        축구선수의 Detraining과 Retraining이 혈청지질 및 호르몬농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.

        의료방사선은 인간의 질병진료와 예밤에 활용되어 각종 질병으로부터의 적절한 진단 및 의학발전에 중대한 역할을 담당하고 띤다. 또한 인공방사선원중 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 방사선원을 이웅한 이득과 손실을 생각쌀 때 피폭선량의 최소화 및 곡률적영향의 최소화를 위해 이득을 최대화하는 노력을 하고 있다. 진단뿐만 아니라 치료에도 사응하고 있는 인공방사선원의 적절한 관리를 위한 조사 및 연구는 국내에서는 아픽까진 실시되지 않았으며, 국외에서는 이미 활발한 조사 덴 연구가 이루어 지 고 있다. 일반적으로 의료기관의 핵의학분야에서 환자의 진단 및 치료에 사용되는 방사성의약품으로는 Tc-99in, Ga-67, 1-131, 71-201 등이 있으며 이를 이용한 방사능측정웅장비 및 치료뭉장비에는 Gamma Camera, 감마선재측기, 베타선계측기, Dose CaTibrator, PET(양전자방출전산화단층촬영장치)등이 있다. 이어 식푿의약품안전청f"서는 핵의학분야의 방사선보건학적 연구를 위해 핵의학분야의 진료와 관련된 인력, 시설, 장비, 방사성의약품의 사응, 핵의학적 진료형태 및 핵의학적 진료장치에 대한 성능관리등에 대해 조사·연구하였다. A nationwide survey was conducted in the Korea in 2001 to determine the facilities available and the level of activity at centres where radionuclide and therapy was practised in 2000. A response rate of 75% indicated that 120 centres were providing radionuclide therapy and diagnosis. About the good treatment of radionuclide using in medical, researched so many country, but not yet in. Generally nuclear medical part use Tc-99m, Ga-67, I-131, Tl-201 in diagnosis and therapy, radiation detector and equipment for therapy use Gamma Camera, beta-counter, Dose Calibrator PET(Positron Emission Tomography). 81% rate of centre has Gamma Camera and 97% rate of use Tc-99m, I-131 radionuclide. In-vitro did more than in-vivo test absolutely. So in KFDA researched in unclear medical part in Man-Power, facilities, equipment use of nuclear medicine, part of diagnosis and diagnosis equipment.

      • 치과기공사의 작업환경 개선 설비현황과 업무 스트레스 관련 연구

        The purpose of this study was to find out a scheme to reduce a job stress of dental technicians and to increase and operation efficiency with the improvement of working environment. The method of study was by the questionnaire-survey from dental technicians working in the dental clinics or the dental department of clinics or hospitals in DaeguㆍKyungbuk, for the period of Jul 1 - Aug 2, 2002. Here 246 ones answered relative faithfully among 300 questionnaires were used. The results of study were as follows; 1. In the stress degree of dental technicians, stress by work load, job conflict, and pay showed significant results in crown jobs(p<0.001), long-time workers(p<0.0001) and discontinuing workers(p<0002), and technicians(p<0.007), respectively. 2. From looking over facility for improvement of working environment conditions of dental technicians, it's found that most of illumination and noise protection facilities and a part of respiratory protection facilities are not installed for dental technicians satisfactorily. 3. In relationship between installation for work environment improvement and stress, technicians who worked in good environment condition had lower stress degree than workers with unsatisfied work enrironment in most of all characteristics. Especially the result showed that installation for respiratory system is very important for reduction of factors causing stresses.

