        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

      • 老朽化된 R.C 아치 橋梁의 動的特性에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        In most countries road bridges are subjected to increasingly heavy freight traffic with a number of exceptional truck loads. This has made it necessary to devote particular attention to the dynamic beavior and dynamic property of bridges, which is a vital process in the decision-making for maintenance, repair, strengthening, or evenreplacement of existing road bridges. However, most countries including Korea do not have a comprehensive rating system or rating code. Furthermore, the current methods of rating of road bridges are dependent on the conventional design concepts and the safety parameters of the current bridge design codes. This study is carried out in order to measure dynamic response of arch bridge by dynamic loading test and investigate dynamic properties-natural frequency, mode shape, impact factor, damping ratio, DAF-of bridge by response analysis. From this study, It is estimated that dynamic behavior and the degree of old, damages of arch bridge.

        Booming Noise of a Automotive can be divided in Air Borne Noise and Structure Borne Noise. In this study, Booming Noise is reduced by the vector Synthesis method. The vibration that transferred by the engine is managed. The car that by the used model is composed of Mount system supported to three point with 2000 cc 14 engine FR vehicle. The vibration that is transmitted from propeller sharft and Differential Gear to Sub Frame and Suspention effect Booming Noise. but, The vibration that generated by the Mount has Booming Noise more than it. So, We research that sound generated by the Mount and reduce that Booming Noise used the Dynamic Damper. The Booming. Noise by the vector Synthesis. is reduced in 2000 ~ 4000 rpm front of vehicle. We know that Booming Noise is reduced into hoped for rpm by the vector Synthesis.

      • 하루 콩단백질 25g 섭취를 위한 메뉴작성 및 영양성분 분석

        The purpose of this study was to develop menus for daily intake of 25g soybean protein and to analyse nutrients of these foods. Analytical values were compared to the theoretical one using the food composition table and recommended dietary allowances for Koreans (7th revision). The results are as follows. 1. Soybean curd residue stew, Soybean curd, Kimchi saute, and hard boiled soybean and lotus root were selected for the menu for January, of which the content of soy bean protein(SBP) was 33.1g, soybean stew, soybean curd and soybean sprout saute, and Italian deep fried soybean curd were for February, of which the content of SBP was 35.0g. The content of SBP in soybean paste soup with soybean curd, fried soybean curd and fried soybean curd roll, the menu for March, was 24.9g. That of April were soybean curd gratin with soymilk, soybean curd and ham with garlic dressing and the content of SBP was 26.3g. That of May were soybean porridge, soybean flour cake with honey (Dasik), soybean sprout soup and the content of SBP was 26.7g. That of June were soymilk, pan-fried soybean curd, steamed soybean curd with chicken and the content of SBP was 28.4g. That of July were noodle with soymilk, mapatofu, soybean curd salad and the content of SBP was 24.7g. That of August were soybean sprout with mustard dressing, Tossed green pepper with raw soybean flour, Tofu and Kimchi stew, soybean curd steak and the content of SBP was 26.2g. That of September were Chinese cabbage soup with raw soybean flour, sweet and sour tofu and the content of SBP was 23.2g. That of Oct. were Fermented soybean stew, soybean pan cake and the content of SBP was 24.3g. That of November were not-pressed soybean curd casserole, pan-fried mashed soybean curd with egg, stir frying deep-fried soybean curd with vegetables and the content of SBP was 22.4g. That of December were soybean curd and mushroom casserole, fried soybean curd and vegetables, hard boiled soybean curd and the content of SBP was 28.9g. 2. The ratio of the analytical value over theoretical value (A/B%) of one serving in kcal, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and dietary fiber were 57.7~107.7%, 42.9~131.9%, 79.2~118.3%, 54.5~100%, 40.7~80.8% and 42.1~113.2%, respectively. 3. The ratio of A/B% of one serving in Ca, K, Na, P and Fe were 44.1~93.6%, 59.0~153.1%, 53.1~117.7% 64.6%~138.8 and 33.8~77.3%, respectively. That in Fe was the lowest among minerals. 4. The ratio of analytical value over Korean R.D.A(A/C%) in Ca was relatively higher (22.0~85.9%) than that in kcal(18~63%). 5. The ratio of A/C% in Fe was 25.1~64.3% and lower than that in Ca and protein in general.

      • Fe1.6 Ge 金屬間化合物의 Mossbauer 效果硏究

        Intermetallic compound of ?? with B8₂ type structure has been studied in the range 40˚-393˚K using the Mossbauer effect. Spectrum shows the complicated reson ance lines corresponding to the two magnetically inequivalent Fe site. At 40˚K the following hyperfine structure parameter have been obtained H.S(2(a) site)=210KOe. H.S(2(d)site)=140KOe. I.S(2(a) site)=0.208mm/sec. I.S(2(d) site)=0.170mm/sec. It show that the ?? occupied in 2(a) site and ?? in 2(d) site and the magnetic moment of Fe in 2(a) site is larger than the 2(d) site.

      • Ogive-Cylinder 형 첨두부를 갖는 유도무기 주위 고앙각 흐름에서의 비대칭 와류 특성과 이에 따른 측력발생에 대한 수치적 해석 연구

        The demand for continually increased performance of missiles and aircraft leads to considering flight at very high angle of attack where control is very difficult. This is mainly due to shedding of asymmetric vortices from the forebody, producing side forces even at zero sideslip. In this paper, Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) was used to analyze characteristic of asymmetric vortices and examine the effects of several cases for rising asymmetric vortices. There are asymmetric grid cluster, sideslip angle and roughness. As a result of the study, asymmetric vortices were sensitive at the areas of roughness and the analysis results coincided with the experiment results at the specified area.

