        토양중 신생 및 숙성 Bentazon 잔유물의 벼에 의한 흡수

        The amounts of ^(14)CO₂ evolved during the ^(14)C-bentazon aging in soil for 3 and 6 months were 6.1 and 14.8% of the original radioactivity, respectively. The presence of earthworms in soil tended to increase the uptake of ^(14)C-bentazon by the roots of rice plants, even if it was not statistically significant. The evolution of ^(14)CO₂ from ^(14)C-bentazon in soil increased in the presence of rice plants and earthworms compared with in the absence of them. The uptake of ^(14)C-bentazon residues by rice plants decreased remarkably with increasing the aging period within the limit of 3 months both in the absence and presence of earthworms, but there is not much difference between 3-month-aging and 6-month-aging. Much larger amounts of ^(14)C-labelled compounds were translocated to the shoots, compared with the data from a previous investigation using maize plants. The amount of non-extractable bound residue increased remarkably with the aging period up to 3 months. The polarity of the compounds extracted from soil increased with the aging and the growing of rice plants, indicating the formation of some polar metabolites.

        자아존중감에 있어서 체육교육에 대한 태도와 지각된 체력의 역할

        The purpose of this study was to identify attitude toward physical education, perceived physical strength, and self-esteem, and investigate the predictors of self-esteem. Participants were primary school, middle school, high school, and college students (200 males and 200 females) whose ages ranged 12 to 24 (M=16.90, SD=3.83). A t-test, ANOVA, and forward step-wise regression analysis were performed. Result revealed that male students had more positive attitude toward physical education and high self-esteem, and perceived more physical strength than female students. Primary school and college students had more positive attitude toward physical education than middle school and high school students, while college students felt high self-esteem than primary school, middle school, and high school students. A forward step-wise regression revealed that all three variables were significant independent predictors of self-esteem, yet attitude toward physical education accounted for more variance than perceived physical strength. These findings reiterate the role of attitude toward physical education in self-esteem and suggest a role for perceived physical strength.

        12주간 복합운동이 여성 중, 고령자의 신체조성, 혈중변인, 생리적인 변인 및 근력에 미친 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the comprehensive alterations on body composition, blood profile, physiological variables, and muscle strength, that result from combination of aerobic exercise and muscular endurance training during 12 weeks. Methods in this study; 37 healthy women were involved in subjects. All of them were screened by questionnaire, direct interview, blood profile test, and graded exercise test. They did exercise 3 times sessions per week, programmed with walking and jogging on treadmill and 8 muscular exercises to the local sites of body by free weight instruments. All exercise session have been performed by supervised exercise. Results; Body weight reduced significantly about 1.8kg(p<.05 after 12 weeks. Middle-aged group was higher reduction of body weight than the other groups. However, there were no significant changes on body fat and lean body mass after exercise. blood glucose in fasting reduced significantly after 12 wks(8㎎/dl, p<.01). Significant reductions in total cholesterol(18㎎/dl, p<.01)and triglyceride(39㎎/dl, p<.01)were observed post exercise. In case of muscular strength, eccentric contraction increased sigmficantly 8-9 peak force(p<.05) after 12 wks. but concentric contraction was not after exercise. Physiologic variables such as HR, systolic and diastolic BP, and RPP decreased significantly after exercise, 8 beats/min, 16 ㎜Hg, 9 ㎜Hg, and 4,477 beats/min-㎜Hg, respectively. and exercise duration time on treadmill was longer 15%(p<.05) than that of pe-exercise. In conclusion, combine exercise program in this study is effective exercise modality to improve blood profile, physiologic variable, and muscle strength among middle-aged and elder women.

      • 박물관 유니버설 디자인 적용 방향에 관한 연구 : 접근성을 중심으로 Concentraiting on the Accessibility of Universal Design

        All human being can be referred to as 'potentially disabled'. Hence, it is the basic right for everyone, both disabled and non disabled to obtain equal accessibility. The concept suggested to solve this problem is called 'a concept of universal design'. This study is to suggest a direction of museum construction plan to improve the accessibility to museums applying universal design factors. Study will be proceeded with the investigation of factors common museum construction plans and a selection of plan factors which can apply universal design followed by a suggestion of a direction of applying universal design for each factor. This would make a basic material plan of museum which everyone can use conveniently applying accessibility of universal design.

        중학생의 섭식억제, 체력지각 및 운동에 대한 동기 : 성별 및 BMI 수준별 비교 Comparisons in Gender and BMI

        This study aims to investigate the gender differences in restrained eating, perceived physical strength, and motivation in physical activity, differences in those variables by BMI, and relationship between restrained eating and motivation in physical activity among middle school students. Participants were 483 students (male: 195, female: 288) who were studying at three middle schools located in Seoul, Korea. Age mean of parkipants was 15.1(SD=.63). The questionnaires and psychological tests used in this research included the following: The Intrinsic Motivation Inventory, Scale for Restrained Eating, and Perceived Physical Strength Scale. A t-test, Pearson-Product Moment, 2 (gender: male/female) X 2 (BMI: low BMI/high BMI) 2-way MANOVAs were performed . Result revealed that female students' or students who got hgher BMI were more likely to restrain their eating behavior than male students or students who got lower BMI. Males were more likely to do physical activity with interest and enjoyment, competence, and choices than females, while females were more likely to do physical activity with pressure and tension. There were significant negative relationships between male students restraint eating and interest/enjoyment, perceived competence, and perceived choice among motivation in physical activity. There were significant positive relationship between male students restraint eating and pressure/tension among motivation in physical activity. For female students, there was a negative relationship between restraint eating and perceived choice among mtivation in physical activity.

