In this study, researchers developed the est algorithm for artificial defects in the semic packages and performed to it by pattern recogn technology. For this purpose, this algorithm was i that researcher made software with matlab. The so consists of some procedures including ultrasonic acquisition, equalization filtering, self-organizi backpropagation neural network, self-organizing ma backpropagation neural network are belong to metho neural networks. And the pattern recognition tech has applied to classify three kinds of detective pa semiconductor packages, that is, crack, delaminat normal. According to the results, it was found estimative algorithm was provided the recognition r 75.7% (for crack) and 83.4% (for delamination) 87.2%(for normal).

Performance test of servo control system that is used ultra-precision positioning system with single plane X-Y stage is performed by simulation with Matlab. Analyzed for previous control algorithm and adapted for modem control theory, dual servo algorithm is developed by minimum order observer, and stability and priority on controller are secured. Through the simulation and experiments on ultra precision positioning, stability and priority on ultra-precision positioning system with single plane X-Y stage and control algorithm are secured by using Matlab with Simulink and ControlDesk made in dSPACE
나노부품 초정밀가공기용 마이크로스테이지의 절삭력 예측모델 시뮬레이션

Recently, according to the development of mechatronics industry that was composed of NT, ST, IT, RT and etc, the necessity of nano-parts was increased. Because of the necessity, this research was started for improving work precision of the parts as fixing UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) on lathe. So, in this research, we executed the modeling of UPCU (Ultra Precision Cutting Unit) by the application of PZT, the relationship between the displacement of tool in UPCU and the cutting force of it has been in take a triangular position in the case of plane cutting. The modeling of system, that is containing the fine displacement, was performed. Also, we would like to find the optimal cutting condition through the simulation of relationship between the displacement and the cutting force.
적외선 열화상 카메라를 이용한 Plume 형상에 따른 Nd:YAG 레이저 용접 결함 평가

In Nd:YAG laser welding, evaluation methods of welding flaw are various. But, the method due to plume shape is difficult to classification of welding flaw. The Nd:YAG laser process it known to have high speed and deep penetration capability to become one of the most advanced welding technologies. At the present time, some methods are studied for measurement of plume shape by using high-speed camera and photo diode. This paper describes the machining characteristics of SM45C carbon steel welding by use of an Nd:YAG laser. In spite of its good mechanical characteristics, SM45C carbon steel has a high carbon contents and suffers a limitation in the industrial application due to the poor welding properties. In this study, plume shape was measured by infrared thermal camera that is non-contact /non-destructive thermal measurement equipment through change of laser generating power, speed, focus. Weld was performed on bead-on method. Measurement results are compared as two equipments. Here, two results are composed of measurement results of plume quantities due to plume shape by infrared thermal camera and inspection results of weld bead include weld flaws by ultrasonic inspector.
용접결함의 형상인식을 위한 신경회로망 알고리즘의 성능 비교

In this study, we compared backpropagation neural network (BPNN) with probabilistic neural network (PNN) as shape recognition algorithm of welding flaws. For this purpose, variables are applied the same to two algorithm. Here, feature variable is composed of time domain signal itself and frequency domain signal itself. Through this process, we comfirmed advantages/disadvantages of two algorithms and identified application methods of two algorithms.

In process for production of Rubber Scheme Product that have the most inferior Working Environment is Medicine mixture and Scheme processing. Applying automation and Environment Treatment technology to the hazardous chemical and mixture processing. Through developed 'Mixture Automatic Machine for hazardous chemical Interruption type that is occurred at mixing rubber medicines', we try to decline worker's intensity of labour. Also, overcomes solution of work evasion phenomenon and manpower supply and demand's difficulty by forming agreeable working environment and through the automatic scheme and mixture processing by preventing that hazardous chemical had known as disease causes of various importance disease is exposed to worker during the work, and we plan to do so that production of high added value product may be available.
가스터빈 블레이드 온도 특성 및 코팅층 건전성 평가를 위한 적외선 열화상 카메라 기법 활용

Key part of main equipment in a gas turbine may be likely to be damaged due to operation under high temperature, high pressure, high-speed rotation, etc. Accordingly, the cost for maintenance increases and the damaged parts may cause generation to stop. The number of parts for maintenance also increases, but diagnostics technology for the maintenance actually does not catch up with the demand. Blades are made of precipitation hardening Ni superalloy IN738 and the like for keeping hot strength. The surface of a blade is thermal-sprayed, using powder with main compositions such as Ni, Cr, Al, etc. in order to inhibit hot oxidation. Conventional regular maintenance of the coating layer of a blade is made by FPI(Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) and MTP(Magnetic Particle Testing). Such methods, however, are complicated and take long time and also require much cost. In this study, defect diagnostics were tested for the coating layer of an industrial gas turbine blade, using an infraredthermography camera. Since the infrared thermography method can check a temperature distribution on a wide range of area by means of non-contact, it can advantageously save expenses and time as compared to conventional test methods. For the infrared thermography method, however, thermo-load must be applied onto a tested specimen and it is difficult to quantify the measured data. To solve the problems, this essay includes description about producing a specimen of a gas turbine blade (bucket), applying thermo-load onto the produced specimen, photographing thermography images by an infrared thermography camera, analyzing the thermography images, and pre-testing for analyzing defects on the coating layer of the gas turbine blade.