        Isolation and Identification of an Unreported Fungal Species in Korea and Novel Ice Nucleation Active Fungus : Fusarium diversisporum

        In this study, the fungal strain KNUF-21-F39 was isolated from a declined apple tree (Malus domestica) in the Chungcheongbuk province in Korea. The strain KNUF-21-F39 presented a slow growth rate and a variety of macroconidia shapes and sizes ranging from ovoid to fusoid and 1- to 5-septate, primarily showing 3- and 4-septate, with “S” -shaped macroconidia rarely observed. The strain was identified based on morphological characteristics along with phylogenetic analysis performed using the internal transcribed spacer region (ITS) and partial sequences of translation elongation factor 1-α (tef1), RNA polymerase largest subunit (rpb1), and calmodulin (cal ) genes. The fungal strain KNUF- 21-F39 was identified as Fusarium diversisporum, which has not been previously reported in Korea. The ice nucleation activity (INA) of the strain was also evaluated, identifying the strain as positive for INA. This is the first report characterizing F. diversisporum as an IN-active fungal species.

      • 151종 생약제 추출물이 B형 간염 바이러스 표면 항원(HBsAg)과 항체(HBsAb)의 결합반응 그리고 HBV DNA polymerase 활성에 미치는 효과 : 한국산 각종 생약제를 이용한 B형 간염치료제의 개발

        세계인구 43억명 중 B형 간염 바이러스 보균자는 2억 1천 5백만명이며 이중 78%인 1억 6천만명 이상이 아시아 대륙에 집중되어 있다. 한국도 B형 바이러스 간염의 침윤지대이다. 본 연구는 B형 바이러스 보균자 혹은 만성간염을 치료할 수 있는 생약제를 탐색할 목적의 일환으로 한국에서 시판하는 생약제 151종을 구입하여 증류수로 추출하고 여과한 후 냉동건조하여 HBs 항원에 대한 결합능, HBV DNA polymerase억제능, tumor necrosis factor(TNF) 유리에 미치는 영향, 그리고 galactosamine 유발 간염에 대한간장보호 작용을 조사하였다. 151종의 생약제중 0.16㎍/㎖ 농도에서 간염 vaccine 내에 함유된 HBs 항원과 결합하는 생약제는 지유, 가자, 복분자, 대황, 정향, 빈량, 산수유, 소목, 마황, 쇄양, 후박, 목과, 양강, 오약, 산사, 목단피 등 16종이었다. 이들 생약제중 대황(Rheum palmatum L. 大黃), 가자(Terminalia chebula R. 訶子), 지유(Sanguisorba officinalis L. 地楡), 복분자(Rubus coreanus M. 覆盆子)는 HBV DNA polymerase 활성도를 비교적 강하게 억제하였으며 빈량(Areca catechu L. 빈랑), 정향(Eugenia caryophyllata T. 丁香), 목과(Chaenomeles japonica L. 木瓜), 산수유(Cornus officinalis S. 山茱萸)는 약하게나마 HBV DNA polymerase 활성을 억제하였다. 또한 HBV DNA polymerase를 억제한 대황, 가자, 지유, 복분자, 빈량, 정향, 마황, 소목, 산수유를 대상으로 TNF 유리에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과 소목을 제외한 8종의 생약제 모두가 대식세포를 자극하여 TNF를 유리시켰다. 그리고 장차 임상에 사용함을 전제로 HBV DNA polymerase를 억제한 대황, 가자, 지유, 복분자, 빈량, 정향, 마황, 소목, 산수유를 galactosamine 유발 간염(백서)에 투여하여 간기능 검사에 미치는 효과를 조사하였으나 간기능 검사상으로는 특별한 보호작용을 나타내지 못하였으며 생약제 단독 투여로서는 간기능에 대하여 나쁜 영향을 주지 않았다. Hepatitis B virus infection is major cause of acute and chrome hepatitis, cirrhosis of liver, and hepatocellular carcinoma. There are over 200 million carriers of hepatitis B virus in the world, nearly 80 % of whom live in the South East Asia, Korea is also highly endemic area of hepatitis B virus infection. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of extracts of traditional Korean herbal medicines on hepatitis B virus. 151 traditional herbs were extracted, filtered and lyophilized. Using 151 herbal extracts we tested binding capability to the HBs Ag, inhibition of HBV DNA polymerase, release of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), and protection against galactosamine induced liver damage. Among 151 herbs, 16 herbs (Sanguisorba officinalis L., Terminalia chebula R., rubus coreanus M., Rheum palmatum L., Eugenia caryophyllata T., Areca catechu L., Cornus officinalis S., Caesalpinia sappan L, Ephedra sinica S., Cynomorium songaricum R., Machilus thunbergii S., Chaenomeles japonica L., Alpinia officinarum H., Lindera strychnifolia V., Crataegus pinnatifida B., Paeonia suffruticasa A. ) had binding capability to HBs Ag which contained in the commercial hepatitis vaccine, at 16 ug/㎖ of concentratioa Among the above 16 herbs, Rheum palmatum L., Terminalia chebula R., Sanguisorba officinalis L., Rubus coreanus M. significantly inhibited the HBV DNA polymerase activity, and Areca catechu L., Eugenia caryophyllata T., Ephedra sinica S., Caesalpinia sappan L., Chaenomeles Japonica L., Cornus officinalis S. also inibited the HBV DNA polymerase activity but less effective. All of the herbs, except Caesalpinia sappan L., which inhibited the HBV DNA polymerase activity, actively stimulated the mononuclear cells to release tumor necrosis factor(TNF) in whole blood culture system. The herbs which inhibited the HBV DNA polymerase activity, did not show any protective effect in galactosamine-induced hepatitis in rats, but there was no direct toxic effect when herbs were administered alone.

