Gamma irradiation as a new physical treatment was applied to comparative researches with a conventional chemical fumigant on the microbiological and physicochemical qualities of selected agricultural products such as powdered hot pepper soybean paste, oyster mushroom powder, carrot flake, and raw sesame. The microorganisms contaminated in the sample, including total bacteria, thermophiles, acid tolerant bacteria, fungi, osmophilic molds and coliforms were sterilized with irradiation doses of 7-10 kGy, while ethylene oxide (E.O) fumigation proved insufficient for the destruction of them. An optimum dose of irradiation was less detrimental than E.O. fumigation to the physicochemical properties of the sample. Sensory evaluation after three months of storage at room temperatures showed that the overall acceptability of irradiated sample was higher than that of the nontreated control as well as E.O. fumigated samples.
불균일한 침투성능을 갖는 알루미늄 선상성형작약의 판재 절개성능 분석

일반적으로 선상성형작약은 다양한 무기체계의 절개장치에 사용되고 있다. 선상성형작약의 침투성능은 화약 종류, 화약 충전량, 화약 충전 금속집의 재질, 절개 대상물과의 이격거리 등에 따라 달라진다. 또한 선상성형작약의 제작공정에 의한 내부 단면 형상 차이가 침투성능에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제작된 선상성형작약의 침투성능을 분석하기 위해 선상성형작약의 내부 형상을 CT 촬영하고 두꺼운 각재에 선상성형작약의 침투성능 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과에서 선상성형작약의 길이 방향으로의 위치에 따라 침투깊이가 다르게 나타났고, 일부는 선상성형작약의 요구 절개성능에 미치지 못하였다. 실험에 사용된 선상성형작약은 4 mm의 판재를 절개할 수 있는 것으로 제작되었지만, 침투성능 실험 결과에서 침투깊이가 4 mm 미만인 위치가 많이 발생하였다. 이러한 이유를 찾기 위해 AUTODYN 기반의 수치해석을 통해 요구 절개성능에 미치지 못하는 침투성능을 모사하여 선상성형작약의 판재에서의 절개 여부를 확인하였다. 수치해석을 통해 선상성형작약은 절개 대상물의 두께에 따라 응력의 분포가 달라져 침투성능이 달라지는 것을 확인하였다. Generally, an Linear Shaped Charge(LSC) is used for cutting a mechanical structure of various weapon systems. The penetration performance of an LSC is subjected to the type of explosive, the amount of explosive charge per unit length, the type of sheath material, stand-off distance from the target etc. In addition, the non- uniform cross-sectional shape originated from the manufacturing process may affect penetration performance. In this study, in order to analyze the penetration performance of an LSC, Computed Tomography(CT) images of its internal shape were taken and penetration experiments of the LSC were performed on a square metal bar. The experimental results showed that the penetration depths varied depending on the longitudinal position of the LSC, and at some locations, did not meet the required cutting performance. The LSC used in the experiment was manufactured to be able to cut a 4 mm plate, but in the results of the penetration performance experiment, there were many locations where the penetration depth was less than 4 mm. To find this reason, the penetration performance that did not meet the required cutting performance was simulated through AUTODYN based numerical analysis to confirm whether the LSC is cut in the plate. Through numerical analysis, it was confirmed that the penetration performance of an LSC varies depending on the thickness of the incision target due to the distribution of stress.

The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively examine the life of Maeheon Yun Bong-Gil martyr and incorporate self-sacrificing leadership. In this article, self-sacrificing leadership was defined as the will and practice of taking risks and sacrificing one's life to achieve national independence. From an early age, Maeheon Yun Bong-Gil martyr exercised his abilities based on writing and formed various organizations around the village to enlighten people around him. As he grew up, he led the independence movement with writing rather than words, and action rather than writing, and moved to China to further his cause. He sacrificed his most precious life to spread the world's will for independence and became a catalyst for the independence movement. Accordingly, Maeheon Yun Bong-Gil martyr can be said to have demonstrated self-sacrificing leadership in the spirit of a saint who lived and died. Based on this study, we should be able to apply a variety of leadership theories and perspectives suitable for independence activists. In the future, discussions on independence activist leadership must be further expanded to enhance the legitimacy of the country and establish the identity of the individual.
부산금융중심지 육성전략으로 중국위안화 역외시장 도입필요성

This paper analyzes the status and characteristics of financial sector in Busan in order to justify the introduction of Chinese Yuan’s offshore market as a development strategy and policy implications towards Busan’s financial hub. For this purpose, we investigate the properties of Busan’s financial industry in terms of GRDP, number of firms, specialized ratio and labor productivity. The outcome shows that there are significant gaps in all categories between Busan and Seoul; Busan’s GRDP in financial sector is just 6 %, while that of Seoul is 47.2% out of the national GDP in that sector and the specialization ratio of financial sector in Busan is 1.21 in 2015 is far below that of Seoul, 2.13. In addition, the concept of offshore market is briefly described together with the benefits and drawbacks of Yuan’s offshore hubs in a global economy. We further specify the recent developments of Yuan’s offshore markets in London and Taiwan as well as in Hong Kong and Singapore together with China’s internationalization measures. Unlike the other three, London utilizes the firmly established global financial center for Yuan’s offshore market through the close cooperation between Bank of England and People’s Bank of China. Under the global circumstances regarding the Yuan’s offshore markets, the importance of Yuan’s offshore market in Busan is emphasized from the perspective of region’s economic development strategy. In spite of the significant gaps between Busan and Seoul in various sections of financial industry, the introduction of Yuan’s offshore market in Busan should be pursued with the help of central government. For practical future-oriented implementation, we provide four policy strategies as follows: Development of linked specialized financial zone, deregulation and effective incentives for attracting foreign financial institutions, strong and long-term cooperative system between local and central government, and establishment of IT-based financial infrastructure. For linked specialized financial zone, the current financial center is so limited in size that it is not appropriate to attract foreign institutions and to expand to different sectors of financial industry such as IT-based fin-tech or offshore market due to poor atmosphere. With linked specialized zone connecting several areas, aggressive and consistent economic incentives should be given to attract both domestic and foreign institutions. Like Dubai and Shanghai, the close and continuous commitment of central government should be proposed in the forms of laws and regulations. For the successful establishment of Yuan’s offshore market, advanced and reliable infrastructure based on information technology also should be provided to cope with the upcoming 4th industrial revolution.
