      • 급성심근경색후 발생한 심실중격결손 2례

        Ventricular septal defect remains an infrequent but devastating complication of acute MI. Approximately 1∼3% of cases of acute myocardial infarction are complicated by ventricular septal rupture in the prethrombolytic era and the incidence has decreased to 0.2% with reperfusion therapy. This mechanical complication usually occurs within the first 10 to 14 days when necrotic tissue is most abundant and the collateral coronary circulation is not well developed. This lesion is generally associated with complete coronary obstruction rather than severe stenosis. Rupture of the ventricular septum is a severe mechanical complication of acute myocardial infarction, usually resulting in death unless surgical repair is performed. The bad prognosis of this event within the first 2 weeks indicates the need for early surgical rapair. This complication is more frequent after the first acute myocardial infarction in the elderly and secondary to a transmural myocardial infarction. We report two cases of ventricular septal rupture after acute myocardial infarction.

      • HPLC-ICP/MS 와 ICP/MS를 이용한 FAPAS 07187 쌀의 총비소, 무기비소, 카드뮴 측정

        Metal (loid)s such as environmental contaminants affect food safety. Metal (loid)s exist trace extremely in agriculture products. Therefore it is important to analyze accurately about trace these metals. High resolution techniques and quality controls are needed to analyze these materials. In order to achieve quality results, standardized methods and techniques are required. So ISO(International Organization for Standardization) of laboratory proficiency testing is determination of laboratory testing performance by means of inter-laboratory comparison. The values have been derived as a consensus of a number of laboratories using a variety of methods. Proficiency tests were applied to analyze the metal(loid)s [inorganic arsenic (As), total As and cadmium (Cd)] in powdered rice FAPAS 07187 (Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme; February-April 2013). The rice powder sample was extracted with 1% HNO3 for inorganic As for microwave-assisted extraction using water at 95℃ for 90 min and their analysis by HPLC/ICPMS. Also, HNO3 for total As and Cd using microwave-assisted extraction using at 200℃ for 50 mins and analysis by ICP/MS. Validation check was performed for accuracy using CRM (NMIJ CRM 7503-a) for inorganic As, and CRM (IRMM-Rice CRM) for total arsenic and cadmium. The result were satisfactory. FAPAS 07187 the z-scores of inorganic As, total As and Cd in powdered rice were-1.8,-0.9 and 0.2(lzl<2, respectively).

        Ether 및 Halothane마취시 정맥혈에서의 Lactate, Pyruvate 및 Excess lactate치의 변화에 대한 연구

        Venous blood lactate, pyruvate and excess lactate have been measured by the enzymatic method and calculated in 24 patients over a period of 2 hours during operation under general anesthesia. When the anesthetic was diethyl, ether, lactate and dyruvate levels showed a gradual increase significantly from 30 minutes and 60 minutes after induction of anesthesia respectively. Excess lactate appeared 30 minuts after induction of anesthesia, being increased slightly thereafter. When halothane was used, lactate level rose significantly in 120 minutes but no significant change in pyruvate and excess lactate was observed. In comparison to the results obtained in arterial blood during ether anesthesia by others, the levels of lactate and pyruvate found in this study were higher than those observed in arterial blood, whereas there was no considerable difference in change with duration of anesthesia and excess lactate. From the above results we suggested that venous blood lactate, pyruvate and excess lactate were essentially the same as those of arterial blood for evaluating tissue hypoxia during general anesthesia.

      • Haloperidol, Lithium 및 Amitriptyline이 인체에서 HLA type에 미치는 영향에 대한 예비연구 : in vivo

        저자는 정신분열증 환자, 주요우울장애 환자, 양극성장애 환자들의 치료에 사용되는 haloperidol, amitriptyline 및 lithium이 이런 환자들에서 HLA type에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보고자 본연구를 시험하였다. 향정신성 약물을 사용한 경험이 없는 환자 4명을 대상으로하여, 약물을 투여하기 전에 말초 혈액을 채혈하여 HLA 항원형을 결정하였고, 상기의 약물을 2개월 이상 치료용량으로 사용한 후 다시 HLA 항원형을 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. haloperidol에서는 약물투여전과 약물투여후의 HLA항원형의 변화가 없었다. lithium에서는 HLA B60, HLA Cwl 항원이 소실되었다. amitriptyline에서는 HLA B55 항원이 소실되었고, HLA B75 항원이 발현되었다. 이상의 결과는 인체에서도 amitriptyline 및 lithium이 치료적 용량으로 충분히 사용한 이후 HLA 항원형에 변화를 가져올 수 있다는 것을 알수 있었다. To examine the effects of haloperidol, amitnptyline and lithium on HLA type in vivo, the author conducted microlymphocytotoxicity test on lymphocytes drawn from 4 psychiatric disordered patients, including 2 schizophrenic patients, 1 bipolar disordered patient and 1 major depressive disordered patient before administration of haloperidol, lithium and amitriptyline. After 2 months later, drug therapy was done sufficiently, we reexamine the HLA type on lymphocytes drawn from same patients. The results were as follows : 1) There is no significant changes on HLA type before and after 2 months long halopendol therapy in 2 schizophrenic patients. 2) It was shown that the disappearance of HLA B60 and HLA Cw1 antigen after 2 months long lithium therapy in l bipolar I disordered patient. 3) It was shown that the revelation of HLA B75 antigen and the disappearance of HLA B55 antigen after 2 months long amitriptyline therapy in 1 ma]or depressive disordered patient From the results of present study, we may draw a conclusion that the lithium and amitriptyline therapy cause a revelation of new HLA type and loss of some existed HLA antigens so that these drugs have an effect on HLA typing in vivo experiment.

