviews were conducted with 13 parents of children with autism spectrum disorder and 17 experts from treatment fields and academia. The results of the main analysis were as follows. Regarding the current situation surrounding parental education and experience, limitations of single-study education, need for systematic and continuous parental education, and measures to increase the effectiveness of implementation were identified. In addition, regarding educational content and methods, opinions regarding children’s function and lifecycle priorities, structured education with practices that could be generalized to real life, and support plans considering parental psychological difficulties were established. Concerning the operational plan, a coordination system for training staff, capacity building, individualized planning and module utilization, long-term plans and promotions, and the central institute’s role in activating parental and professional networks were emphasized. These results are meaningful as useful basic data in securing practical support directions and establishing cooperative systems for parents of children with autism spectrum disorder in Korea. 자폐스펙트럼장애 치료에서 부모교육은 부모를 준비시켜 수립된 치료계획을 이행하게 하며, 부족한 치료기회를 보완할 수 있고, 치료효과의 일반화 및 유지에 도움이 될 수 있으므로 이에 대한 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 부모를 위한 교육 및 훈련 모델에 필요한 요소를 제시하고, 전문가와 부모 협력체계를 유지할 수 있는 시스템 구축 및 일 공공어린이병원에서의 실행을 위한 운영계획 수립을 목적으로 다학제 연구진의 문헌리뷰와 전문가 대상 질적 연구를 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 4명의 전문가를 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(FGI)를 가진 후, 인터뷰 내용을 토대로 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 부모 13명, 치료 현장 및 학계 전문가 17명을 대상으로 2차 서면 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 주요 내용에 대한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모교육의 현황 및 경험에서는 단발성 강의식 교육의 한계점, 체계적이고 지속적인 부모교육의 필요성 및 요구에 비해 실행의 제한점, 실효성을 높이기 위한 방안 등이 확인되었다. 둘째, 교육 내용 및 방법에서는 아동의 기능 및 생애주기별 우선순위에 대한 의견과 실제 생활공간에서 일반화가 이루어질 수 있는 실습이 포함된 체계화된 교육, 부모의 심리적 어려움을 고려한 지원 계획 등이 제시되었다. 셋째, 운영 방안 측면에서는 교육 인력 확보와 역량강화, 개별화된 계획 및 모듈 활용에 대한 코디네이션 시스템, 장기 계획과 홍보, 부모 및 전문가 네트워크 활성화를 위한 허브 역할 등이 강조되었다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 자폐스펙트럼장애 부모교육의 실천적 지원 방향 모색 및 협력체계 구축에 유용한 기초자료로서 의미를 가진다.
