만남집단과 환자집단의 집단정신치료 비교

        방양원,이규황,이후경,함웅,윤성철 大韓神經精神醫學會 1995 신경정신의학 Vol.34 No.4

Objects : This study was conducted to understand the essential group phenomena of Encounter group and Patient group through the global comparison of short-term group psychotherapy between two groups. Methods : The Encounter group consisted of 17 normal persons and Patient group consisted of 19 patients with schizophrenia. all the members of the two groups were unmarried females. The mean rank of therapeutic factors of two groups was compared by short-form of Yalom's Q-sort. The differences between each therapeutic factor of two groups was compared by Mann-Whitney test. Also the global differences between two groups were compared by analyzing both the individuals within the groups and the groups as a whole. Results : The results of the comparison of the therapeutic factors of the two groups are as follows : 1) Existential factor was set a high value by all the two groups. 2) Encounter group set a high value an interpersonal learning(Input), but Patient group set a high value on instillation of hope and group cohesiveness. 3) Identification was set a high value by Encounter group, but was set a low value by Patient group. The results of the global analysis of two groups are as follows : 1) It was more difficult for Encounter group to maintain the motivation of attendance and to recognize their own problems than Patient group. 2) All the leaders and the members of Encounter group showed more positive attitude than those of Patient group. On the contrary all the leaders and the members of Patient group showed more negative attitude than those of encounter group. 3) Patient group expressed more intense feelings and expressed the feelings more frankly and more simply than Encounter group. 4) Encounter group dealt with the matters pertaining to "self realization", that is, fundamental question of human beings more than Patient group. Patient group dealt with the matters pertaining to social adaptation, that is , "ego strengthening" more than Encounter group. 5) In Encounter group, the feeling of in feriority was the major cause of the dropout. But in patient group, the discharge from hospital was the major cause of th dropout. Conclusion : We have found out the various differences between encounter group and patient group by the comparison of therapeutic factors and analytic understanding of the two groups. These results are the basic data for understanding of Encounter group and Patient group. And these results can be applied to the development of the skills of group psychotherapy for the treatment of the patients.

리눅스를 기반으로 한 홈오토메이션 서버의 구현

        성한용,김규칠,방철원,김용석 江原大學校 産業技術硏究所 2002 産業技術硏究 Vol.22 No.B

It becomes common to use computers to control electronic devices and security facilities in newly constructed buildings and house. There are many home application devices in the market which can be controlled by computers. But they are expensive and managed by specialized companies. This paper is focused on personal computers which are available in most homes and can be used to control home electronic appliances and home security facilities. We implemented a home automation server based on Linux. The standard parallel port of personal computer is used to connect sensors and actuators. Therefore, the cost of the server is very low. Moreover, the server is connected to Internet and anywhere we can control and monitor the home security facilities and home automation systems.

      • Regional Difference in Susceptibility of Two-Spotted Spider Mite, Tetranychus urticae, to the Spirodiclofen WP

        Dong-Kyu Seo,Jong-Ryul Bang,Byung-Chul Chun,Gil-Hah Kim 한국응용곤충학회 2008 한국응용곤충학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.2008 No.05

This study was conducted to investigate the regional difference in the degree of resistance development of the spirodiclofen 36% WP, an acaricide of tetronic acid class, against two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae occurred in apple orchard. Two-spotted spider mite was collected from every three regions in the Chungbuk and Gyeongbuk. To compare with the degree of resistance development, this pest was focused on the ovicidal activity (when treated acaricide). The managed orchard in Sancheok-myeon, Myeongseo-ri, Chungju was controlled by several different acaricides from 2001 to 2007, and spirodiclofen WP was used for the last six years. In case of managed orchard, LC50 of spirodiclofen WP was 14.0 ppm, it showed 1.6 fold (resistance ratio) that was estimated as considerably low level resistance ratio comparing to the those of susceptible strain showed in 8.7 ppm. LC50 of spirodiclofen WP against etoxazole-resistant two-spotted spider mite, gained from Chungbuk National University, was investigated in 7.5 ppm. This observation indicates that spirodiclofen WP did not occurred in cross resistance with etoxazole SC. At other regions in Chungju, the resistance ratio against spirodiclofen WP showed as 1.0 and 1.4 fold, respectively. In Gyeongbuk, one region of Yecheon and two regions of Yeongju, it showed as 0.7, 0.8 and 0.9 fold, respectively.

Background: Onychomycosis, especially toenail onychomycosis has become one of the common fungal infection and has historically been regarded as a cosmetic rather than medical problem by many patients, even by physicians. Recently, however, there are several reports that is a refractory disease which may cause a deleterious effect on patiets quality of life (QOL). Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of toenail onychomycosis on QOL in Korea and to assess the chandes of QOL after treatment. Methods: Total 1004 patients with toenail onychomycosis which was confirmed by clinical findings and KOH preparation were were enrolled at 47 dermatologic centers in Korea, and interviewed with standardized QOL questionnaire before and after sytemic antifungal treatment. Responses to the questionnaire were scored by 5-point scale (1∼4) and averaged, and were analyzed for 5 dimensions of emotional impact, social impact, symptorn and functional impact, patients views concerning treatment, and relationship with doctor. Results: 1. Before and after treatment, the most serious impact was emotional dimension showing 1.90 and 1.30 in average score (AS), and social (AS: 1.14 and 0.83) and symptom and functional impact (AS: 1.05 and 0.92) was also affected. 2. In female rather than male, statistically more significant impact on patients QOL was observed in all dimensions. 3. After treatment, 3 of 5 dimensions were improved significantly - emotional dimension (AS : from 1.90 to 1.30), social dimension (AS: from 1.14 to 0.83), patients view concerning treatment (AS: from 1.34 to 1.02). 4. The drgree of patients satisfaction at the therapeutic effect was very high- 62.4% (immediately after treatment) and 65.8% (9 months affer initiation of treatment) of patients answered excellent or good. Conclusion: This study confirms that toenail onychomycosis has significant impact on the overall QOL of patients. Also the effect of antifungal therapy on patients QOL were watisfactory. Therefore, both doctor and patient should pay more attention to the treatment of onychomycosis. [Kor J Med Mycol 3(1): 115∼124]

