        기획논문 : 호서선비문화가 가진 교육콘텐츠로서의 의미와 가능성

        지금 21세기 사회는 인문학, 과학기술, 사회과학, 예술학 영역을 포함하는 ‘통섭적 융합문화시대’라고 평가된다. 유학(儒學)에 대한 연구도 근대적인 분과학적 입장에서 벗어나 다른 학문.문화.사유 등과 통섭적으로 융합시킬 수 있는 연결지점을 찾는 일이 필요하다. 다시 말해, 유학의 콘텐츠를 현재의 삶과 문화 등과 연결시킬 수 있는 그 무언가를 찾는 일이 요구되는 것이다. 21세기에도 유효한 유학의 사상을 발굴하여 이를 새롭게 조명하여 ‘교육적 가치를 지닌 콘텐츠’로 되살려야 할 것이다. 그 점에서 이 논문의 주제인 ‘호서선비문화가 가진 교육콘텐츠로의 의미와 가능성’을 찾는 일은 이러한 시대적 요구와 맞닿아 있다. 콘텐츠는 산업적.경제적 측면의 상품뿐만 아니라 교육적 측면에서 의미를 지닌 내용물(content)이다. 곧 교육콘텐츠는 ‘교육적 가치를 지닌 내용물’이라고 정의할 수 있다. 교육콘텐츠로서 ‘선비정신’은 유학에 대한 부정적 인식을 넘어서 이 시대에 유학의 가치를 새롭게 되살릴 수 있는 장점이 있다. 특히 선비정신은 인성교육진흥법 시행과 관련하여 그 필요성이 더욱 요청되며, ‘세방화’하는 세계적 추세와 ‘교육과정 지역화’에 들어맞는 교육콘텐츠로서 의미와 가치를 지니고 있다. 이에 충청지역의 학생들을 교육하기 위해 ‘호서선비문화의 정신’이 교육콘텐츠로서의 가능성을 탐색하는 일은 너무도 당연한 것이라 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 문제의식을 바탕으로 이 논문은 다음의 세 과정을 거쳤다. 먼저 유학의 역사와 사상을 통해 선비 정신에 대해 정리하였다. 더불어 그것이 현대적으로 어떠한 시사점을 주는지에 대해서도 논의하였다. 다음으로, 오늘날의 호서 지역에서 형성된 선비정신을 호서유학의 흐름과 사상적 특성을 통해 살펴보았다. 물론 이 두 과정을 거치면서, 선비정신과 호서의 선비문화가 교육콘텐츠로서 어떠한 의미와 가능성을 지녔는지도 검토하였다. 마지막 결론에서는 지금까지의 논의를 간략하게 정리하고 남은 문제를 짚어보았다. The current 21st century society is considered ‘the era of convergence culture’ in which different fields such as the humanities, the technology, social sciences, and science of arts etc go on reciprocal exchanges. In this context, the research on Confucianism (儒學) must liberate itself from the modern standpoint of disciplinary division and seek for points of connection on which it can combine with other disciplines, cultures, and thoughts. Thus it is necessary to carry out the search for what can connect Confucian contents with the present-day life and culture. In this 21st century, the rediscovery and consideration of useful Confucian thoughts and the revival of them as ‘contents filled with educational values’ is regarded as very important. From this point of view, the authors think that the search for ‘the significance and possibilities of educational contents in Ho-seo’s Seon-bi culture’ as the subject of this paper can meet those demands of the era. The term ‘contents’ refers not only to the goods in economics and industry, but also to the valuable things contained in the education. From this aspect, it can be said that educational contents are ‘things filled with educational values’. The Seon-bi spirit (the intellectuals’ spirit) thus can start from the point of overcoming misunderstandings of the Confucianism and reviving Confucian values. Especially, the Seon-bi spirit becomes more important in the context of the enforcement of the Law for Stimulation of Humanity Education, and can be seen as valuable educational contents appropriate to ‘the curriculum localization’. It is regarded as reasonable to investigate the significance and possibilities of constructing the ‘spirit of the Seon-bi culture in the Ho-seo area’ as educational contents to cultivate students in the Chung-cheong area. Based on that standpoint, the paper is developed into three processes as follows. Firstly, the authors try to re-define the term ‘seon-bi spirit’ by considering the Confucian history and thoughts. Together with it, the authors discuss what suggestion this spirit can give from the modern aspect. Secondly, the authors examine the Seon-bi spirit rising in the Ho-seo area nowadays, based on the theoretical characteristics of the Ho-seo Confucianism. After those considerations, the authors try to find out the significance and possibilities of the Seon-bi spirit and the Seon-bi culture in Ho-seo as the educational contents. In the conclusion, the authors summarize the above contents and point out some outstanding questions.

