In this paper, we propose a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high resolution 360° camera of 12M. The proposed program consists of three steps: Match with plane image, parking area detection algorithm, and discrimination of parking using learning method. Tests on a model car to evaluate the program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M showed 100% accuracy for both parking and double parking. Therefore, the effectiveness of a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M proposed in this paper has been proved.

Characteristics of non-point source (NPS) pollution runoff from a public park in Gwangju, Korea were investigated. Results exhibited the highest pollutant concentrations at the start of the rainfall events due to their build-up and wash off processes. The average event mean concentrations (EMCs) were 27.8, 7.2, 56.3, 7.5, and 0.84 mg/L (range: 4.2-54.8 mg/L) for COD, (0.5-20.8 mg/L) for TOC, (22.3-138.4) for SS, (1.4-18.5 mg/L) for T-N, and (0.17-2.02 mg/L) for T-P, respectively. The study site presented a strong first flush effect for most rainfall events. However, no first flush effect was observed in rainfall events with small rainfall factors (e.g. intensity, amount, and runoff depth). On the other hand, the ratios of total pollution loads discharged by the first 20% of runoff volume were 32% for COD, 34% for TOC, 36% for SS, 42% for T-N, and 50% for T-P. Especially, $MFF_{20}$ (mass first flush) values of T-N and T-P were larger than those of other pollutants (COD, TOC, SS), indicating that T-N and T-P are easily transported by stormwater runoff from the public park. First flush management of T-N and T-P, therefore, is required for efficient water quality management of the public park.

The objective of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the location and prospects of the bear shelves built by Asiatic black bears in the Jirisan National Park. Previous researchers have been analyzed bear shelves in terms of places for resting and eating, but we are going to analyze based on the prospect-and-refuge theory. Characteristics of the sites of bear shelves are measured through field survey and topographic analysis by using digital elevation model (DEM). The normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) is used to evaluate the optimum location of bear shelves in terms of crown density. Man-made objects are identified by viewshed analysis based on geographical information system (GIS). Findings of this paper can be summarized as follows. First, most bear trees are located deep inside of the mountainous national park, slopes of 30~40 degrees, altitude of 400~1,200m, and relatively low vegetation density with NDVI value of 0.4~0.6 compared to the average NDVI of the park. Second, the average height of bear shelves is 12.44m, or 74% of the average height of bear trees.They are located at suitable places to observe nearby trails and other park facilities. Third, man-made objects within the 100m radius of bear trees include lodge, bear training center, beekeeping camp, and hiking trails. Thus we may temporarily conclude that one of the main criteria of the bear tree selection in the park has been to identify optimum places for the monitoring of human activities in their habitat.

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate user's recreation experience satisfication and user's evaluation of forest landscape in Uam natural park. Another purpose of this study is to suggest directions for enhancing forest scenic beauty for every seasons. The data were collected by self- administered questionnaires from 182 users is SAM- IL park where main entrance of the Uam park. This study primarily consists of two phases : 1. The presentation of users' characterics. 2. The analysis of forest landscape in natural park. The majority of the respondents(68.3%) Prefered to reforestation. They also perceived that the scenic beauty of the park was satisfactiory. There were differences in users' satisfaction levels of scenic beauty for the park due to their socio-economic background.

Purpose: The purposes of the present study were to review published studies that investigated arthroscopic meniscus repair to treat meniscus injury in young patients and to compare allinside and insideout suture techniques.Methods: Various electronic databases were queried for published articles, and this search was updated in August 2017 for evaluating the outcomes of arthroscopic meniscus surgery in young patients. Data search, extraction, analysis, and quality assessment were performed according to the Cochrane Collaboration guidelines, and the clinical outcomes were evaluated using various outcome values in young patients according to suture techniques.Results: Three randomized controlled trials and three prospective comparative studies were included in this systematic review and metaanalysis. There were no significant differences in clinical outcomes such as meniscus healing rate (risk ratio [RR], 1.11; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.90 to 1.37; I2=39%) and perioperative complications (RR, 0.62; 95% CI, 0.23 to 1.72; I2=43%) between allinside and insideout techniques for meniscus repair.Conclusions: The present study shows favorable results for clinical outcomes such as meniscus healing rate and perioperative complications in young patients. Furthermore, based on our results, both allinside and insideout meniscal suture techniques are equally effective in these patients.