      • 유압 하이브리드 구동 시스템의 축압기 용량 설계

        An accumulator in hydraulic systems stores kinetic energy during braking action, and then that controls hasty surge pressure. An energy recovery system using accumulator seems to be advantageous for ERBS due to its high energy density. This study suggests a method to decide suitable accumulator volume for ERBS. The method is based upon energy conservation between kinetic energy of moving inertia and elastic energy of accumulator. The energy conversion was analyzed and a simple formula was derived. A series of computer simulation was done to verify effectiveness of the formula. The results of the simulation work were compared with those of experiments and these results show that the proposed design is effective for decision accumulator volume in ERBS.

        첨단 영상시대의 대학사진 교육을 위한 커리큘럼 모델 개발에 관한 연구 : 국내 사진영상 관련학과를 중심으로

        The proposition of media language is much more essential than any other field, along with the various changes in multimedia, Photography and imaging related fields. Furthermore, it has been dramatically specialized within cooperative, technical environment. In the 21st century, the cultural technology has recently held a key post in the industrial education. Professional photography programs with technical, industrial and scientific imaging applications and technology are current waves to compete in a whole wide world. For this prospect, the curricula of photography have been designed to prepare students primarily for work in corporative educational settings. Although a series of attempts had been adopted in Korean universities, the reality in photography education has still fallen into non-efficient coursework that mostly have vague a planning and coordinating system due to the following reasons. First and foremost, most of the existing curricula tend to focus on simply the basic skills leaving out creative, constructive thinking process. Second, I now presume that the curricula and its actual studies seem to offer nothing more than the practical technical skills including only a few picture making aspects of photography, mistakenly excluding theoretical background knowledge and cultural perspectives. Third, the outline of the current program requirements has not been systematic courses, and it was naively selected without looking over the adaptation in actual classroom. More over the programs have been offered too specific to comprehend the whole educational purposes. And also they have been operated within the inconsistent departmental offerings that are not definitely integrated in education authorities. Reflecting on the proposed matters, I have examined the outline of the advanced program requirements that have been proven as efficient programs as they were covered in the integrated education. I assume that a unique feature of the Photographic Arts and Sciences program should complete at least required cooperative education work blocks in a more systematic approach. From this prospect, my research directory offers access to a comprehensive analysis of curricula to enlightening details about the advanced photography programs including their current course descriptions and further information. Through doing research, I have attempted to propose well-rounded photography curricula that efficiently adapt a variety of photography and imaging related fields within systematic divisions: for instance, from planning and coordinating, technical skills complemented by basic and advanced courses, to marketing activities. The aspects of this research-a unique feature of the Imaging and Photographic Program endeavors-have been designed to assist students and schools primarily for work in a technical, corporate. industrial and fast-paced environment.

      • 유압 전자 파일럿밸브를 이용한 섬유송출기 속도제어에 관한 연구

        Machine of textiles let off is equipment supplying constantly fabrics. Nowdays, as it is replaced band brake type with hydraulic motor driven type, we looked into characteristic of hydraulic solenoid pilot direction valve(SPDV) for controlling acceleration performance of hydraulic motor. This study deals with controlling the initial speed of textiles let off machine. Finally, to control the initial speed of hydraulic motor, we controlled the adjustment screw of SPDV by a hand. Test which was carried out in the laboratory shows that initial speed of textiles let off could be improved by controlling adjustment screw of SPDV. Also, the results of experiment work were compared with dynamic characteristic of other on/off solenoid direction valve(SDV).

        CaCO3를 flux로 사용시 ash와 ash의 용융 특성에 미치는 영향

        분류층 석탄가스 반응온도에서 slag의 배출 조건을 원활하게 유지하기 위하여 CaCO3를 flux로 사용한 용융특성을 파악하였다. 첨가에 의한 용융온도는 flux 주입량에 따라 감소하다가 증가하였다. 최저 용융온도의 범위는 ash중 CaO 농도기준 30-40%의 범위에서 나타났으며, Base/Acid ratio에 따라 최소 용융온도는 ash중 무기물간의 eutetic effect가 작용함을 알 수 있었다. 고온에서의 slag 조성은 ash의 조성과 비교시 알카리 산화물의 휘발화와 SO2의 감소를 보여주고 있으며, salg중 환원성 가스가 증가함에 따라 금속 산화물의 환원에 의해 SiO2 조성은 증가하였다. CaCO3를 혼합한 시료를 질소분위기하에서 조제하여 점도를 측정한 결과, low silica ash의 경우 낮은 점도치를 보여주나, 250 poise 이하의 범위에서 고화되는 현상이 발생하였다. high silica ash에서는 CaCO3 투입에 의해 slag 점도는 감소하였는데, slag 분석 결과 CaO가 산소 제공물질(oxide doner)로 작용하여 silicate의 응집현상을 억제하는 것으로 나타났다.
