        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

        부하순환 하에서 제V급 복합레진 수복물의 미세변연누출에 대한 재접착제의 효과에 관한 연구

        저점도의 레진을 복합레진 수복물 위에 도포하는 것은 미세누출방지와 변연 완전성(integrity) 유지를 위한 한 방법이다. 하지만 장기간 관찰하면, 수복물은 저작압에 의한 영향을 받게 되는데, 저점도의 레진으로 수복물 변연부를 재접착(rebonding)하였을 때 저작압에 의한 응력에 견디면서 계속하여 수복물에 긍정적인 영향을 주는지에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 부하순환(load cycling) 하에서 제Ⅴ급 수복물의 미세변연누출에 대한 재접착제 (rebonding agent)의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 40개의 건전한 소구치의 협면에 제Ⅴ급 와동을 형성하고 제조사의 지시대로 광중합복합레진으로 수복하였다. 20개씩 무작위로 나누어 표면전색을 하지 않는 Ⅰ군과 표면을 산부식 후 재접착한 Ⅱ군으로 설정하였다. 열순환 후 각 군에서 10개씩의 하위군 (A군=No load cycling군, B군=Load cycling군)으로 나누어 이중 B군의 시편에 1 Hz의 속도로 수직력이 4-100까지 100,000회의 부하순환을 가하였다. methylene blue용액에 침윤시켜 변연의 미세누출릉도를 평가하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 교합변연에서는 재접착과 무관하게 유의한 차이가 없었다(ⅠA-ⅡA군, ⅠB-ⅡB군) (p>0.05). 2. 치은변연의 경우는 부하순환을 하지 않은 군의 경우 재접착을 한 군(ⅡA군)이 재접착을 하지 않은 군 (ⅠA군)에 비해 더 적은 미세누출결과를 보였다(p<0.05). 3. 치은 변연에서 부하순환을 시행한 군의 경우에는 재접착을 한 군(ⅡB군)과 재접착을 하지 않은 군 (ⅠB군)과 유의차가 없는 비슷한 미세누출의 결과를 보였다(p>0.05). One clinical technique recommended f3r improving marginal integrity is "rebonding" or application of unfilled resins to the surface of composite restoration. But continuously the restorations are affected with occlusal load. There is room for doubt that the rebonding agent has the positive effect on microleakage in spite of the stress generated by the occlusal load. This study determined the effect of rebonding on microleakage of Class Ⅴ resin composite restorations under load cycling. Class Ⅴ cavities were prepared on the buccal surface of 40 sound extracted premolars and restored with a hybrid light-cured resin composite according to manufacturers' directions. They wert randomly divided into two groups consisting of 20 samples a control(group Ⅰ), without surface sealing, and the other group (group Ⅱ) in which margins were etched and rebonded. After thermocycling, each of groups was divided into subgroups (group A, B), and load cycling(total 100,000 cycles with 4-100N load at a rate of 1 Hz) were applied on the group B. Assessment of microleakage utilized methylene blue dye penetration. The following results were obtained : 1. In the occlusal region, no significant difference was noted in the scores regardless of whether or not the rebonding agent was used (group ⅠA-ⅡA, ⅠB-ⅡB) (p>0.05). 2. In the cervical region, the control group with rebonding (group ⅡA) showed the better result than the group without rebonding (group ⅠA) (p<0.05). 3. In the cervical region, the rebonded group with load cycling(group ⅡB) showed similar results to the groupf·ithout rebonding(group ⅠB) and no significant difference was noted(p>0.05).

      • 수입각증후군에 의한 급성 복증 1례

        Afferent loop syndrome is an uncommon complication of a gastrectomy and Billroth Ⅱ reconstruction. It may cause symtoms at any time from the first postoperative day to many years after the gastrectomy. Afferent loop syndrome is characterized by abdominal pain, vomiting and elevation of serum amylase. Thus, it is difficult to differentiate afferent loop syndrome from other cause of acute pancreatitis. However, the history of gastrectomy can be an important clue for diagnosing afferent loop syndrome. We experienced one case of chronic afferent loop syndrome with acute pancreatitis. After appropriate management, the abdominal pain disappeared and serum amylase level decreased. We report this case with a review of relevant literatures.

