        The purpose of this study was to analyze consumers' perception of green marketing and purchase intention of green products. Questionnaire survey was conducted from 9 August to 29 August 2010. We have surveyed 298 consumers who were living in Cheongju area. Major findings are as follows. First, consumers' environment perception and involvement, awareness of green marketing, evaluation for green products, purchase intention of green products were generally positive. It means that Korean consumers have a positive attitude and behavioral intention for green consumption. Second, consumers responded high perception level for necessity of green marketing and purchase intention of green products. On the other hand, consumers think that green product manufacturers need to more protect our environment. Consumers evaluated the quality of green products is good but its price is high. Third, insufficient information was the most common response of the items asked for the resistance of the whole process for the production of green products. For benefit part, high quality and symbolic value of green consumer were given answer highly. Fourth, there were differences among the consumer groups from environment perception, awareness of green marketing, evaluation for green products, and purchase intention of green products by consumers' characteristics. Old aged group were high involved on environment and student group showed relatively low environment perception and involvement of green consumption. Four million won or less income groups were relatively higher interest in green products and eco-conscious consumer groups have a high degree of purchasing intention of green products.

        국가 음악과 교육과정에 기초한 초·중등학교 음악예술프로그램 적용

        In order to increase opportunities for students to enjoy the musical arts, it is necessary to develop musical arts programs that are based on students’ interests and the national (or provincial) curriculum, that can be systematically and effectively supported by teachers. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to develop those musical arts, carry out the programs in one elementary school and one middle school from October to December 2011, and analyze each implementation. For the analysis, lesson videos, students’ worksheets, in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and teaching artists, and lesson plans were collected. The conclusions and implications are as follows: 1) the role and meaning of musical arts programs based on national curriculum were more highlighted; 2) students could have great depth of aesthetic experience by the means of direct contact with professional musicians and concrete musical experience; 3) the role of music mediators and its importance was magnified; 4) there was a positive change in the musical preferences and attitudes of students with regard to the musical artsprograms. 본 연구는 학생들의 음악 예술 향수기회 확대를 위해 학생들의 흥미와 국가 교육과 정을 중심으로 하는 ‘현장성’, 교사들의 음악 교육을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 ‘체계성’, 그리고 음악 예술 전문가들과 학교 사이에 꾸준히 실행될 수 있는 ‘지속성’을 갖춘 음악예술프로그램을 2010년 10월부터 12월까지 초등학교와 중학교에 적용하고 그 결과를 분석하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 수업 동영상, 학생 활동지, 학생과 교사 심층인터뷰, 강사 인터뷰, 수업안 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 첫째, 국가 교육과정을 반영한 음악 예술프로그램의 역할과 의미가 더욱 확장되었다. 둘째, 음악가들과의 직접적인 만남과 구체적인 예술적 체험을 통하여 학생들은 이전과 비교될 수 없는 ‘깊이 있는 미적 경험’을 하게 되었다. 셋째, 음악메디에이터의 역할이 부각되었다. 넷째, 음악예술프로그램을 통하여 학생들에게 음악에 대한 삶의 변화가 있었다.

        청소년의 아침식사와 운동 행동변화단계에 따른 영양지식, 식이자기효능감과 식습관

        This study has been performed to analyze nutrition knowledge, dietary self-efficacy and eating habits of the elementary- and middle- school students (n = 342) according to student's stage of regular breakfast or exercise. Middle school students had higher nutrition knowledge than primary school students. Total dietary self-efficacy and dietary habit scores were not different by school year and gender. Nutrition knowledge, dietary self-efficacy and dietary habit scores were positively correlated each other. By the stage of regular breakfast, the pre-contemplation stage comprised 13.6%, contemplation 2.1%, preparation 15.7%, action 11.5% and maintenance stage 59.1%. By the stage of regular exercise, the pre-contemplation stage comprised 20.9%, contemplation 7.3%, preparation 45.6%, action 9.8% and maintenance stage 16.4%. According to the stage of change, movement from the pre-contemplation and contemplation to upper stage increased the dietary self-efficacy score. Dietary habit score increased significantly across the five stages of changes. The results of this study indicate differences in stages of changes in breakfast intake and regular exercise and indicate the need for taking these phases of change into account in nutrition education.