        In this paper, two-dimensional elasto-plastic problems are numerically analysed and compared with the other numerical, experimental and theoretical solutions in some enigineering respects. For that, based on Yamada et. al.'s formulation, extended programs are developed using isoparametric quadratic quadrilateral element rather than linear triangular element as in their formulation. Varying elasto-plastic matrices are introduced and small varying increments of load sufficient to just cause yield in the successive elements are used. Isotropic homogeneous material property and small deformation are assumed to develope the numerical plasticity. Presented examples in smple or complex geometry are solved under the condition of plane stress of plane strain with strain hardening or non-strain hardening material, respectively, to obtain the stress distributions and plastic enclaves.

        혈액에서 연속 분리된 Staphylococcus epidermidis의 항균제 내성 및 Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis 양상

        목적 : 혈액배양에서 Staphylococcus epidermidis가 분리될 경우 임상적 의의를 판정하기가 쉽지 않으나, 일반적으로 연속해서 분리된 균주가 동일한 유전형을 보이면 균혈증의 원인균일 가능성이 높다고 한다. 재료 및 방법 : 동일한 환자(12명)의 혈액에서 연속 분리된 S. epidermidis 각 2주씩을 대상으로 PFGE를 이용하여 유전형을 분석하여 동일 균주가 분리되는지 유무를 조사하고, 이를 항균제 내성양상 및 균주간의 분리일 간격과 비교하여 보았다. 결과 : 동일인에서 분리된 두 균주간의 PFGE 양상을 비교한 결과, 8명(66.6%)에서 분리된 균주는 동일한 PFGE 양상을 보였으나 4명(33.3%)에서는 서로 다른 양상을 보였다. PFGE 양상이 동일한 8명 중 7명에서는 항균제 내성양상도 동일하였으며, PFGE 양상이 서로 다른 4명에서는 항균제 내성양상도 서로 달랐다. 따라서 동일인에서 연속 분리된 균주에 대한 PFGE와 항균제 내성검사의 일치율은 91.7% (11/12)였다. PFGE 양상은 동일 환자에서 균이 분리된 시간 간격이 4일 이내 일 때 88.9%(8/9)에서 동일하였고, 분리일의 간격이 5일 이상일 때는 모두(3명)에서 서로 다른 PFGE 양상을 보였다. 결론 : 혈액에서 연속 분리된 S. epidermidis 균주의 PFGE 양상은 상당 수 환자에서 서로 달라, 동일 균종일지라도 오염의 가능성도 상당히 높음을 알 수 있었다. 연속 분리된 S. epidermidis 균주의 항균제 내성양상과 분리된 날짜 간격은 유전자형별 검사가 어려울 경우, 동일균주가 연속 분리되었는지 유무를 아는데 도움을 주리라 생각된다. Background : The significance of Staphylococcus epidermidis positive blood cultures is difficult to determine, but repeated isolation of the same organism with the same genotype is suggestive of true bacteremia. Materials and Methods : Two sequential isolates of S. epidermidis from blood cultures of the same twelve patients were genotyped by PFGE. The results were compared with those of antibiotyping and isolation time intervals between the two strains. Results : The two sequential strains from each patient had identical PFGE patterns in 66.6% (8 of 12) of the patients and two different types in 33.3% (4 of 12) of the patients. Antibiotypes of the two isolates from the same patient were different in all 4 patients whose isolates had different PFGE patterns, and they were the same in 7 of 8 patients whose isolates had identical PFGE patterns:the PFGE results were in agreement with the antibiotyping for 91.7% (11/12) of patients. The isolation time interval between the two strains was ≤4 days in 9 cases, 8 of which had identical PFGE patterns. In the 3 cases whose isolates had different PFGE patterns, the isolation time interval between the two strains was ≥5 days. Conclusion : These data showed that two consecutive isolates of S. epidermidis from blood cultures had different PFGE patterns in 33% of patients, suggesting a high prevalence of contamination. In the absence of genotyping measures, both antibiotype and isolation time interval can be alternative and useful tools for determining strain relatedness of sequential isolates of S. epidermidis from blood cultures.