      • 油壓 베인펌프의 內部 動的 壓力 特性에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        This paper presents an experimental study of the dynamic internal pressure within an oil hydraulic vane pump. The measurement of the dynamic internal pressures near the vane of a pressure balance type of an oil hydraulic vane pump with intravanes has been made to provide the essential information for the study of the pump dynamics and control, the pump design and the analysis of tribological problems in the sliding components. The influences of the discharge pressure and rotating speed of the vane on the dynamic pressure in four chambers surrounding a vane have been investigated. The results indicate that the surge pressures of the chambers at the instant of the start of discharge and closure are affected by the rotating speed, and the pressure in the intravane chamber maintains approximately constant values with remarkabel effect of pulsating discharge pressure. The profiles which have been presented in figures 4 through 7 indicate in detail the pressure distribution and acting forces of the vane to the camring.

        The dynamic model of the suspension system is developed by using both sky-hook control and output feedback control techniques, based on the performance sensitivity index. Many vehicles use sky-hook control theory operated with only one sensor, due to relatively low cost and easy implementation. On the other hand, output feedback control implemented with state variables has difficulties in measuring such as tire deflection, etc.

      • 전도도법에 의한 치환 피리딘들의 해리상수 측정과 그의 온도와 압력에 따른 영향

        Generally, pyridine and most of substituted pyridines act as base in aqueous solutions. The strengths of their basicities can be expressed quantitatively by the dissociation constant of base or its conjugated acid. Generally, the acidity of substituted pyridines can be expressed by K_a of the following reaction. ◁그림삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) The dissociation constants of these subtituted pyridines have not been reported under high pressure but under atmospheric pressure. In this papers, the dissociation constants of some substituted pyridines were measured under high pressure by the conductometry. From the ionic conductivity of hydrogen ion, the dissociation constants(K_a) were calculated. The K_a values were increased with increasing temperature and were decreased with increasing pressure. The characteristics of dissociation process of some substituted pyridines were deduced from the thermodynamic properties calculated from the dissociation constants.

      • 컴퓨터 통신 네트워크의 네트워크 신뢰도 계산을 위한 효율적 방법

        컴퓨터 통신 네트워크 시스템의 신뢰도 분석 시 가장 흔히 대두되는 문제는 두 노드 사이에 적어도 하나의 경로가 존재할 확률을 나타내는 터미널 신뢰도를 어떻게 효율적으로 계산해 낼 수 있는가 하는 것이다. 네트워크 신뢰도는 터미널 신뢰도에 의해 계산되어진다 터미널 신뢰도의 계산은 두 단계로 나누어진다. 본 논문에서는 터미널 신뢰도 계산의 첫 번째 단계인 시스템의 성공/실패 함수를 유도하기 위하여 특정 노드 쌍 사이의 모든 최소 경로를 구하기 위해 기존의 접속행렬을 개선한 경로생성 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 또한 두 번째 단계인 신뢰도식을 유도하기 위하여 BDD와 Sheinman에 근거한 두 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘들은 기존의 알고리즘에 비해 컴퓨터 상에서 구현이 용이하고 단순하며 대규모 네트워크에 적용 가능하다. The most common problem which arises in the analysis of CCNs(Computer Communication Networks) is how to compute the source to terminal reliability between a given pair of nodes, namely, the Probability that there exists at least one path between these two nodes in an efficient and systematic manner. In this paper, an efficient algorithm is proposed for enumerating all minimal paths of a source-terminal pair in the network graph· And then, the alternative two algorithms based on BDD(Binary Decision diagram) and Sheinman's method of boolean simplification are proposed to obtain a reliability expression of a general network system. The proposed algorithms are applicable for large number of nodes and are eagy to be implemented on the computer.
