Online sex education program may help the adolescents the sexual development processes efficiently and confidentially. Most of the online sex education programs are not truly interactive nor adaptive. Didactic education materials may not be sufficient to modify adolescents online sexual activities. Computer-patient dialogue programs can help to develop truly interactive online contents that adaptively accommodate the personalized needs of the adolescents. This paper describes the development and implementation technology of a Web-based dialogue system for the interactive online sex education. A three-tiered database-backed Web system with browser-based dialogue editor, automatic script-code generator, automatic relational-database schema generator, and integrated program development environment was produced and tested on the online sex education program. The Web dialogue system can also be used for online surveys, clinical trials, and electronic medical records. This approach can enhance collaboration between the consumer-oriented and the provider-oriented information systems.

          퓨리터니즘과 유신론적 자연신학 - 비판적 실재론과 대화

          The Puritan's interest in the natural sciences motivated religious passion tofind God's providence in the natural world. Puritanism positively and rationallydeveloped its theology and Christian faith in relationship with Enlightenmentphilosophy and the modern scientific revolution. In this effort, Puritanism isunique. Puritanism interpreted the traditional thought and doctrine of Christianityin the cultural perspectives of its time. Puritanism was a driving force forcultural change. Puritanism's relationship to science can be reconciled by a criticalrealist approach that does not reject the metaphysical basis of the materialworld. This approach affirms the dynamic interaction between divine sovereigntyand the natural world. This paper examines the internal affinity between the core ethos of puritanismand natural science. In order to do this, the second part of the essay dealswith the relationship of puritanism to the mechanical world view. This chapterdemonstrates that puritanism strongly opposed deism which tried to exclude thepossibility of divine interference, a possibility maintained by the religious perspective. A deist world view was closely related to the mechanical world view. In this part, the writer explores the way puritanism overcame anti-metaphysicaland atheistic naturalism. The third part of the essay analyzes the relevance of rationalismfor puritanism and natural science. On the basis of this analysis, thisessay discusses a critical realism that suggests a metaphysical basis behind thematerial world, reconciling the world views of religion and science. The finalpart of the essay explains the importance of the relationship between puritanismand modern science in accordance with the contemporary academic scholarship.

          Alternating Current Electroluminescence and Structural Properties of Thin Film Gallium Oxide Doped with Manganese

          We have studied the alternating current (AC) electroluminescence characteristics and structural properties of thin film gallium oxide doped with manganese (Ga2O3:Mn) prepared by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering. The Ga2O3:Mn films showed a pronounced dome-like structure with a uniform distribution of well-rounded, equiaxial grains on the surface. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that the structure of the Ga2O3:Mn films is predominantly amorphous. The devices for AC electroluminescence studies were fabricated on an alumina (Al2O3) substrate by using an inverted halfstack structure, indium tin oxide (ITO)/Ga2O3:Mn/lead zirconate titanate (PZT)/Au. The devices exhibited a broad-band EL emission peaked at around 507 nm in the green range, which is accounted for by the 3d-3d intrashell transition from the 4T1 excited state level to the 6A1 ground state in the divalent Mn ion. The CIE chromaticity color coordinates of the EL emission were measured to be x = 0.197 and y = 0.623.

          Fabrication and Performance of ACTFEL Display Devices Using Manganese-doped Zinc Germanate as a Green-emitting Electroluminescent Layer

          Alternating-current thin-film electroluminescent (ACTFEL) display devices fabricated using manganese-doped zinc germanate (Zn2GeO4:Mn) as a green-emitting electroluminescent layer material are described. The ACTFEL display devices were fabricated with a standard bottom emission structure having a multilayer stack of thin films in the metal/semiconductor/insulator/ metal (MSIM) configuration. The device was constructed on a transparent Corning glass substrate through which the emitted EL light passed. The Zn2GeO4:Mn emission layer was synthesized by using a RF magnetron sputter deposition method, followed by post-annealing at 700 C in air ambient for 1 hour. The obtained Zn2GeO4:Mn films were found to be polycrystalline with a rhombohedral crystal structure. A green emission spectrum with a maximum at approximately 538 nm was produced from the fabricated device. The chromaticity color coordinates of the EL emission were measured to be x = 0.308 and y = 0.657. The device demonstrated a sharp increase in the intensity of green EL emission upon increasing the AC peak voltage applied to the device above a threshold of 148 V.

          Creative Dialogue on Ultimate Reality

          The purpose of this paper is an attempt to make creative dialogue in Korean society where there are intermingles of various religions. In order to carry out this task, I will employ John Hick's pluralistic hypothesis. I argue that before entering into interreligious dialogue, we should examine the nature of Ultimate Reality. On the agreed understanding of the Ultimate Reality, I am sure, we can make creative dialogue. I will try to make point of contact of Christian God to the concept of Hannim, the expression of the Ultimate Reality experienced and perceived in the Korean traditional religious-cultural context. The paper demonstrates that whether such revision of ‘theo-logy' is possible in the cultural and spiritual setting of Korea. Here the work of Hick is supported and supplemented by suggesting that Hannim would be a different manifestation of the Real. Consequently, this paper states that each religion, and more specifically each religious community, must e faced on its own distinctive terms and within its immediate cultural environment.

          Structure and Properties of Gallium Nitride Thin Films Deposited on Si (111) by Using Radio-frequency Magnetron Sputtering

          The structure and the properties of gallium nitride (GaN) thin films prepared by using a radiofrequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method are reported. The GaN thin films were deposited on p-type (111)-oriented silicon substrates at room temperature in a pure nitrogen atmosphere. X-ray photoelectron spectra showed that the films were mainly composed of gallium and nitrogen. An oxygen impurity was found to be incorporated into the films during the deposition. The refractive index of the GaN films was measured to be 2.36 at a wavelength of 633 nm. The optical bandgap of the GaN films was determined to be approximately 3.31 eV. From the grazing incidence X-ray reflectivity measurements, the density and the surface roughness of the GaN films were estimated to be 5.827 g/cm<sup>3</sup> and 2.95 nm, respectively. The X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the crystalline phase of the GaN films changed from wurtzite to zinc-blende as the working gas pressure was reduced. The observed phase change was found to be independent of the orientation of the Si substrate, but to be strongly correlated with the biaxial compressive stress.

          영월군 덕우탄광 부근 후기고생대 해성층의 방추충 생층서

          A fusulinacean biostratigraphic study on the Permo-Carboniferous strata was performed near Deogu coalmine in Yeongweol-gun, Kangweon-do, Korea. 9 genera 15 species of the Moscovian and Sakmarian fusulinids are described and identified, and two fusulinacean biostratigraphic zones; Neostaffella-Fusulinella and Pseudofusulina zones were established in the study area. The two zones are known as the Moscovian and Sakmarian stages respectively. The boundary between the Carboniferous and Permian strata in the study area are thought to be a unconformity, because upper Carboniferous fusulinds; Triticites and Protriticites are not found between the two zones.
