알로에 겔의 in vitro 생리기능 특성에 미치는 삼투탈수공정의 영향

In vitro physiological functions such as jack bean (Canavalia ensiformis) urease inhibitory activity and retarding effect of glucose/bile acid of Aloe vera gel concentrated by the optimized DIS (Dewatering Impregnation & Soaking) process conditions were examined. Urease inhibitory activity of DIS aloes ranged from 84.6 to 94.4%, which was similar to or higher than 86.3% of fresh aloe. Also, urease inhibitory activity of DIS aloes was maintained at initial levels after heat treatment (90oC, 10 min.) and drying treatment (freeze or hot air drying). Urease inhibition pattern from Lineweaver-Burk plot indicated general non-competitive inhibition, and inhibition constants (KIE and KIES) of DIS aloes were 41-149 and 87-163 μL/mL, respectively. DIS(glucose) and DIS(polyethylene glycol) exhibited the highest retarding effect of glucose and bile acid. Their retarding effects were about 1.6 and 1.8 folds higher than that of fresh aloe after 0.5 and 1 hr of the dialysis, respectively. Conclusively, the above in vitro physiological functions of Aloe vera gel concentrated by DIS process suggested that aloe products treated with DIS would have the potential benefits for protection against Helicobacter pylori and reduction of blood glucose and cholesterol levels. Assessment of BIM Acceptance Degree of Korean AEC Participants

The objective of this study is to establish effective and practical BIM adoption strategies by figuring out actual BIM use intentions and grasping quantitative acceptance degrees of key project participants in the Korean Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The result of this study shows that the key participants were generally positive in interest in and necessity of BIM but did not have strong intentions to accept BIM. In addition, different attitudes of participants toward BIM were identified from them. Especially, architects showed more neutral attitudes compared to other project participants with showing the most negative intentions respectively to other participants in using BIM. This causes a barrier to change into the existing process into the BIM-based one and necessitates an additional actor, a BIM service provider, who supports BIM process while others keep working in conventional manner. By investigating differences in use intentions and attitudes with BIM of participants, this study is expected to contribute to the establishment of more practical and effective strategies to activate BIM adoption.
스웨징(swagging) 작업자에서 수지진동증후군 및 신경전도장애

목 적 : 스웨징작업자들에서 발생한 수지진동증후군 사례를 실제 진동수준 평가와 함께 보고하고, 진단시 신경전도검사의 소견에 대한 해석을 검토하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 2001년 4월과 5월에 구미소재 스웨징작업 종사자 8인을 대상으로 병력문진, 자각증상평가, 이학적 검사를 실시하고 수지진동증후군의심자 4인에대해 냉각부하검사와 신경전도검사를 실시하였다. 작업장조사는 진동측정장비들을 이용하여 실제 작업환경에서 측정후 국제표준화기구에 따라 평가하였으며, 수근관증후군의 동시 가능성을 알아보고자 인간 공학적 요인에 대해 조사평가 하였다. 6개월후인 12월에는 이들 4인에 대해 진동각검사와 싱경전도검사를 추적검사하였다. 결 과 : 진동수준은 주파수가중가속도값이 단일작업은 0.99∼10.79 m/sec^2, 2개의 복합작업은 3.03 ∼12.98 m/sec^2로서 ISO의 권고치를 초과하고 있었다. 1차 대상근로자 8인의 근무기간은 평균 8.7년(범위 0.8∼15)이었고, 1인은 당뇨병자이었다. 스톡홀름 분류에 의한 증상평가, 손톱압박검사, 진동각검사에서 비교적 진동노출수준과 비려하여 임상소견을 나타내었고, 2차 평가대상자 4인의 경우 신경전도검사에서 1인은 정상, 2인은 수근관증후군, 1인은 말초신경병증으로 해석되었다. 그러나, 문헌 고찰을 통해 수근관증후군으로 나온 신경전도검사결과는 오히려 진동으로 인한 다병소 신경장해로 판단하였다. 6개월후 추적 신경전도검사에서 4인 모두 진동으로 인한 다병소 신경자해를 확인하였다. 그러나, 1인에서는 수근관증후군의 동시존재 가능성을 고려하였다. 결 론 : 고정된 진동공구인 스웨징사용자들에서 수지진동증후군발생을 확인하고, 진동노출수준을 실제로 측정하여 그 양-반응관계를 동시에 평가하였다. 신경전도검사의 해석과 관련하여 수지진동증후군에서 종종 동시 존재하는 수근관증후군과의 연관성 및 감별점을 실례로써 제시함으로써 향후 진동장해를 평가하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. Objectives : To investigate the hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS) among symptomatic swagging workers exposed to hand-arm vibration, using medical evaluation and measurement of workplace vibration. Furthermore, to evaluate the neurophysiological findings. Methods : Four workers showing symptoms relevant to HAVS were evaluated. Medical evaluation consisted of medical interview, questionnaire, nail-bed compression test, and sensory perception tests for vibration and pain. Some other diseases were excluded by a medical interview, hematological assessment, and urinalysis. Cold provocation test was used to assess the peripheral vascular changes, and a nerve conduction velocity (NCV) test was implemented to ascertain the peripheral neural changes. Pegboard, hole plate, and tapping board tests were performed to assess motor nerve function. The hand-arm vibration acceleration levels of the swagging machines were measured. Six months later, follow-up NCV tests were performed. Results : The actual exposure time to vibration was not longer than 15 minutes per day. The hand-arm vibration acceleration levels of the swagging machines, according to actual exposure time, were from 3.63 to 12.98 m/sec^2, by ISO 5349. The vibratory perception thresholds and the recovery time of a nail color following finger cooling were significantly increased in all four workers. The perception of pain was mildly increased. The nerve conduction studies at first diagnosis and follow-up showed multifocal neural impairment caused by vibration. However, we could not rule out the concomitant presence of the carpal tunnel syndrome in one worker. Conclusions : These results show that HAVS can be caused by hand-arm vibration in swagging workers. Interestingly, the NCV results suggested that vibration-induced neural conduction impairments could vary, and need to be interpreted cautiously.

The deconstructivism that has influence upon modern art field can be expressed to be breakaway from phenomenon having concept of 'difference', 'return of repressed ones' and 'decentering', etc to express at hairstyle through fashion remarkably. The purpose of the study was to investigate hairstyle systematically at Paris Collection from 2001 to 2007 based on aesthetic ideas of breakaway from phenomenon that was basic concept of deconstructivism philosophy of modern art thought. The findings were as follow: The image of breakaway from phenomenon of deconstructivism hairstyle that made appearance at Paris Collection from 2001 to 2007 had Oriental image that gave concise and graceful beauty because of expanded interest in non-Western culture. 이 소고의 목적은 컴퓨터 네트워크를 이용한 가상적 건축설계의 새로운 방법론을 제공하는 것은 아니다. 오히려, 그 이전에 가상적 건축설계의 기반이 되는 가상적 커뮤니케이션의 개념을 정리하고 여기에서 인간과 기계의 역할을 정리하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 통해서 흔히 범해지기 쉬운 맹목적 기술적 도취나 환상이 아닌 보다 설계중심의 CAD 연구의 진행방향을 가늠하고 그 안에서 정보통합성의 가치를 음미하고자 하는 것이다.