      • 혈액 투석 환자에서 중심정맥 협착에 대한 스텐트 삽입술 : Wallstent Placement

        Stenosis of central vein is a common complication arising after percutaneous subclavian vein catheter insertion performed for temporary vascular access in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. There are several treatment methods for the condition like percutaneous angioplasty(PTA), stent insertion, and surgery, but recent trend is toward PTA and stents. Among the patients diagnosed with chronic renal failure from March 1993 to May 2002 and undergoing hemodialysis through AV fistula, the 14 Patients in whom central vein stenosis arose were selected for the study. A total of 28 percutaneous interventions(5 PTA and 23 stent placement) were performed, and restenosis rate and the time taken till the restenosis in de novo lesions and instant lesions were compared. All 28 cases were operated successfully. The 14 cases that received both anigioplasty and stent placement initially. (de novo lesion : 14 cases), Among the 10 cases with de novo lesion that followed up more than 1 year, 3 cases are currently undergoing hemodialysis without restenosis, and the remaining 7 cases have recurred stenosis with the mean time to restenosis of 10.9 months. In the 7 cases in whom stenosis recurred, 11 interventions were done(instent lesion: 11 cases). 4 of these were using only ballon angioplasty with 100% restenosis rate and the mean time of 3 months until restenosis. The remaining 7 cases were using both balloon angioplasty and stent placement, also with 100% restenosis rate but with the mean time of 12 months until restenosis, which was later than the group receiving only balloon angioplasty. In treating the patients with central vein stenosis, stent placement seems to be more advantageous over PTA in terms of restenosis rate and the mean duration of patency. In the case of instent lesion, inserting the stent for the second time after stenosis recurred lengthened the duration of patency compared to performing balloon angioplasty alone.

        오리엔탈나리의 球根 收穫時期와 低溫處理 期間이 生育에 미치는 影響

        This study was carried out to determine the effect of the duration of chilling treatment and the lifting time of bulbs on growth of Lilium Oriental hybrids for product of cut flower in the type of forcing or semiforcing culture in Korea. "Casablanca", "Acapulco" and "Le Reve" in lilium Oriental hybrids were used in these experiment and carried out from 1999 to 2000 in Iksan, Korea. The bulbs for experiment were lifted on August 27, September 27 and October 27 and the all of them were chilled at 5±1℃ for 0,8,10,12 weeks. Development of the bulbs lifted on October 27 was superior than that of lifted bulbs on August 27 in the three cultivars. The bulbs lilted lately and chilled for a long time were sprouted more earlier and grown faster. In order to increase bulb sprouting until 100%, the duration of chilling treatment of bulbs was need for 12 weeks on August 27, 10 weeks on September 27 and above 8 weeks on October 27. The flowering according to the duration of chilling treatment and the lifting time of bulbs was same above. Consequently, the bulbs should be chilled at 5±1℃ for chilled for 10 weeks at late September and 8 weeks in producted bulbs at late October in earlyㆍMidseason variety fur product of cut flower hut bulbs of late variety should be chilled for 12 weeks at late September and 10 weeks at late October.

        GC/NPD를 이용한 다성분 잔류농약의 동시분석

        Pesticides were extracted from samples with 70% acetone and methylene chloride in order, and then cleaned up via open-column chromatography apparatus packed with fiorisil, and finally analyzed simultaneously the organophosphorus pesticides using GC/NPD, Ultra-2 and Ultra-1 fused silica capillary columns were used to separate and identify the products. Recovery of most analytes from soybean sample, taken from pesticide residues well, was greater than(80%) for all except(6) analytes. This method can simultaneously determine multiple pesticides with a high degree of accuracy and precision.

      • 과학 포트폴리오 체제의 적용이 초등학생의 사회심리학적 교실 환경에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of the research is to investigate the effects of a portfolio system on students' socio-psychological classroom environments in elementary science class. Two schools were selected from a metropolitan area, a city, and one school from a rural area in central Korea. Two fifth-grade classes were sampled from each school selected, and one class is assigned to experimental group and the other to control group, respectively. The total number of participants of the study is 399. Portfolio system was administered to experimental group, and conventional teaching to control group for two and half month. WIHIC, an inventory to measure socio-psychological classroom environment, was administered as a pre-and post-test. Experimental group gained statistically higher scores on WIHIC after administering portfolio system. They showed more positive perceptions on sub-areas of WIHIC such as teacher support, task orientation, and equity. There is interaction between region and group: the effects of the portfolio system is highest in rural area, lowest in metropolitan area, and the city in between. Portfolio system have positive effects on students' socio-psychological classroom environments. Enhanced socio-psychological classroom environments is expected to contribute to positive self-concept, higher science achievements, and self-directed learning.

