        The incidence of aseptic meningitis infection is ensuing and threatening the health of children. Enteroviruses are the major agents of aseptic meningitis and identification of virus has been a clue to diagnosis and epidemiology. The outbreak of aseptic meningitis occurred in Pusan, 1998. Patients were concentrated from April through November. Children were more susceptible than adults. Among 306 cases of specimens from stool, throat swab tested, only 7.2% were positive on virus isolation, 12 cases from stool and 10 from throat, respectively. All isolated 7 serotypes of viruses represented cytopathic effect on cultured cells. Three types of echovirus 6, 25, 30 and coxsackievirus B2, B3, B4, B6 were identified by neutralizing anti body test. Isolated coxsackievirus and echovirus were observed by an electron microscope with negative staining.

        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

      • Ni 촉매의 Coupling 반응에 의한 파라-메타 페닐렌 공중합물의 합성

        폴리페니렌은 좋은 기계적, 전기적 성질을 가지고 있다. 하지만, 폴리페닐렌은 대부분의 유기용매에 용해되지 않고, 녹는점이 매우 높아서 성형하기가 매우 어렵다. 폴리페닐렌의 이런 단점을 개선시키기위해 본 연구가 진행되었다. 이 연구에서는, 파라-메타페닐렌을 Ni촉매에 의한 coupling반응을 시켜 폴리페닐렌 공중합물을 합성하게 되었다. 그리고, 구조 및 물리적성질을 분석하였다. Polyparaphenylene has good mechanical properties and electrical properties. However polyparaphenylene is not soluble in most organic solvents and the melting temperature is too high for melt processing. Researches to improve processibility of polyparaphenylene has been conducted. In this research, polyphenylene copolymers of para and meta phenylene components was synthesized by coupling reactions with Ni catalyst. The structures and physical properties were observed by analytical methods.

      • 블록기반의 동영상 압축을 위한 후처리필터와 루프필터의 통합구현방안

        Since H.263, MPEG-4, and H.264 standards are based on block-based transformation, quantization, and motion compensation, blocking artifacts can be appeared. Deblocking filters have been used to alleviate the blocking artifacts and improve the visual quality of reconstructed video. As many video standards are established, it becomes important to implement the multiple standards with limited resources efficiently. In terms of deblocking filter, it has been used in two different ways such as post-filter and loop-filter. H.263 and MPEG-4 deblocking filter is a post- filter, on the contrary, H.264 deblocking filter is a loop-filter. In order to support the multiple standards efficiently, this paper proposes a unified implementation method of post-filter and loop-filter for block-based video compression systems. In the proposed implementation method, block boundaries to be filtered are adaptively chosen for 8×8 and 4×4 block boundary filtering. Since the filtered result is selectively used for motion compensation or not, both loop-filtering and post-filtering can be achieved. In addition, a quantization parameter conversion unit based on PSNR measurement is proposed to convert H.263 quantization parameters to H.264 quantization parameters. Since the original nature of the H.264 deblocking filter is well expanded to the 8×8 block-based post-filter with minor modifications, the proposed implementation method is suitable to implement the deblocking function of the multiple video standards such as H.263, MPEG-4, and H.264, efficiently.

        不等流 및 流砂量의 計算法을 利用하여, 電子計算機에 依해서 河床變動을 自動解析하도록 program을 硏究開發하였다. 河床變動은 河川 斷面間 流砂量 差異의 時間的 變化에 比例한다. Taking advantage of the computation varied flow and sediment load, the analysis of river-bed change is automatically calculated by computer. The river-bed change is in proportion to the difference of each sediment load.

According to the environmental engineers, the visual preference is the crucial factor in determing the view of a city, and it also means the preference the beauty. This visual importance is acknowledged, though, Street Furniture is still giving unsatisfactory to the user, instrument, and environment must be research, analyzed and synthesized fully in various ways. Consequently, the purpose of this research is focused on researching the Aesthetic operation which makes the beauty to settle the new theoretic that supports the environment of the city, and the substance of the target space. This will contribute to unify the whole environment by relating the interrelation of Street Furniture's features so that establishes the gross image.