      • 초등학생의 성별 및 인지양식에 따른 협동학습에서 나타나는 생물 관찰 특성

        This study examined the effects of the gender and the cognitive style which contribute to cooperative learning of elementaiy school children's competence in the observation of living things. The purpose of this study was to provide a basis for the effident teaching and learning in cooperative learning of elementary school children through careful analyses of children's observation. Results showed characteristic patterns of cooperative observation according to the gender and the cognitive style of children. The findings indicated that the field-independent groups reported more kinds observation than the field-dependent groups. The findings indicated that the girl's groups reported more kinds observation than the boy's groups except on animals. The effects of the gender on the observation of animals was not significantly different. Results of the analysis on the degree of focused observation showed that the field-independent groups reported more the degree of focused observation than the field-dependent groups and the girl's groups reported more the degree of focused observation than the boy's groups. As a result, the cognitive style and the gender could be one of the factor involved in the observation oh living things, therefore the further research of teaching methods and learning strategies should be encouraged in relation to this factor.

      • 바나나에 있어서 裁植苗의 種類가 生育과 收量에 미치는 影饗

        바나나의 莖頂培養에서 얻은 培養苗(草長 70㎝)와 吸芽苗(草長 120㎝와 170㎝)를 栽植하여 1987年 11月부터 1988年 11月에 걸쳐 濟州大學校 亞熱帶農業硏究所內 하우스에서 生育과 收量을 比較한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 莖葉의 生長은 培養苗에서보다 吸芽苗에서 좋았고 吸芽苗 中에서는 170㎝ 苗에서 더 좋았다. 2. 出穗 및 成熟까지의 日數는 培養苗에 비해 吸芽苗에서 많았으나 有意差는 없었다. 3. 果房當 果指數와 果掌數는 培養苗에서 많은 편이었으나 果指長과 果指重은 반대의 경향이었으며 果房重은 栽植苗 間에 差異가 없었다. 4. 收量構成形質中 果房重과 正의 相關이 認定된 것은 果指長, 果指重, 果掌重 等이었는데 培養苗에서는 果指直徑도 高度의 相關이 있었다. 5. 段階別 多重回歸分析에서 收量에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 形質은, 培養苗와 170㎝ 吸芽苗에서는 果掌重, 果房當 果掌數 順이었고 120㎝ 吸芽苗에서는 果指重, 果房當 果掌數 順이었다. This experiment was carried out to elucidate the effect of planting materials (shoot-tip cultured plantlet and sucker) on the growth and yield in banana (Musa cavendishii Lamb. cv. Dwarf Cavendish), from Nov. 1987 to Nov. 1988 in the plastic film house at the Research Institute for Subtropical Agriculture, Cheju National University, Cheju, Korea. 1. The growth of leaf and pseudostem was better in the sucker than that in the plantlet, and better in the larger sucker(170㎝) than that in the smaller one(120㎝). 2. Sucker tended to spend more days to bunch head emergence and maturity, but no statistically singificant difference was recognized. 3. While more fingers and hands per bunch were obtained in the plantlet, longer and heavier fingers were obtained in the sucker. Bunch weight was not different among planting materials. 4. The bunch weight was positively correlated with the length and weight of finger, and the weight of hand. In plantlet, the diameter of finger also highly positively correlated with the bunch weight. 5. In multiple stepwise regression analysis, variables most closely correlated with the yield turned out to be the weight and number of hands in the plantlet and the sucker of 170㎝, and the finger weight and the number of hands in the sucker of 120㎝.

