Now, power tillers and cultivators which are spread among fruit tree households have usage, low application, and high accident risk. Therefore, the development of multi-purpose work vehicles is needed as an alternative for these problems. Especially, easy usage and the ability to easily change gears when driving and the development of the P.T.O for various tasks such as pruning, water lifting, pest control, application and, mowing are needed. In this research, we will develop a transmission with design on P.T.Oaxle for agricultural work vehicles including multi-purpose vehicles. We aim to develop a 4-wheel drive transmission of synchronous contact type for practical use in fruit tree households which is required to be a large-sized agricultural vehicle. Therefore, we have per performed as follows that are composed of load capacity from 500kg to 1,000kg, safety securing for passengers, and drive securing under bad conditions of the topography slope and swampy land and the rest. For this purpose, we have developed a prototype vehicle through strength analysis of transmission design. we have selected optimal design conditions (Optimal RPM and torque according to some works) on the power transmission with multi-purpose vehicle for various jobs: spraying, manure spreading, mowing, brush wood chopping. If development of the P.T.O containing variable RPM and torque is successful, the following tasks can be possible. Air pruning, air maintenance, water lift, pest control, application, mowing, spraying, and brush wood chopping are possible with this developed P.T.O. Methods and contents for research are followed. Therefore, we have achieved performance-tests through the prototype of the multi-purpose work vehicle and have improved on troubles by the analysis of results of R&D. Also, we provided solutions to problems in mass production in the future.
This study empirically investigates the causal relationship between healthcare accreditation system and managerial performances in hospital organizations. This analysis used the healthcare accreditation system as an independent variable and the managerial performances as a dependent variable. The results of this study can be summarized as followings. First, healthcare accreditation system had positive significances on medical service orientation, innovation, organizational learning and managerial performances in hospital organizations. Second, innovation and organizational learning had positive significances on managerial performances, but not on medical service orientation. In brief, it was founded that it was a causal relationship between healthcare accreditation system and managerial performances in hospital organizations. Also, it was demonstrated that healthcare accreditation system had indirect effects on managerial performances in hospital organizations by playing mediating roles of innovation and organizational learning. Now a days, quality improvement of medical services has been required because of the need and recognition of consumers for high quality medical service. The healthcare accreditation system has a significance due to it can provide patients oriented medical service and expect the affirmative effects on managerial performances in hospital organizations by stabilized settlement in the future. 본 연구는 의료기관 인증제도가 병원 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 것이다. 이를 위해 의료기관 인증제도를 독립변수로 하고, 병원 경영성과를 종속변수로 하여 조직역량 변수들인 의료서비스지향성, 혁신성, 그리고 조직학습의 역할을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의료기관 인증제도는 조직역량 변수들인 의료서비스지향성, 혁신성, 조직학습 그리고 병원 경영성과에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 매개변수인 조직역량 변수들 중, 의료서비스지향성을 제외한 혁신성과 조직학습은 병원 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 의료서비스지향성은 병원 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 종합하면, 의료기관 인증제도는 의료서비스지향성, 혁신성, 조직학습 그리고 조직성과와 유의적인 인과관계가 있음이 증명되었고, 혁신성과 조직학습도 조직성과에 영향을 미치지만, 의료서비스지향성은 조직성과에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 의료기관 인증제도와 조직성과 간에 혁신성과 조직학습은 매개효과를 확인하였지만, 의료서비스지향성은 매개역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 의료서비스에 대한 수요자의 인식이 높아짐에 따라 높은 수준의 의료의 질을 확보하여 양질의 의료서비스를 제공하는 것은 어느 때보다 중요해지고 있다. 환자의 입장에서 의료기관들이 의료서비스의 제공 과정에 대한 규정을 만들어 일관되게 수행할 것을 요구하는 의료기관 인증제도는 수요자를 위한 의료서비스 제공의 계기를 마련했다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있으며, 향후 안정적인 정착을 통해 병원의 경영성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.
The vision system is easy to use the exclusive vision use as a independent computer system but it is not much popular-ization by reason of expensive and difficult to adapt to the various fields, because it is easy to the existed computer system, the price is cheap and also it can use to the various measurement purpose which user wanted and programed. The measurement method of the vehicle axle casing nut welding pail is that measure the value of the welding part to adapt the actual operation program from using the ratio between the actual length of the standard specimen and the length of image, to measure the ratio between the actual product and the camera image. A defect is found by the assembled visual inspection system. The inspection algorithm which estimates the quality of welded product is developed and also, the soft-ware program which processes the automatic test function of the inspection system. we make the foundation of the inspection automatic system and we will help to apply other welding machine.