제주 4?3 사건은 약 7년 동안 남북한 정권, 민간인, 미국 등 서구 열강의 힘 등이 복합적으로 작용해 숱한 사람들이 사망한 사건이다. 4?3 사건을 둘러싼 논의와 갈등들은 한국 근현대사의 문제들과 닿아 있으며 4?3 사건과 그 진상규명과정에서 파생한 갈등들, 한국사회에서 4?3 사건이 기억되는 맥락은 매우 복합적인 결을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 4?3 사건을 두고 일어나는 기억의 의미투쟁 현장을 신문은 어떻게, 얼마나 보도하고 있는가를 고찰하고자 했으며 이를 위해 1999년부터 2013년까지 14년 동안 경향신문 동아일보 조선일보 한겨레신문(가나다순) 기사 중 4?3 위주로 보도된 654건의 연도별 보도량과 주제, 기사의 의미와 기사 속 행위자 등을 분석하여 미디어 기억이 어떤 이야기를 하고 있는지 살펴봤다. 4?3을 둘러싼 최근 14년간의 뉴스미디어의 기억 지형을 살펴본 바, 사회적으로 드러난 4?3사건을 둘러싼 중요한 이슈 지점들과 4?3사건을 기억하는 미디어의 기억 지형에서 나타나는 중요한 순간들은 일치하지 않았으며 언론은 지엽적이고 파편적이며 정치 ‘싸움’에 집중된 갈등적인 요소들을 두드러지게 부각시키고 있었다. 무엇보다 4?3사건이 지니고 있는 본질적인 갈등양상과 뉴스미디어에서 그려내고 있는 갈등의 내용과 모습은 큰 차이를 보이고 있으며 뉴스미디어를 통해 이뤄지고 있는 기억전쟁은 왜곡된 형태를 지니고 있는 것으로 드러났다. The Jeju April 3(4?3) Incident occurred during seven years, from 1947 to 1954 in the island of Jeju. Two separated Korean governments, Korean civilians, United States of America and the other actors were complexly related to the incident and 25,000 casualties were estimated. The ongoing discussion and conflict regarding the 4?3 incident is still controversial and the context in which the incident is remembered in Korean society is complicated. Considering the complex nature of the Jeju April 3 Incident, this Study examined the mnemonic battle in Korean newsmedia, how Korean newsmedia covered this incident last fourteen years. For this study, four Korean daily newspapers- Kyunhyang, Dong-A, Chosun and Hanguerae were selected and 654 articles directly related to the incident were collected and analysed. Consequently the main issues and important moments of the 4?3 incident exposed in society and in newsmedia were in discord and inconsistent. The newsmedia covering the incident focused on peripheral issues, fragmented memories and minor conflicts instead of the essence of the incident, and therefore distorted the nature of it.

The goal of this study is to propose a plan for the Jang-Chung Dong Villa. This Villa is located on Jang-Chung Dong Jung-Gu, Seoul. And, this place is where high-class residential area. This Site area covers about 1925.6m². This base idea of this plan is to provide a community of dwelling houses with identity and amenity in outdoor spaces in order to create the high-class environment of outdoor spaces. Design principles are established as follow; to make spaces for flexibility in the garden related activities, to provide many chances to contact with nature, and to feel pride in the villa life.

Background : In recent years, gonorrhea has been panedemic and remains one of the most commom STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Methods: For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of PPNG, we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results: In 1996, 139 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 53(39.0%) were PPNG. Conclusion: Our results suggests that after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is gradually declining.
Elevational Distribution of Breeding Bird Communities in Seoraksan National Park, Korea

In this study, the elevational distribution of breeding birds in Seoraksan National Park, Korea was investigated. Forty-six species of birds were documented from line transect surveys taken from Seorakdong at 230 m above sea level (a.s.l.) to the Daechungbong summit at 1708 m asl. Birdspecies richness and diversity were highest in Seorakdong and lowest at the Daechungbong summit. As elevation increased, bird species richness and diversity decreased, with a humped-shape trend being observed between 700 m and 1200 m a.s.l. Stepwise analyses revealed that breeding bird species diversity indices were significantly negatively correlated with elevation (r<sup>2</sup> = 0.327, P < 0.001) and positively correlated with vegetational coverage (r<sup>2</sup> = 0.324, P = 0.046). Higher elevations supported fewer birds than low and intermediate elevations. Projections at the local scale, including data on behavior and habitat use by birds, will be necessary for optimal conservation and management of the bird communities in Seoraksan National Park.