        국내 B2B e-Marketplace의 활성화방안

        Nowadays, the spreading of electronic commerce using internet demands a lot of change in business environments, as it is called B2B. Especially, the B2B based EC have a majority rates over the 70% of whole EC markets. As the approach way and the core axis of e-Marketplace in B2B markets are changed more by the business section and industry section than by each company sections, all of the world leading company including Korea are trying to take a prior occupation in e-Marketplace market. In korea, B2B e-Marketplace are mainly leaded by ministry of commerce, industry and energy which choice the company, run a trial managed company. Above MOCIE efforts are now having a lot of trial and error. Accordingly, this thesis are focused on researching the construction trends of B2B e-Marketplace, the future prospects, and promotion plans.

        철도궤도시스템은 레일과 침목, 도상, 보조도상 및 노반으로 구성되는데 이들 요소들은 다른 역학적 특성을 지니고 있어 그 역할과 거동양상이 서로 독특하며, 그 거동과 음력의 규명은 어려운 일이다. 본 연구에서는 철도궤도시스템을 궤도와 지반으로 단순화시킨 궤도형 구조물에 대한 동역학적 거동을 규명하기 위한 동적해석을 수행하였다. 수직진동하중 하에서의 적용될 하중 진폭을 산정하기 위한 예비해석으로 대상지반의 극한지지력을 구하였으며, 다층의 궤도지반에 대한 변위함수와 진동수와의 관계를 밝혔다. 또한 궤도지반의 공진진동수와 실제 궤도지반에서 측정되는 진동수 범위의 수직진동하중 하에서 동적응답과 도상타입의 변화가 동적해석 시 각각 지지력 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 FLAC을 이용한 수치해석이 수행 되었다. Under the vertical vibrated loads which is in the natural frequency and another frequency ranges the dynamic response of soil medium and the effects of the various features associated with the ballast type was worked

      • 국도 24호선과 35호선 도로선형에 관한연구

        본 논문은 도로의 평면 및 종단선형에 관한 연구를 선형설계 이론과 교통공학적 측면이론에 대하여 살펴본 후 기존 시공된 국도 24호선과 국도 35호선 일부구간 도로를 비교 분석하였다. 도로 시설기준에 미달된 곳으로 국도 24호선은 평면선형 16개소, 종단선형 6개소이고, 35호선은 평면선형 7개소, 종단선형 4개소로 조사되었으며, 도로시설 기준에 미달된 지점에 대해 교통공학 이론에서 다루는 시거에 대해 조사한 바 마찬가지로 확보되지 못했음을 알 수 있었다. 도로 시설 지준에 미달되고 시거를 확보하지 못한 지점에 대해서는 노선의주변 사정에 따라 곡률조정, 노견 또는 중앙 분리대 확폭, 미끄럼 방지 포장, 운전자 주의 환기 표지, 오르막 차선 설치등의 조치를 하거나 경우에 따라서는 새로운 노선의 건설이 필요하다. In this paper, the research about the plane of road and the vertical section of road were made in aspects to the sector design theory and the traffic engineering-concerned theory. Then some section road of already established No. 24 and No.35 national road were examined and analyzed. The sites which do not fit to the road facility standard are examined as 16 plane sections and 6 vertical sections in No. 24 national road and 7 plane sections and 4 vertical sections in No.35 national road, and above places are also turn out to be improper to the sight distance that traffic engineering theory deals with. The place where is under road facility standard and dose not have proper sight distance should be taken step according to enviromental condition of road such as a curvature fitness, a road shoulder or a median strip width, a slip prevention paving, a driver notice signpost, a climbing lane installation. In particular case new road building is necessary.