      • 상간이동촉매 존재하의 여러 유기용매에서 Phenethyl Bromide와 칼륨염들과의 치환반응에 관한 연구

        The catalytic effects and the degree of substitution for the reactions of phenethyl bromide with potassium salts in a solid-liquid two-phase system under phase transfer catalysts were investigated in aprotic nonpolar solvent (toluene) and in aprotic polar sovent (DMF) at 35 캜 Tetrabutylanmionium bromide(TBAB), tetrapropylammonium bromide(TPAB), 18-crown-6-ether-(CR), dicyclohexyl-18-crown -6-ether-(DCHC) were used as phase transfer catalyst. In these reactions, the degree of substitution were increased in a aprotic polar solvent than in aprotic nonpolar solvent. TBAB, DCHC showed more excellent catalytic effects than that of TPAB, CR. These results was considered to be attributed to the hydrophobic interaction of the catalysts with in organic layer. From all of the observed results, the strength of nucleophilicity showed the following trend: Cl-KOS > SCN- > CH3COO- > C6HsC0oo

        Clinical Characteristics and Outcomes of Septic Acute Kidney Injury in Critically 3 Patients

        Purpose: This study was to determine the clinical characteristics and outcomes of critically ill patients with septic acute kidney injury (AKI). Methods: We retrospectively collected data of patients with AKI who were ≥18 years of age and admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) for ≥24 hours from April 2007 to December 2009, and compared the clinical characteristics and outcomes of patients with and without sepsis. Results: Of the 1,075 patients, 333 had AKI, as defined by the RIFLE criteria, and 134 of them had AKI with sepsis. Septic AKI had significantly higher SAPS II and SOFA scores, and required more mechanical ventilation and vasoactive drugs than non-septic AKI. Patients with septic AKI progressed more to the failure category of the RIFLE criteria. Patients with septic AKI had higher in-hospital mortality and required more RRT, compared to patients with non-septic AKI. Amongst survivors, patients with septic AKI were more likely to recover renal function. A higher SAPS II score and a greater requirement for vasoactive drugs and renal replacement therapy were independently associated with increased in-hospital mortality in septic AKI. Conclusion: Patients with septic AKI have a higher burden of illness with an increased risk of death, but renal function recovers better in survivors of septic AKI.
