      • 탈춤이 골밀도와 골대사마커 및 신체동요에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 20weeks Tal-chum training on bone mineral density, bone metabolic marker and body sway. Subjects were composed of twenty women who have not habitual exercise or not participate any exercise program. VO₂max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill exercise test. The exercise intensities are measured by using Polar during exercise training and was 51.13% HRreserve until 10weeks and was 57.26% HRreserve from 11 to 20 weeks. Subjects performed 3 day a week, 60 minute a day during 20weeks. Paired t-test was used to evaluate the difference of the pre and post training. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for this study. VO₂max(㎖/min), VO₂max/wt(㎖/㎏/min) and VO₂max/LBM(㎖/㎏/min) were significantly(p<.01) increased after 20weeks Tal-chum training. The bone mineral density of Lumbar spine(L2-L4), Femoral neck, Word's triangle and Trochanter were tended to increase. Although the bone content of Femoral neck and Word's triangle did not have any statistical significance, the bone mineral content of Lumbar spine(L2-L4) and Trochanter was significantly(p<.05) increased. The serum osteocalcin, bone metabolic marker, were significantly(p<.01) increased. The LNG, LNG/time and DEV of MY were significantly(p<.01) decreased. Therefore, Tal-Chum training improve in cardiorespiratory function, bone mineral content, bone metabolic marker and body sway and was also shown to positive influence on the prevention of osteoporosis and fall.

      • 운동강도가 골 재형성기 여성의 골대사마커에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the exercise intensity on markers of bone metabolism in bone remodeling-aged women. Subjects were composed of eight middle-aged women and participated in treadmill exercise(47%, 76% VO2max). One-way ANOVA was used to evaluate the difference between baseline, 47% VO2max and 76% VO2mxs exercise. The 0.05 level of significance was critical level for study. The result of this syudy are as follows ; 1. IGF-1, PICP, T-ALP, PTH were increased in 76% VO2max than after 47% VO2max exorcise. 2. ICTP was significantly increased after 47%, 76% VO2max exercise than baseline. In conclusion, exercise for increasing in markers of bone metabolism was shown to positive influence in moderated exercise than low-intensity exercise in bone metabolism in bone remodeling-aged women.

        운동강도가 여자대학생의 골대사 마커에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the exercise intensity on marker of bone metabolism in collegian women. Subjects were composed of eight middle-aged women and participated in tredmill exercise(47%, 76% VOunax). One-way ANOVA was used to evaluate the difference between baseline, 47%VOunax and 76%VOunax exercise. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for this study. The result of this study are as follows ; 1. IGF-1, PICP, T-ALP, PTH were increased in 76%Vozrnax than after 47%VOzmax exercise. 2. ICTP was significantly increased after 46%, 76%VOunax exercise than baseline. In conclusion, exercise for increasing in marker of bone metabolism was shown to positive influence in moda-ated exrecise than low-intensity exer cise in collegian women.

        雪舟 宋運會의 생애와 교육 활동

        노금선(Rho, Keum-sun) 한국서예학회 2011 서예학연구 Vol.18 No.-

        본 연구는 雪舟 宋運會(1874-1965)의 간찰을 통하여 교육활동을 살펴보고, 지역의 서예가를 발굴하여 문화재적 가치를 알리는데 목적이 있다. 설주는 조선 후기에 태어나 일제 강점기, 한국전쟁 등 격동기를 지나며 雪舟體를 완성한 서예가이자문인이다. 그는 7살 때부터 조부 波叟公에게 수학하였고, 19세가 되던 해, 보성에 유배 온 당시의 석학 甯齋 李建昌에게 형 明會와 함께 학문과 서예를 익혔다. 그의 재능을 알아 본 영재는 특별한 관심을 보이며, 설주의 이름을 震會에서 運會로 개명하고 世卿이라는 字를 지어주었다. 그러나 영재는 다음 해 유배에서 풀려 강화도로 돌아가게 되었고, 불운하게도 얼마 지나지 않아 47세로 세상을 떠났다. 이후 설주는 스승을 잃은 외로움을 달랠길이 없어 초연히 전국의 명산대천을 순례하며 서예에 정진하게 된다. 그러던 중설주는 금강산 유람 이후 고유한 설주체를 이루게 된다. 그는 세속적 평가나 명리를 추구하는 예술을 지양하고, 자신을 드러내거나 남을 비평하지 않으면서, 문양재ㆍ죽곡정사ㆍ관선재 등에서 후학을 양성하였다. 나이 일곱 살에 붓을 잡은 이래로 92세 임종할 때까지 오로지 글씨에만 정진하였고, 「遊金剛記」와 『雪舟遺稿』 등을 남겼다. 설주체는 顔眞卿, 劉石庵, 米芾을 익히고, 李匡師, 李三晩으로부터 牟受明으로 이어지는 東國眞體의 서맥을 이어받은 것으로 凡俗한 필묵기교로는 따를 수 없는 속세를 초월한 담담한 느낌을 준다. The purpose of this thesis is looking into Seolju(雪舟) Song Unhoe(宋運會)‘s education activity through his letters; and there is a goal which a cultural volume value the calligrapher of the Honam (湖南) area and excavates informs. Seolju(1874-1965) was born at the late Chosun dynasty, and he finished his original style which is Seoljuche(雪舟體); nevertheless he was gone through an age of turbulences like the Japanese Colonial Rule, Korean war etc. He started to study at his age seven from his grandfather, Pasu(波叟) Song hoomaan(宋厚萬) and when he became nineteen, he met his life-long master Youngjae(甯齋) Lee Geonchang(李建昌) who is one of great scholars of the time, but been exiled to Seolju's hometown Bosung(寶城). Learning with his older brother Sopa(小波) Song Myeonghoe(宋明會), Seolju was a favorite and given a name Unhoe to change former name Jinhoe(震會). However Youngjae's banishment did not last a year, furthermore he died at age of 47. Out of loneliness, Seolju devoted himself to calligraphy visiting splendid mountains and rivers and he finally established his own style while he was at Mount Geumgang(金剛). He was a great master and an influential scholar of classic rather to be just a calligrapher. Until the end of his life, he had proved himself to be noble and lofty by purity living. He fostered younger generations at leading local colleges and made anthologies(「遊金剛記」, 『雪舟遺稿』) which includes a great number of poems and prose until he died at the age of 92. His style, Seoljuche, had been succeeded the masters across China and Chosun for thousand years and still gives us an unworldly and novel sensation.