Antithrombotic Effects by Oral Administration of Novel Proteinase Fraction from Earthworm Eisenia andrei on Venous Thrombosis Model in Rats

Chul Kyu Lee,Jang Sik Shin,Byung Su Kim,Il Hwan Cho,Young Shik Kim,Eun Bang Lee 대한약학회 2007 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.30 No.4

A novel proteinase fraction, SPP-501, was purified from the earthworm, Eisenia andrei, and its antithrombotic effects compared with those of urokinase and t-PA (tissue type-plasminogen activator) in a thrombosis model, induced by the insertion of a stainless wire coil into the inferior vena cava. SPP-501, urokinase and t-PA were administrated once a day for 14 days. On the oral administration of SPP-501, as well as urokinase and t-PA, the thrombus weight was dramatically decreased. The euglobulin lysis time (ELT) was also shortened by SPP-501, but urokinase and t-PA failed to dissolve the euglobulin clot. Conversely, urokinase and t-PA produced detectable fibrinogen/fibrin degradation products (FDP), but SPP-501 did not. Thrombin induced platelet aggregation was desensitized in the SPP-501 treatment groups. With a high dose of SPP-501 (45 mg/kg), the APTT (activated partial thromboplastin time) was prolonged. These results suggest that SPP-501 shows both antithrombotic and fibrinolytic activities when orally administered.

      • Low-Frequency Noise Characteristics in SONOS Flash Memory With Vertically Stacked Nanowire FETs

        Bang, Tewook,Lee, Byung-Hyun,Kim, Choong-Ki,Ahn, Dae-Chul,Jeon, Seung-Bae,Kang, Min-Ho,Oh, Jae-Sub,Choi, Yang-Kyu IEEE 2017 IEEE electron device letters Vol.38 No.1

Low-frequency (LF) noise in a vertically stacked nanowire (VS-NW) memory device, which is based on the silicon-oxide-nitride-oxide-silicon(SONOS) configuration is characterized in two different operational modes, an inversion-mode and a junctionless-mode (JM). The LF noise showed 1/f-shape behavior regardless of the operational mode and followed the carrier number fluctuation model. With regard to the device-to-device variation and quality degradation of the LF noise after iterative program/erase operations, the five-story JM SONOS memory showed comparatively high immunity arising from its inherent bulk conduction and no-junction feature. Despite the harsh fabrication condition used to construct five-story VS-NW, even the five-story JM SONOS memory exhibited LF noise characteristics comparable to those of one-story JM SONOS memory. Thus, the five-story JM SONOS memory is attractive due to its high-performance capabilities and good scalability.

Evaluation of changes in random blood glucose and body mass index during and after completion of chemotherapy in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia

        Bang, Kyong-Won,Seo, Soo-Young,Lee, Jae-Wook,Jang, Pil-Sang,Jung, Min-Ho,Chung, Nack-Gyun,Cho, Bin,Jeong, Dae-Chul,Suh, Byung-Kyu,Kim, Hack-Ki The Korean Pediatric Society 2012 Clinical and Experimental Pediatrics (CEP) Vol.55 No.4

Purpose: Improved survival of patients with childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has drawn attention to the potential for late consequences of previous treatments among survivors, including metabolic syndrome. In this study, we evaluated changes in 3 parameters, namely, random blood glucose, body mass index (BMI), and Z score for BMI (Z-BMI), in children with ALL during chemotherapy and after completion of treatment. Methods: Patients newly diagnosed with ALL from January, 2005 to December, 2008 at Saint Mary's Hospital, The Catholic University of Korea, who completed treatment with chemotherapy only were included (n=107). Random glucose, BMI, and Z-BMI were recorded at 5 intervals: at diagnosis, before maintenance treatment, at completion of maintenance treatment, and 6 and 12 months after completion of maintenance treatment. Similar analyses were conducted on 2 subcohorts based on ALL risk groups. Results: For random glucose, a paired comparison showed significantly lower levels at 12 months post-treatment compared to those at initial diagnosis ($P$ <0.001) and before maintenance ($P$ <0.001). The Z-BMI score was significantly higher before maintenance than at diagnosis ($P$ <0.001), but decreased significantly at the end of treatment ($P$ <0.001) and remained low at 6 months ($P$ <0.001) and 12 months ($P$ <0.001) post-treatment. Similar results were obtained upon analysis of risk group-based subcohorts. Conclusion: For a cohort of ALL patients treated without allogeneic transplantation or cranial irradiation, decrease in random glucose and Z-BMI after completion of chemotherapy does not indicate future glucose intolerance or obesity.