      • 바나나에 있어서 栽植樣式에 따른 年次間 收量 變化

        바나나 栽植樣式이 年次間 收量에 미치는 影響을 究明하기 爲하여 濟州大學校 亞熱帶農業硏究所 하우스 內에서 ‘Dwarf Cavendish ’를 長方形(2.45 ×1.25m), 三角形(1.75 ×1.75m) 및 正方形(1.75 ×1.75m)으로 栽植하여 1985年 3月부터 1987年 2月에 걸쳐 plant crop과 ratoon crop에서의 收量形質을 分析한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 出穗로부터 成熟까지의 所要日數는 ratoon crop에서 긴 편이었고 栽植樣式別로는 正方形, 三角形, 長方形 順이었으나 有意差는 없었다. 2. 果梗長은 ratoon crop에서 길었으나 果軸長은 반대로 plant crop에서 길었다. 3. 果房當 果指數와 果掌當 果指數는 年次間 및 栽植樣式間에 有意差가 없었으며 果指直徑은 ratoon crop에서 增加되었다. 4. 果房重은 ratoon crop에서 무거웠다. 5. 果房重에 미치는 栽植樣式의 影響은 ratoon crop에서 크게 나타났으며 長方形과 正方形에서 收量이 많았다. In order to elucidate the effect of planting arrangements on the yearly changes in yield characters, suckers of ‘Dwarf Cavendish ’ banana(Musa cavendishii Lamb.) were planted by the oblong(2.45 ×1.25m), triangular(1.75 ×1.75m), and square(1.75 ×1.75m) arrangements in March 1985, in the green house at The Research Institute for Subtropical Agriculture, Cheju National University, Cheju, Korea. Yield characters of two generations (plant and ratoon crops) were analyzed. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. More days from bunch head emergence to maturity were required in ratoon crop than in plant crop. No significant differences were recognized among planting arrangements. 2. While the fruit stalk was longer in ratoon crop than in plant crop, fruit bearing axis was longer in plant crop. 3. Number of fingers per hand or per bunch was not significantly different between generations and among planting arrangements. The diameter of finger in ratoon crop was wider than that in plant crop. 4. The weight of bunch in ratoon crop was heavier than that in plant crop. 5. The effect of planting arrangements on the bunch weight was remarkable in ratoon crop, and heavier bunch was obtained by the oblong and square arrangements.

      • 제7차 교육과정 고등학교 생물Ⅱ 교과서 내용 분석

        This study was carried out with contents of high school textbook on Biology Ⅱ published by a revision of the 7th Educational Curriculum. As results, the following conclusion were obtained. 1. When analyzed the chapters on Biology Science education Ⅱ in the 6th Curriculum and the 7th Curriculum, some chapters were moved into Biology Science education Ⅰ and the amount of learning was reduced. 2. When analyzed the contents of learning activities on Biology Science education Ⅱ in the 7th Curriculum, 7 textbooks out of 8 kinds of books consisted of 5 chapters. The textbook named 'D' consisted of 6 chapters. The average percent of the contents on biology chapters by respectively analyzing 8 kinds of textbooks were I 'The characteristics of Cell' is 14.5%, Ⅱ 'Metabolism' 15.5%, Ⅲ 'Life Continuity' 26.5%, Ⅳ'Diversity of Living Things and Environment' 32.6%, and Ⅴ 'Biology and the Future of Human' 10.9%. Chapter Ⅳ Diversity of Living Things and Environment was the most used contents. 3. Analyzing the contents on biology chapters in 8 kinds of textbooks on Biology Science education Ⅱ in the 7th Curriculum, most of textbooks gave students more reading materials including the contents which made students interested in the biology and dealt with the contents on Biology science involved with the real life problem. 4. Analyzing the inquiry activities on biology chapters in 8 kinds of textbooks on Biology Science education Ⅱ in the 7th Curriculum, the average number of inquiry activities increased into 70.5 in 7th curriculum, from 47.8 in 6th. Comparing 8 textbooks on what kind of methods were used in inquiry activities, the ratio of experiment activities was 19.1% and other inquiries activities (observation, material interpretation, discussion, guessing, expectation, classification and so on) 80.9%. 5. When analyzing the number of the picture and painting as the important materials, more colorful materials increased from 262.8 in the 6th to 321.6 in the 7th curriculum. The chapter which mostly used picture and painting by respectively analyzing chapters was chapter ⅣDiversity of Living Things and Environment, which helped students understand the contents more easily. 6. In diagnosis evaluation, the textbook B, C, E, F, G, and H were respectively constituted the tests named 'opening the mind', 'checking the main point', 'checking', 'Self-diagnosis', 'preparing the learning', and 'previously learning the main point', which made teachers find out the degree of students function, knowledge and attitude. In introduction activities, the textbook D, E, G, and H constituted the activity named 'entering', 'the activity named thinking', and 'the introduction activity' which made students interested, concentrated on the biology class and actively join the learning. In the formative test of 8 textbooks, most of them gave students open questions, not objectively closed questions, which made students more creative and wise. In the chapter test, more evident goal in the 7th curriculum was constituted, not the simple test in the 6th. The textbook A and D presented the internet address and site involved with the chapters, the textbook G gave students question & answer of the learning contents which students could surf on the internet, and the textbook B, E, and F got students to acquire various scientific information about the concept and words on biology.
