        내시경적 조직검사로 진단된 위 분선충증 1 예

        Strongyloidiasis is a parasitic disease caused by Strongyloides stercoralis which exists in two forms : the free living and parasitic forms. It exists in warm, moist climate in areas where there is frequent fecal contamination of the soil. After cutaneous invasion by the filariform larvae, petechial hemorrage, pruritus, papular rashes, edema, and urticaria occur. Infection commonly occurs in the proximal intestine of the gastrointestinal (G-I) tract but may extend from the stomach to the anus. Once the worm is established in the small intestine, the physical findings may include epigastric tenderness to palpation. The mucosal biopsy is an inefficient way of making the diagnosis because the worm is found in the biopsy specimen in only 2% of patients. Gastric strongyloidiasis is rare. We experienced a case of gastric strongyloidiasis diagnosed by the endoscopic biopsy and serologic test for parasite specific IgG antibody by micro-ELISA.

      • 무선 ATM에서 QoS를 유지하기 위한 TDMA 기반의 슬롯분배 방법 MAC 알고리즘

        Next generation wireless network will be developed as mobile communication which will support ATM-based multimedia traffic. It is desirable to exploit an effective MAC(Medium Access Control) Protocol in order to support multimedia traffic with variety of QoS characteristics on wireless networks. In this dissertation, current multimedia applications are classified by rt-CBR(real-time Constant Bit Rate), voice, rt-VBR(real-time Variable Bit Rate), and nrt(non-real time) services according to real-time or non real time and constant or variant characteristics in the proposed TDMA based MAC Protocol. The proposed TDMA based MAC protocol guarantees the balanced QoS among real time multimedia services with diverse and different traffic characteristics and manages program effectively since the services with same traffic characteristics have their own slot allocation algorithms.

      • 강섬유로 보강한 재생골재 콘코리트의 강도특성

        This study was performed to investigate the strength characterstics of steel fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete. Test specimens were prepared with compressive, split tensile, flexural specimens and tested by ultimate strength. A superplasticizer and fly-ash were added to the mix to improve performance of recycled concrete. Test-variables are substitution of recycled aggregate(0, 30, 50%), steel fiber length(0, 30, 50, 60mm), steel fiber content(0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5%). Test-specimen were classified by test-variables. The experimental results on the various engineering properties of steel fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete using waste concrete are summarized as follows. It was found that the compressive and split tensile strength were proportionally affected by quantities of recycled aggregate substitutions, but flexural strength wasn't. The maximum compressive strength was 392 kgf/㎠( series 4 : R30 L30 V1.0 A20 ), the maximun split tensile strength was 40 kgf/㎠( series 7 : R30 L30 V1.5 A20) and the maximum flexural strength was 62 kgf/㎠( series 7 : R30 L30 V1.5 A20 ).

      • 투기운동이 골밀도에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of fighting exercise on bone mineral density of lumbar spine, proximal femur, and forearn. Sixteen exercise females, TKD group 8 and JD group 8, and nine female of neneexercise group were D group and JD group recruited from university taekwondo and judo teams were career players, Bone mineral density were measured at three local bone sites; radius and ular of right forearm, lumbar spine 2-4 was significantly higher (16.7%, P<.0231) in the JD than NG. Both neck (P<.013) and trochanter (P<.0044) sites were significantly different between three groups. JD were 20.1% and 32.6% higher than ND, respectively. On the total ulna distal, total 33% site and radius 33%, JD were significantly 18.7%, 27.4% and 15.2% higher, and also TKD were significantly 3.8%, 17.5% and 14.4% higher than those of NG, respectively. In conclusion, Judo players in this study were sown higher bone mineral density in the all sites measured than normal group (P<.05) or taedwondo player (relatively). It may probably be contriuted that judo players had greater impacts in whole body through a falling skill training and pushing or pulling techniques of judo. Moreover, bone mineral densities to the appendicular bones, radius and ulna, were significantly higher in the two exercise groups than normal group means complete effect on the long term training of fight exercise.

      • 실내 조명의 패턴변화에 따른 밝기감 평가 실험

        Lighting pattern is very important factor to improve efficiency in indoor lighting. The purpose of this study is to grasp that lighting patterns influence brightness. Experiment was carried out by scaled-models changed as lighting patterns and evaluations of brightness were done by Magnitude Evaluation Method and Semantic Difference Method. These were analyzed as Standard Score(Z score) by statistics. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1)The shorter accomodate-time is, the more brightness increase. 2)The more luminance increase, the more brightness increase. 3)Lighting pattern of unbalance is low brightness.