        천연 생약재 열수 및 알코올 추출물의 어병 세균에 대한 항균력

        감초 외 48종의 천연 생약제로부터 열수 및 알콜 추출액을 제작하여 19 균주 어병 세균을 대상으로 항균력을 조사한 결과, 알콜 추출액은 22종, 열수 추출액은 16종이 어병 세균에 대하여 항균력을 나타내며 이 중 13종의 생약재는 알콜 및 열수 추출액 모두 8㎜ 이상의 저지대를 나타내어 항균력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 열수 추출물에서 항균력을 나타내는 약재 중 그람 음성균에 감수성이 양호한 약재는 저지대 8 ㎜ 이상을 나타내는 애엽, 개옻나무, 연교, 지유, 파엽, 대황 및 황금이었으며, 그람 양성균에 항균력이 양호한 약재는 삼지구엽초, 육계 및 보골지 등 이었다. 그리고 오매, 황련, 계혈등, 상백피, 오배자 및 오미자는 저지대가 8㎜ 이상으로 그람 음성,양성균 모두에 항균력이 있었다. 알콜 추출물중에서 그람 음성균에 항균력을 나타내는 것은 백작약, 오매, 선모 및 황금 등으로 저지대가 8㎜ 이상으로 측정되었으며, 그람 양성균에 항균력을 나타내는 것은 감초, 계혈등, 단삼, 상백피, 육계 및 보골지 등으로 저지대가 8㎜ 이상이었다. 또한 그람 음성, 양성균에 모두 8㎜ 이상의 저지대를 나타내는 것은 애엽, 개옻나무, 황련, 지유, 오배자 및 오미자 등이었다. 그러나 이 중에서 오배자 열수 추출물의 어병 세균에 대한 발육 저지대가 32㎜로 그람 음성, 양성균 모두에 가장 뛰어난 항균력을 나타내어 다른 생약재와 다른 광범위 생약재인 것으로 나타났다. 애엽, 황금, 지유, 오매, 황련 및 오배자 열수 ·알콜 추출물은 tetracycline에 내성을 나타내는 균주에 감수성을 나타내었다. Hundreds of medicinal herbs have been using for the purpose of diseases treatment and immune enhancement for human being and other animals including fishes. Among them, 49 species of medicinal herbs were selected and tested for antibacterial activities against 19 strains of fish pathogenic bacteria in different 4 species. The 49 medicinal herbs were extracted by water and ethyl alcohol. The extracts were freeze dried and some paper discs from the extracts were prepared for the evaluation of antibacterial activity. The tested pathogenic bacteria were 5 strains of Edwardsiellu tarda, 5 strains of Vibrio sp., 4 strains of Lactococcus gawieae, 1 strain of Lactococcus raffinose. 1 strain of Streptococcus parauberius, and 3 strains of Streptococcus iniue. The Galla rhois (Obaeja), Gaeonnamu and Hwangleyon showed antibacterial activities on both gram negative and gram positive fish pathogenic bacteria. The Youkgae, Sangbaekpi, Bogolji and Gamcho showed very effective antibacterial activities on gram positive pathogens while Jiyu, Aeyoeb and Yeonkyo showed very effective on gram negative pathogens.

