"당뇨병은 예방이 가장 중요합니다. 국가적인 차원에서 노력해 전단계인 사람들을 찾아내야하고 교육, 관리해 주는 것이 가장 중요합니다." 박성우 교수는 당뇨병에 있어 가장 중요한 것은 무엇보다 예방과 교육이라고 강조한다. 전당뇨인들이 당뇨병에 걸리기 전 미리미리 예방하고, 이미 당뇨가 온 환자라면 올바르게 관리해 나갈 수 있도록 의료진과 협회, 국가정책 당국이 함께 손잡아야 한다는 것이 박 교수의 생각이다.

가맹본부 모니터링이 본부지원에 대한 인식과 직무열의에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 업무과부하의 조절효과를 중심으로

Qualitative growth is very important in the recent franchise industry. In particular, the franchise headquarters and franchisees are carrying out government policies and support projects related to shared growth and win-win, but problems such as unilateral support from the franchise headquarters and management of franchisees continue to emerge. Power abuse problems such as disputes over a franchise business and excessive profits at the franchise headquarters are still occurring. An empirical study was conducted on franchise operators nationwide to find out the management ability and know-how of franchise headquarters, which are emphasized in franchise research, and to study the influence of franchise operators on the relationship between job enthusiasm and workload. A total of 256 questionnaires were collected and used for analysis targeting convenience store franchisees located across the country using questionnaires prepared based on existing scale. As a result of the analysis, both behavior monitoring and performance monitoring among the management methods for franchisees were found to increase the awareness of franchise headquarters support, which is the best of the franchisees, and the recognition of headquarters support was found to be positive in the franchise's job enthusiasm. On the other hand, from the standpoint of merchants, in the relationship between the perception of headquarters support and the enthusiasm of merchants, there was a moderating effect in which the workload weakened in these relationships. In the franchise business, the franchise headquarters emphasized the importance of partnership and communication from the perspective of franchisees rather than simple management and supervision, and eventually found that proper monitoring of franchise headquarters is an important success factor in long-term transactions. This suggests that it is necessary to establish a system that can achieve excellent management performance by establishing mutual trust between the franchise headquarters and franchisees through self-rescue efforts in a way that the current franchise headquarters' management system operates nominally or systematically. 최근 프랜차이즈 산업에서 질적 성장은 매우 중요하다. 특히 가맹본부와 가맹점 관계에서 동반성장 및 상생 등의 관련한 정부의 정책과 지원 사업을 진행하고 있지만, 가맹본부의 일방적 지원 및 가맹점 관리 운영 방안 등의 문제점이 지속적으로 나타나고 있는 실정이다. 또한 가맹사업 분쟁과 가맹본부의 폭리 등의 갑질 문제가 여전히 발생되고 있다. 프랜차이즈 연구에서 중요성이 강조되는 가맹본부의 관리 능력과 노하우에 대해 먼저 알아보고, 가맹점사업자가 지각하고 있는 가맹본부의 지원 인식과 함께 가맹점사업자의 직무 열의와 업무 과부하의 관계에 대한 영향력을 연구하기 위하여 전국의 가맹점사업자를 대상으로 실증 연구를 진행하였다. 기존 척도를 바탕으로 작성된 설문지를 이용해 전국 소재의 가맹점사업자를 대상으로 총 256명의 설문지를 분석하였으며, 가설들을 검증하기 위해 구조방정식을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 가맹점에 대한 관리 방식 중 행동 모니터링과 성과 모니터링, 모두 가맹점이 지작하는 가맹본부 지원의 인식을 높이는 것으로 나타났고, 본부지원 인식이 가맹점의 직무 열의에 긍정적으로 나타났다. 한편, 가맹점 입장에서 본부지원 인식과 가맹점의 직무 열의의 관계에서는 업무 과부하가 이들 관계에서 약화시키는 조절 효과가 나타났다. 가맹사업에서 가맹본부가 단순한 관리 감독보다는 가맹점사업자 입장에서 파트너십과 소통 방법의 중요성을 강조하며, 결국 가맹본부의 적절한 모니터링은 장기적인 거래에서 중요한 성공 요소라는 것을 밝혔다. 이는 현재 운영되고 있는 가맹본부의 관리 시스템이 결국 명목상 표면적으로만 운영이 되거나 조직되어 있는 방법에서 자구적 노력을 통해 가맹본부와 가맹점 간에 상호 신뢰가 구축되어 탁월한 경영성과가 이루어질 수 있는 시스템 구축이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

게임 내 자산에 대한 게임 이용자 양면가치태도와 이에 미치는 요인 탐색 연구

The purpose of this study is to find out how in-game assets are affecting the Ambivalence attitudes of game users. To this end, all goods and content in the game that require cash, time, and effort to acquire and accumulate and are recognized as 'in-game assets' were defined, and the factors of community users' ambivalence attitude toward in-game assets were explored and analyzed through text network analysis. 본 연구의 목적은 게임 내 자산이 게임 이용자들의 양면가치태도에 어떻게 영향을 미치고 있는지 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 취득 및 축적에 현금, 시간, 노력을 투입해야 하며 이용자 간 현금적 가치를 인식되는 게임 내 모든 재화 및 콘텐츠들을 이를 ‘게임 내 자산’이라 정의하고, 커뮤니티 이용자들의 게임 내 자산에 대한 양면 태도의 요인들을 텍스트 네트워크 분석을 통해 탐색, 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 최근 게임 내 자산가치의 큰 변동을 겪은 6인을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 시행하였다. 이들의 심층 인터뷰 언어 네트워크 분석 결과를 해석한 후, 일반적인 게임 이용자 21명의 심층 인터뷰 네트워크 분석을 진행하였다.
