Objective: Serotonin transporter (5-HTT) is a key synaptic regulator of serotonergic neurotransmission and a major site of action of most antidepressants. The functional polymorphism of 5-HTT gene is reported to be associated with antidepressant responsiveness. Norepinephrine transporter (NET) and dopamine transporter (DAT) are also the targets for antidepressant drugs, and these biogenic amine transporters share similar structure and mode of action as 5-HTT. We investigated the association between genetic polymorphisms of biogenic amine transporters and antidepressant response. Methods: We genotyped 203 patients with major depressive disorder and 147 normal controls, using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of genomic DNA with primers flanking the second intron and promoter regions of 5-HTT gene, and 3' untranslated region of DAT. NET-1 (Thr99Ile) and NET 8 (1287 G/A) polymorphism were characterized by amplification and restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLP) analysis. Results: VNTR polymorphism in 3' untranslated region of DAT (p=0.020) was associated with diagnosis of depression, but was influenced by age effect. We found that NET-8 polymorphism (p=0.015) in NET gene as well as the allelic variations of the promoter (p<0.0001) and intron2 (p=0.023) region in 5-HTT gene had significant associations with antidepressant response. The choice of drug had no effect on drug responsiveness. Conclusions: These results suggest that allelic variations of 5-HTT and NET genes affect the antidepressant responsiveness.

The rapid diffusion of smart phones and the development of data storage and analysis technology have made the field of big-data a promising industry in the future. In the marketing field, big-data analysis on social data can be used for understanding the needs of consumers as an effective and efficient marketing tool. Before the age of big-data, companies had relied upon the traditional methods such as questionnaire survey and marketing test in which a small number of consumers had participated. The traditional methods have still been used. Although both of big-data analysis and traditional methods are useful to understand consumers. It is need to check whether the results from both include similar implications. In this point, this study attempts to compare the results of big-data analysis with that of questionnaire survey on some cosmetics brands methods. As the results of this study, both results of big-data analysis and questionnaire survey include similar implications.
부산지역 스마트산업단지 조성방안 : 녹산국가산업단지를 중심으로

Recently, the government selected Changwon National Industrial Complex and Banwol-Sihwa National Industrial Complex as the pilot complexes for the smart industrial complex. The purpose of this study is to suggest a smart industrial complex construction plan for Noksan National Industrial Complex, which plays the largest role in the manufacturing industry in Busan. Therefore, the concept and necessity of smart industrial complexes, models are provided first with a few foreign examples as well as the pilot domestic cases of smart industrial complexes. Then, the promotion strategies and tasks of smart industrial complexes are proposed through the survey and status analysis of Noksan National Industrial Complexe. Smart industrial complex can be defined as industrial innovation platforms which apply smart technologies to solve various problems, improve productivity and vitalize industrial complexes. Based on the concept of smart industrial complex, I would like to present model in three categories: manufacturing innovation, smart infrastructure expansion, and smart start-up & new industry development. Through the domestic cases of Banwol-Sihwa National Industrial Complex and Changwon National Industrial Complex, it can be seen that the strategy of smart industrial complex creation is largely manufacturing innovation, creation of worker-friendly space, start-up and promotion of new industries. The key to manufacturing innovation is the construction of smart factories. In the domestic case, we seek to promote smart factories where large companies and SMEs grow together. Overseas cases, Wuxi Sensing Equipment Industrial Complex will be built with a total of 40,000 square meters, including standard factories, and will be supported by building a variety of platforms, including smart industry support platforms, for targeted industries such as sensing manufacturing and cloud computing. In the case of worker-friendly spaces, the domestic case includes the promotion of workers' convenience, but the Changwon National Industrial Complex also includes support for increasing worker income. In the case of Hamburg Hafencity, a multi-purpose stadium, a complex, and a space that can be enjoyed not only by workers but also by citizens. The Hamburg Hafencity project created a multipurpose stadium called the Barclaycard Arena, where you can watch not only sports but also performances. In Poblenou of Barcelona, workers can ride bicycles with various means of transportation, such as buses, subways and trams, in order to increase traffic access. Singapore's One North is fostering new industries and creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Singapore government is intensively attracting fields such as information and communication, biotechnology, engineering and media to foster the Singapore's One North region as an IT convergence and biomedical R&D hub. In addition, the company has created a startup center including idea sharing and discussion space, and provides various support such as rental, investment, business strategy and prototype production for startups. Noksan National Industrial Complex was designated as a part of Noksan-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan in 1989 based on the Industrial Location and Development Act. As of the end of 2018, Noksan National Industrial Complex had 1,636 companies employing 30,649 people to produce 887 million won, and exported $ 1.8 million. The survey was conducted on 150 companies in Noksan National Industrial Complex, including preparations for the 4th Industrial Revolution, awareness of smart industrial complexes, how to activate smart factories, and implementation of smart industrial complexes in Noksan National Industrial Complex. The direction for the creation of the smart industrial complex is determined by manufacturing innovation to enhance corporate productivity, smart infrastructure expansion for housing, movement and convenience of workers, and start-up and fostering new industries. The Noksan National Industrial Complex, the only national industrial complex of the 35 industrial complexes in Busan, should be designated as a priority for the Smart Industrial Complex, and the ripple effect should be maximized in connection with the nearby industrial complex. With the Changwon National Industrial Complex already designated as a smart industrial complex, we need to find and cooperate with various projects in not only Busan but also Gyeongnam and Ulsan. Based on the smart industrial complex model as well as examples and survey analysis, we present three strategies with fourteen projects: manufacturing innovation based on smart technology, expansion of smart infrastructure for workers, startups to create high added value, and fostering new industries. The following picture shows the vision, strategies, and projects.

다양한 멀티미디어를 활용한 스마트 학습이 학습 현장에서 활용되는 가운데, 본 연구에서는 교수자들의 스마트 학습에 대한 수용을 기술 수용 모형인 TAM을 적용하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 기존에 TAM 모형에 본 연구에서는 기술 수용의 사전적 영향 요인으로 작용할 수 있는 외부 환경에서의 스마트 학습할용에 대한 압력과 스마트 기기를 통한 학습에 있어서 교수자들의 자기효능감을 추가하여 총 7개의 변수를 포함하는 확장 모형을 제시하고 실증 분석을 통해 이를 검증하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위해 2016년 3월 한 달 동안 설문조사가 이루어졌으며, 수거된 총 167부의 응답 중 분석을 위해 총 143부가 사용되었다. 구조방정식 모형을 통한 분석의 결과 총 10개의 경로 중 9개가 유의한 관계를 나타내고 있다. 앞으로 연구결과를 활용하여 학습자 관점에서의 멀티미디어 활용을 통한 학습 환경의 문제점과 수용에 대한 제언을 하고자 한다.
