간접접착술식에서 접착제의 종류에 따른 전단결합강도와 파절 양상

The purpose of this study was to compare the shear bond strength and failure type of various adhesives in indirect bonding technique. Five types of orthodontic bonding adhesives - ES(Excel sealant), EP(Excel paste), EA(sealant and past), T(Transbond XT sealant), L(Light bond sealant) - were used in this study. Metal bars(70×7×7㎜) were milled and sand-blasted with 50㎛ alumina and then coated with resin. resin blocks(3×4×5㎜) were made and bonded to the resin-coated metal bars with various adhesives. Shear bond strengths were measured by an universal testing machine. The film thickness, interface region. Self-curing resin, EX(Excel sealant) showed the greatest shear bond strength(22.82±3.05 ㎫) and self-curing resin, EP(Excel paste) showed the lowest shear bond strength(13.91±2.70 ㎫). The shear bond strength of self-curing resin, EA(sealant and past : 20.94±0.92 ㎫) was similar to those of light-curing resins, T(Transbond XT sealant : 20.90±2.34 ㎫), L(Light bond sealant : 18.12±1.63 ㎫) group. Most of the failure occurred between the resin coated metal bars and sealant regardless of the adhesives.
컴퓨터 비젼 방법을 이용한 3차원 물체 위치 결정에 관한 연구

This study shows an alternative method for the determination of object's position, based on a computer vision method. This approach develops the vision system model to define the reciprocal relationship between the 3-D real space and 2-D image plane. The developed model involves the bilinear six-view parameters, which is estimated using the relationship between the camera space location and real coordinates of known position. Based on the estimated parameters in independent cameras, the position of unknown object is accomplished using as sequential estimation scheme that permits data of unknown points in each of the 2-D image plane of cameras. This vision control method is the robust and reliable, which overcomes the difficulties of the conventional research such as precise calibration of the vision sensor, exact kinematic modeling of the robot, and correct knowledge of the relative positions and orientation of the robot and CCD camera. Finally, the developed vision control method is tested experimentally by performing determination of object position is the space using computer vision system. These results show the presented method is precise and compatible.

Transglutaminase(TGase) catalyzes the Ca^2+ dependent acyl transfer reaction to from γ-glutamyl lysine cross-links between substrate proteins. we have examined the expression of TGase 1 and TGase 2 enzyme activity and protein expression in differentiation induced salivary gland cells(HSG), and human salivary adenocarcinoma cell lines(SGT)in reation to anchorage independent growth. The TGase1 and TGase 2 activity in SGT was higher than in HSG, and there is no significant difference between TGase 2 and TGase1 cells. HSG cells showed no increase in TGase 1 and TGase 2 upon reaching post confluence and in 1.8mM Ca^2+. Expression of the TGase 1 and TGase 2 was induced by high cell density or by high calcium in SGT. No induction of TGase 1 & 2 protein was observed in postconfiuent HSG cells, but there was notable increases in TGase 1 & 2 protein in post confiuent SGT cells. This pattern of TGase 1 & 2 protein expression correlates with the pattern of particulate activity. SGT cells showed more colony size and colony forming activity in soft agar rather than HSG cells. The ability of SGT cells, containing high levels of TGase 2 and TGase1,to form colonies in soft agar suggests a role for this enzyme in anchorage independence.

The ion-sensitive field-effect transistor (ISFET) is one of the family of chemically sensitive semiconductor devices(CSSD) which has been the object of considerable research and development. This study describes the operation of an ISFET as an electronic device. The measurement circuit based on this operation theory is developed for an appropriate ISFET application.