        Pulse Oximeter를 이용한 치수생활력측정

        치수 생활력 검사시 전통적인 방법으로 전기치수검사나 온도변화검사 등이 있다. EPT와 ice test 즉, 전기치수검사와 온도변화검사는 치아의 신경학적 반응에 의해 치아의 실활여부를 판단하는 방법으로 환자가 아동일 때는 정확한 반응을 얻기가 어렵고, 환자의 주관적 반응을 판단해야 하므로 객관적이지 못하고, 소아환자에게 좋지 못한 자극을 주어 행동 조절의 문제를 일으키며, 거짓 양성반응과 거짓 음성반응이 나올 수 있다는 등의 한계가 있다. 최근에는 전통적인 방법의 한계를 극복하려는 시도에서 혈관의 보전성을 평가하는 방법인 laser doppler flowmetry와 pulse oximeter를 이용하는 방법이 소개되고 있다. Pulse oximeter의 원리는 두 가지 종류의 파장의 빛을 귀, 손가락 등 생체의 말단에 투과시켜 발산된 빛과 감지된 빛간의 두 파장의 흡수비로 산소포화 정도를 알아내는 것으로서 이에 착안하여 또 하나의 생체 말단인 치아에 이를 적용하여 치아의 실활 여부를 판단하는 것이다. 이 보고에서는 치수 생활력 검사시 pulse oximeter의 사용 가능성에 대해 검증하고 이의 임상적용에 대해 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 함을 목적으로 했는데 생활치에서는 평균 96.3%의 산소 포화도를 실활치에서는 평균 0.0%의 산소 포화도를 얻어냄으로서 pulse oximeter가 치아의 실활여부 판단에 있어 유용한 진단도구로서의 가치가 있다는 것이 밝혀졌다. Traditionally, EPT and thermal tests were used as diagnostic methods for pulp vitality test. The thermal and electrical stimulation tests are the methods to determine the vitality of a tooth based on its neuronal response. These have certain limitations, one of them is the difficulty of approaching the correct result in case of treatment of children. The reason is management problem caused by the unpleasant stimulation. Also, the response from patients are not objective, and false positive or false negative could be happened. Recently, laser doppler flowmetry and pulse oximeter which evaluate vascular integrity are introduced-in an effort of overcoming to limitation of traditional methods. The principle of pulse oximeter is to find out level of oxygen saturation by ratio of the two pulses between emitted light and detected light penetrating them to the termination of body, such as ears or fingers. From this point of view, it can be applied to a tooth to determine its vitality. The objective of this study lies mainly on varifying pulse oximeter as a method of determining tooth vitality and providing basic data of its clinical implementation. The result of the research showed that level of oxygen saturation in vital teeth was average of 96.3% and 0.0% in pulpless teeth. As a comprehensive result, pulse oximeter could be an useful diagnostic equipment in determining of tooth vitality.

      • 다수 객체 유지 기법을 이용한 항만 하역 장비 시뮬레이터 구현

        Nowadays there are going to be performed various researches about the operation and management of container terminals. By these researches, problems that arise in operation of container terminals are examined and solved. However the analysis of a port loading equipments actually wastes many time and much money. In these cases, the simulator is the most efficient means among related researches. Therefore this paper studied on a simulator for intelligent port handing equipments. The simulator divided loading courses into five steps and each step made in a module. The virtual port has many 3D objects and objects move each other independently. In this environment, the more 3D objects have, the more the simulator slows by dropping FPS. This problem is solved by the maintenance technique of many objects. Because It took many objects of a container box and guaranteed better FPS.

        전산화 단층촬영술을 이용한 악하선 타석증의 진단

        Sialolithiasis is the formation of calcareous concretions within ductal system of a major or minor salivary gland. They are formed by deposition of calcium salts around a central nidus which may consist of desquamated epithelial cells, bacteria, foreign bodies, or products of bacterial decomposition. An ll-year-old boy complained of pain during meals and intermittent mild swelling in the right submandibular region. Although it was not detected in true occlusal radiograph. panoramic radiograph showed a round radiopaque mass 3mm in diameter. Computed tomography (CT) was taken for locating the stone and 3-dimensional reconstruction was per-formed . Under general anesthesia, sialoadenectomy was done through extraoral approach. diagnosis of submandibular sialolithiasis using high-resolution CT with reconstructions was helpful for surgical decisions, namely radical removal of the submandibular gland and its duct.
