Cutaneous metastases from internal carcinomas are relatively rare, especially from gallbladder carcinoma. We report a case of cutaneous metastasis suspected to originate from primary gallbladder carcinoma in 65-year-old male patient. The patient presented with multiple pea sized, hard nodules on the face and upper chest. Thickening of the gallbladder wall, enlarged gallbladder size and increased density of gallbladder cavity are noted on sonography and computed tomography, which are highly suggestive of gallbladder carcinoma. Biopsy specimens from the nodules of upper chest showed cords of lobular patterns of malignant cells, consistent with matastatic carcinoma. He died after ten weeks from the appearance of cutaneous lesions.

In this paper, we propose a noble method of detecting abnormal events for intelligent CCTV service. The method detects the object asynchronously by using object classification and bounding-box estimation, which are based on a light-weight CNN model. To analyze the abnormal events, we categorized four human-related events (loitering, intrusion, abandoned object, and violence) that are classified by time series data analysis. Experimental results showed that the average accuracy of the event detection is 95.8%. We expect that the proposed method can be applied to a real-time commercial intelligent CCTV service.

Syringoma limited to the vulva is a rare disorder in literature. Most vulvar syringomas are asymptomatic and are therefore overlooked. The lesion should be considered in the differential diagnosis of multicentric papular lesions of the vulva. We herein report a case of vulvar syringoma in a 57-year-old woman who had multiple, asymptomatic, yellow-brownish papules on both sides of the vulva.

Cutaneous metastasis from internal malignacy is recognized but infrequently occuring manifestation. The prostatic carcinoma rarely acts as a primary source for cutaneous metastasis. We report a case of cutaneous metstasis from prostatic carcinoma. A 82-year-old male presents multiple painless erythematous nodules on suprapubic area, having an episode of surgical removal of prostate carcinoma two years ago. Histologic finding shows atypical anaplastic cell infiltration at the dermis and subcutaneous tissue, forming dermal tumor island, and have features similar to primary prostatic carcinoma. Immunohistochemical staining for prostate specific antigen shows positive reaction within cells, can assist in localization of the metatatic adenocarcinoma to a prostate origin.