        CT-26 선암을 접종한 마우스에서 Iodine-131-Iodomisonidazole 의 생체분포 및 종양저산소증의 영상화

        urpose: Misonidazole is a radiosensitizer that binds in hypoxic cells. The purpose of this study was to find out the feasibility of I-131-Iodomisonidazole (IMISO) for imaging of tumor hypoxia. Materials and Methods: Tosyl precursor was dissolved in acetonitrile and I-131-NaI was added to synthesize IMISO. Balb/c mice inoculated with CT-26 adenocarcinoma were injected with IMISO. Mice were sacrificed at 1,2,4,24 hr and % of injected dose per gram of tissue (%ID/g) was determined. For scintigraphy and MRI, mouse bearing CT-26 adenocarcinoma was administered with IMISO and imaging was performed 4 hr after. Then, mouse body was fixed and microtomized slice was placed on radiographic film for autoradiography. Results: %ID/g of tumor was 1.64 (1h), 0.98 (2h), 0.85 (4h) and 0.20 (24h), respectively. At 24h, %ID/g of tumor was higher than that of all other tissues except thyroid. Tumor to muscle ratio increased with time and tumor to blood ratio also increased with time and reached 1.53 at 24 hr. On autoradiogram, tumor was well visualized as an increased activity in central hypoxic area of the tumor which corresponds to the area of high signal intensity on T2-weighted MR image. On scintigraphy, tumor uptake was visualized. Conclusion: This results suggest that IMISO may have a potential for tumor hypoxia imaging in mouse model. However, further study is needed to improve it's localization in tumor tissue and to achieve acceptable images of tumor hypoxia.

      • G-CSF로 체내 증폭된 골수를 이용한 동종 조혈모세포이식

        연구배경: 이식시 주입되는 골수세포수는 생착 속도 및 생존율과 밀접한 관계가 있으나, 임상적으로 환자의 체중이 공여자에 비해 지나치게 많을 때 단위 체중당 환자에게 주입되는 세포의 양이 적어 문제가 될 수 있다. 방법: 저자들은 가톨릭 조혈모세포이식 센터에서 동종 골수이식을 시행한 환자들 중 환자의 체중이 공여자에 비해 10kg이상 많은 경우 골수 채취 전에 공여자에게 3일간 피하로 G-CSF(10ug/kg/day)를 투여하여 골수를 체내(in vivo) 증폭시킨 후 골수이식을 시행한 25예의 환자를 대상으로 고식적인 방법으로 골수이식을 시행한 위험인자가 일치되는 대조군과 비교하여 이식된 세포수, 혈구의 회복속도 및 이식편대 숙주반응(GVHD)의 발생율, 그리고 생존율 등을 비교 분석하였다. 결과: 단기간의 G-CSF 투여로 증폭된 골수의 총 유핵세포수, 단핵구수는 대조군에 비해 3-5배, CD34 + 세포수는 6배 증폭되었으며, 두 군간에 세포의 면역표현형(CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, CD20)의 차이는 없었다. 중성 백혈구 수가 0.5×10^(9)/L 이상 회복되는 시기는 두 군간의 차이가 없었으나(15.5일 vs 16일; p=0.131), 혈소판 수가 30×10^(9)/L 이상으로 회복되는 시기는 G-CSF 투여군에서 의의있게 단축되었다(20일 vs 26일; p=0.013). 두 군간 급성 및 만성 GVHD의 발생률과 정도의 차이는 없었으며, 이식 후 재발 및 생존율의 차이도 없었다. 결론: 이식전 공여자에게 단기간 G-CSF를 주사하여 생체내에서 골수 조혈모세포를 증폭시킨 후 이식하는 방법은 공여자와 환자의 심각한 체중 차이로 인해 단위체중당 이식되는 조혈모세포양이 부족한 환자들에게 안전하고 유용한 방법일 뿐만 아니라 GVHD의 증가 없이 빠른 혈구회복을 기대할 수 있는 이식기법이라고 생각한다. 향후 증폭된 골수 조혈모세포의 특성 연구 및 이의 효용성을 확인하기 위한 전향적인 연구가 필요하리라고 생각된다. Background: Sufficient stem cell doses are necessary to overcome engraftment failure in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation(BMT). Cell doses harvested may depend on body weight (BW) difference between donor and recipient. In practice, it is important to achieve large number of stem cells from donor who were lower BW than that of recipient. Methods: We have tried to inject G-CSF(10ug/kg/day) subcutaneously for 3 days to the allogeneic donor with lower BW than recipient before harvest to increase BM inoculum. BM was infused into patients without any manipulation on day 5. A total 25 patients were enrolled; 12 AML, 6 ALL, 5 SAA and 2 CML(expansion group). We compared the expansion group with 25 historical control patients, matched for diagnosis and clinical characteristics, who underwent unprimed BMT. Results: Recipient BW is not different between the expansion and control group. However, allogeneic donors in the control group weigh heavier than those in the expansion group. The yield of TNC, MNC, and CD34^(+) cells from G-CSFprimed BM was significantly higher than that from unprimed BM. There was no difference in immunophenotyping analysis(CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, CD20) between two groups. The median time reaching to absolute neutrophil count more than 0.5×10^(9)/L was not different(15.5 vs 16 days: p=0.131), but time to platelet recovery more than 30×10^(9)/L was significantly shorter for the patients who received G-CSF-primed BM (20 vs 26 days: p=0.013). There was no difference in the incidence of acute and chronic GVHD, relapse rate and overall survival between the two groups with a median follow-up of 13 months. Conclusion: These data suggest that the short-term administration of G-CSF to an allogeneic donor prior to BM harvest seems to be a feasible method to achieve an adequate number of cell doses for patients who weigh higher than donors. Randomized, prospective study is needed to evaluate the efficacy of allogeneic BMT using in vivo expansion of BM by G-CSF.