      • 태아용 ECMO 시스템 개발

        태아를 자궁외에서 인공양수로 충만한 Chamber에 넣고 막형산화기와 체외순환용 회로를 제대동정맥에 연결함으로서 염소태아의 자궁외 생존 모델을 수립하였다. 염소태아의 자궁외 최장 생존시간은 48시간이었으며, 염소태아의 자궁외 생존을 위한 혈류역학적, 혈액화학적 기초자료를 분석하였다. 태아의 자궁외 생존에 필요한 ECMO 순환 혈류량은 223±15.2㎖/min이었으며 태아생존률 및 태아생존시간에 체온, 마취시간, 태아체중 및 수술 숙련도등이 관계가 있었다. 인공양수를 채운 인공자궁 Chamber와 펌프, 막형산화기, 회로등이 연결된 인공 자궁태반의 프로토 타입을 고안 개발함으로서 동물모델에 의한 추가적인 연구를 가능하게 하였고, 합병증의 연구 및 태아영양공급과 발육문제등을 보완연구함으로서 인간에게 인공자궁태반이 실현될 수 있는 기반연구를 수행하였다. The ECMO system using umbilical cord and membrane type oxygenator which was connected with extracorporeal circulation unit was studied for the development of fetus growth model for goat. Maximum survival time of goat fetus was 48hour and its basic data of blood blow dynamics and chemical compositions were analyzed. Average blood rate required for the extracorporeal circulation was 223±15.2 ㎖/min and survival rate and survival time of fetus was deeply related to body temperature, total anesthetized time, fetus weight and skill for the surgery. The newly developed ECMO model for fetus corrected the problem of previously used ECMO that high pressure pump directly delivered to that fetal heart by installing reservoir bag. By applying the result from this new ECMO model. Further reserach will help to apply the system to human.

      • 이상 열이송로프의 열저항에 관한 실험적 연구

        본 연구에서는 실험적 관찰을 통하여 2상 열이송루프의 성능을 평가하였다. 상변화를 수행하는 작동유채의 관점에서 실험장치는 열을 받아 작동유체가 증발하는 증발부, 열이송이 이루어지는 단열부, 그리고 대기중에 방열하는 응축부로 구성된다. 2상 열이송루프는 증발부와 응축부의 거리를 멀리할 수 있는특징을 가지고 있는데 본 실험적 연구에서는 증발부와 응축부 사이의 거리를 1.2m로 하였다. 2상 열이송루프의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 시스템의 열저항을 증발부 온도와 대기 온도의 차를 증발부에 가해준 열부하로 나누어준 값을 정의하였다. 시스템의 열저항은 열부하의 증가에 따가 급격히 감소하는 경향을 나타내며, 열부하가 적을때는 작동유체량의 증가에 따라 열저항이 증가하지만 열부하가 크게 증가하면 열저항은 작동유체량의 영향을 거의 받지 않는다. In the present study, characteristics of a two-thermal transport loop are evaluated by the experimental investigation. Expermental setup is primarily composed of three parts: an evaporator where a working fluid is evaporated by heating or heat absorption, a thermal transport section that connects the evaporator and the condenser and a condenser which works as a thermal dissipator. One of advantages of the two-phase thermal transport loop is that the evaporator and condenser can be located separately far away. The distance between the evaporator and the condenser is about 1.2m in the present study. In order to evaluate the performance of the two-phase thermal transport loop the system thermal resistance is defined as the quotient of temperature difference between the evaporator and the ambient temperatures by the heat supplied to the evaporator. The system thermal resistance decreases rapidly as the heat load increases. The system thermal resistance increasesas the quantity of working fluid increases for the low range of the heat load, but the thermal resistance is slightly dependent upon the quantity of working fluid as the heat load increases.

      • 골프 선수들의 체격·운동능력 및 신체구성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to observe the physique, motor ability and body composition of Golfers. The subjects were healthy 20 male Golfers and 20 male non athletes. Every subject performed continuous incremental work laod test by bicycle ergometers. They were warm up with 50 rpm at 25 watt for 2 minutes and gradually increased 50 watt every 3 minutes until exhausition(?). They were tested the motor ability and body composition. They results obtained by this study were as follows ; 1. Physique Golf playes body height showed to be 176.45±5.62cm, body weight was 77.14±13.86kg, chest girth was 96.32±8.37cm, BMI was 22.14±2.70kg/㎡. 2. motor ability Golf playes motor ability showed to be 69.41±9.17beats/min, in HRRest, 194.74±6.97beats/min in HRmax, 46.47±6.01ml/kg/min in VO_2max. The grip strength showed to be 48.70±5.64kg, back strength was 124.95±17.14kg, sargent jump test 58.24±6.98cm, jump step test 22.17±2.76ti, sit up 45.17±8.17ti, one leg balance with eyes close 45.89±18.87sec, trunk flexion 16.81±2.16cm. 3. body composition Golf playes % bodyfat showed to be 11.97±2.50%, body fatkg was 9.68±2.24kg, LBM, 67.45±3.94kg, TBW, 45.47±2.79ℓ.
