In Korea, new total energy-saving solution has planned to build test-bed in underground subway station. Breaking energy is one of the most energy saving method in railway, but it has not be fully used up for economical purpose. This paper demonstrates on energy saving technology application including breaking energy and heating energy to underground subway station. It also offer solution of optimization of power energy flow. Moreover, economic feasibility analysis performed for undergound test bed constuction.

Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition (EB-PVD) was applied to fabricate a thin film YSZ electrolyte with large area on the porous NiO-YSZ anode substrate. Microstructural and thermal stability of the as-deposited electrolyte film was investigated via SEM and XRD analysis. In order to obtain an optimized YSZ film with high stability, both temperature and surface roughness of substrate were varied. A structurally homogeneous YSZ film with large area of $12\times12\;cm^2$ and high thermal stability up to $900^{\circ}C$ was fabricated at the substrate temperature of $T_s/T_m$ higher than 0.4. The smoother surface was proved to give the better film quality. Precise control of heating and cooling rate of the anode substrate was necessary to obtain a very dense YSZ electrolyte with high thermal stability, which affords to survive after post heat treatment for fabrication a cathode layer on it as well as after long time operation of solid oxide fuel cell at high temperature.
교통운영 개선을 통한 도로교통소음 저감 대안별 효과분석

급속한 도시인구의 증가와 교통량증가로 도로변 주거지역의 소음문제가 날로 심각해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도로교통량과 건축물의 위치와 형태를 고려한 소음수준을 평면적, 입체적으로 예측한다. 소음현황수준을 기초로 하여 소음원인 차량의 속도제어와 차종별 통행제한을 통한 변화치를 비교하여 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 분석결과 건물의 입체적분석보다 평면적 분석에서 소음환경기준치를 초과하는 면적의 비율이 높았고 주간보다 야간의 초과비율이 높게 나타났다. 개선방안은 하나의 방안을 실시했을 때보다 여러가지의 개선방안을 조합한 경우에 저감효과가 높게 나타났다. The noise problem became more serious by the rapid urban population growth and traffic. This study estimates the noise level considering actual traffic volume and building shape and location. Based on the state of the arts noise level, changing amount of noise that was controlled by the speed control and truck and passenger car restriction is calculated. Some conclusion is found out. The 2-D type more than 3-D type is more than over standard of noise pollution and night time's over rate is larger than day time. And in the case of various solutions are used instead of applying one solution, noise pollution is effectively reduced.
