The significance of this research lies in its capacity to empirically elucidate how brand equity may be constructed through consumers' experiences with virtual fashion items in the virtual space known as the metaverse. It will further explore the mechanisms by which constructed brand equity of this nature is interconnected not only with consumer activities within the virtual world but also with real-world purchasing behavior with respect to physical products. A distinctive aspect of this study is the presentation of differentiated paths that link both virtual and real-world consumer behavior across various dimensions of brand experiential value. The study's empirical findings are as follows: First, consumers' intention to engage in metaverse activities increases when their entertainment and self-expressive experiential values are satisfied by brand experiences in the virtual world. Second, the study indicates that, while relationship-oriented social experiential value may not directly impact metaverse activity intention, it can influence the formation of loyal attitudes toward brands that provide virtual items and real-world intentions to purchase products. Third, intention to engage in metaverse activity not only influences the real-world formation of brand attitudes but also directly affects the intention to purchase physical products. These findings underscore the metaverse's crucial role as a bridge between brand experiences and consumer behaviors. Moreover, they empirically establish how organic interaction between the virtual and real worlds influences the development of brand equity and consumer behavior.

공립학교 IB PYP 운영에 대한 IB 학습 공동체 구성원의 인식 분석

Rapid social changes demand innovation in public education in preparation for future society, which will be different from existing education; in Korea, IB education has recently emerged as an effective way to reform public education. This study aims to evaluate the effect of introducing IB in public education by understanding the perception of IB learning community members on the operation of IB-PYP in public schools. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with the learning community members of three IB-PYP candidate schools and authorized schools as research cases to determine their perception of the operation of IB-PYP; based on this, implications for applying IB-PYP in the national curriculum were presented. The analysis of the learning community members' perceptions of the IB-PYP operation was divided into eight categories: vision and values of IB-PYP, collaboration between peers, learning attitudes, teacher's teaching expertise, change of principal's leadership, difficulties in implementing IB-PYP, parents' understanding of and participation in IB-PYP, and achievements and challenges of IB-PYP. Based on this analysis, some implications were suggested for the successful settlement of IB-PYP in public schools, such as ensuring autonomy in curriculum management, changing to class-oriented system, strengthening school-based professional learning communities, connecting with parents and the community, and securing the continuity of IB programs. This study is expected to contribute to strengthening the implementation of the school curriculum through the application of PYP based on the national curriculum. 급격한 사회적 변화는 기존의 교육과 다른, 미래 사회를 대비한 공교육 혁신의 필요를 요구하는데, 최근 국내에서는 IB 교육이 이를 위한 실효성 있는 방안으로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 공립학교에서 IB PYP 운영에 대한 학습 공동체 구성원의 인식을 파악함으로써 공교육에 IB 도입 효과를 가늠하고자 한다. 이를 위해 IB PYP 후보 및 인증학교 3개교의 학습 공동체 구성원을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하여 IB PYP 운영에 대한 그들의 인식을 알아보고 이를 바탕으로 국가 교육과정 내 IB PYP 현장 적용을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. IB PYP 운영에 대한 학습 공동체 구성원의 인식을 IB PYP의 비전과 가치, 동료 간 협력, 학습 태도, 교사의 수업 전문성 신장, 교장의 리더십 변화, IB PYP 실행의 어려움, IB PYP에 대한 학부모 이해 및 참여, IB PYP의 성과와 과제의 8개 범주로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로, 교육과정 운영의 자율성 보장과 수업 중심 시스템으로의 변화, 교사 주도의 학교 기반 교사 전문성 개발 기회의 확대, 학부모와 지역사회와의 활발한 연계, IB 프로그램의 지속성 확보를 공립학교에서 IB PYP의 성공적인 안착을 위한 시사점으로 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 국가 교육과정 기반 PYP 적용을 통해 학교 교육과정 실행력 강화에 기여할 것을 기대한다.