      • 녹차 및 매실 추출물이 N-Nitrosodimethylamine의 생성에 미치는 영향

        녹차 및 매실추출물이 아질산염 소거, 전자 공여능 및 NDMA 생성 억제에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 질산염과 아민이 풍부한 식단(CW)에 인공타액과 위액을 이용한 "simulated digestion" 에서 확인하였다. 녹차와 매실 추출물의 아질산염 소거작용을 pH 1.0, 4.2 및 6.0에서 실험 결과, pH가 낮을수록, 시료 첨가량이 많을수록 효과적이었으며 pH 1.2에서 녹차 추출물 0.5ml 첨가시킬 경우 99.6%의 높은 소거작용을 나타내었고, 매실 추출물 3ml 첨가시 77.2%의 소거작용을 나타내었다. 녹차 및 매실 추출물의 전자공여 작용은 각각 70.6%, 75.1%로 높게 나타났다. 녹차와 매실 추출물의 NDMA 생성억제 효과는 pH 1.2 에서 가장 뛰어났고, 시료량이 증가할수록 억제효과가 높아 3ml 첨가시에 82.1%와 73.2%의 억제효과를 나타내었다. 실험식이에 녹차 및 매실 추출물의 첨가량을 달리하여 인공소화시킬 때 NDMA 생성억제 효과는 시료 첨가량에 비례하여 각각 20ml 첨가시 녹차 추출물은 57.9%, 매실 추출물은 48.4%의 NDMA 생성억제 효과를 나타내었다. The effects of nitrite scavenging, electron donating and N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) formation in vitro and green tea (Camellia sinensis) and Maesil (prunus mume) were studied. The green tea and Maesil extracts were tested for their nitrite-scavenging effect under the different pH conditions such as pH 1.2, 4.2 and 6.0. The effects of nitrite-scavenging in all concentrations were diminished in the alkali condition, whiled its effects in the acidic condition of pH 1.2 were reached of more than 99.0% by adding above 0.5ml of green tea extract. And also, nitrite-scavenging effect by adding 3ml of Maesil extract was about 77.0%. The electron donating ability (EDA) of green tea and Maesil extracts was 70.6%, 75.1%, respectively. The formation of NDMA was very effectiveness which was inhibited 82.1%, 73.2% at reaction mixture of pH 2.5 adding 3ml of above extracts, respectively. The ground CW, TW1 and TW2 (refer to Table 1) diets were incubated with 10ml simulated saliva and 40 ml gastric juice at 37℃ for 2hrs. NDMA formation was inhibited at all levels of green tea and Measil extracts.

        의료 질 향상 사업의 성공요인과 실패요인

        Background : To propose effective strategies for successful implementation of QI in health care institutions, by identifying facilitating factors and barriers to conducting QI programs. Methods : In order to examine empirical evidence on the success factors or barriers to QI implementation in hospitals, a literature study was performed on the basis of MEDLINE search. Among the identified literature. 13 provided reliable findings and basis comprehensive discussion on this issue and thus were selected for in-depth analysis. A mailed questionnaire survey was conducted for hospital CEOs and QI directors of hospitals with 400 beds or greater to investigate what attributes of their organizations they perceived as success factors or obstacles to QI implementation. Result : The analysis of selected literature and survey results presented that the primary factors considered to be most important as successful implementation of QI were: strong support from hospital CEOs, setting higher priority for QI activities, continuous and persistent efforts in QI activities, and active participation of clinical staffs. The barriers identified in this study were : the lack of orientation and understanding of QI concepts, low level of interest and participation of physician in QI programs, the lack of evaluation and rewarding system for QI activities. Conclusion : By identifying factors that affect facilitation of QI, the study results will be of great use for either institutions being in the early stage of evolving QI or those looking for better strategies to achieve more active and persistent QI implementation in their institutions.

      • 음양오행의 공학적 해석에 의한 체질 분류 및 섭생법

        This paper describes the application of Yin-Yang & Five Element Theory for the prevention and diagnosis of diseases due to environmental pollution by the scientific interpretation of the basic properties of five elements. The five elements considered are Mok(木,wood), Hwa(火,fire), To(土,soil), Geum(金,metal), SU(水,water). The basic properties of these are explained as warm energy, explosively dispersive heat, agglomerating force, tension or crystallization force, and finally cool & soft energy respectively. Utilizing these basic properties, the constitution classification can be modeled by the shape of face, which is attributed by the relative strength of the major organs, that is, five elements. Further, the vulnerable disease according to the constitution are briefly described together with the therapy method by diet, especially emphasizing the taste of food.

        This study was designed to exam the aged's needs for spiritual nursing care. The purpose was to serve as a basis for the development of spiritual nursing practice. The major findings are as follows : 1. The degree of needs for spiritual nursing care as area was that needs of love and relationship mean 22.0, needs of meaning and object mean 28.2, needs of forgiving mean 13.5. Total needs for spiritual nursing care mean 63.7, which was on the upper middle level. The needs of meaning and object was rated highest. 2. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, needs of love and relatiohship wasn't significanlty different. 3. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, needs of meaning and object was significantly different according to two factors : age(F=7.260, p=0.001), religion(F=5.275, p=0.001). Higher needs of meaning and object was possessed by the older than the younger, by the one who have religion than the other. 4. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, four factors made a significantly difference to needs of forgiving : sex(t=-2.851, p=0.006), age(F=8.201, p=0.001), religion(F=6.928, p=0.000), disease(t=2.327, p=0.024). Higher needs of forgiving was possessed by man than woman, by the older than the younger, by the one who have religion than the other, by the one who have disease than the other.