        The Effects of Walking Exereise on ACTH, Cortisol and β-endorphin

        인체는 여러 가지 스트레스에 반응하여 호르몬들을 분비하여 항상성을 유지한다. 인체의 호르몬을 분비하고 조절하는 것을 내분비계라하고 시상하부 -뇌하수체 -부신 축이 중요한 역할을 한다. ACTH와 β-endorphin은 뇌하수체에서 공통전구물질로부터 합성되는 것으로 알려져 있고 운동형태, 운동강도에 따라 분비 양상이 변화한다고 보고되고 있다. ACTH는 신체적, 정신적 스트레스 혹은 대사산물에 의해 시상하부를 자극하여 CRF(책샤채 relasing factor)가 분비되고 CRF가 뇌하수체를 자극하여 ACTH가 분비된다. 운동의 종류나 다양한 운동강도에서의 ACTH에 관한 연구가 이루어지고 있으나 운동에 의한 분비양상이 다르게 보고되고 있다. β-endorphin도 이와 같이 다른 결과를 나타내는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 연구는 중년여성 6명을 대상으로 트레드밀 주행속도 5.5km/h, 50분간의 걷기운동이 혈중 ACTH, Cortisol, β-엔돌핀에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 연구를 실시하였다. 대상자의 체중은 55.2±5.61kg, %Fat는 25.6±6.81%, 50분간 운동시 소모된 에너지량은 249.8±0.41cal/50min, 심박수는 132.7±10.25beats/min으로 나타났다. 혈중 부신피질자극호르몬은 운동전에 12.47±2.74pg/ml에서 운동후가 16.13±3.44pg/ml로 3.66pg/ml(29.35%) 증가하였고, 코티솔은 운동전에 4.13±1.25㎍/ml에서 운동후가 6.89±2.03㎍/ml로 2.72㎍ ml(65.86%) 증가하였고, β-엔돌핀은 운동전에 2.78±0.88pg/ml에서 운동후가 3.22±0.71pg/ml로 0.44pg/ml(15.83%)이 증가되었다.

      • Characteristics of Body Composition, Physical Fitness and Motor Ability in Female Obese Middle School Students

        14세의 여자학생 중 비만학생 68명과 비비만 학생 32명 총 100명을 대상으로 체격, 신체조성, 체력과 운동능력의 특성을 비교 분석하여 청소년의 건전한 발육, 발달지도에 관한 자료를 얻을 목적으로 본 연구를 실시하였다. 체격, 신체조성, 주경위, 피하지방후, 체격지수는 비만군과 비비만군 사이에 유의한 (p<0.001)차이가 인정되었으며 비만군쪽이 큰 값을 나타내었다. 비만군이 열세한 종목은 제자리멀리뛰기, 50m달리기, 5분간달리기, 철봉대 오래매달리기 등 체중을 부하해서 신체를 이동시키는 능력을 필요로 하는 종목으로 나타났다. 체력요소에서는 비만군이 순발력, 전신지구력, 근지구력이 가장 낮은 성적을 나타내었고 유연성, 평형성은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같이 비만자의 과잉한 지방을 감소시키기 위해서는 효과적인 생활지도와 특히 순발력, 전신지구력, 근지구력을 높이기 위한 운동지도가 필요하다고 생각된다.

        축구선수의 Detraining과 Retraining이 혈청지질 및 호르몬농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.