119구급대원들의 근로생활의 질이 조직유효성과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

This study examined the influence of the quality of work life on the organizational effectiveness and customer orientation in 119 paramedics. This study also offers basic data for improving the quality of emergency medical services in the future. A survey was conducted from February 3. 2019 through May 7, 2019, on 308 male and female fire officers in Daegu, North Gyeongsang Province. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 20.0 version, and frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out. First, there was a positive correlation among the QWL of the 119 paramedics, their OE and CO. Second, the QWL (personal, management dimension) of the 119 paramedic's was a factor that affected OE and job satisfaction. Third, the QWL (personal, management dimension) of the 119 paramedics had an impact on the CO. (ED note: please check all this and it was not clear. It may be correct now.)Forth, the impact of the OE of the 119 paramedics on the CO exerted a significant influence on the OE and job satisfaction. Given the findings of the study, the QWL of 119 paramedics should be improved to heighten paramedics' welfare to promote the quality of emergency medical services. 본 연구는 119 구급대원들의 근로생활의 질이 조직유효성 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 응급의료서비스의 질적 개선을 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위하여 실시되었다. 대구 및 경북 소방안전센터에 근무하고 있는 119 구급대원 남녀 308명을 대상으로 2019년 2월 3일부터 5월 7일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 119구급대원들의 근로생활의 질이 조직유효성 및 고객지향성 간의 정적상관관계를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 119 구급대원들의 개인차원, 관리차원의 근로생활의 질이 조직유효성의 조직몰입, 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 셋째, 119구급대원들의 개인차원, 조직차원, 관리차원의 근로생활의 질이 고객지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 넷째, 119구급대원들의 조직유효성이 고객지향성에 미치는 요인으로 조직몰입, 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 이러한 결과를 감안할 때, 119 구급대원들의 복지제도를 개선함으로써 응급의료서비스의 질향상을 도모하기 위한 정책마련이 필요하다.

아동간호의 질에 대한 개념분석

Purpose: This paper is a report of a concept analysis of ‘quality of pediatric nursing care’. Methods: Rodgers’s evolutionary method of concept analysis was used. Data were collected from published literature related to quality of pediatric nursing care. Results: Quality of pediatric nursing care was identified with three dimensions and seven attributes: 1) nurse’s character: technical competence, interpersonal competence, 2) nurse’s activities: developmentally appropriate care, attentiveness, entertainment, 3) nurse-parent interaction: nurse-parent partnership, emotional support. Antecedents of quality of pediatric nursing care were ‘child and parent’s expectation about pediatric nursing care’, ‘previous caring experience of pediatric nurses’. Consequences of quality of pediatric nursing care were ‘meet child and parent’s needs’ and ‘better health outcomes.’ Conclusion: ‘Quality of pediatric nursing care’ is a core concept in pediatric nursing practice. Appropriate instruments to operationalize the concept need to be developed.

구조 중심 협동학습을 적용한 초등학교 음악교과 사회정서학습 프로그램의 개발

본 연구는 학교 교육과정에서 사회정서학습(SEL)의 실행 전략으로써 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 한 음악교과 SEL 프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 SEL과 협동학습의 이론적 고찰을 한 후, 구조 중심 협동학습을 적용한 초등 음악교과 SEL 프로그램의 개발을 위한 수업모델을 탐색 및 선정하고, 프로그램 개발방향, 개발과정, 구성방향과 목표를 설정하였다. 다음으로, 구조화된 SEL 프로그램 중 Strong Kids를 바탕으로 프로그램의 차시별 주제, 주요 내용과 활동, SEL 핵심역량, 협동학습 구조를 구상하여 음악수업시간에 적용할 수 있는 SEL 음악교수학습지도안을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 구조 중심 협동학습을 적용한 음악교과 SEL 프로그램을 효과적으로 실행하기 위한 활용방안 및 지도상의 유의점을 논의하였다. 음악교과와 연계한 SEL의 기회 부여는 학생들의 정서적 안정, 사회성 발달, 학업적 성취에 긍정적인 변화를 이끌어낼 수 있고, 사회정서적 유능성의 증진은 궁극적으로 전인적 인간 육성과 건강한 사회 형성에 기여할 것이다.

초등학교 예비교사의 음악교수역량 제고를 위한 교육요구 분석

본 연구는 초등학교 예비교사의 음악교수역량의 제고를 위하여 음악교수역량의 중요도와 현재 자신의 수행 수준에 대한 인식을 파악하여 교육요구를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해교육실습을 다녀온 교육대학교에 재학 중인 음악심화 전공 4학년 예비교사 175명을 대상으로설문 조사를 실시하여 최종 회수된 144부의 설문지 중 응답이 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 총136부를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비초등교사들은 음악교수역량에 대해 중요하게 인식하고 있지만 역량을 실제 수행하는 수준에 대한 인식은 상대적으로 낮았다. 둘째, 음악교수역량에 대해 예비초등교사들이 인식하는 중요도와 현재 수행 수준 간의 차이는 통계적으로 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비초등교사들은 전문성 영역의 하위 역량들을 상당히 중요하게 인식하고 있고 현재 수행 수준의 인식도 다른 역량에 비해 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 예비초등교사들은 학습자에 대한 지식, 음악수업의 구조화, 교수전략 선정, 동기부여, 상호작용, 전문성 계발에 대해 높은 교육 요구를 가지고 있었다.
