This study focuses on the employer reliability and the defense policies for the legal actions associated with sexual harassment. Under the Korean Equal Employment Opportunity Law, employers are liable when either their immediate supervisors or agents create a hostile environment for the employees. The employer is responsible when he knew the sexual harassment cases and fail to rectify the situation. It is the best policy to prevent sexual harassment in the F&B of tourist hotel. It is essential that the employers should handle employee's grievance effectively and suggest an appropriate solution when an employee makes any complaints. The goal of this study is to provide the prevention methods of sexual harassment in the F&B of tourist hotel. To achieve this goal, this study reviewed the definition, types, relevant laws, and previous studies on sexual harassment in the F&B of tourist hotel.

본 논문에서는 기존의 DPCM에 의한 압축방법보다 더 낮은 비트율을 갖는 압축방 법을 제안한다. 각 화소의 예측오차 값은 DPCM방법에 의해 양자화되고, 양자화된 예측오차 의 열은 예측오차의 학습된 열로 구성된 코드북과 비교된다. 비교과정은 벡터양자화 방법과 동일하고, 그 결과 코드북의 주소를 생성한다. 제안된 방법은 DPCM과 동일한 복원 영상의 화질을 보이지만, 더 낮은 비트율을 얻을 수 있다.

This study examines the function and effect of the mixed-member majoritarian (MMM) electoral system in Korea. The current electoral system was adopted in 2004, there having been three general elections since. When adopted, the new MMM system was expected to resolve several political problems by increasing proportionality and minority representation, alleviating regionalism and increasing voter turnout. However, in a similar vein with the previous literature, this paper found that the current system did not function as the reformers intended because the number of PR seats was too small. We also examined two institutional alternatives, the Japanese revival match system and the German mixed member proportional representation (MMP) system, for possible future reform. The German MMP system would bring about greatly improved political outcomes.

This study discussed the need to support fisheries processing companies in Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex, revitalize joint logistics, support joint brand development, and support management activities. As a corporate support plan, it was suggested that as a fishery processing integrated complex, it is necessary to develop a market for goods and reduce logistics costs through joint logistics, and to develop overseas markets and secure reliability through joint brand development. As a policy support measure, the Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex’s one-stop export support center was proposed to support the capacity building of companies in the complex, expand routes and flight routes unique to the rear airport, and operate logistics-oriented routes. This study was conducted for the purpose of revitalizing the comprehensive bonded area of Sokcho Maritime Industrial Complex.

The bible says that fiduciary duty as a steward is managing assets for the will of God. This study investigates how the christian stewardship is implemented on financial investment and suggests the ideal contents of the Korea-style stewardship codes based on cases of other countries. The stewardship-reflected investments have originated in christian funds, and continued in ethical investments, social responsibility investments, UN principles for responsible investment and stewardship of pension funds. Enactment of the Korea-style stewardship codes inducing the responsible investment of pension funds are in association with these investment flows. In UK, the institutional investors with voting rights are recommended to be subject to principles for transparency, monitoring and reporting wheres, meanwhile improvement of corporate governance in Japan and council of institutional investor system in Malaysia are regulated. Recently, there have been numerous problems in management structures of Samsung and Lotte groups and also a directorate system of Hyundai motors in securing KEPCO land, and these problems are leading to a discussion on the exercise of institutional investors' voting rights. Therefore, it is necessary to benchmark the stewardship codes of various countries in order to deduct the Korea-suited stewardship code enactment. Accordingly, more detailed suggestions need to be directed towards clear release of investment purpose and procedure in pension funds. Furthermore, the voting rights are required to be exercised through collective engagements such as shareholder proposals, not through management interventions, in communion with the institutional investors. In addition, it is necessary to manage the dividends for old-age income security. It is expected that the voting rights of institutional investors would be exercised more rationally on introduction of the stewardship codes. 청지기로서의 수탁자 책임은 자산을 하나님의 뜻대로 관리하는 것이라고 성경은 가르치고 있다. 본 연구는 기독교의 청지기 정신이 금융투자에 어떻게 구현되는 가를 각 국의 사례를 통해 살펴보고, 우리나라의 스튜어드십 코드에 포함되어야 할 내용을 제안하고자 한다. 청지기 정신을 반영한 투자는 기독교펀드에서 시작되어 윤리투자, 사회책임투자, UN의 책임투자 그리고 연기금의 청지기 코드 등으로 이어지고 있다. 연기금이 책임 있는 투자를 유도하는 우리나라의 스튜어드십 코드 제정도 이러한 투자흐름과 연결되어 있다. 영국에서는 의결권을 보유한 기관투자자들에 대해 투명성, 모니터링 및 보고 등의 원칙을 권고하고 있으며, 일본은 지배구조 개선을, 말레이시아는 기관투자자협의회제도 등을 규정하고 있다. 최근 삼성그룹과 롯데그룹의 지배구조의 문제점, 현대자동차의 한국전력 부지 확보에서 보여준 이사회제도의 문제점 등으로 기관투자자들은 주주권 행사에 대한 논의를 진행하고 있다. 이에 따라 각국의 스튜어드십 코드 제도들을 벤치마크 하여 우리나라에 적합한 스튜어드십 코드 제정 내용을 도출할 필요가 있다. 이에 따른 구체적인 제안 내용은 연기금의 투자목적과 절차를 투명하게 공개하도록 하고 아울러 경영간섭이 아닌 주주제안과 같은 경영관여로 의결권을 행사하되, 기관투자자와 연대하여 관여하는 방향으로 나가야 할 것이다. 또한 국민의 노후소득의 보장을 위해 배당에 관한 관여가 필요할 것으로 보인다. 스튜어드십 코드가 도입될 경우 기관투자자의 자의적 판단이 아닌 합리적 의결권 행사가 이루어지는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
