        조명환경의 차이에 따른 그룹지적활동의 생산성과 만족도 평가

        Previous studies report that the lighting environment has an influence on the satisfaction and productivity of the intellectual activity. The aim of this study is to present effective implications for workspace planning by reviewing the lighting environment affecting group intellectual activity. So this study evaluated the satisfaction and productivity (quality and quantity) in different lighting environments combined "color temperature (3000K, 4000K, and 5000K)" and "illuminance (150Lx, 750Lx, and 1000Lx)". In this study, the group intellectual activities consist of the following three phases: a) Divergent personal thinking, b) Convergent group thinking, and c) Re-divergent group thinking. As a result, the productivity (quantity and quality) and satisfaction of group intellectual activity become to be the highest in color temperature 3000K and illuminance 750Lx. The best lighting environment holding high productivity is different in each phases: a) Divergent personal thinking with 3000K and 750Lx, b) Convergent group thinking with 4000K and 750Lx, and c) Re-divergent group thinking with 5000K and 750Lx. As future issue, we should develop effective environments and tools for supporting intellectual activity (group) as changing the color temperature of lighting environment according to the phase change of intellectual activity.

        과학관의 전시구조가 관람행태에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 공간구조 및 전시물 유형과 배치를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between exhibition structure and Visitors’ behaviors in the museum, which is an open-type exhibition space, by analyzing the spatial structure, exhibition media type and exhibition layout. The results are summarized as follows. First, it was verified that a larger degree of change to the spatial structure was correlated with a wider range of change in the figures for analysis factors of the spatial structure by applying the spatial analysis method using the Voronoi Diagram in an open plan exhibition space. Second, in order to improve the accessibility of the space, large exhibition items or exhibition items that can be viewed at from various angles should be laid out. In order to improve the openness of the space, island items through which the gaze can pass through, items on the ceiling and floor exhibition items are efficient. Third, in the case of spatial structures with greater access and openness, the initial viewing area should be consisted of island exhibition items through which the gaze can pass, while the exhibition areas towards the end should have hands-on items to maintain the visitors’ attention. In the case of spatial structures with low accessibility and openness, the visitors’ gaze must be ensured and a buffer area between beginning & Mid of the exhibition should be planned to give an overview of the exhibition so that the behavior of visitors would not drastically change.

        박물관 유형별 전시특성과 안내체계 디자인 방법 연구

        To achieve the purpose of a museum, it is important to explore and design an information system method that is appropriate for the exhibition characteristics of each museum type. Based on this premise, 8 museums that represent each museum type are selected for this study. From a comparative analysis of the correlations between the exhibition characteristics and the information system design method, the following implications are derived: The museums under study are found to use a unique design method by considering its own museum type and exhibition characteristics. In particular, communication methods with visitors are found to contribute to the amount and the medium of information provided to visitors. The amount of information provided was decreased the most in the order of the following museum type: the science museums > history museums > art museums. In addition, in order to provide various types of information to visitors more easily, a unified design is used across the building during the communication processes of each museum type. That is, the results of this study imply the importance of an information system design method, which emphasizes the relations of information by focusing on the hierarchy and the unity of each communication process.         움직이는 건축의 특징 및 경향에 관한 연구 - 움직이는 건축에 관한 사례 분석을 중심으로 -

        The At first stage, this study has the meaning and the purpose to understand the concepts and the possibilities of progressive proposals in order to identify the sustainable building’s functional changes for a variety of temporary needs. This study also examines the needs and the possibilities of the progressive concepts, to understand all the concepts of movable architecture and its types. The aim is to present trends, characteristics and applied methods through a study case for the analysis. The results of this study are presented as follows:1) Past movable architecture has been promoting physical changes of the buildings through a comprehensive concept that is able to settle structures or architectural elements in order to move or behave, and includes its object. 2) Through the study case, Movable Architecture was classified and analyzed as a result purpose type, process purpose type and immutable purpose type. As a conclusion, nowadays moving architecture may have large movements and supplies a varieties of actively functional changes throughout the composition of movements and types. 3) Therefore, considering the trends of complex movements, this study raised the architectural transformation that is progressive concept of the architecture, its necessity and the effective causes for the sustainability of the possibles functional changes. In the future, this progressive concept is expected to perform various ideas under its validity and possibilities of applies.

        Yoshio Taniguchi의 MIMOCA에 나타난 디자인 방법에 관한 연구

        In terms of the principle that architectural works should remain in the background of a exhibition, MIMOCA designed by Yoshio Taniguchiu is highly evaluated by the architectural community. In this study, the design methods and the characteristics of MIMOCA are investigated. Based on the results of this study, the applicability of the design methods to the contemporary art museums is also investigated. The design methods used in MIMOCA can be summarized as follows: First, MIMOCA was constructed to be in harmony with the surrounding area, and it is a cooperative work of architects and artists. Second. MIMOCA was designed to effectively deliver the characteristics of exhibits and the intent of artists to viewers, rather than emphasizing an architect's individual expression. By maximizing the functional aspects of the architecture, not the ornamental factors, the architecture is in the background of a exhibition.         삿포로 돔의 변용을 도모하는 공간구성과 움직임의 특징에 관한 연구

        최근 산업 및 건축기술이 급속히 발전하면서 대규모 공간 변용을 도모하는 다목적 개폐식 돔이 속속 등장하여 그 가치를 증명해가고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 다목적 개폐식 돔의 시초가 된 일본의 삿포로 돔의 공간구성 특징을 파악하는 동시에, 움직이는 건축을 토대로 공간 변용을 유발하는 움직임의 요소와 적용방법 등을 분석하고 그 특징을 파악한 결과, 첫째, 공간변용은 움직임이 적용된 건축요소의 연계를 기반으로 하고 있다. 둘째, 공간 변용에 요구되는 움직임을 최소화하기 위해 실외와 실내 두 경기장이 대칭된 공간 구성형태를 취하고 있다. 셋째, 움직이는 건축요소는 각각 좌표계상의 변화와 양 및 형태상의 변화를 도모하는 움직임을 정해진 절차에 따라 유도하여 공간 변용을 효과적으로 도모하고 있음을 파악하였다. 이 같은 움직임의 유기적인 연계는 대규모 공간의 일시적인 변화는 물론 지속적으로 변화를 유도하는데 매우 중요한 시사점으로 이를 바탕으로 추후 움직이는 건축에 대한 다양한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다. In recent years, multipurpose and retractable domes that induce the mega space transformation has built through the rapid industrialization and the technical development of the architecture, having good results and acceptance. The following study was aimed to understand the space organization characteristics of the Sapporo Dome in Japan that has been the genesis of the multipurpose retractable domes. This study will also analyze the movement's elements and the applied methods for the space transformation and the characteristics through the concept of movable architecture. As a result, first, the space transformation is based on the connection of transformation devices applied to movements. Second, both indoor and outdoor arena are taking consecutive symmetric spatial structure in order to minimize the movement of transformation devices required when the space transformation is needed. Third, it has found that each transformation device required for space transformation, is change the space transformation effectively through the coordinate system or the volume and the form changes according to the continuously prescribed process. This organic relationship of movements is a very important point to induce the temporary changes, as well as a sustainable changes of the mega space. Therefore, more research about movable architecture should be consider in order to have a base on these concepts for the future.