The issue with the drainpipe now a day is that they are laid underground. Causing us to perform additional work to repair, such as digging up the ground and peeling off the insulator that surrounds the pipe. And such series works are difficult that concession appears from government and municipal office. However, if we can save time and money. Performance of piping robot that we are studied in existing session through fixing unit and improvement of cutting byte shorten and wished to heighten work efficiency. This is why we are trying to develop a unit that can cut up the projecting parts which connects with the interior part of the drainpipes.
Key part of main equipment in a gas turbine may be likely to be damaged due to operation under high temperature, high pressure, high-speed rotation, etc. Accordingly, the cost for maintenance increases and the damaged parts may cause generation to stop. The number of parts for maintenance also increases, but diagnostics technology for the maintenance actually does not catch up with the demand. Blades are made of precipitation hardening Ni superalloy IN738 and the like for keeping hot strength. The surface of a blade is thermal-sprayed, using powder with main compositions such as Ni, Cr, Al, etc. in order to inhibit hot oxidation. Conventional regular maintenance of the coating layer of a blade is made by FPI(Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) and MTP(Magnetic Particle Testing). Such methods, however, are complicated and take long time and also require much cost. In this study, defect diagnostics were tested for the coating layer of an industrial gas turbine blade, using an infraredthermography camera. Since the infrared thermography method can check a temperature distribution on a wide range of area by means of non-contact, it can advantageously save expenses and time as compared to conventional test methods. For the infrared thermography method, however, thermo-load must be applied onto a tested specimen and it is difficult to quantify the measured data. To solve the problems, this essay includes description about producing a specimen of a gas turbine blade (bucket), applying thermo-load onto the produced specimen, photographing thermography images by an infrared thermography camera, analyzing the thermography images, and pre-testing for analyzing defects on the coating layer of the gas turbine blade.
This empirical study investigates the causal relationship between successful CRM embodiment factors and managerial performance. This paper proposes that CRM impact, internal employee satisfaction and customer performance cause this relationship. The structural model was analyzed with AMOS 5.0. The results can be summarized as follows:First, support of CEO of successful CRM embodiment factors had affected CRM impact and non-financial performance directly, but partly affected internal employee satisfaction. Also it did not affect the net capital ratio, growth rate of sales and gross margin on sales per one employee in financial management performance and customer performance. Second, internal infra factors of successful CRM embodiment factors had positive significances on CRM impact, internal employee satisfaction and non-financial management performance, but not on causal relation with the net capital ratio, growth rate of sales and gross margin on sales per one employee in financial management performance. Third, there was a causal relationship between strategic factors of successful CRM embodiment factors and CRM impact. Strategic factors of successful CRM embodiment factors had partly affected customer performance, but it had not affected internal employee satisfaction and non-financial management performance, the net capital ratio, growth rate of sales and gross margin on sales per one employee in financial management performance. Fourth, CRM impact had affected internal employee satisfaction and customer performance. Fifth, internal employee satisfaction had relation with customer performance, non-financial management performance, financial performance such as the net capital ratio, growth rate of sales, but it did not affect gross margin on sales per one employee in financial performance. Sixth, there is a causal relationship between customer performance and non-financial performance, but a customer performance was not related to financial management performance such as the net capital ratio, growth rate of sales and gross margin on sales per one employee. 본 연구는 성공적 CRM구현요소와 CRM효과가 은행 경영성과와의 관계에서, 내부구성원만족, 고객성과의 매개역할을 실증적으로 검증한 것이다. 전국 지역농협의 내부구성원을 대상으로 설문지를 배포, 회수하여 실증 분석한 결과, 첫째, 성공적 CRM구현요소는 CRM효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 최고경영자지원, 내부인프라요인, 전략적요인의 변수가 CRM효과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 성공적 CRM구현요소는 내부구성원만족, 고객성과, 경영성과 변수와의 관계는 가설이 기각되어 직접적인 인과관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 성공적 CRM구현요소와 경영성과는 직접적 관계는 없지만, CRM효과, 내부구성원만족, 고객성과의 매개변수를 통해 간접적으로는 관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 매개효과는 검증할 수가 있었다. 둘째, CRM효과와 내부구성원만족과 고객성과와의 관계는 가설이 지지되어 직접적인 인과관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었고, 내부구성원만족도 고객성과와 경영성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고객성과는 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과 기대되는 효과는, 지역농협의 CRM시스템 구축의 효과 및 CRM을 실행하는 내부구성원들의 CRM시스템 이해 등을 통하여 CRM시스템의 중요성을 인식시켜 경영성과를 향상시키는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
