本稿は、韓日の国会討論を修辞学的に分析し、両国における説得の戦略の違いを考察したものである。韓国では不安がパトスの主な感情であり、立論形式では因果関係が主に現れる。また、討論の相手を尊重することによって自分をよく見せようとする方向からエートスが用いられている。一方、日本では怒りが最も特徴的な感情であり、定義が主な立論形式となる。また、エートスでは、相手を非難することによって自分をよく見せようとする方向が選ばれている。このような両国における説得の戦略の違いは、討論の主体が、自分をどのように認識しているかということと、討論を行う際、誰を聞き手として想定しているかによって異なっている。韓国では討論の主体は常に「私」という個人であり、聞き手はその場の国会議員を想定している。そのため、相手議員への非難を控え、面子を考慮する形で討論が行われる。しかし、討論の主体が個人ではなく「私ども」、「私たち」あるいは自分の所属している政党名であり、また、聞き手もその場に集まっている国会議員より国民の方を想定した日本の場合は、相手議員を直接非難するなど、怒りを露にする討論が行われている。

This study was performed to investigate the strength characterstics of steel fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete. Test specimens were prepared with compressive, split tensile, flexural specimens and tested by ultimate strength. A superplasticizer and fly-ash were added to the mix to improve performance of recycled concrete. Test-variables are substitution of recycled aggregate(0, 30, 50%), steel fiber length(0, 30, 50, 60mm), steel fiber content(0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5%). Test-specimen were classified by test-variables. The experimental results on the various engineering properties of steel fiber reinforced recycled aggregate concrete using waste concrete are summarized as follows. It was found that the compressive and split tensile strength were proportionally affected by quantities of recycled aggregate substitutions, but flexural strength wasn't. The maximum compressive strength was 392 kgf/㎠( series 4 : R30 L30 V1.0 A20 ), the maximun split tensile strength was 40 kgf/㎠( series 7 : R30 L30 V1.5 A20) and the maximum flexural strength was 62 kgf/㎠( series 7 : R30 L30 V1.5 A20 ).

This study presents test results of RC beams strengthened by steel plates, carbon fiber sheets(CFS) and aramid fiber sheets(AFS) for increasing flexural and shear resistance. The test was performed with different parameters including the type of strengthening materials, flexural-strengthening methods and shear-strengthening methods. In case of flexural test, RC beams are initially loaded to 70% of the ultimate flexural capacity and in case of shear test loaded to 60 or 80 percent of the ultimate shear capacity and subsequently reinforced with steel plates, CFS and AFS. Experimental data on strength, steel strain, deflection, and mode of failure of the reinforced beams were obtained, and comparisons between the different shear reinforced schemes and the non-strengthened control beams were made. The test results showed that damaged RC beams strengthened by steel plates, CFS and AFS have more improved the flexural and shear capacity. For the beams with external reinforcement by steel plates, aramid fiber sheets and carbon fiber sheets increases in ultimate strength of 4 to 21, 17 to 43 and 26 to 36 percent were respectively achieved. Initial load had small effect on strength after reinforcement, but an important influence on deflection. One sheet reinforced was stronger than two sheets reinforced but less deflected than two sheets reinforced.
